    U ovom završnom radu istražit će se kako je riječ Coca-Cola postala ''druga najpoznatija riječ na svijetu''. Napredak kompanije te njezin sjajan način poslovanja i održivost na tržištu bili su razlog za odabir ove teme. Marketing je jedan od ključnih elemenata za uspjeh kompanije, stoga će se istražiti koji su marketinški trikovi ovu kompaniju doveli na prvo mjesto u svijetu. Coca-Cola se godinama služi fizičkim, ali i psihološkim trikovima zbog kojih je trenutno jedna od najpriznatijih kompanija na svijetu. Psihološki aspekt može imati veliku ulogu u marketinškim kampanjama ako se zna dobro iskoristiti i ukoliko kompanija može razumjeti želje i potrebe tržišta. Coca-Cola svoj posao odrađuje vrhunski te je iz tog razloga stekla popularnost koja se zadržala do danas.In this paper, I would like to investigate how the word Coca-Cola became "the second most famous word in the world". I have followed this topic all my life through various marketing campaigns, which is why I decided to choose it. Following the progress of the company, I am delighted with its great way of doing business and sustainability on the market throughout the whole century. Marketing is one of the key elements for the company's success, so I will explore what marketing tricks have brought this company to first place in the world. Coca-Cola has been using physical and psychological tricks for years, which is why it is currently one of the most respected companies in the world. I believe that the psychological aspect plays a big role in marketing campaigns if it can be used well if the company can understand the wishes and needs of the market. Coca-Cola does its job superbly and for this reason it has gained popularity that has remained to this day

    Ovisno o vrsti usluga ili proizvoda koji se kupuju, razvijeni su različiti modeli ponašanja potrošača tijekom procesa kupnje i donošenja odluka. Svaki proizvod ili usluga zahtijevaju poseban pristup pri analizi načina na koji potrošači donose svoje odluke, što je ključno za postizanje učinkovitosti u prodaji. Kako bi se olakšao ovaj proces, potrebno je detaljno razmotriti specifične odluke koje potrošač donosi za svaki pojedini proizvod ili uslugu. Proces donošenja odluka o kupnji obično se sastoji od pet ključnih faza: prvo, potrošač prepoznaje potrebu za određenim proizvodom ili uslugom; zatim započinje s prikupljanjem informacija o mogućnostima na tržištu; nakon toga slijedi procjena dostupnih alternativa, gdje potrošač uspoređuje različite opcije; četvrta je faza donošenje same odluke o kupovini, a na kraju dolazi ponašanje potrošača nakon kupovine, koje uključuje zadovoljstvo ili nezadovoljstvo odabranim proizvodom ili uslugom. Za potrebe rada, provedeno je istraživanje na ukupno 72 ispitanika o procesu donošenja odluke o kupovini. Istraživanje je provedeno putem online anketnog upitnika, a rezultati su dostupni u empirijskom dijelu rada.Depending on the type of products or services that are purchased, different models of consumer behavior during the purchase and decision-making process have been developed. Each product or service requires a special approach when analyzing how consumers make their decisions, which is key to achieving sales effectiveness. In order to facilitate this process, it is necessary to consider in detail the specific decisions that the consumer makes for each individual product or service. The purchase decision-making process usually consists of five key stages: first, the consumer recognizes a need for a particular product or service; then begins to gather information about opportunities on the market; this is followed by an assessment of available alternatives, where the consumer compares different options; the fourth stage is making the purchase decision itself, and finally comes the consumer's behavior after the purchase, which includes satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the selected product or service. For the purposes of the work, a survey was conducted on a total of 72 respondents about the process of making a purchase decision. The research was conducted through an online questionnaire, and the results are available in the empirical part of the paper

