FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI AUDIT JUDGMENT DENGAN OBEDIENCE PRESSURE SEBAGAI PEMODERASI
Get PDFThis research aims to determine the effect of ego depletion, moral reasoning, and goal orientation on audit judgement with obedience pressure as a moderating variable and self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The research data are collected through census utilizing questionnaires, and the samples include 116 auditors of East Java Provincial Representative BPKP. The data obtained are analysed by testing descriptive statistical and inferential analysis utilizing the PLS-based SEM approach processed by SmartPLS. The results of the research exhibit that ego depletion, performance approach goal orientation, and performance avoidance goal orientation have a negative and significant effect; self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect; and learning goal orientation and moral reasoning have no effect on audit judgement. Self-efficacy mediates the effect of goal orientation on audit judgement; and obedience pressure moderates the effect of self-efficacy, but does not moderate the effect of ego depletion and moral reasoning on audit judgement.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ego depletion, moral reasoning, dan goal orientation terhadap audit judgement dengan obedience pressure sebagai variabel moderasi dan self efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Metode pengumpulan data melalui metode sensus menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 116 auditor BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan SEM berbasis PLS dengan SmartPLS. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan pengujian analisis statistk deksriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditunjukkan bahwa ego depletion, performance approach goal orientation, dan performance avoidance goal orientation berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgement. Selain itu, self efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap audit judgement. Akan tetapi, learning goal orientation dan moral reasoning tidak berpengaruh. Hasil lainnya didapatkan bahwa self efficacy memiliki peran mediasi pada hubungan goal orientation dengan audit judgement. Selain itu, obedience pressure memoderasi pada pengaruh self efficacy, tetapi tidak memoderasi pengaruh ego depletion dan moral reasoning terhadap audit judgement
Digital Communication Strategies Through GPS Technology For Monitoring Driver Performance

Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation involving three key informants. The findings show that the company utilizes tools such as WhatsApp, SMS, and GPS Tracker to deliver instructions and track driver locations in real time. The monitoring team plays a central role in operational coordination. Key challenges include signal disruptions and the lack of formal training for drivers. Despite these limitations, the system has proven effective in improving discipline and accountability. The study recommends strengthening digital communication infrastructure and enhancing human resource competence in logistics operations.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi komunikasi digital berbasis GPS dalam memantau kinerja driver di PT Mitra Jaya Persada. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap tiga informan kunci. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan menggunakan media seperti WhatsApp, SMS, dan GPS Tracker untuk menyampaikan instruksi dan memantau lokasi driver secara real-time. Tim monitoring berperan penting sebagai penghubung operasional. Tantangan utama meliputi gangguan sinyal dan minimnya pelatihan formal. Meskipun demikian, sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan disiplin dan akuntabilitas kerja. Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan dan Lokasi Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada CV Astro Puteri Berri Cabang Kadungora Kabupaten Garut
Get PDFPersaingan bisnis kuliner lokal yang semakin kompetitif menuntut pelaku usaha untuk mengelola kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi secara strategis guna membentuk kepuasan konsumen yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kualitas pelayanan (X₁) dan lokasi (X₂) terhadap kepuasan konsumen (Y) pada CV Astro Puteri Berri Cabang Kadungora, Kabupaten Garut. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain verifikatif, melibatkan 100 responden yang dipilih secara purposive, dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik kualitas pelayanan maupun lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, dengan kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel yang paling dominan (β = 0,727 dan p < 0,001) dibandingkan lokasi (β = 0,236 dan p = 0,010). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan kualitas interaksi layanan dan penyempurnaan aspek aksesibilitas lokasi perlu menjadi prioritas manajerial dalam strategi pengelolaan usaha jasa lokal.

