Sistem Informasi Jadwal Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Imelda Pekerja Indonesia
The Nurse Schedule Information System at Imelda Buruh Indonesia Hospital currently has problems in the form of data that has not been stored properly because it has not used a database in creating nurse schedule data reports which are still manual using Microsoft Excel, resulting in several errors that make the company feel burdened. In this case, the staff or employees feel suspicious in creating the Nurse Schedule Information System, so it takes a long time and is difficult to compile and search data, even the work does not run effectively and efficiently. And this information system was built using the Visual Studio 2010 Programming language and MySQL Database.The data collection technique is through direct observation of an activity being carried out. In this case, the author conducted direct observations with the ADM Personnel and the Head of Nursing at Imelda Buruh Indonesia Hospital. Information System Design. The Nurse Schedule is a very important system in a nurse data report, room data report and nurse duty room data report as well as nurse schedule data reports in the form of survey data or activity reports because it greatly affects the performance of the system itself. The nurse schedule information system needs to be improved because there are still problems that are often encountered, starting from the process of recording nurse data, room data reports, nurse duty room data reports, to nurse schedule data reports that are still less effective and efficient in supporting the smooth process of creating data reports. In designing a nurse schedule information system, it is necessary to know the things that will support the system, in order to simplify the recording of nurse schedules later. Based on the above, the author will explain in more detail the design of the new system.Sistem Informasi Jadwal Perawat di Rumah Sakit Imelda Buruh Indonesia saat ini memiliki kendala berupa data yang belum tersimpan dengan baik dikarenakan belum menggunakan database dalam pembuatan laporan data jadwal perawat yang masih manual menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga mengakibatkan beberapa kali terjadi kesalahan yang membuat perusahaan merasa kewalahan. Dalam hal ini para staf atau karyawan keperawatan merasa kewalahan dalam pembuatan Sistem Informasi Jadwal Perawat, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan sulit dalam penyusunan serta pencarian data, bahkan pekerjaan tidak berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Dan sistem informasi ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa Pemrograman Visual Studio 2010 dan Database MySQL. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan cara observasi langsung terhadap suatu kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan. Dalam hal ini penulis melakukan observasi langsung kepada ADM Personalia dan Kepala Bidang Keperawatan Rumah Sakit Imelda Buruh Indonesia. Perancangan Sistem Informasi. Jadwal Perawat merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat penting dalam sebuah laporan data perawat, laporan data ruangan dan laporan data ruang tugas perawat serta laporan data jadwal perawat berupa data survey atau laporan kegiatan karena sangat mempengaruhi kinerja dari sistem itu sendiri. Sistem informasi jadwal perawat perlu ditingkatkan karena masih terdapat permasalahan yang sering dihadapi, mulai dari proses pencatatan data perawat, laporan data ruangan, laporan data ruang tugas perawat, hingga laporan data jadwal perawat yang masih kurang efektif dan efisien dalam mendukung kelancaran proses pembuatan laporan data. Dalam merancang sistem informasi jadwal perawat, perlu diketahui hal-hal yang akan mendukung sistem tersebut, agar dapat menyederhanakan pencatatan jadwal perawat nantinya. PENYULUHAN PERSONAL HYGIENE SAAT MENSTRUASI PADA REMAJA PUTRI DI SMP PERSATUAN AMAL BAKTI (PAB) 2
Selama menstruasi rentan sekali mengalami masalah dari yang sederhana yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik akan berdampak serius, seperti keputihan, rasa tidak nyaman, infeksi jamur hingga kanker serviks. Bekal pengetahuan yang baik tentang personal hygiene menstruasi sangat berkaitan dengan perubahan perilaku, sikap maupun kebiasaan individu dalam menjaga kebersihan dirinya selama menstruasi. Hal ini bisa mendorong sikap positif remaja untuk menerapkan praktik kebersihan yang benar. