    The fast-growing development of technology has brought changes to how individuals carry out their daily lives, one of which is the presence of gadgets. The existence of this technology makes it easy in almost all aspects, both in searching for information, doing activities, and in using applications as a means for learning and entertainment. This paper discusses the process of designing, implementing and testing an Android mobile application with a puzzle game theme. The process of designing and building the application utilizes tools from Figma and Android Studio. The Puzzle Indonesia application adopts the concept of Indonesian culture and aims to serve as a platform for children to gain insight and practice cognitively. The Puzzle Indonesia application can now be downloaded through the Play Store. The application testing was carried out using the Black-Box Testing technique and distributing questionnaires using Likert Scale guidelines. Through this test, it was found that the Black-Box testing technique could be applied well and through the questionnaire an average score of 90.24% was obtained from the 12 respondents involved and there were evaluations from several respondents. ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi yang kian berkembang pesat membawa perubahan pada bagaimana suatu individu menjalankan kesehariannya, salah satunya yakni dengan hadirnya gawai. Adanya teknologi tersebut memberikan kemudahan pada hampir semua aspek, baik dalam mencari informasi, beraktivitas, hingga dalam menggunakan aplikasi sebagai sarana untuk belajar dan hiburan. Makalah ini membahas tentang proses perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian aplikasi mobile android bertemakan permainan puzzle. Proses dalam rancang bangun aplikasi tersebut memanfaatkan tools dari Figma dan Android Studio. Aplikasi Puzzle Indonesia menganut konsep Kebudayaan Indonesia serta bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah bagi anak-anak dalam menambah wawasan serta berlatih secara kognitif. Aplikasi Puzzle Indonesia kini sudah dapat diunduh melalui Play Store. Adapun pengujian aplikasi dilakukan dengan teknik Black-Box Testing dan pembagian kuisoner menggunakan pedoman Skala Likert. Melalui pengujian tersebut, diperoleh bahwa teknik pengujian Black-Box dapat diterapkan dengan baik serta melalui kuisoner didapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 90,24% dari 12 responden yang terlibat dan adapun evaluasi dari beberapa responden

    PENGARUH SERVICE QUALITY TERHADAP CUSTOMER LOYALTY YANG DIMEDIASI CUSTOMER SATISFACTION DI E-COMMERCE

    E-commerce involves a series of processes for buying and selling goods and services online. In Indonesia, e-commerce users reached 196.47 million and are expected to increase to 244.67 million by 2027 (Statista, 2023). Tokopedia, as a significant e-commerce platform, continues to improve its service quality to maintain customer loyalty and increase the number of customers. This study analyzes the impact of service quality on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction. Using a quantitative approach with a survey method, a sample of 400 respondents who follow Tokopedia's account was obtained through the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software. The results show a positive and significant influence of service quality on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction. This research provides insights into the importance of service quality in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty on the Tokopedia e-commerce platform

    As Cyber threats grow increasingly sophisticated, traditional network security measures are no longer adequate to safeguard critical data and resources. This study focuses on enhancing network security through the deployment of a Zero Trust Network utilizing the Ferrumgate platform. Employing the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) methodology, the research encompasses requirements analysis, the design of a segmented network, the implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) using Google Authenticator, and User activity Monitoring. Findings reveal that Ferrumgate effectively restricts network access to verified Users and devices, significantly reducing risks posed by both internal and external threats. The adoption of MFA enhances security standards, while continuous Monitoring successfully detects and mitigates potential Cyberattacks. In summary, the NDLC-driven implementation of Ferrumgate demonstrated its effectiveness in bolstering network security, with a recommendation for regular evaluations and monitoring to ensure the system remains robust against emerging threats. ABSTRAKDalam menghadapi ancaman Cyber yang semakin kompleks, pendekatan keamanan jaringan tradisional tidak lagi cukup untuk melindungi data dan aset penting. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat keamanan jaringan melalui implementasi Zero Trust Network dengan menggunakan platform Ferrumgate. Pendekatan penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metodologi Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC), yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan jaringan yang tersegmentasi, penerapan autentikasi Multi-Factor Authentication – MFA dengan Google Authenticator, serta pemantauan aktivitas pengguna. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa Ferrumgate mampu memastikan hanya perangkat dan pengguna yang terverifikasi yang dapat mengakses jaringan, sehingga risiko ancaman internal dan eksternal dapat diminimalkan. Integrasi MFA memberikan peningkatan signifikan pada keamanan, sementara sistem pemantauan berkelanjutan efektif dalam mendeteksi serta mencegah potensi serangan Cyber. Kesimpulannya, penerapan Ferrumgate berbasis NDLC terbukti efektif dalam meningkatakan keamanan jaringan, dengan rekomendasi untuk melakukan evaluasi dan pemantauan berkala guna menjaga efektivitas sistem terhadap ancaman yang terus berkembang

