    ANALISIS DAN PERANCANGAN SISTEM REGISTRASI PENGELOLAAN DATA PENGUNJUNG BERBASIS WEB PADA PERUSAHAAN TELEKOMUNIKASI DI INDONESIA

    The presence of information technology and the internet can replace human work which in practice or activities always work continuously or monotonously. The more human work is automated and replaced by machines, humans will adapt to the times and develop at the next level. The company wants to create an online registration system for access rights with Face Recognition technology. This is done so that the person does not need to wait for the registration queue to enter the company's area, because there are many who want to register before they can enter the building and also display the Visitor Information System dashboard because there is currently no data duplication done by the Tenant and Relations Division. Dashboard information that will be displayed such as gender percentage, age percentage, percentage of days and hours most visited, and percentage of visitor's destination which is expected to produce data that will be used by the Tenant and Relation Division to determine the pattern of visits. The method used in this design is the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) method. The results achieved in this paper are the design of an online registration system and information system dashboard for managing website-based visitor data.ABSTRAKKehadiran Teknologi informasi dan internet dapat menggantikan pekerjaan manusia yang pada praktik atau kegiatannya selalu bekerja terus menerus atau monoton. Semakin pekerjaan manusia terotomatisasi dan tergantikan oleh mesin, manusia akan beradaptasi dengan zaman dan berkembang pada level berikutnya Karena hal ini lah perusahaan ingin membuat sebuah sistem registrasi online hak akses dengan teknologi Face Recognition. Hal ini dilakukan agar orang tersebut tidak perlu menunggu antrian registrasi untuk memasuki wilayah perusahaan, karena banyaknya yang ingin melakukan registrasi sebelum dapat memasuki gedung dan juga menampilkan dashboard Sistem Informasi pengunjung karna saat ini belum ada pengelohan data yang dilakukan oleh Divisi Tenant and Relation. Informasi dashboard yang akan dimunculkan seperti, persentase gender, persentase usia, persentase hari dan jam paling ramai dikunjungi, dan persentase tujuan pengunjung yang nantinya diharapkan dapat menghasilkan data yang akan digunakan oleh bagian Divisi Tenant and Relation untuk mengetahui pola kunjungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam perancangan ini adalah metode System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Hasil yang dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah perancangan sistem registrasi online dan dashboard sistem informasi untuk pengelolaan data pengunjung yang berbasis website

    Chickens are pivotal in the livestock sector, yet they are susceptible to a range of illnesses that can lead to financial losses and animal welfare issues. Hence, a new application has been created to diagnose chicken diseases by analyzing their fecal images. The primary goal of this app is to offer enhanced guidance for chicken care using machine learning techniques, specifically employing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) DenseNet121 model. This advancement aims to benefit both chicken farmers and those intrigued by poultry farming. Equipped with a scanning feature, the app enables users to capture images of chicken feces using their smartphones. Through this, users can determine whether the feces indicate disease presence or signify good health. Furthermore, the application includes informative articles on various chicken ailments like Coccidiosis, Newcastle Disease, and Salmonella to educate users. Compatible with Android devices, this application caters to a wide audience. ABSTRAKAyam adalah salah satu hewan ternak yang memiliki peran penting dalam industri peternakan. Namun, ayam rentan terhadap berbagai penyakit yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian ekonomi dan kesejahteraan hewan. Oleh karena itu, sebuah aplikasi telah dikembangkan dengan tujuan melakukan diagnosis penyakit pada ayam melalui analisis citra kotorannya. Tujuan utama dari aplikasi ini adalah untuk memberikan panduan yang lebih baik dalam merawat kesehatan ayam dengan menggunakan pendekatan machine learning menggunakan model Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) DenseNet121. Diharapkan bahwa inovasi ini akan memberikan manfaat bagi peternak ayam dan masyarakat yang tertarik dalam pemeliharaan ayam. Aplikasi ini dilengkapi dengan fitur scan yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk mengambil gambar atau foto kotoran ayam menggunakan smartphone mereka. Aplikasi tersebut akan membantu pengguna untuk mengidentifikasi apakah kotoran ayam tersebut terinfeksi penyakit atau sehat. Selain itu, aplikasi ini juga menyediakan fitur artikel yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada pengguna tentang berbagai jenis penyakit pada ayam, seperti Coccidiosis, penyakit Newcastle Disease, dan Salmonella.     The aim of this research is to identify the influence of leverage, liquidity and institutional ownership on the quality of financial reports. The population in this research is 26 food and beverage manufacturing industries listed on the Indonesian Impact Exchange in 2018-2022. The type of information used in this research is quantitative information. The source of information used in this research is secondary information. The illustration collection method used purposive sampling and the illustrations used were 20 companies. The information analysis research method used in this research is panel information regression. The research results show that leverage has no influence, on the contrary, liquidity and institutional ownership have a positive and significant influence on the quality of financial reports in the food and beverage subsector manufacturing industry listed on the Indonesian Impact Exchange in 2018-2022