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang personal hygiene menstruasi. Metode penyuluhan merupakan strategi efektif untuk memperoleh pengetahuan yang melibatkan komunikasi dua arah sehingga lebih mudah dipahami dan diterima remaja. Metode ini menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimental dengan pendekatan pre-test and post-test without control group yang melibatkan 18 siswi SMP Persatuan Amal Bakti (PAB 2). Metode yang digunakan dimulai dengan mengisi pretest, pemberian leaflet, penyampain materi penyuluhan yang dipadukan dengan pemberian souvenir berupa yoghurt, pembalut dan tablet Fe sebagai media pemaparan materi yang efektif dan mudah di ingat, sesi tanya jawab dan mengisi postest. Hasil dari penyuluhan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja putri, sebelumnya hanya 5 orang (27,78%) menjadi 14 orang (77,78%), tingkat pengetahuan remaja putri meningkat signifikan dengan rata-rata hasil nilai pertest yang awalnya 5,8 (58,89%) menjadi 7,8 (78,33%) pada nilai postest. Dapat disimpulkan strategi ini terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan personal hygiene menstruasi pada remaja putri SMP PAB 2
SOSIALISASI KELENGKAPAN DOKUMENTASI MEDIS PADA GANGGUAN KEHAMILAN DENGAN PENEGAKAN DIAGNOSA DALAM MENENTUKAN KODEFIKASI PENYAKIT DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM HAJI MEDAN TAHUN 2025
Kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis merupakan komponen penting dalam penegakan diagnosis yang akurat dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Dokumen tersebut mencakup anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, hasil laboratorium, pemeriksaan penunjang, diagnose primer dan dokumentasi pendukung (opsional) sebagai dasar menentukan diagnosis akhir. Ketidaklengkapan dokumen dapat mempersulit penegakan diagnose penyakit dan tindakan apa yg tepat dilakukan untuk pasien. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperbaiki kinerja petugas dalam menganalisis kelengkapan dokumentasi medis pada kasus gangguan kehamilan di RSU. Haji Medan. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di hari Sabtu, tanggal 19 Juli 2025 di RSU. Haji Medan, dengan melibatkan 7 petugas koder sebagai petugas pelaksana. Metode yang akan digunakan seperti sosialisasi temuan dilapangan, diskusi bersama petugas koder dan meninjau langsung ke dokumen rekam medis yang masih ditemukan belum lengkap. Materi yang disampaikan mencakup komponen anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, hasil laboratorium, pemeriksaan penunjang, setelah itu langsung mengididentifikasi dokumen rekam medis yang belum lengkap dan tepat isinya. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas kelengkapan pencatatan, guna meningkatkan akurasi dokumentasi serta efisiensi proses kodifikasi penyakit untuk penegakan diagnose sesuai standar ICD-10. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelengkapan dokumen rekam medis belum sepenuhnya optimal, khususnya pada komponen pemeriksaan fisik dan pemeriksaan penunjang, yang merupakan bagian penting dalam proses penegakan diagnosa dan penentuan kodefikasi penyakit (ICD-10)
Analisis Pengolahan Data Morbiditas Guna Menunjang Mutu Pelaporan Rawat Inap di Unit Rekam Medis RS Hermina Arcamanik
The quality of morbidity reports in hospitals is strongly influenced by the accuracy and completeness of data recorded in the medical record system. In the digital era, the implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is expected to improve both efficiency and accuracy in reporting. However, in practice, various challenges remain, particularly to due to incomplete data entry by medical staff. This study aimed to analyze the inpatient morbidity data processing at Hermina Arcamanik Hospital and to evaluate the impact of incomplete diagnosis entries on the quality of reporting. A qualitative descriptive method was employed through in-depth interviews, observations, and surveys with medical record officers. The results showed that although the HINAI WEB system had been implemented, inconsistencies in diagnosis entry by physicians led to inaccurate morbidity data. Chronic diseases were dominant in outpatient services, while acute infections were more common in inpatient cases. Caesarean section was the most frequently performed inpatient medical procedure. The study concluded that the success of morbidity reporting is not solely determined by advanced systems, but also by the discipline and active involvement of healthcare workers in accurate and timely data documentation.The quality of morbidity reports in hospitals is strongly influenced by the accuracy and completeness of data recorded in the medical record system. Indikator Mutu Prioritas Unit Pelayanan Pendaftaran di RSU Bethesda Serukam