    The nutritional status of toddlers is influenced by various factors, both direct, such as infectious diseases, birth history, exclusive breastfeeding, and the quality and quantity of food, as well as indirect factors, including socio-economic status, education, knowledge, and healthcare behavior. Exclusive breastfeeding is particularly crucial as it provides the most complete source of nutrients and is essential for proper growth and development (both brain and body). These factors play a significant role in determining the physical and mental development of children. Malnutrition in toddlers can lead to serious consequences, including physical growth disorders, delayed mental development, and increased risk of disease. Therefore, proper nutrition is essential, especially during early childhood, when nutritional needs are higher than in other age groups. In this context, the study developed a classification model for toddler nutritional status using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) and Naïve Bayes algorithms, comparing the accuracy of both algorithms. The study data was collected from Bambu Apus Community Health Center, involving 424 toddlers aged 0-60 months, with nutritional status assessment criteria based on age, weight, and height or length, which were converted into Z-scores according to the WHO 2005 anthropometric standards. Data testing and analysis were conducted using the RapidMiner 10.3 application. The results showed that the majority of toddlers in the area had good nutritional status, with the highest accuracy achieved by the Naïve Bayes algorithm at 87.65% using a 60:40 hold-out method. This study provides valuable insights into the prevalence of nutritional status at Bambu Apus Community Health Center and emphasizes the importance of regular monitoring of toddler nutritional status. Additionally, the study contributes to identifying effective classification methods for toddler nutritional status, which can support more targeted nutrition intervention programs. ABSTRAKStatus gizi balita dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, baik langsung seperti penyakit infeksi, riwayat lahir, pemberian ASI Eksklusif, serta mutu dan kuantitas makanan, maupun tidak langsung seperti sosial ekonomi, pendidikan, pengetahuan, dan perilaku terhadap layanan kesehatan. Riwayat Pemberian ASI Eksklusif merupakan hal yang mempengaruhi status gizi karena ASI miliki sumber zat gizi yang paling lengkap, dan harus diberikan kepada anak, sehingga pertumbuhan dan perkembangan (otak dan tubuh) baik. Faktor-faktor ini memegang peran penting dalam menentukan perkembangan fisik dan mental anak. Kekurangan gizi pada balita dapat menimbulkan dampak serius, termasuk gangguan pertumbuhan fisik, keterlambatan perkembangan mental, dan peningkatan risiko penyakit. Oleh karena itu, pemenuhan gizi yang tepat sangat penting, terutama pada masa balita yang membutuhkan asupan gizi lebih besar dibandingkan kelompok usia lainnya. Dalam hal ini, penelitian mengembangkan model klasifikasi status gizi balita menggunakan algoritma K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) dan Naïve Bayes, serta membandingkan akurasi kedua algoritma tersebut dengan data testing – training 60:40, 70:30 dan 80:20. Data penelitian diambil dari Puskesmas Bambu Apus, melibatkan 424 balita usia 0-60 bulan, dengan kriteria penilaian status gizi berdasarkan usia, berat badan, serta tinggi atau panjang badan yang dikonversi ke dalam nilai Z-score sesuai standar antropometri WHO 2005. Pengujian dan analisis data dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi RapidMiner 10.3. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas balita di wilayah tersebut memiliki status gizi baik, dengan akurasi tertinggi pada algoritma Naïve Bayes sebesar 87,65% menggunakan metode hold-out 60:40. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting mengenai prevalensi status gizi di Puskesmas Bambu Apus dan menekankan pentingnya pemantauan status gizi balita. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga berkontribusi dalam mengidentifikasi metode klasifikasi yang efektif untuk status gizi balita, yang dapat mendukung program intervensi gizi yang lebih tepat sasaran

Therefore, a web-based sales information system is needed that can facilitate the processing of sales transaction data.     Internet users who are still public with cyber threats can be the main target of cyber criminals who want to take away a variety of things that Internet users own, one of which is personal data. Ransomware is one of the most widely used types of cyber attacks today to lock data on the victim's computer and then ask for ransom in the amount of money so that the data can be reopened. The aim of this study is to detect the threat on the server from the LockBit 3.0 ransomware attack using the Wazuh open source platform with the VirusTotal API integration as well as to know the effectiveness of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) as a solution in detecting the ransumware attack and obtained the result that Wazuh with the integration of VirusTotal successfully implemented Endpoint detection and response that detects and deletes the LockBit 3.0  file from the server directory within average 0.7 seconds with 3 times trial tests. ABSTRAKPengguna internet yang masih awam dengan ancaman cyber dapat menjadi sasaran utama penjahat cyber yang ingin mengambil berbagai hal yang dimiliki pengguna internet salah satunya adalah data pribadi. Ransomware merupakan salah satu jenis serangan cyber yang paling banyak digunakan saat ini untuk mengunci data pada komputer korban kemudian meminta tebusan dalam jumlah besar agar data dapat dibuka kembali. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat melakukan pendeteksian ancaman pada server dari serangan ransomware LockBit 3.0 menggunakan platform Wazuh berbasis open source dengan integrasi API VirusTotal serta mengetahui efesiensi dari Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) sebagai solusi dalam mendeteksi serangan ransomware dan diperoleh hasil bahwa Wazuh dengan integrasi VirusTotal berhasil menerapkan Endpoint Detection and Response yaitu mendeteksi dan menghapus file ransomware LockBit 3.0 dari direktori server dalam rentang Waktu 0.7 detik dengan melakukan uji coba sebanyak tiga kali

