Analisis Pengaturan Hukum Pemulihan Hak-Hak Anak Pasca Pidana
Get PDFAnak pasca pidana penjara memiliki hak-hak yang harus ditegakkan dan dipulihkan, seperti hak untuk tidak didiskriminasi, sampai dengan hak untuk memperoleh lingkungan hidup yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaturan hak-hak anak pasca pidana penjara beserta kelemahannya. Dengan menggunakan penelitian hukum normatif, pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jaminan perlindungan hak-hak anak diantaranya diatur melalui UU HAM, UU Perlindungan Anak, hingga UU SPPA. Pemenuhan hak anak khususnya anak pasca menjadi terpidana belum sepenuhnya diberikan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. UU SPPA hanya mengatur pemenuhan hak anak mengenai rehabilitasi, sehingga dapat dikatakan hak anak pasca pidana penjara tidak diatur secara spesifik baik dalam UU SPPA maupun dalam UU Perlindungan Anak. Lemahnya pemulihan hak anak pasca pidana berakibat juga terhadap penyesuaian diri dari anak tersebut terhadap masyarakat sekitar. Adapun terdapat minimnya perlindungan dari negara terhadap anak pasca dipidana akan menimbulkan potensi yang lebih besar terutama dalam hal psikologis anak tersebut dan masifnya stigma negatif dari masyarakat
Faktor determinan perilaku remaja putri dalam mengatasi dismenore di sekolah MTs
Get PDFThese determinant include knowledge, attitudes, family support, anxiety and behavior of adolescent girls coping with dysmenorrhea. The purpose of this study was to determine the predictor factors of adolescent girls' behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea in MTs Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Buah Gede, Serang Regency in 2023. The research method used was cross sectional with a sample of 75 respondents using total sampling. The results of the study almost most (52.0%) showed high knowledge, (54.7%) showed unfavorable attitudes, (56.0%) showed supportive family support, (53.3%) showed no anxiety and (50.7%) showed good behavior. There is no relationship between knowledge and adolescent girls' behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea in MTs Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Buah Gede, Serang Regency (p = 0.175). There was no relationship between attitudes and behavior of adolescent girls in overcoming dysmenorrhea in MTs Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Buah Gede, Serang Regency (p = 0.734). There is a relationship between family support and adolescent girls' behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea in MTs Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Buah Gede, Serang Regency (p = 0.017). There is a relationship between anxiety and adolescent girls' behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea in MTs Al-Jauharotunnaqiyah Buah Gede, Serang Regency (p = 0.021). The factor most associated with adolescent girls' behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea was family support (p = 0.045). It takes efforts to provide motivation and exposure to media information about dysmenorrhea to improve behavior in overcoming dysmenorrhea
Pencegahan bahaya radikalisme melalui penguatan karakter kebangsaan dan penanaman nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila pada siswa
Get PDFMunculnya kasus dengan ajaran-ajaran yang menyesatkan dan intoleran di masyarakat merupakan penyimpangan dari nilai-nilai Pancasila terjadi di beberapa wilayah desa di kabupaten Ponorogo hingga masuk di 2 desa kecamatan Mlarak. Sangat dikhawatirkan jika anak-anak yang polos disusupi oleh pandangan sesat dan intoleran, karena kaum perempuan dan anak sangat rentan untuk dipengaruhi dengan dalih pemberian bantuan biaya pendidikan atau bantuan sosial. Ajakan atau bantuan dengan memberikan iming-iming menggiurkan dikuatirkan membuat terlena masyarakat khususnya kaum perempuan dan anak anak. SDN Candi I sebagai Mitra adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Dasar membutuhkan penguatan karakter kebangsaan bagi siswa dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai luhur Pancasila dalam kehidupan sehari-hari guna membentengi diri dari ancaman bahaya kerusakan moral dan radikalisme yang muncul dengan memanfaatkan kondisi wilayah di pedesaan. Melalui penguatan karakter di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Candi dapat mewujudkan siswa berkarakter yang bernilai moral baik, mampu bertoleransi dengan sesama, berbudi luhur, dan berakhlak mulia. Penyampaian pembelajaran yang berciri khas identitas bangsa Indonesia mampu menghalau ancaman bahaya yang akan merusak anak sebagai generasi penerus bangsa dan menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme siswa mengikuti tata cara upacara bendera, memberi aba-aba barisan pleton dan memperagakan pengibaran bendera yang benar menjadi salah satu kegiatan penguatan karakter selain permainan edukatif yang bermuatan moral.Abstract: The emergence of cases with misleading and intolerant teachings in the community is a deviation from the values of Pancasila occurring in several village areas in Ponorogo district and even in 2 villages in Mlarak sub-district. It is very worrying if innocent children are infiltrated by heretical and intolerant views, because women and children are very vulnerable to being influenced under the pretext of providing assistance with education costs or social assistance. Invitations or assistance by providing tantalizing lures are