    Covid-19 (Corova Virus Disease 2019) is a type of infectious disease that is currently becoming a lot of conversation and causing concern for the public. Since the emergence of the first Covid-19 case, it has caused a stir that has occurred in various parts of the world, including Indonesia. Because Covid-19 can infect anyone without any age limit. Covid-19 also has an impact on a country's economic growth and losses in terms of public health.Another bad impact in terms of public health can be seen in the number of referral hospitals and emergency hospitals appearing based on government decisions. One of the emergency hospitals for Covid patients is the Wisma Atlet Covid-19 Emergency Handling Hospital (RSDC). Wisma Athlete's Wisma Atlet Emergency Hospital (RSDC), Kemayoran since its first operation on March 23, 2020 until now. The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a drastic increase in the various types of health services available. Therefore, the surrounding community certainly has hope for the quality of service in the available hospitals, especially the Wisma Atlet RSDC in order to meet user satisfaction. Based on the explanation above, this research was conducted which aims and is useful to find out what attributes are experiencing problems in the quality of service at the Wisma Atlet Hospital and find out the steps to improve the attributes that are experiencing problems. The method used in this research is Importance Performance Analysis 2 Dimension (IPA) which is used to measure service performance on the quality of service received by consumers based on the size of the assessment on reality and expectations, then followed by the Quality Function Deployment method used to provide technical responses sourced from Voice of Customer (VOC) so that it is hoped that in the future the RSDC Wisma Atlet can improve the quality of its services to improve public health

    Data mining is a method used to obtain valuable information contained in data banks. The information obtained can be used as input for determining the business strategy for the head of the company's agency. One of the most widely used data mining techniques is clustering using the K-Means method. Print on Demand (PoD) is one of the printing business units of PT. Gramedia which specifically provides printing services for various types of products, including: books, magazines, calendars, posters, promo materials such as product catalogs and brochures, as well as small-sized products such as business cards, tickets, coupons or vouchers and stickers. Currently every sales transaction data is stored in a SQL Server database, but until now the data processing is still done manually for reporting needs for company management. The purpose of this research is to perform K-Means Clustering analysis of the transaction data of sales of print services using the RapidMiner application to classify routine customer data based on the number of transactions made for each type of print product. The results of the application of the K-Means Clustering method resulted in 8 groups of customer data where the largest group consisted of 92.89% of the number of customers. The results of the analysis can be used by the company's management to determine various business strategies to increase the company's competitiveness

    In the current era of technology, it is necessary to innovate technology in the world of education. This research was explicitly designed with a web-based design to help better manage tuition payment data. The information system will be equipped with financial management features controlled by an online tuition payment administration information system. Currently, MI Nurul Falah is still facing several problems in data collection, and administrative processes for tuition payments carried out manually take a lot of time. Then the amount of data causes quite a lot of difficulties in storage, and the data becomes prone to damage and data loss. This descriptive study uses a qualitative approach with system requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing. The system designed the SPP payment administration information website give well because the system was running as expected and could present reports on student payment transaction data such as data management, announcement data, historical payment data, payment transaction data, transaction report data, notes printing data, and setting data. According to the white box test calculations, the SPP payment transaction report is effective and efficient because the test results prove that no errors were found

    The word learning is not foreign to some people, maybe you have heard it thousands of times, maybe the word brings a feeling of joy to yourself or boredom. Learning is currently carried out in various ways, namely online and face to face in the classroom. In the teaching and learning process, two directions are needed between teachers and students so that the messages and information conveyed can be absorbed properly. Teachers are at the forefront in determining the quality of school graduates, so it is necessary to select exemplary teachers. In order to improve the quality of educators and education personnel, as well as to give appreciation to the teaching profession, activities aimed at motivating teachers to improve their competencies are held, one of which is a competition for selecting exemplary teachers. In this study using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method with the first step determining the value of the normalized rij performance rating and the second determining the preference for each alternative Vi. of the 4 candidates for Teacher A, Teacher B, Teacher C and Teacher D who were selected to be exemplary teachers with a score of 0.825, namely Teacher D

