    Young people's perception of radio: Frequency of listening and existence of radio as a medium

    U radu se prikazuje radio kao medij, njegova definicija te njegova percepcija kod mladih. Prvotno se objašnjavaju masovni mediji kao i sama definicija radija te njegova povijest, kako u svijetu tako i u Hrvatskoj. U središnjem se dijelu rad bavi tehnološkim napretkom radija kroz godine i objašnjava se novi načini slušanja radija kao npr. online radio, podcasti te općenito svi novi načini na koje se radio prilagodio novim tehnologijama i generacijama. Također, provedenim istraživanjima prikazuje se slušanost radija u Hrvatskoj te sama relevantnost radija danas. Zadnji dio rada donosi provedeno anketno istraživanje provedeno na mladima o njihovom mišljenju i slušanosti radija te rezultati istoga. Cilj je ovog rada prikazati kakvu percepciju mladi danas imaju o radiju, koliko ga slušaju i koriste te opstanak radija kao medija

    Historical development of the rondo form

    U ovomu će se završnom radu proučavati rondo kao jedan od najstarijih oblika glazbenoga djela. Središnji dio rada donosi presjek oblika ronda tijekom povijesti, od nastanka u srednjemu vijeku, preoblikovanja u instrumentalni oblik u baroku, standardizacije ronda kao završnoga stavka sonata, koncerata i simfonija u klasicizmu te razvoja oblika u romantizmu pa sve do danas. Za svako će se razdoblje navesti po jedan primjer ronda iz literature s notnim prikazom. Na kraju se rada nalaze zaključna razmatranja o temi te popis korištene literature.In this final paper, the rondo will be examined as one of the oldest forms of musical works. The central part of the paper provides an overview of the rondo form throughout history, from its emergence in the Middle Ages, its transformation into an instrumental form during the Baroque period, the standardization of the rondo as the final movement of sonatas, concertos, and symphonies in the Classical period, to the development of the form in the Romantic era and up to the present day. For each period, one example of the rondo from literature will be provided along with a musical notation representation. The conclusion of the paper offers final reflections on the topic of this final paper and a list of the literature used

    Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se procesom stvaranja uloge gđe. Smith u predstavi Ćelava pjevačica Eugèna Ionesca, u kontekstu teorije i prakse teatra apsurda. U prvom dijelu rada izložen je teorijski okvir koji obuhvaća biografske i estetske značajke Ionescova opusa, temeljne odlike teatra apsurda te specifičnosti dramskog jezika i strukture u Ćelavoj pjevačici. Praktični dio rada detaljno opisuje proces rada na ulozi. Mentorica je prof. art. Anica Tomić, a sumentorica doc. art. Jelena KovačićThis thesis explores the process of creating the role of Mrs. Smith in Eugène Ionesco’s The Bald Soprano, examined through both the theoretical and practical frameworks of the Theatre of the Absurd. The first part of the thesis presents the theoretical context, including the biographical and aesthetic characteristics of Ionesco’s oeuvre, the fundamental features of the Theatre of the Absurd, and the specificities of the dramatic language and structure of this play. The practical part offers a detailed account of the creative process – from the initial readings and text analysis, through the exploration of speech, rhythm, and physical expression, to the final stage performance. In doing so, the thesis connects a theoretical understanding of Ionesco’s theatre with personal acting experience, demonstrating how distinctive poetics can be translated into a living performance. It is created under the mentorship of prof. art. Anica Tomić and co-mentored by doc. art. Jelena Kovačić

