No full textDepartmental Bulletin PaperWhat is necessary to maintain and develop our living environments properly? Community learning, in which children learn and rediscover the region in which they live, and in which they identify with, pass on, or become aware of the importance of the wisdom and ingenuity found in the community, is very important in maintaining a living environment. Surrounded by mountains with a rich natural environment, the area is blessed with abundant agricultural products and landscapes, benefiting from fresh air and water. However, these nature-rich areas have experienced landslides, floods, and other disasters in the past. In disaster education, it is important to foster an attitude to handle natural disasters when they occur. To this end, it is very important to understand the lives of local communities, including how to respond to disasters, living culture shaping indigenous responses to them rather than focusing solely on disasters. We have been making several local playing cards. Some include disaster prevention perspectives. Educational method making indigenous playing cards brings a lot of incentive, recognition and attachment to their living environments through various communications. It offers an exciting prospect of active learning in integrated study. This paper aims to present how regional indigenous playing cards can be created. It is expected to be implemented in as many regions as possible as one of the methods of active learning.departmental bulletin pape