Improving patient quality and safety (PMKP) is a key component in ensuring hospital service quality. One measurement tool used is the quality indicator, which includes the National Quality Indicator (INM), Priority Unit Quality Indicator (IMPU), and Hospital Priority Quality Indicator (IMPRS). The Registration Unit at the Medical Records Installation of Bethesda Serukam General Hospital plays a strategic role in supporting PMKP implementation. However, the unit still requires service improvements to promote systematic quality enhancement. This study aims to design a suitable priority quality indicator for the Registration Unit. A descriptive qualitative method was used, with data collected through interviews, observation, scoring, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The study was conducted from November to December 2024 at Bethesda Serukam General Hospital, located at Jalan Raya Singkawang–Bengkayang KM.49, Pasti Jaya Samalantan, Desa Suka Maju, Kecamatan Sungai Betung, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat. The results identified the completeness of patient identity data in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) as the priority quality indicator. This was selected because it met the most criteria, although the current completeness rate is still low (50%). Establishing this indicator is expected to improve service quality, patient safety, and foster a culture of quality at Bethesda Serukam General Hospital.Peningkatan mutu dan keselamatan pasien (PMKP) merupakan bagian penting dalam upaya pemenuhan mutu pelayanan rumah sakit. Salah satu alat ukur yang digunakan adalah indikator mutu, yang meliputi Indikator Nasional Mutu (INM), Indikator Mutu Prioritas Unit (IMPU), dan Indikator Mutu Prioritas Rumah Sakit (IMPRS). Unit Pendaftaran yang berada dalam Instalasi Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit Umum Bethesda Serukam memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pelaksanaan PMKP. Namun, unit ini masih memerlukan penguatan pada aspek pelayanan untuk mendorong peningkatan mutu secara sistematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang indikator mutu prioritas yang sesuai untuk Unit Pendaftaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, skoring, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, indikator mutu prioritas yang ditetapkan adalah kelengkapan pengisian identitas pasien di Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). 
MITOS KEHAMILAN: IKAN, CUMI-CUMI DAN UDANG PENYEBAB MASALAH KESEHATAN PADA JANIN DI PUSKESMAS TEGAL BARAT KOTA TEGAL
Myths are traditions that are widely spread throughout society. One myth that often arises and spreads quickly is related to health issues. West Tegal is a region in Indonesia located on the north coast of Java, with easy access to sources of protein or seafood. However, there is a myth that makes pregnant women reluctant to consume seafood because it is considered dangerous for the fetus. This study aims to examine myths related to pregnancy from the cultural perspective of the West Tegal community, Tegal City, using a qualitative approach with pregnant women as respondents. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling and accidental sampling techniques, namely pregnant women who underwent antenatal care (ANC) at the West Tegal Community Health Center and were willing to be informants. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews to explore the experiences, views, and beliefs of four pregnant women regarding food myths during pregnancy. The results showed that pregnant women in the working area of the Tegal Barat Community Health Center, Tegal City, still practiced pregnancy care that was not in accordance with health theory. During pregnancy, they believed in myths about food restrictions, such as not eating fish because it causes itching/allergies in the fetus, squid because it causes the fetus's skin to turn black, and shrimp because it causes the fetus's skin to become scaly
UJI AKTIVITAS DAYA INGAT EKSTRAK DAUN CENGKEH (Syzygium aromaticum) TERHADAP MENCIT PUTIH (MUS MUSCULUS) DENGAN METODE RADIAL ARM MAZE
Memory loss is often associated with dementia, which can be caused by oxidative stress and increased free radicals. Therefore, this study aims to determine the activity of clove leaf extract (Syzygium aromaticum) in improving memory in white mice (Mus musculus) and to determine the most effective dose. In the practice that has been carried out, it has been proven that clove leaves containing flavonoid compounds are extracted using the maserai method with 70% ethanol solvent. The test used was the Radial Arm Maze in five groups, namely negative control, positive control, and test group with a dose of clove leaf extract of 50 mg/kgBW, 100 mg/kgBW, and 200 mh/kgBW. This study involved three stages, namely, acclimatization, 10% alcohol induction, and treatment according to group. It can be concluded that the results of the statistical test showed a significant increase in the memory of mice in all dose treatments compared to the negative control. The most effective dose was 200 mg/kgBW, with a decrease in latency time of 92.4 seconds and an error rate of 2.63%