    EFFECTIVENESS OF ART THERAPY IN VIRTUAL FORMAT

    Ova studija slučaja ispituje učinkovitost art terapije u virtualnom formatu. Istraživanje je provođeno u vrijeme pandemije COVID - 19 kada se na globalnoj razini proširila virtualna praksa komunikacije u različitim područjima ljudskog djelovanja, kako u privatnoj, tako i u poslovnoj sferi. Terapijske sesije su se odvijale jednom tjedno kroz četiri mjeseca, s dvadeset sedmogodišnjom klijenticom koja je bila u drugom stanju. Cilj terapije je bio regulacija straha uvjetovanog ranijim traumatskim iskustvom spontanog pobačaja te uspostava osjećaja unutrašnje kontrole kod klijentice. Virtualni format korišten je za sinkronu i za asinkronu komunikaciju, a procesiranje traumatskog iskustva vršeno je pomoću art terapijskog protokola Check, Change What You Need To Change and/or Keep What You Want (u prijevodu: Provjeri, promijeni što trebaš promijeniti i/ili zadrži što želiš) (Hass-Cohen, Findlay, Carr i Vanderlan, 2014). Rezultati pokazuju da se u nedostatku fizičke blizine, bliskost koja je potrebna za uspostavu kvalitetnog terapijskog odnosa može ostvariti i putem sredstava digitalne komunikacije. Ukoliko se radi o procesiranju traumatskog iskustva nužna je ispravna procjena mentalnih i emotivnih snaga klijenta za rad u virtualnom formatu. Svi segmenti istraživanja dokazuju učinkovitost virtualnog formata art terapije u opisanom slučaju, no potrebno je provesti daljnja istraživanja koja će potaknuti rasprave o primjenjivosti ovog formata u radu s osobama različitog biopsihosocijalnog statusa. Istraživanje otvara i pitanje formalne edukacije art terapeuta za rad u virtualnom formatu.This case study examines the effectiveness of art therapy in a virtual format. The research was conducted at the time of the COVID - 19 pandemic, when the virtual practice of communication spread globally in different areas of human activity, both in the private and business spheres. The therapy was conducted once a week for four months, with a pregnant twenty-seven-year-old client. The goal of the therapy was the regulation of fear conditioned by the earlier traumatic experience of miscarriage and the recovery of client’s internal control. The virtual format was used for synchronous and asynchronous communication. Processing of the traumatic experience was done using the art therapy protocol Check, Change What You Need to Change and/or Keep What You Want (Hass-Cohen, Findlay, Carr and Vanderlan, 2014). The results show that in the absence of physical nearness, the closeness required for a quality therapeutic relationship can also be achieved through means of digital communication. If it is about processing a traumatic experience, a correct assessment of the client's mental and emotional strength is necessary for working in a virtual format. All segments of the research prove the effectiveness of the virtual format of art therapy in the described case, but further research is necessary that will encourage discussions about the applicability of this format in working with people of different biopsychosocial status. The research also raises the issue of formal education of art therapists to work in a virtual format

    Ovim radom prikazat će se biografije skladatelja i analize skladbi koje se izvode na solističkom koncertu. Poznavanje forme svake skladbe koju pjevač izvodi, poznavanje stilskih značajki razdoblja u kojem je ona pisana te sami sadržaj i tekst, iznimno su bitni kako bi pjevač što kvalitetnije i vjerodostojnije izveo svaku pojedinu skladbu. Analiza skladbi omogućuje pjevaču bolju izvedbu skladbe, ne samo u tehničkom smislu, nego i interpretativno. Ovaj diplomski rad sadrži devet poglavlja u kojima su prikazane biografije skladatelja, tekst te sadržaj skladbi na izvornom jeziku te prijevod na hrvatskom jeziku. Također, osim navedenih devet poglavlja, rad sadrži uvod, zaključak, popis literature te priloge.This work will present the biographies of the composers and analyzes of the compositions that will be performed at the solo concert. Knowing the form of each composition performed by the singer, knowing the stylistic features of the period in which was written, as well as the content and text itself, are extremely important in order for the singer to perform each individual composition as qualitatively and authentically as possible. The analysis of the composition allows the singer to perform the composition better, not only in the technical sense, but also interpretively. This thesis contains nine chapters in which are presented biographies of the composers, the text and content of the compositions in the original language and the Croatian translation. Also, apart from the above nine chapters, this thesis contains an introduction, conclusion, list of literature and appendices

