A Case of Skin Bridges as a Complication after Neonatal Circumcision
No full textJournal ArticleWe report the case of a 24-year-old male patient with skin bridges at two points between his penile glans and foreskin. He had undergone neonatal circumcision in the United States of America. We successfully performed surgical dissection of the two skin bridges, restored the cosmetic features and resolved discomfort. In Japan, neonatal circumcision is not performed routinely; therefore, complications as in this case are rarely seen.journal articl
Spontaneous Parasitic Leiomyoma: A Case Report
No full textJournal Article患者は20歳代，女性．臍周囲腹部痛を主訴に来院した．精査の結果，メッケル憩室炎，限局性腹膜炎の診断でCefmetazoleによる保存的治療を開始した．腹部所見は一旦改善したものの再燃した．そのためメッケル憩室切除術を予定し開腹手術を施行した．開腹時所見では，メッケル憩室と思われたものは固い充実性腫瘤であり，それが細い索状物を介して小腸に癒着しているものと判明した．何らかの腫瘍性病変と診断し，これを摘出した．組織型はleiomyoma with infarctionであった．以上から自然発生性parasitic leiomyomaと診断した．術後経過は良好で術後7日目に退院した．Parasitic leiomyomaは非常に稀であり，今回われわれは自然発生性parasitic leiomyomaの1例について経験したので，文献的考察を加えて報告する．journal articl

The introduction of offshore development can enjoy the merit of cost reduction and resource securing. However, in offshore development, several issues also exist. \nOn the other hand, near-shore development has attracted attention as a way of solutions to deal with the problem of offshore development. Nearshore development is to utilize domestic local cities and entrust system development work to domestic system development companies.\nThe merit of nearshore development is that it can maintain and secure high quality and security. Get PDFDepartmental Bulletin PaperThis paper describes the overview of “the Survey on Work and Life of Local Residents” conducted in Maebashi city and Tamamura town, Gunma Prefecture. For this survey, 2,000 individuals (25-54 years old) from 50 neighborhoods were selected using a stratified two-stage random sampling procedure. The survey was conducted from November 2017 to January 2018, and yielded 723 responses (the response rate was 36.2%).