Gambaran Pemanfaatan Penggunaan SIMRS Di RSUD Salak Kabupatenpakpak Bharat Tahun 2023
Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a solution for hospitals for digital transformation. The general purpose of this study is to Review the Utilization of SIMRS Use in Salak District General Hospital, Pakpak Bharat District, which is still not optimally used. The type of research used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The instruments in the study are observation guidelines and interview guidelines. The time of implementation activities carried out by researchers in order to obtain clear and accurate data. The study runs from January to August 2023. This research was conducted at Salak Hospital, Pakpak Bharat District, Jl.Boangmanalu Salak, kec. Salak, Pakpak Bharat district The subject of this study is management in the use of Hospital Management Information System. In the research, the informant sample was all officers in the Hospital Management Information System unit. The utilization of the use of SIMRS is still quite low, due to Human factors who are still not too familiar with the use of SIMRS and often forget to enter patient data into SIMRS due to Network factors that often error, and are still connected to the district government. The SOP factor is also one of the impacts of not running The optimal use of SIMRS is because the SOP for SIMRS is still not available, so it is necessary to revise and socialize it to officers so that officers can understand the standards and flows in utilizing the use of SIMRS at Salak Hospital, Pakpak Bharat District
Analisis Kesiapan Rumah Sakit Rafflesia Dalam Mengimplementasikan Electronic Medical Record (RME) Menggunakan Metode DOQ-IT
It is important to evaluate readiness. Rafflesia hospital has implemented SIMRS, thus opening up opportunities for information system development through the implementation of RME. To achieve this, the readiness to use RME must be thoroughly evaluated. This research uses a descriptive approach. While the type of data obtained is primary data from medical and non-medical officers. HR readiness for RME implementation is 34, indicating that HR has not understood RME well, seeing that the benefits are lacking, especially in the IT field, and most officers do not know about RME. Organizational work culture is 31, indicating that there is an understanding that RME will change the work culture of the organization. When RME is used, there is a tendency to accept and support. In frequency 28, governance and leadership showed that there was an understanding of the value of electronic medical records in relation to IT management strategy and support and that decision makers were committed to implementing RME. In frequency 39, infrastructure indicates that information technology capacity is strong and the likelihood of successful RME adoption is high. In general, Rafflesia Hospital is well prepared to implement RME, as indicated by the RME Implementation Readiness Assessment Interpretation.Penting untuk mengevaluasi kesiapan. Rumah sakit Rafflesia telah menerapkan SIMRS, sehingga membuka peluang untuk pengembangan sistem informasi melalui implementasi RME. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, kesiapan penggunaan RME harus dievaluasi secara menyeluruh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Sedangkan jenis data yang diperoleh adalah data primer dari petugas medis dan non medis. Kesiapan SDM untuk implementasi RME sebesar 34, menunjukkan bahwa SDM belum memahami RME dengan baik, melihat manfaatnya yang kurang terutama di bidang IT, dan sebagian besar petugas belum mengetahui tentang RME. Budaya kerja organisasi sebesar 31, menunjukkan bahwa ada pemahaman bahwa RME akan mengubah budaya kerja organisasi. Ketika RME digunakan, ada kecenderungan untuk menerima dan mendukung. Pada frekuensi 28, tata kelola dan kepemimpinan menunjukkan bahwa ada pemahaman tentang nilai rekam medis elektronik dalam kaitannya dengan strategi dan dukungan manajemen TI dan para pengambil keputusan berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan RME. Pada frekuensi 39, infrastruktur menunjukkan bahwa kapasitas teknologi informasi kuat dan kemungkinan adopsi RME yang sukses tinggi.