Analisis Aspek Risiko Produk Gadai Emas pada PT Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Medan Petisah
Get PDFThis study aims to analyze the risk aspects associated with gold pawn products at PT. Pegadaian Syariah Medan Petisah Branch. These risks include counterfeit gold, collateral damage, fluctuating gold prices, and operational risks in appraisal and storage processes. The research method employs a qualitative approach using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, observation, and document studies. The findings reveal that PT. Pegadaian Syariah has implemented risk management practices, including modern tools for verifying gold quality, training for appraisers, and multi-layered storage systems to ensure collateral security. However, the fluctuating gold price risk remains a major challenge as it can impact the company's profit margins and customers' ability to redeem their collateral. This study suggests strengthening hedging policies and product diversification to mitigate the effects of gold price fluctuations.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek risiko yang terkait dengan produk gadai emas pada PT. Pegadaian Syariah Cabang Medan Petisah. Risiko-risiko tersebut meliputi risiko emas palsu, risiko kerusakan barang jaminan, risiko nilai emas yang fluktuatif, serta risiko operasional dalam proses penaksiran dan penyimpanan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Pegadaian Syariah telah mengimplementasikan manajemen risiko yang mencakup verifikasi kualitas emas dengan alat modern, pelatihan bagi petugas penaksir, serta sistem penyimpanan berlapis untuk menjaga keamanan barang jaminan. Namun, risiko nilai emas yang fluktuatif tetap menjadi tantangan utama karena dapat memengaruhi margin keuntungan perusahaan dan kemampuan nasabah untuk menebus barang jaminan. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan kebijakan lindung nilai dan diversifikasi produk untuk mengurangi dampak risiko fluktuasi harga emas
PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU MELALUI PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN MODUL PEMBELAJARAN SMK NIBA BUSINESS SCHOOL
Get PDFResearch approach carried out with the aim of solving problems by teachers in the context of learning, with the benefits of improving the quality of learning, improving teacher profesionalism, adjusting learning methods, creating a better learning environment and as a means of teacher evaluation and self-reflection. The purpose of this community service activity in addition to the Tri dharma activities of lecturers is to provide teachers with a deep understanding of, and provide teacher skills on making learning modules at SMK NIBA Business School. This activity method uses the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method with a lecture approach, discussion with the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) strategy by involving the participation of activity participants, namely teachers, education personnel and students. This community service activity is carried out with 4 steps which include (1) providing material about PTK, (2) providing discussion opportunities for participants, (3) participants are given practice in making learning modules and (4) participants are given guidance on compiling reports on the results of class action research activities. The results of this community service activity are (1) the achievement of goals about teachers understanding in depth about classroom action research and understanding about the PTK cycle. (2) teachers are able to create creative learning module designs with the SAM (Successive Approximation Model) design model (3) Teachers are able to create constructivism-based learning. The conclusion of this community service activity is that educators (teachers) at SMK NIBA Business School are able to understand improve teacher competence in making creative learning modules.Kegiatan Penelitian Tindakan kelas adalah suatu pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan dengan tujuan memecahkan masalah oleh guru dalam konteks pembelajaran, dengan memiliki manfaat adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran, meningkatkan profesional guru, menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran, menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran yang lebih baik serta sebagai sarana evaluasi dan refleksi diri guru. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah (1) tercapainya tujuan tentang guru memahami secara mendalam tentang penelitian Tindakan kelas dan memahami tentang siklus PTK. PENGARUH CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN
Get PDFThis study analyzes the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and company size on financial performance as proxied by Return on Assets (ROA). The study employs a quantitative approach using panel data regression on companies included in the LQ45 index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2022 period. The results indicate that CSR does not have a significant effect on financial performance, while company size has a significant effect. Simultaneously, CSR and company size have a significant effect on financial performance. The coefficient of determination shows that 19.3% of financial performance variation is explained by the independent variables, while the remaining 80.7% is explained by other factors outside the modelPenelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap kinerja keuangan yang diproksikan dengan Return on Assets (ROA). Pengelolaan Kurikulum Pembelajaran di MA PPMII Assalam