    PROTOTIPE MONITORING PENYIMPANAN GABAH BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT)

    This study aims to develop and implement a prototype for monitoring temperature and humidity in rice storage facilities based on the Internet of Things (IoT), focusing on monitoring the environmental conditions of the storage area and the rice itself. The system conducts real-time monitoring of temperature, room humidity, and rice humidity. This prototype is equipped with humidity sensors that are directly installed inside the rice stacks within the sacks to monitor the condition of the rice directly. Data collected by the sensors will be sent to an ESP32 microcontroller for analysis and displayed via an LCD or a website. Thus, this research contributes to the development of advanced technology to improve the quality and efficiency of rice storage in the agricultural context, as well as to strengthen the application of IoT in the fields of agriculture and Informatics Engineering. The results of this study are expected to help farmers and storage managers maintain rice quality, reduce losses due to suboptimal storage conditions, and provide insights for better storage management. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menerapkan prototipe pemantauan suhu dan kelembapan pada tempat penyimpanan gabah berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang fokus pada monitoring kondisi lingkungan penyimpanan dan gabah itu sendiri. Sistem melakukan pemantauan secara real-time terhadap suhu, kelembapan ruangan, dan kelembapan gabah. Prototipe ini dilengkapi dengan sensor kelembapan yang dipasang langsung di dalam tumpukan gabah pada karung untuk memonitor kondisi gabah secara langsung. Data yang dikumpulkan oleh sensor akan dikirimkan ke mikrokontroller esp32 untuk dianalisis dan ditampilkan melalui LCD maupun website. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi canggih untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi penyimpanan gabah dalam konteks pertanian, serta memperkuat aplikasi IoT dalam bidang pertanian dan teknik informatika. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu petani dan pengelola tempat penyimpanan dalam menjaga kualitas gabah, mengurangi kerugian akibat kondisi penyimpanan yang tidak optimal, dan memberikan wawasan untuk pengelolaan penyimpanan yang lebih baik

    This research aims to analyze the influence of Imitation of Influencer, Social Comparison, Materialism, and Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) on Buying Intention. Data were collected through questionnaires from consumers who follow the social media accounts of three beauty influencers, namely Tasya Farasya, Nanda Arsyinta, and Hanum Mega, and are domiciled in Jakarta. The study used a sample size of 220 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method employed in this research is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using AMOS 21 software. The results indicate that Imitation of Influencer has a positive influence on Social Comparison, Imitation of Influencer does not have a positive influence on Materialism, Social Comparison has a positive influence on FOMO, FOMO has a positive influence on Buying Intention, and Materialism has a positive influence on Buying Intention

    This study aims to examine the effect of management change, firm size, audit fees, and audit reputation on auditor switching which are used as the dependent variable. The data used is secondary data obtained from the financial reports of companies in the Industrial Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018 to 2020. This sample consists of 40 companies selected using a technique known as purposive sampling. . Using multiple linear regression analysis, the relationship between variables is investigated in this study. This research was processed using SPSS Version 25.     This research aims to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability and leverage on company value. The subject of thisresearch is the energy industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The research designapplied is a causal study. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method. This method produces 58 companiesthat meet the criteria from a total of 80 companies during the 4 year observation period. The total sample includes 58companies. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that liquidityhas a positive effect on company value, while leverage and profitability have a positive effect on company value

    RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI ADOPSI KUCING BERBASIS WEBSITE STUDI KASUS PADA (OMAHKOECING)

