外国人留学生の日本就職・定着をめぐる政策に関する一考察
No full textDepartmental Bulletin Paper日本社会は、長期かつ粘着的な人手不足状況にあり、労働力の需給ギャップを埋める外国人留学生の国内就職・定着は、国策のひとつとなっている。本論文の目的は、一連の政府の取組を整理し、就職支援と定着支援、大都市圏と地方圏という観点から現状と課題を考察することにある。その結果、第一に、国内企業への就職支援の取組が進んでいるものの、定着状況については十分に把握されておらず、定着促進の方策が課題であること、第二に、人口減少は大都市圏より地方圏で深刻化しており、その打開策を模索するうえで外国人材の地方圏の選択メカニズムを解明し、流入・定着促進整備のあり方を探ることが課題であることが判明した。今後は同時に、就労・生活の地として、日本を選択するかどうかという外国人材の感情と、受け入れるかどうかという国民の感情にも配慮した方策が不可欠となることを指摘した。departmental bulletin pape

We then used discriminant analysis to clarify what factors are related to whether national universities actively assign "Information Study I" to the "Common Test for University Entrance."
