E-Learning is learning utilizing electronic technologies to access educational curriculum outside of a traditional classroom. In most cases, it refers to a course, program or degree delivered completely online. E-learning is also a big platform to learn mathematics. But in the current public health crisis, we are all working quickly to move our classes out of the classroom. Fortunately, even if online teaching and learning are new to all of us, some uncertainties are there exists. According to modern view uncertainty is considered essential to science and technology, it is not only the unavoidable plague but also it has impact a great utility. Generally, fuzzy sets are used to analyse fuzzy system reliability. To analyse the fuzzy system reliability, the reliability of each component of the system is considered as a Triangular intuitionistic Type 2 fuzzy number (TIT2FN)

This study aims to improve the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill by applying Problem Based Learning (PBL) model. This type of research is classroom action research with two cycles. This research was conducted in collaboration between researcher and teacher of mathematics. Subjects were students of class  SMPN 9 Pekanbaru. Study was conducted in the odd semester   of   academic   year   2019/2020.   The   research   instrument   consists   of mathematical learning instruments and instruments to collect data. Mathematical learning instruments used in this study are syllabus, lesson plans, and activity sheets. Data collection instruments used in this study is observation sheets and mathematical problem solving tests. Data analysis technique in this study is analysis descriptive narrative of qualitative data and descriptive statistical analysis of quantitative data. The result of this study showed that the implementation of PBL improved the learning process and the student’s mathematical problem solving skill. The student’s average value in cycle I which is 70,27 had improved to 84,07 in cycle II. The improvement also found in the indicator average value in understanding the problem (94,99), planning a solution (69,71), implementing the pland (82,77), and checking again (54,85). This study concludes that the implementation of PBL improved the student’s mathematical problem solving skill at class  SMPN 9 Pekanbaru

Development of Macromedia Flash 8 Based Learning Media in Mathematics Subjects in Class X Nursing in Samarinda Health Vocational School 2019/2020 and testing the feasibility of Macromedia Flash 8 Based Learning Media in Mathematics Subjects in Class X Nursing Students in Vocational School Health Samarinda 2019/2020 . The research is a type of development research using the ADDIE development model. The data analysis technique used is quantitative analysis to analyze data collected from application testing such as questionnaires and qualitative descriptive analysis or data collection. Data collected by interview, observation, documentation and questionnaire. Referring to the results of the assessment it can be concluded that the development of learning media based on Macromedia Flash 8 is feasible as a learning medium

The aim of this study is to investigate the challenges facing the planning of mathematics programme in Federal Capital Territory, Nigeria. The study adopted descriptive research survey design. The population of the study comprised ninety (90) respondents. Stratified and systematic sampling technique was used to select the sample population. The study employed the used of questionnaire as instrument for data collection. Two lecturers from Educational Administration and planning from University of Abuja was consulted to validate the questionnaire. Three research questions and two hypotheses were developed for the study. Test-retest reliability was employed for the study. Percentage and Chi-square test was used to test the hypotheses and data collected from the study. The result revealed that there are challenges facing the planning of mathematics programme of senior secondary education and the challenges includes; inadequate data/information to plan, inadequate funding of planning of mathematics programme, poor capacity development of few mathematics planners, inadequate professional mathematics planners ,political instability, corruption and lack of political will to support planning of mathematics education. The study concluded that the implication of the challenges on the implementation mathematics education is poor implementation of the mathematics programme in the senior secondary schools. The study recommends that the government should increase the funding of educational planning in the country especially mathematics education