    Animal adoption is the process in which a person or family takes on the responsibility of caring for a pet that previously did not have a permanent home. Because the cat adoption process in OmahKoecing is still manual and the available information only relies on one social media platform, namely Instagram, this research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the website-based adoption system compared to previous methods, both in terms of increasing the number of successful adoptions, as well as in terms of user satisfaction with a more transparent and structured adoption process and also increases the ease of the adoption process. This system is designed to simplify the adoption process via the website by providing complete and clear information for potential adopters. Researchers conducted an analysis of system weaknesses to strengthen the results of data that had been collected through interviews with the owner of OmahKoecing, direct observation, and literature study. The research uses a prototype method which involves several stages, namely communication, planning, design and implementation. The research results show that this system facilitates the adoption of abandoned animals, especially cats by providing a letter of agreement feature that helps ensure the adopter's seriousness about the animal they are going to adopt. This shows that the prototype method is very helpful in developing a cat adoption system.ABSTRAKAdopsi hewan adalah proses di mana seseorang atau keluarga mengambil tanggung jawab merawat hewan peliharaan yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki rumah tetap. Karena proses adopsi kucing di OmahKoecing masih manual dan informasi yang tersedia hanya mengandalkan satu platform media social yaitu instagram, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas sistem adopsi berbasis website dibandingkan dengan metode yang ada sebelumnya, baik dari segi peningkatan jumlah adopsi yang berhasil, maupun dari segi kepuasan pengguna terhadap proses adopsi yang lebih transparan dan terstruktur dan juga meningkatkan kemudahan dalam proses adopsi. Sistem ini dirancang untuk mempermudah proses adopsi melalui website dengan menyediakan informasi lengkap dan jelas bagi calon pengadopsi. Peneliti melakukan analisis kelemahan sistem untuk menguatkan hasil data yang telah dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemilik OmahKoecing, observasi langsung, dan studi literatur. Penelitian menggunakan metode prototype yang melibatkan beberapa tahapan yaitu komunikasi, perencanaan, perancangan, dan implementasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini memfasilitasi adopsi hewan terlantar, khususnya kucing dengan menyediakan fitur surat perjanjian membantu memastikan keseriusan pengadopsi terhadap hewan yang akan mereka adopsi.     SISTEM MONITORING PEGAWAI BERDASARKAN PENUGASAN BERBASIS WEBSITE

    The Cepu Oil and Gas Human Resources Development Center faces challenges in the efficiency of reporting and monitoring employee assignments due to the use of conventional methods that are prone to delays and inaccuracies in data. The impact of the absence of a web-based performance appraisal application causes obstacles in managerial decision making, decreased productivity, and increased occupational safety risks. To overcome this problem, a web-based employee performance appraisal system was developed using XAMPP, Laravel, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL technologies, by applying the Waterfall Model system development method. The development process includes designing, implementing, and testing key features such as employee data input, assignments, reports, and performance appraisals by supervisors. The approach used includes quantitative analysis through questionnaires and qualitative analysis through interviews. The results show that this application has succeeded in increasing the efficiency and accuracy of reporting, enabling real-time access to data, and supporting faster and more precise decision making at the Cepu Oil and Gas Human Resources Development Center. ABSTRAKPusat Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Migas Cepu menghadapi tantangan dalam efisiensi pelaporan dan monitoring penugasan pegawai akibat penggunaan metode konvensional yang rentan terhadap keterlambatan dan ketidakakuratan data. Dampak dari ketiadaan aplikasi penilaian kinerja berbasis web menyebabkan hambatan dalam pengambilan keputusan manajerial, penurunan produktivitas, dan peningkatan risiko keselamatan kerja. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dikembangkan sebuah sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai berbasis web menggunakan teknologi XAMPP, Laravel, HTML, PHP, CSS, dan MySQL, dengan menerapkan metode pengembangan sistem Model Waterfall. Proses pengembangan meliputi perancangan, implementasi, serta pengujian fitur-fitur utama seperti input data pegawai, penugasan, laporan, dan penilaian kinerja oleh supervisor. Pendekatan yang digunakan mencakup analisis kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan kualitatif melalui wawancara. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pelaporan, memungkinkan akses real-time terhadap data, dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan tepat di PPSDM Migas Cepu