    Ovaj rad bavi se procesom stvaranja uloge gospodina Martina u drami Eugènea Ionesca Ćelava Pjevačica, u kontekstu teorije i prakse kazališta apsurda. Prvi dio rada predstavlja teorijski okvir koji obuhvaća biografske i estetske značajke Ionescovog djela, temeljne karakteristike kazališta apsurda, kao i specifičnosti dramskog jezika i strukture u Ćelavoj pjevačici. Praktični dio rada detaljno opisuje proces rada na ulozi. Mentorica je prof. art. Anica Tomić, a sumentorica je doc. art. Jelena Kovačić.This thesis examines the process of creating the role of Mr. Martin in Eugène Ionesco's play The Bald Soprano, within the context of the theory and practice of the Theatre of the Absurd.     Ovaj diplomski rad analizira specifičnosti TikTok oglašavanja, s posebnim naglaskom na različite vrste oglasa i strategije koje brendovi koriste kako bi povećali angažman publike na toj popularnoj platformi. Razvoj digitalnih platformi, osobito društvenih mreža, doveo je do značajnih promjena u načinu oglašavanja, a TikTok se izdvaja kao jedna od najdinamičnijih i najutjecajnijih platformi u modernom digitalnom ekosustavu. Sa svojim jedinstvenim algoritmom, koji se temelji na personalizaciji sadržaja, TikTok je omogućio brendovima dosegnuti ciljanu publiku na inovativan i autentičan način, prilagođavajući se interesima korisnika i njihovim navikama konzumiranja sadržaja. TikTok marketing postao je ključni alat za digitalno oglašavanje jer kombinira kreativne video formate, visoku razinu angažmana korisnika i snažan utjecaj influencera. Rad se također bavi ulogom autentičnosti influencera u TikTok oglašavanju i načinima na koje korisnici reagiraju na promotivne poruke koje oni donose. Autentičnost i korisnost sadržaja postali su ključni faktori koji značajno utječu na uspjeh oglašivačkih kampanja. Kroz provedeno istraživanje, rad nastoji prikazati percepciju korisnika o TikTok oglašavanju i influencer marketingu, analizirajući kako različiti faktori, poput dobi, interesa i ponašanja korisnika, utječu na učinkovitost digitalnog oglašavanja na toj platformi. Cilj je rada pružiti uvid u ključne elemente koji doprinose uspjehu ili neuspjehu kampanja na TikToku.This thesis analyzes the specifics of TikTok advertising, with a particular focus on different types of ads and strategies that brands use to increase audience engagement on this popular platform. The development of digital platforms, especially social media, has led to significant changes in advertising methods, and TikTok stands out as one of the most dynamic and influential platforms in the modern digital ecosystem. With its unique algorithm, based on content personalization, TikTok has allowed brands to reach their target audience in an innovative and authentic way, adjusting to user preferences and content consumption habits. TikTok marketing has become a key tool for digital advertising, combining creative video formats, high user engagement, and a strong influencer impact. The thesis also explores the role of influencer authenticity in TikTok advertising and how users respond to promotional messages delivered by influencers. Authenticity and content relevance have become key factors that significantly affect the success of advertising campaigns. Through conducted research, the thesis aims to present users' perceptions of TikTok advertising and influencer marketing, analyzing how different factors, such as age, interests, and user behavior, influence the effectiveness of digital advertising on this platform. The goal is to provide insight into the key elements that contribute to the success or failure of campaigns on TikTok

    Cultural Barriers in the Promotion of Japanese Art in Croatia

    Japanska umjetnost, oblikovana kroz stoljeća bogate povijesti i raznih oblika umjetnosti, neprestano fascinira svijet. U Europi, pa tako i u Hrvatskoj, pratimo neprestajući interes za otkrivanjem japanske umjetnosti, bilo tradicionalne, bilo popkulturne ili masmedijske. U Hrvatskoj, mogućnost interakcije s japanskom umjetnošću je i dalje je ograničena. Ovaj rad analizira ključne kulturne barijere koje utječu na percepciju japanske umjetnosti u Hrvatskoj, poput jezičnih barijera i nedostatka materijala, a osvrće se i na problem nedostatka medijske pokrivenosti. Kroz provedeno istraživanje dobivamo jasniji uvid u mišljenje hrvatske publike, njihovu razinu interesa i poznavanja, s ciljem otvaranja prostora za kvalitetniju i dostupniju prezentaciju japanske umjetnosti u Hrvatskoj.Japanese art, shaped through centuries of rich history and various forms of artistic expression, continues to fascinate the world. In Europe, including Croatia, there is a constant interest in exploring Japanese art—be it traditional, pop-cultural, or mass media-related. In Croatia, despite the growing interest, the opportunity to interact with Japanese art remains limited. This paper analyses the key cultural barriers that affect the perception of Japanese art in Croatia, such as language barriers and the lack of available materials, and also touches upon the issue of insufficient media coverage. Through the conducted research, we gain a clearer insight into the opinions of the Croatian audience, their level of interest and knowledge, with the aim of creating space for a more accessible and higher-quality presentation of Japanese art in Croatia

