Research this aim for knowing activity antibacterial preparation ointment from extract skin fruit banana goods (Musa acuminate colla) against Staphylococcus aureus. Method Study this conducted Experimental, extract obtained with use method maceration with solvent 96% followed after that the extract was concentrated with rotary evaporator. Ethanol obtained tested Phytochemicals. The results of screenings showed that all of the extracts from skin fruit banana contained flavonoid, alkaloid, steroid, terpenoid and tannin, then made preparation ointment using Vaseline Album base, Adeps Lanae, Paraffin Liquid, Setyl Alcohol and preparation ointment Extract Skin Fruit Banana goods have Concentration 4%, 6%, 8%
Studi Kasus Pelayanan Rekam Medis pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di Puskesmas Gondokusuman II Kota Yogyakarta
Get PDFThe Covid-19 outbreak has been declared as a public health emergency of international concern by the World Health Organization (WHO). The pandemic has also changed the process of health services provided to patients, including medical record services. This study aimed to examine the process of medical record services at the Gondokusuman II Primary Health Center (PHC) in Yogyakarta City during the Covid-19 pandemic. This qualitative research explored medical record services during pandemics. Three staff were recruited as respondents using the purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through observation and interviews. There were differences in patient registration services before and after the pandemic. Before registering, patients will be screened first. If they show Covid-19 symptoms, the patients are directed to the infectious clinic and the provision of medical records will be prioritized. To support the implementation of health protocols, the primary health center provides personnel protective equipment adequately. However, the reference for health protocols related to medical record services at the PHC level is not yet available. So, reference issued by the Ministry of Health is used respectively. Therefore, specific regulations need to be immediately compiled and disseminated to ensure that the prevention of Covid-19 transmission can be carried out more precisely

Get PDFCaring is a moral attitude in nursing practice, the caring nature of nurses when dealing with sick people. The nurse must show that the nurse cares about the patient's condition. Caring is a fundamental concept of nursing that will describe a caring behavior person. Caring behavior is a way or behavior of nurses to patients, do not be indifferent to patients, do not discriminate against patients, both in terms of age, economy, culture, and religion. In general, caring behavior is a habit that nurses do when providing nursing care to patients. The purpose of the study was to determine the knowledge of nurses about caring behavior at Tigarunggu Health Center, Simalungun Regency in 2021. This study used a qualitative method where data collection was carried out by interviewing as many as 5 questions to be able to dig deeper into a knowledge of caring behavior. The sampling technique used a total sampling of 8 respondents. The data analysis technique used is thematic analysis. The results obtained: caring is a sense of caring for the patient and the patient's family, providing good nursing care, approaching, and being able to feel the pain experienced by the patient. Caring behavior is a habit that nurses do when providing nursing care to patients. How to provide caring behavior in nursing practice by getting closer to the patient, touching the patient, asking what is sick, and applying the 3S, namely smile, greet, and touch. The benefit of caring behavior is that the patient will feel satisfied with the treatment so that the patient feels the pain has reduced. The obstacles faced when practicing caring behavior are when the nurse is friendly, caring, has tried her best to the patient, but the patient refuses or is indifferent to the nurse

Appendicitis is a condition in which inflammation occurs due to infection in the appendix or appendix. Infections in the appendix or appendix can cause acute inflammation, so immediate surgery is needed to prevent complications that can generally endanger health. This study aims to analyze the effect of giving back massage to reduce pain scale in appendectomy patients at Rantau Prapat Hospital. The type of research used is quantitative with a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pre-test/post-test design. The study was conducted in July 2021 at the Rantau Prapat Hospital. The population in this study were all post appendectomy patients who were treated in June-July 2021. The population in this study was 16 people. The sampling technique in this study was a total sampling technique, thus the number of samples in this study was 16 people. The results of data analysis carried out using the t test obtained results with a probability value (p) = 0.000 (p <0.05) meaning that there was an effect of back massage on decreasing pain levels in post-appendectomy patients. It is hoped that the hospital will always improve services to patients by developing and applying non-pharmacological therapy techniques in addition to pharmacological treatment that is effective in reducing pain scale in patients, especially postoperative patients.Appendisitis adalah keadaan dimana terjadinya peradangan akibat adanya infeksi pada usus buntu atau umbai cacing. Infeksi pada usus buntu atau umbai cacing bisa mengakibatkan peradangaan akut sehingga dibutuhkan tindakan operasi segera untuk mencegah adanya komplikasi yang umumnya dapat membahayakan kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemberian massase punggung terhadap penurunan skala nyeri pada pasien appendiktomi di RSUD Rantau Prapat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pre test/post test. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Juli tahun 2021 di RSUD Rantau Prapat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien post apendektomi yang di rawat pada bulan Juni-Juli tahun 2021. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 16 orang. Tehnik sampling pada penelitian ini adalah tekhnik total sampling dengan demikian jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 16 orang. Hasil analisa data yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji t test diperoleh hasil dengan nilai probabilitas (p) = 0,000 (p < 0,05) artinya terdapat pengaruh massase punggung terhadap menurunnya tingkat nyeri pada pasien paska operasi apendektomi. Diharapkan kepada pihak rumah sakit untuk selalu meningkatkan pelayanan kepada pasien dengan cara mengembangkan serta menerapkan teknik-teknik terapi non farmakologi disamping pengobatan secara farmakologi yang efektif dalam menurunkan skala nyeri pada pasien, terutama pasien post operasi