    Diplomski rad pod nazivom Oblikovanje karata za poticanje dijaloga odraz je raznolikosti definicije „idealno tijelo“ te problema s kojima se suočavamo pri analizi istog. Inspiraciju za vizualno oblikovanje karata pronašla sam u različitim aspektima figuracije i oblicima tijela. Pokušala sam oblikovati karte i ilustracije putem inkluzivnosti, raznolikosti iskustava, te prikazu situacije bez osude. Praktični dio diplomskog rada je umjetnički rad, a sastoji se od ambalaže i 45 ilustriranih karata za poticaj dijaloga, te priloženih uputa, liste cvijeća i njihovih značenja. Ilustracija je ključan segment ovog rada, ali nepotpun bez teksta koji ga prati. Pitanja na naličju karata služe za poticaj osobnog rasta i razvoja, te pojedinac ima mogućnost klasificirati i povezati moguće odgovore na pojedina pitanja. Cilj korištenja ovakvih karata je izdvojiti, ispričati te razlikovati i komentirati vlastite osjećaje vezane za određenu kartu. Pismeni dio skupa s praktičnim dijelom diplomskog rada, produkt je stvaralačkog procesa, promišljanja, istraživanja teme, kreativnog oblikovanja uz korištenje adekvatnih materijala i tehnika za oblikovanje karata.The master thesis titled Conversation card design is a reflection of diversity of the definition of an „ideal body“ and the variety of issues we all face while analyzing it. I've found inspiration for the visual design of the cards through different aspects of figuration and body shapes. I tried to design illustrations through inclusivity, diversity of experiences and depicting situations without judgement. The practical part of the thesis is an artistic work, consisting of packaging and 45 illustrated cards to encourage dialogue, as well as instructions, and a list of flowers and their meanings. Illustration is a key segment of this work, but incomplete without the accompanying text. The questions on the back of the cards serve to stimulate personal growth and development, and the individual has the ability to classify and connect possible answers to individual questions. The goal of using such cards is to separate, discuss, distinguish and comment on one's own feelings related to a certain card. The written part together with the practical part of the thesis is the product of the creative process, reflection, researching the topic, and the creative design with the use of adequate materials and techniques

    Diplomski rad pod naslovom ,,Analiza odnosa s javnošću na primjeru Muzeja Slavonije” istražuje ulogu i važnost odnosa s javnošću unutar kulturnih institucija s fokusom na Muzej Slavonije u Osijeku. Cilj je rada ispitati kako odnosi s javnošću doprinose promociji muzeja, oblikovanju percepcije publike te održavanju veza s dionicima. Rad kombinira teorijski pregled razvoja odnosa s javnošću s empirijskim istraživanjem provedenim putem intervjua s muzejskim osobljem i anketom među posjetiteljima. Istraživanje pokazuje da su odnosi s javnošću ključni za izgradnju pozitivne slike muzeja i povećanje njegove vidljivosti. Također, ukazuje se i na potrebu za unaprjeđenjem komunikacijskih strategija kako bi se bolje odgovorilo na potrebe suvremene publike. Zaključci rada nude preporuke za poboljšanje praksi odnosa s javnošću u Muzeju Slavonije, naglašavajući važnost prilagodbe modernim tehnologijama i društvenim trendovima kako bi se povećala posjećenost i angažman publike.The thesis titled "Public Relations Analysis: The Case of the Museum of Slavonia" explores the role and importance of public relations within cultural institutions, focusing on the Museum of Slavonia in Osijek. The primary goal of the thesis is to examine how public relations contribute to the promotion of the museum, shape public perception, and maintain connections with stakeholders. The study combines a theoretical overview of the development of public relations with empirical research conducted through interviews with museum staff and a survey among visitors. The research demonstrates that public relations are crucial for building a positive image of the museum and increasing its visibility. It also highlights the need for improving communication strategies to better meet the needs of modern audiences. The conclusions of the thesis provide recommendations for enhancing public relations practices at the Museum of Slavonia, emphasizing the importance of adapting to modern technologies and social trends to increase visitor numbers and audience engagement