    The clotheslines used by the community are still in manual form so people still have to lift the clothesline directly. People who have a lot of interests or who work will not have time to lift the clothesline directly so they have to leave their more important work. People are still confused about how to lift clotheslines with the uncertain weather when there are other jobs or traveling. Based on these problems, a prototype model of an automatic clothesline was built using an Android-based Arduino Uno, this is to lighten and shorten the time in lifting clotheslines or drying clothes when the weather is changing. The purpose of this research is to make a tool that can help reduce household chores, especially drying clothes automatically using LDR sensors and rain sensors and can be controlled by cellphones. An automatic clothesline tool has been designed using an Android-based Arduino. In making the prototype using the LDR sensor as a light detector, using a water/rain sensor as a rainwater detector and using a servo motor to open and close the clothesline roof, and use the HC-05 Bluetooth module to move the clothesline roof with a cellphone using bluetooth which is controlled with an Arduino microcontroller. UNO which functions as a data processing center. After testing this tool works well, the sensor will check the weather outside whether it is sunny or rainy. When the weather is sunny or hot outside, the roof of the clothesline will automatically open and if it is raining outside, the roof of the clothesline will automatically close. When the water sensor and LDR sensor do not work or experience problems, the automatic clothesline can be controlled with a smartphone that is connected to the HC-05 Bluetooth module. The result of this research is that the automatic clothes drying device using Arduino Uno can ease household chores when drying clothes and based on the test results with the blackbox table the tool runs 100% as desired

    The effectiveness of budget implementation is one of the benchmarks for the success of a Ministry/Agency in implementing its programs, activities and expenditures in accordance with a predetermined plan. The problem faced is that the achievement in budget execution is often not optimal, one of which is caused by the determination of inappropriate K/L budget allocations resulting in the implementation of activities that are not in accordance with the plan, the realization of budget absorption is not optimal and has the potential to cause idle cash. For this reason, it is necessary to do a mapping in order to identify the main causes or constraints in budget execution using the clustering method. This study tries to find the right cluster with the K-Means algorithm clustering method. The expected results are finding the right cluster model in measuring the effectiveness of budget implementation that can be used when determining budget allocations and preventing idle cash in the budget of the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning.

    IMPLEMENTATION OF CHATBOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FEATURES ON PT DIAN PRIMA JAYARAYA USING DIALOGFLOW

    The customer service team functions to accommodate questions and answer questions experienced by application users. There are times when the number of questions that are accommodated is so large that the existing customer service team does not handle them. Ignored or unanswered questions can reduce customer satisfaction levels. For this reason, we need a system that can help automate customer service activities so as to avoid unanswered customer questions. A chatbot is a service powered by a set of rules and sometimes artificial intelligence, which interacts with users via a chat interface. Chatbot will be built within the iOS prototype application and will use the Natural Language Processing (NLP) platform, Dialogflow. This platform will later process and scan every question given by the customer so that by implementing this feature the customer service team can work more effectively because some of the manual activities have been automated. The results of this study are that the chatbot system created can reduce the frequency of questions by Solo application users by up to 92.82%. Thus, it is hoped that the customer service team can work more effectively and strategically, and can increase customer satisfaction

    Rapid developments in the field of information and communication technology have an impact on various fields. One application of technology applications is a web-based alumni data management information system. The existence of alumni is one of the resources for an educational institution that must be embraced and developed as well as possible in order to take advantage of alumni opportunities to the institution. STMIK Widuri, especially the student affairs unit, does not yet have an information system that supports the alumni data management process, and there is no clear report on the STMIK Widuri alumni data. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ongoing alumni data management process, find out how to make alumni data reports more accurate, and design a web-based STMIK Widuri alumni data management application. The author conducts a document review step through a literature study taken from a research journal similar to this study, the author makes direct observations on the object of research, and the author conducts interviews with related parties to explore the issues raised in this study. With this information system, it can make it easier to make STMIK Widuri alumni data reports that are more accurate and faster and can facilitate student units in managing and storing STMIK Widuri alumni data properly

    Utilization of ICT in various sectors is needed, especially those related to business impact and strategy. Information technology is the backbone of the sustainability of businesses, companies, and organizations. Companies that are able to utilize ICT well, therefore indirectly adapt to the times and strive to excel from competitors. The method used refers to the steps recommended by Carlo Vercellis. The software and tools used are open source based, such as Pentaho Data Integration for processing extract, transform, load (ETL), Pentaho Community Edition for dashboards, Pentaho Report Designer for report generation, and Mondrian OLAP for displaying multidimensional data. The results of this study conclude application of business intelligence in universities is very easy and efficient, the use of a dashboard that is presented visually and interactively is very helpful for leaders in viewing existing research data. So it is very helpful for organizations, especially university leaders in making decisions

    Crime still occurs in every region in Indonesia. Various classifications of crimes that occur and cause unrest for people in every region in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to analyze and visualize data on crimes that occur in every region in Indonesia so as to facilitate the Indonesian government in making decisions. The method used for this research is the clustering method. The clustering stage is carried out by grouping data on crimes that occur in Indonesia which are classified from each region. The results of the data that have been visualized show that the crime rate in each area is different according to the classification of crime, so it is necessary to increase security in each area that has a level of criminality data according to the classification of crime.