Get PDFStudent management encompasses planning, selection, development, and supervision throughout the educational process at school. Teachers play a vital role in adapting the curriculum and instructional strategies to meet the individual learning needs of each student. To enhance motivation and active participation, engaging teaching methods such as Problem-Based Learning, group discussions, and contextual approaches relevant to students' daily lives are utilized. Learning obstacles are identified through mentoring, root cause analysis, and open communication with students and parents. Academic and behavioral progress is monitored through assessments of knowledge and attitude, such as the use of daily journals. Communication between school and parents is established through parent-teacher meetings, WhatsApp groups, and home visits to create synergy in supporting the students' learning process. Effective planning strategies can significantly contribute to the achievement of established learning goals. Curriculum management in educational institutions is a crucial factor in ensuring the effectiveness of learning. MA PPMI Assalaam, as an Islamic educational institution, implements an integrative approach by combining national curricula from the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) and the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) with the distinctive Islamic content of pesantren. This study used a descriptive qualitative method through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results show that MA PPMI Assalaam has developed flagship programs such as Dirosah Islamiyah and Riset Preneur. Curriculum evaluation is conducted regularly to maintain its relevance and effectiveness in supporting students’ academic and character development. However, challenges remain, such as limited resources and the dynamic nature of national education policies. Therefore, innovative and adaptive curriculum management strategies are essential to continuously improve the quality of education at MA PPMI Assalaam in line with the demands of the times.Manajemen peserta didik mencakup perencanaan, seleksi, pembinaan, dan pengelolaan selama masa pendidikan di sekolah. Guru memiliki peran penting dalam menyesuaikan kurikulum serta strategi pembelajaran guna memenuhi kebutuhan belajar setiap peserta didik. Untuk meningkatkan motivasi dan partisipasi aktif, digunakan metode pembelajaran menarik seperti Problem-Based Learning, diskusi kelompokserta pendekatan konseptual yang relevan d\engan kehidupan sehari-hari siswa. Hambatan belajar diidentifikasi melalui pendampingan, analisis akar permasalahan, serta komunikasi dengan peserta didik dan orang tua. Pemantauan perkembangan akademik dan perilaku dilakukan melalui penilaian pengetahuan dan sikap, seperti penggunaan jurnal harian. Komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua dibangun melalui rapat wali murid, grup WhatsApp, serta kunjungan rumah, guna menciptakan sinergi dalam mendukung proses belajar siswa. Strategi perencanaan yang tepat dapat mendorong tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran yang telah ditetapkan. Pengelolaan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan merupakan faktor krusial dalam menjamin efektivitas pembelajaran. MA PPMI Assalaam, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, mengimplementasikan pendekatan integratif yang menggabungkan kurikulum nasional dari Kemenag dan Kemendikbud dengan muatan keislaman khas pesantren. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MA PPMI Assalaam mengembangkan program unggulan seperti Dirosah Islamiyah dan Riset Preneur. Evaluasi kurikulum dilakukan secara berkala untuk menjaga relevansi dan efektivitas terhadap perkembangan akademik dan karakter siswa. Namun, masih dihadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan sumber daya dan perubahan kebijakan pendidikan nasional yang menjadi perhatian penting. Transformasi Digital Dalam Rantai Nilai Mobil Listrik: Tantangan dan Peluang Manajerial
Get PDFThis study aims to explore the managerial challenges and opportunities in the digital transformation of electric vehicle value chain in Indonesia. An exploratory qualitative approach was employed to examine dynamics of digitalization from the perspectives of management, technology, and human resources. Findings reveal that most automotive companies face difficulties in fully integrating digital systems, mainly due to limited interoperability, lack of human resource readiness, and low digital literacy at the managerial level. Transformational leadership plays a crucial role in fostering an adaptive and collaborative work culture that supports digital innovation. Moreover, many companies have yet to embed digitalization into their long-term business strategies. Study recommends organizational restructuring, digital leadership training, and cross-sectoral collaboration as strategic solutions. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of relevant digital management models for the national electric vehicle industry.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji tantangan dan peluang manajerial dalam transformasi digital rantai nilai mobil listrik di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif eksploratif digunakan untuk menggali dinamika digitalisasi dari perspektif manajemen, teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar perusahaan otomotif menghadapi kendala dalam mengintegrasikan sistem digital secara end-to-end, terutama karena keterbatasan interoperabilitas, kesiapan SDM, dan rendahnya literasi digital di tingkat manajerial. Kepemimpinan transformasional menjadi kunci dalam menciptakan budaya kerja adaptif dan kolaboratif yang mendukung inovasi digital. Selain itu, masih banyak perusahaan yang belum mengintegrasikan digitalisasi ke dalam strategi bisnis jangka panjang. Studi ini merekomendasikan restrukturisasi organisasi, pelatihan kepemimpinan digital, dan kolaborasi lintas sektor sebagai solusi strategis.