    Inovativne strategije poučavanja predstavljaju ključni element suvremenog obrazovanja, promičući aktivno sudjelovanje, kritičko razmišljanje te integraciju novih znanja, vještina i vrijednosti među učenicima. Učiteljima se pruža autonomija u odabiru metoda, no imperativ je prilagoditi ih specifičnim potrebama učenika i obrazovnim ciljevima, s posebnim naglaskom na poticanje kognitivnog, emocionalnog i socijalnog razvoja. Danas se prepoznaje sve veća važnost igre kao alata za poticanje dubljeg razumijevanja i aktivne uključenosti učenika u proces učenja. Kao metoda poučavanja likovne umjetnosti, perceptivne zagonetke potiču aktivno sudjelovanje i dublje razumijevanje gradiva, posebno u srednjoškolskom obrazovanju gdje se može koristiti za motivaciju i ponavljanje gradiva uz pomoć novih tehnologija. Kombinirajući ove elemente, perceptivne zagonetke realizirane kroz mobilne igrice predstavljaju moćan alat za unapređenje poučavanja u srednjoškolskoj nastavi, čineći proces učenja dinamičnijim, interaktivnijim i prilagođenijim potrebama suvremenih učenika. Testiranjem, posebno osmišljene edukativne mobilne igrice , ovaj istraživački rad usmjerava se na analizu učinkovitosti perceptivnih zagonetki u obliku mobilne igrice kao metode učenja likovne umjetnosti. Provedbom anketiranja nastali su rezultati koji mogu doprinijeti daljnjem usmjeravanju u usavršavanju provedbe nastave likovne umjetnosti.Innovative teaching strategies represent a key element of modern education, promoting active participation, critical thinking, and the integration of new knowledge, skills, and values among students. Teachers are given autonomy in choosing methods, but it is imperative to adapt them to the specific needs of students and educational objectives, with a particular emphasis on fostering cognitive, emotional, and social development. Today, there is growing recognition of the importance of play as a tool to encourage deeper understanding and active engagement of students in the learning process. As a method in art education, perceptual puzzles promote active participation and deeper comprehension of the material, especially in secondary education where they can be used for motivation and review with the aid of new technologies. By combining these elements, perceptual puzzles implemented through mobile games represent a powerful tool for enhancing teaching in secondary education, making the learning process more dynamic, interactive, and aligned with the needs of contemporary students. Through testing, particularly with specially designed educational mobile games, this research focuses on analyzing the effectiveness of perceptual puzzles in the form of mobile games as a method for learning visual arts. The results from surveys conducted can contribute further insights into refining the implementation of visual arts education

    Ovaj diplomski rad bavi se analizom evolucije oglašavanja u glazbenoj industriji kroz tri desetljeća, stavljajući fokus na Backstreet Boyse kao studiju slučaja. Cilj rada je istražiti kako su se promijenile strategije oglašavanja i promocije glazbenih izvođača od 1990-ih do 2010-ih, s posebnim fokusom na prijelaz s tradicionalnih medija na digitalne platforme. Istraživanje je provedeno metodom studije slučaja, uključujući povijesne preglede, marketinške kampanje te studije o utjecaju tehnologije na glazbenu industriju. Rezultati pokazuju da su tijekom 1990-ih tradicionalni mediji dominirali u promociji, dok je početkom 2000-ih došlo do tranzicije prema online platformama i društvenim mrežama. Do 2010-ih, digitalni mediji postali su glavni kanal za oglašavanje, omogućujući direktnu interakciju s publikom i precizno ciljanje. Ove promjene u strategijama oglašavanja imale su značajan utjecaj na održavanje popularnosti Backstreet Boysa čime su zadržali relevantnost i povezanost s globalnom publikom. Zaključak rada ističe važnost prilagodbe novim tehnologijama i medijima u glazbenoj industriji te naglašava da evolucija oglašavanja nije samo odgovor na tehnološki napredak, već i ključan faktor u dugoročnom uspjehu glazbenih izvođača, pa tako i Backstreet BoysaThis thesis analyzes the evolution of advertising in the music industry over three decades, focusing on the Backstreet Boys as a case study. The aim of the paper is to investigate how the advertising and promotion strategies of music artists have changed from the 1990s to the 2010s with a special focus on the transition from traditional media to digital platforms. The research was conducted using a case study method, including historical reviews, marketing campaigns and studies on the impact of technology on the music industry. The results show that during the 1990s traditional media dominated promotion, while in the early 2000s there was a transition towards online platforms and social networks. By the 2010s, digital media had become the main channel for advertising, enabling direct audience interaction and precise targeting. These changes in advertising strategies had a significant impact on maintaining the popularity of the Backstreet Boys, thus maintaining relevance and connection with a global audience. The conclusion of the paper emphasizes the importance of adapting to new technologies and media in the music industry and emphasizes that the evolution of advertising is not only a response to technological progress, but also a key factor in the long-term success of music performers, including the Backstreet Boys