    Analiza klavirskih minijatura „Visions Fugitives” Sergeja Prokofjeva

    Ciklus minijatura „Visions Fugitives” predstavlja metamorfozu genijalnog skladatelja iz talentiranog adolescenta u ozbiljnog, zrelog mislioca. Suvislo razrađenih forma, harmonijski ingeniozne te ambijentalno raznovrsne, dvadeset minijatura nas vodi kroz svu paletu skladateljevih emocija, misli i hirova ravno u izvor njegova stvaralačkog genija – njegov um. Ciklus na neki način označava prijelomnu točku njegova stvaralaštva – završava bezbrižan i lagodan adolescentski život mladog skladatelja, te počinje njegovo zrelo razdoblje. Budući da su Rahmanjinov i Stravinsky usred grotla Oktobarske revolucije morali spavašavat život bijegom iz Rusije, Prokofjev je preko noći postao jedan od najistaknutijih skladatelja u domovini. I to čini ovaj unikatan ciklus minijatura svojevrsnim pred-revolucionarnim dnevnikom mladog kompozitora, intimne glazbene uvidi o posljednjim danima jednog carstva, koje se također pokazalo kao još samo jedna odbjegla vizija. U današnje vrijeme, kada u općoj populaciji, nažalost, imamo pandemiju dezificijensa fokusa, posebnu težinu imaju upravo ovakva djela – kratka ali kompaktna, koje nam sa minimalno glazbenog materijala, bez prenemanja i kompliciranja, uspijeva pružiti izvanredan doživljavaj, ispričati cijelu jednu priču, približitiv čitav svemir. I inspirirati neke naše, nadajmo se ne odbjegle, ideje.Cycle of piano miniatures, „Vision Fugitives“ represents a metamorphosis of a genius composer, from a talented adolescent into a serious, mature thinker. With coherently elaborated form, harmonically ingenious and ambientally diverse – twenty miniatures leads us through the palette of composer's emotions, thoughts and quirks straight into the source of his creative genius – his mind. The cycle somewhat represents a turning point for his creativity – easygoing and carefree adolescence is coming to an end, and mature period is beginning. Since Rachmaninoff and Stravinsky had to save their lives fleeing Russia in the midst of October Revolution, Prokofiev became one of the most prominent composers in the country overnight. That makes this unique cycle of miniatures a pre-revolutionary journal of a young composer, intimate musical insights about last days of an empire, which has been shown to be just another fugitive visions. Nowaday, when, unfortunately, we have an epidemic of focus defficiency in the general public, pieces like these have special weight – short but compact, with a minimum of musical material, without complications – they are able to offer an outstanding experience, tell a whole story, bring closer a whole universe. And inspire some of ours, let's hope not fugitive, ideas

    Sportski marketing postao je ključan segment moderne sportske industrije, posebice kod velikih međunarodnih natjecanja čiji se glavni uspjeh temelji na digitalnoj komunikaciji i jačanju sportske zajednice na društvenim mrežama. Hrvatski rukometni savez (HRS) kao domaćin Svjetskog rukometnog prvenstva 2025. godine na svojim je društvenim mrežama informirao, angažirao i povezivao publiku, za što je potrebna isplanirana i osmišljena strategija. Ovim diplomskim radom nastoji se analizirati koje je marketinške strategije HRS koristio na društvenim mrežama, s naglaskom na platformu Instagram. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi koje vrste objava ostvaruju najveći angažman kod publike, koliku ulogu ima glazba u komunikaciji te koliko je važna brza objava nakon ključnih trenutaka. Također, ukratko su uspoređene aktivnosti HRS-a na Instagramu s drugim zemljama domaćinima, ali i drugim platformama, poput TikToka i Facebooka. Metodologija se temelji na sadržajnoj i kvantitativnoj analizi 329 objava HRS-a na Instagramu tijekom prvenstva, a rezultati pokazuju kako su najveći doseg ostvarili video sadržaji te emotivne objave, domaće popularne pjesme i brze, spontane objave. Zaključuje se kako su društvene mreže HRS-a tijekom prvenstva postale mjesto okupljanja, povezivanja i jačanja njihove zajednice, što upućuje na pozitivnu i uspješnu komunikaciju i provedenu strategiju. Rad naglašava važnost strateškog planiranja digitalnih kampanja u sportu te nastoji doprinijeti boljem razumijevanju uloge društvenih mreža u izgradnji sportskog brenda i jačanju zajednice.Sports marketing has become a key segment of the modern sports industry, especially in major international competitions whose success largely depends on digital communication and strengthening the sports community on social media. As the host of the 2025 World Men’s Handball Championship, the Croatian Handball Federation (CHF) used its social media channels to inform, engage, and connect with its audience, relying on pre-planned and carefully designed strategies. This thesis analyzes the marketing strategies employed by CHF on social media, with a particular focus on Instagram. The research aimed to determine which types of posts generated the highest audience engagement, the role of music in communication, and the importance of timely posting after key moments. In addition, the activities of CHF on Instagram were briefly compared with those of other host countries as well as with content shared on other platforms, such as TikTok and Facebook. The methodology was based on content and quantitative analysis of 329 Instagram posts published by CHF during the championship. The results show that video content, emotional posts, popular domestic songs, and quick spontaneous updates achieved the widest reach. The findings suggest that CHF’s social media became a central hub for gathering, connecting, and strengthening its community throughout the championship, indicating a positive and effective communication strategy. The thesis emphasizes the importance of strategic planning of digital campaigns in sports and aims to contribute to a better understanding of the role of social media in building a sports brand and strengthening its community