    Clothing is not only a basic necessity in everyday life, but also has a deep meaning. Apart from showing social identity and beliefs, clothes are also a reflection of the lifestyle of each wearer. The increasing demand for clothing has given rise to a lot of business competition. Filoshop is a clothing store that offers various clothing models in various clothing styles, especially men, such as t-shirts, jackets, shirts, trousers and others. Every month, Filoshop has many customers so its sales increase significantly which of course affects stock inventory. Stock procurement is often not seen from the fact that many items were sold several months ago, the owner restocks items randomly and not on target so that a lot of old stock of goods is not immediately sold. This research aims to assess and recommend stocks of goods that are selling well. This research uses a decision support system (DSS) based on the SAW method to select the optimal alternative. The methodology applied is qualitative, with data collection techniques involving direct interviews and face-to-face dialogue with sources. The criteria used in determining stock recommendations for this item are price, sales, profit. Then the data is input into the website-based system to carry out calculations by calculating the weight value. So the result obtained is that the FLSHP Striped Short T-Shirt is the highest ranking with a preference value of 1. This means that the system can help in recommending the best-selling stock items at filoshop. ABSTRAKPakaian bukan hanya kebutuhan utama dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, tetapi juga memiliki makna mendalam. Selain menunjukkan identitas sosial dan keyakinan, pakaian juga menjadi cerminan dari gaya hidup setiap pemakainya. Meningkatnya jumlah permintaan terhadap pakaian memunculkan banyak persaingan bisnis. Filoshop merupakan toko pakaian yang menawarkan beragam model pakaian dalam berbagai gaya pakaian khususnya pria, seperti kaos, jaket, kemeja, celana dan lainnya. Dalam setiap bulannya, Filoshop memiliki banyak pelanggan sehingga penjualannya meningkat secara signifikan yang tentunya mempengaruhi persediaan stok barang. Pengadaan stok sering kali tidak dilihat dari banyak barang terjual beberapa bulan berjalan sebelumnya, pemilik mere-stok barang secara acak dan tidak tepat sasaran sehingga banyak stok barang lama tidak segera terjual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dan merekomendasikan stok barang yang laris terjual. Penelitian ini menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis metode SAW untuk memilih alternatif yang optimal. Metodologi yang diterapkan adalah kualitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang melibatkan wawancara langsung dan dialog tatap muka dengan narasumber. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penentuan rekomendasi stok barang ini adalah harga, penjualan, laba. Kemudian data tersebut diinput kedalam sistem berbasis website untuk melakukan perhitungan dengan menghitung nilai bobotnya. Maka didapatkan hasil yakni Kaos Pendek Strip FLSHP menjadi ranking tertinggi dengan preferensi nilai sebesar 1. Dengan ini diketahui sistem dapat membantu dalam merekomendasikan stok barang terlaris di filoshop

    This study investigates the critical success factors for cloud computing adoption in small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Jabodetabek by integrating the DeLone and McLean information systems success model with organizational readiness. Through a quantitative survey approach, the research examines how system quality, information quality, and service quality influence organizational readiness and, subsequently, user satisfaction and net benefits of cloud computing. Results indicate that service quality has the strongest impact on organizational readiness, underscoring the importance of technical support in facilitating technological change. Furthermore, organizational readiness significantly enhances user satisfaction and operational benefits, emphasizing that well-prepared internal structures and skilled human resources are essential for successful cloud adoption. The study provides valuable insights for SME managers to strengthen organizational readiness, particularly in cultural and technical aspects, to optimize cloud computing outcomes. It also offers practical recommendations for policymakers to design training programs that enhance SMEs' technological capabilities. This research contributes to the literature by integrating quality and readiness perspectives, filling a gap in understanding how these factors jointly influence cloud adoption in SMEs. Future research could explore the long-term impacts of cloud adoption and validate these findings across different sectors and regions. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini mengkaji faktor-faktor keberhasilan kritis dalam adopsi cloud computing pada usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan mengintegrasikan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean serta kesiapan organisasi. Melalui pendekatan survei kuantitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan memengaruhi kesiapan organisasi dan selanjutnya kepuasan pengguna serta manfaat bersih dari cloud computing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan memiliki dampak terkuat pada kesiapan organisasi, menyoroti pentingnya dukungan teknis dalam memfasilitasi perubahan teknologi. Selain itu, kesiapan organisasi secara signifikan meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat operasional, menegaskan bahwa struktur internal yang siap dan sumber daya manusia yang terampil sangat penting untuk keberhasilan adopsi cloud. Studi ini memberikan wawasan praktis bagi manajer UMKM untuk memperkuat kesiapan organisasi, terutama dalam aspek budaya dan teknis, guna mengoptimalkan hasil adopsi cloud computing. Rekomendasi juga diberikan kepada pembuat kebijakan untuk merancang program pelatihan yang meningkatkan kapabilitas teknologi UMKM. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada literatur dengan menggabungkan perspektif kualitas dan kesiapan, mengisi kesenjangan dalam memahami pengaruh bersama faktor-faktor ini terhadap adopsi cloud pada UMKM.