    Koristeći motive dalekovoda u umjetničkom radu nastoji se prikazati protok energije između umjetnika i promatrača koja se prenosi kroz niti. U ovom konceptualnom pristupu dalekovodi služe kao poveznica između autora i promatrača, istovremeno noseći sa sobom spoj tehnologije i prirode. Kroz upotrebu motiva dalekovoda u prostornim crtežima stvara se veza između materijalnih struktura i apstraktnih pojmova poput energije i komunikacije. Jedan je od ciljeva ovog umjetničkog rada istražiti ulogu umjetne inteligencije u umjetnosti postavljajući početne skice u aplikaciju i pripremajući ih za daljnji razvoj u stvarnom prostoru korištenjem fizičkih materijala. U pisanom dijelu rada detaljno se objašnjava tehničko iskustvo izrade umjetničkog djela, uz spominjanje ključnih autora koji su doprinijeli proširenju perspektive i inspiracije za rad. Kroz ovu interakciju između materijalnog i virtualnog svijeta istražuje se kompleksnost energije i komunikacije u umjetnosti i promatračima se nudi dublji uvid u umjetničke radove.Using the motifs of transmission lines in this artwork, one aims to show the energy flow between the artist and the observer, which is transmitted through threads. With this conceptual approach, transmission lines serve as a link between the creator and the observer, simultaneously bringing with them a fusion of technology and nature. Through the use of transmission line motifs in spatial drawings, a connection is created between material structures and abstract concepts such as energy and communication. One of the goals of this piece is to explore the role of artificial intelligence in art, placing initial sketches in the application and preparing them for further development in real space using physical materials. The written part of the work explains in detail the technical experience of making the artwork, with mention of key authors who contributed to the broadening of the perspective and the inspiration for artwork. Through the interaction between the material and the virtual world, the complexity of energy and communication in art is explored, offering viewers a deeper insight into the artworks

    Ovaj završni rad bavi se istraživanjem i traganjem te oblikovanjem karaktera lutaka kroz nepresušnu temu, odnosom između dviju osobe i njihove povezanosti. Prikazuje kako su upravo povezanost, nesavršenost i jednostavnost prikazane kroz simbolične oblike. Cilj je ovog rada bio promišljeno obraditi, zatim izraditi karakter lutke koja je namijenjena za film u tehnici stop animacije. Odabir izrade lutaka za tehniku stop animacije omogućuje stvaranje svijeta punog slobode, detalja i simbola. Lutke svojim neobičnim izgledom pričaju i tragaju za smislom i međusobnom povezanošću. Rad nastoji potaknuti publiku na osobnu interpretaciju te da u lutkama pronađu svakoga od nas i poistovjete se s tim jednostavnim, apstraktnim i simboličnim oblicima.This final thesis deals with research and the search for the most important and that is shaping the character of the puppets through the inexhaustible theme the relationship between two people and their conection. Then how exactly this connection, imperfection and simplicity is shown through symbolic forms. The aim of this work was to process thoughtfully then build character of puppet which is intended for the film in the technique of stop motion. Choosing the stop motion technique for making puppets allows you to create a world full of freedom, details and symbols. Puppets with their unusual appearance talk for themselves and they are searching for meaning and connection between them two. This work also tends to encourage the audience to make a personal interpretation and also to find each of us in the puppets and to identify with these simple, abstract and symbolic forms