Get PDFDiarrhea is a condition in which a person suffers from loose stools, watery stools, can be mixed with blood and mucus, sometimes accompanied by vomiting. Diarrhea is still the biggest cause of death for children under five years old in the world. According to the United Nations International Child's Emergency Fund (UNICEF), every second one toddler dies of diarrhea, Ridwan Amiruddin, (2007). In carrying out her role as a mother, it cannot be separated from the knowledge relationship she has. the knowledge possessed by the mother, the diarrhea prevention actions taken in toddlers will make the toddlers recover and be healthy. So that toddlers who suffer from diarrhea are handled well and do not cause complications due to diarrhea they experience. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between mother's knowledge and attitudes towards preventing diarrhea in toddlers in Siswo Mulio, Kwala Begumit Langkat. This type of research uses the type of research that is analytic observation with a cross sectional research design. The total sampling used in this study was 34 mothers who have toddlers. The data analysis technique carried out by the researcher was a closed questionnaire to the respondents as many as 24 questions, namely 12 questions for the independent variable and 12 questions for the dependent variable, then the variable answer interval was formulated using the Sturgers formula. The results showed that of the 34 mothers who became respondents, the level of knowledge of the respondents was good amounted to 11 people (32.4%), sufficient level of knowledge amounted to 17 people (50%) and the level of poor knowledge amounted to 6 people (17.6%). Based on the attitude of the respondents to the prevention of diarrhea in toddlers, there were 8 good (23.5%), moderate 23 people (67.6%), and 3 bad people (8.8%). The results of the research analysis that has been carried out show that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge as many as 17 people (50%) and the majority have sufficient attitudes as many as 23 people (67.6%) and the number of respondents with poor knowledge is 6 people (17.6%) with bad attitudes as many as 3 people (8.8%). Statistical test results obtained p = 0.001 stating that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes towards prevention of diarrhea in toddlers in Siswo Mulio Timur Hamlet, Kwala Begumit Village, Stabat District, Langkat Regency with p = 0.001. The mother's role in implementing and preventing diarrhea requires knowledge, because knowledge is one of the components of an important predisposing factor

Get PDFCoronary heart disease is the most common cause of death globally. Deaths in patients with coronary heart disease are 7.8 million out of 11.11 million people in developing countries in 2020. One of the factors that can worsen heart disease is drug interactions caused by patients with heart disease not only having one disease but followed by other diseases. so that they use more than one kind of drug. The purpose of this study was to describe the treatment profile of CHD patients and drug interactions in coronary heart inpatients at Imelda General Hospital, Indonesian Workers. This research is an observational study designed with retrospective descriptive design. Data analysis was carried out by screening drug interactions using the Drug Interaction Checker. The results showed that the criteria for CHD patients mostly occurred in women (56.3%) at the age of 56-60 years (23.9%). The distribution of diagnoses in CHD patients had the most three diagnoses of disease and with the most comorbidities, namely dyspepsia (20.6%) and diabetes mellitus (19.0%). The most widely used coronary heart therapy in inpatients at Imelda Workers' Hospital in Indonesia was SDN (12.7%) while the combination therapy was Clopidogrel and Concor (4.2%). Get PDFThis study aims to determine and analyze the influence of budget participation and leadership style of OPD of the Provincial Environment Agency. The population in this study amounted to 145 employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the OPD of the Provsu Environmental Service and the research sample was 135employees of the State Civil Apparatus which includes all employees of the State Civil Apparatus at the OPD of the Provincial Environmental Service. The source of this research is primary data using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The data collection method used is survey research. This studyuses multiple regression analysis for statistical analysis and the regression model has been tested first in the classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously there was a significant influence between budget participation, leadership style on managerial performance. Partially Partially budgetary participation has no significant positive effect on managerial performance, leadership style has a significant positive effect on managerial performance
