Traditions of Worship in the Pathuppaattu Akam Texts
Sangam literature is a book that clearly shows aspects of the lives of the ancient Tamils. They have sung equally about the Akam life of the ancient Tamils. Among the classical life activities of human beings, which have continued since then to the present day, the worship of God has been one of the most important forms of worship. In the early days, people used to worship God in a very simple way. They worshipped the things they found in their land. Poojas have also been created in a simple way. On that basis, in the Pathuppaattu, Akam texts of the Sangam literature, there are occasional discourses on sovereignty, concepts of God, and methods of worship. On that basis, this article examines and explains the devotional worship found in the Akam songs of Mullaipattu, Kurinjipaattu, and Pattinapalai within the Pathuppaattu of Sangam literature

Human elements from an anthropological point of view
During the time when the human race lived nomadically without a place, Man was given grammar and the lord of nanilam was Thamizhan. Sangam literary songs are an immovable historical trace of society, which is an experiential experience of Tamils who have touched the top of happiness by treating life as a boon. In Tamil Nadu, ethnic groups are discriminated against on the basis of dinas. This discrimination is in line with anthropological interpretation. Both birth and death were considered sacred in the tribal society. They realized the changes in nature and changed their lives accordingly. Ethnographical Features in Upcountry Tamil Novels of Sri Lanka
Upcountry Tamil community in Sri Lanka has unique social, economic and cultural elements. Today, the so-called Upcountry Tamils of Sri Lanka are those who were brought from the rural areas of South India to cultivate cash crops such as coffee, tea and rubber, which were introduced by the British in the 19th century. The literary works about them are the Sri Lankan Upcountry Tamil Literatures. They are also literary copies of the unique cultural treasuries of Upcountry Tamils. This study examines the ethnographic elements found in upcountry Tamil novels. The main objective of this study is to identify the ethnographical elements in Sri Lankan upcountry Tamil novels based on the ethnographic theory of one of the fields of anthropology. The primary sources are novels by non- Upcountry novelists such as Gokilam Subbaiah's Thoorathup Pachai and Buloliyur Ka. Sathasivam’s Mooddathinulle. Both the novels are cultural treasures that reveal the social formation, cultural identities, hierarchies, lifestyles, beliefs, rituals, Material cultures, etc. of the Upcountry Tamils. Gokilam Subbaiah and Ka. Sathasivam have documented in they are novels the Traits the ethnographic researcher's observation, participation, and meticulous translation of cultural features. It is these features that may distinguish the Thoorathup Pachai and the novel Mooddathinulle in the upcountry Tamil novels

A Comparative Analysis of Tamil and Assamese Dramatic Tradition
The article is to trace the heritage of Tamil and Assamese drama earliest times to present. The sub-genre of different periods is also discussed herewith. Earliest record of Tamil drama is available during Sangam period. In Assamese it is mentioned in the Sankaradev period. Sankardeva the father of Assamese literature and society maker had a great contribution to Assamese drama. ‘Chihno Jatra’ was the first drama of Assamese literature. To speed up his ‘Ek Saran’ religion he wrote many dramas as an instrument of it and his followers also followed him. In the end of the nineteenth century Tamil and Assamese drama underwent a change after its contact with western literature. Hence the Tamil drama can be divided into four periods. (1) Tolkappiyam to 16th century, (2) drama in the 17th,18th century, (3) 19th century, and (4) 20th century. Assamese drama can be classified as (1) Vaisavate period, (2) Ahom period, (3) modern period. Many authors wrote ancient, historical and modern dramas in both languages. All those dramas are taken as the very great wealth of Tamil and Assamese literature
