大学の授業で使用する電子書籍ビューアーについて
Get PDFapplication/pdf大学で使用する学習用の電子書籍は，単なる紙の書籍の電子版ではない。電子書籍ビューアーを含めたシステムは，教科書コンテンツが組み込まれた学習管理システムに近いものである。その中には，授業グループの管理，アンケートの使用，付箋・メモの追加・共有，独自教材の追加など様々な学習のための機能が備わっており，工夫次第で，効果的な学習活動を実現できる。本稿では，大学の授業で使用する学習用の電子書籍について，ビューアーの特徴，使用に際して必要な設備・機器をまとめた上で，活用事例を紹介し，さらに普及のために検討すべき点について述べる。journal articl

Support of Public Health Nurses to Foster the Independence of Residents' Organizations in the Community: A Focus on the Early Stages of Activities
Get PDFapplication/pdfThis study clarified the support of public health nurses in the early stages of activities in order to foster the independence of community organizations in the region.
We conducted individual semi-structured interviews with two public health nurses who had experience in engaging in independent community organizations and analyzed them qualitatively.
As a result, eight core categories: "Create a system that facilitates activities based on the district", "Inspire motivation", "Prepare the foundation in anticipation of actual activities", "Develop an operation that allows everyone to participate", "Aim for a sense of unity among members", "Create an environment where you can work with peace of mind", "Connect organizations and communities", and "Provide pportunities for mutual exchange between organizations" were generated. It was suggested that it is important for public health nurses involved in fostering independence in the early stages of community organization activities to identify the development status of members and organizations and to intentionally support community-based activities.本研究は、地域における住民組織の主体性を醸成するために、活動初期の保健師による支援内容を明らかにすることを目的とした。主体的な活動をしている住民組織に関わった経験がある保健師２名を対象とし個別の半構造化インタビューを行い、質的に分析した。
結果、８つのコアカテゴリー：「地区を基盤とした活動がしやすい体制をつくる」、「意欲を引き出す」、「実際の活動を見据えて基盤を整える」、「全員参加できる運営を工夫する」、「メンバーの一体感を図る」、「安心して活動できる環境を整える」、「組織と地域を結びつける」、および「組織相互の交流の機会を設ける」が生成された。住民組織の活動初期において主体性の醸成に関わる保健師は、メンバーと組織の発展状況を見極め、地域に根差した活動を意図しながら支援することが重要であることが示唆された。journal articl
認定こども園における職員間の情報共有を円滑にするための組織改編の効果
Get PDFapplication/pdf本研究は,認定こども園の職員間の情報共有を円滑にするための組織改編による効果を明らかにし,今後の園内体制の在り方について考察した。
無記名式自記式質問紙調査を実施し,回答が得られた保育者10名の自由記述をKJ法により,分析を行った。その結果,組織改編後の効果として,「情報の共有」,「保育への自信」,「指導計画の作成」,「価値観の共有」の4つのカテゴリーが抽出された。一方,課題として「指導計画への負担」,「職員の特性に応じた働き方」,「会議の在り方」が抽出された。
組織改編による効果が得られた一方で,保育者の負担軽減のための取り組みと管理職の職能成長の必要性が示唆された。journal articl