    The Tambura Heritage of the Sesvete Area

    Rad obrađuje tamburašku baštinu sesvetskog kraja, s naglaskom na kulturno-umjetnička društva, festivale i pojedince koji svojim djelovanjem čuvaju i promiču tamburu u lokalnoj zajednici. U radu se daje pregled povijesti tambure, njezine građe i razvoja kroz različita razdoblja, čime se sagledava njezin put od tradicijskog do koncertnog instrumenta. Posebna pažnja posvećena je najznačajnijim kulturno-umjetničkim društvima Sesveta, kao i festivalima Po dragome kraju i Tambura u srcu Prigorja, koji imaju ključnu ulogu u očuvanju i popularizaciji tamburaške glazbe u Prigorju. Završni dio rada donosi analizu pjesme Prigorske sem gore list i njezina autora, koja je tijekom desetljeća izvođenja stekla status neslužbene himne hrvatskog Prigorja. Na taj način rad nastoji prikazati tamburu kao glazbalo, simbol identiteta i važan element nematerijalne kulturne baštine prigorskog kraja.The paper explores the tamburitza heritage of the Sesvete region, with a particular focus on cultural and artistic societies, festivals, and individuals who play a key role in preserving and promoting the instrument within the local community. It provides an overview of the history of the tamburitza, its structure, and its evolution across different periods, tracing its journey from a traditional folk instrument to a concert stage instrument. Special attention is given to the most prominent cultural and artistic societies in Sesvete, as well as to the festivals „Po dragome kraju“ (Through the Beloved Homeland) and „Tambura u srcu Prigorja“ (Tamburitza in the Heart of Prigorje), which are crucial in safeguarding and popularizing tamburitza music in the Prigorje area. The final section of the paper presents an analysis of the song Prigorske sem gore list and its author, a piece that, through decades of performance, has earned the status of an unofficial anthem of Croatian Prigorje. In this way, the paper aims to portray the tamburitza not only as a musical instrument, but also as a symbol of identity and an essential element of the intangible cultural heritage of the Prigorje region.     Završni rad započinje pitanjem kako linija kao osnovni likovni element crteža prilikom procesa indiferentnog šaranja tvori likovne ideje bez opterećenja? Skulpturalni dio završnog rada traži inspiraciju u spontano nastalim linijama, šaranjem oslobođenog od svjesnog razmišljanja. Također, rad se referira na prirodu, tj. kako pri korištenju industrijskog proizvedenog materijala, plošno istanjenim linijama dobivamo apstraktnu formu nadahnutu prirodom, prostorni crtež koji ima psihološki učinak na promatrača. Pisani dio završnog rada referirat će se i na umjetnički pravac konstruktivizma i umjetnike vezane uz njega.The final assignment; faculty graduation paper begins with the question of how the line, as the basic artistic element of a drawing, creates artistic ideas without burden during the process of indifferent painting? The sculptural part of the assignment looks for inspiration in spontaneously created lines, a pattern freed from conscious thought. Also, the work refers to nature, i.e. how when using industrially produced material, flat thin lines create an abstract form inspired by nature, a spatial drawing that has a psychological effect on the observer. The written part of the final assignment will also refer to the artistic direction of constructivism and the artists associated with it