feared to make the community complacent, especially women and children. SDN Candi I as a partner is an elementary education institution that needs strengthening of national character for students by instilling the noble values of Pancasila in daily life in order to fortify themselves from the dangers of moral decay and radicalism that arise by utilizing the conditions of rural areas. Through character strengthening at Negeri 1 Candi Elementary School, it can realize students with good moral values, able to tolerate others, virtuous, and noble. The delivery of learning that is characterized by the identity of the Indonesian nation is able to ward off threats that will damage children as the nation's next generation and foster the spirit of nationalism. Students follow the procedures of the flag ceremony, give the signal for the platoon line and demonstrate the correct flag raising to be one of the character strengthening activities in addition to morally charged educational games
Hubungan Pengetahuan dan Sikap Ibu dalam Pemberian Gizi Seimbang dengan Kejadian Stunting pada Balita
Get PDFCases of stunting under five currently have the highest number when compared to other forms of malnutrition. Parents have an important role in fulfilling the nutrition of toddlers, especially the role of a mother as someone who is often with toddlers. If a mother has good knowledge, of course it will also affect a good attitude in fulfilling toddler nutrition. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of mothers in providing balanced nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Cisungsang Community Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2023. The research design used a correlational method with a cross-sectional approach with data collection tools using questionnaires and analyzed univariately and bivariately. The sample in this study amounted to 60 respondents. The results showed that almost all 49 toddlers (81.7%) did not experience stunting, most of the respondents 39 (65.0%) had good knowledge and most of the respondents 37 (61.7%) had a positive attitude. The statistical test results showed that there was a relationship between knowledge in providing balanced nutrition and the incidence of stunting in toddlers with a value (p-value = 0.001) and there was a relationship between the mother's attitude in providing balanced nutrition with the incidence of stunting in toddlers with a value (p-value = 0.002). It is hoped that health workers will be able to provide education to the public about the nutritious food needed so that the incidence of stunting can be reduced with promotive, preventive and curative efforts from health workers
Pemberdayaan Kelompok Tani Desa Badal Pandean melalui Inovasi Pengolahan Tepung Ubi Alata
Get PDFUbi jalar merupakan salah satu komoditas yang dihasilakn dari pertanian di Desa Badal Pandean. Ubi hasil pertanian di Desa Badal Pandean umumnya dijual dalam bentuk mentah dengan nilai jual yang relatif rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan perlu dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai tambah dan daya saing produk ubi alata yaitu tepung ubi. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan petani ubi dalam menghasilkan produk tepung ubi sehingga meningkatkan nilai jualnya. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui 4 tahap yaitu persiapan, pembuatan tepung, pengemasan tepung dan monitoring dan evaluasi PKM. Hasil sosialisasi tentang diversifikasi menunjukkan Setelah kegiatan PKM ini, 100% mitra telah mengetahui cara pembuatan tepung ubi dan telah berhasil menggunakan mesih pencacah untuk mengiris ubi. Hasil evaluasi pelatihan dan pendapingan pembuatan tepung ubi menunjukkan secara keseluruhan kelompok petani Desa Badal Pandean telah berhasil membuat serta mengemas tepung ubi alata dengan sangat baik.Abstract. The sweet potato is one of the commodities produced from agriculture in the village of Badal Pandean. Generally, the agricultural products of sweet potatoes in Badal Pandean are sold in raw form with relatively low selling value. This indicates the need to make efforts to increase the added value and competitiveness of sweet potato products, specifically sweet potato flour. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge and skills of sweet potato farmers in producing sweet potato flour, thereby increasing its market value. This activity is carried out in four stages: preparation, flour production, packaging, and monitoring and evaluation of the community service program. The results of the diversification awareness campaign show that after this community service activity, 100% of the partners now know how to make sweet potato flour and have successfully used the chopping machine to slice the sweet potatoes. The overall evaluation of the training and consultation on cassava flour production indicates that the farmer group in Badal Pandean Village has successfully produced and packaged cassava flour very well
Pelatihan Manajemen Stres pada Mahasiswa (Stress Management Training for Student in University)
Get PDFMahasiswa kerap dihadapkan pada berbagai tekanan akademik dan pribadi yang dapat memicu stres, sehingga diperlukan upaya untuk mengelola tekanan ini guna menjaga kesejahteraan mental. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen stres kepada mahasiswa agar mereka dapat mengelola stres secara efektif. Peserta pelatihan terdiri dari 30 orang mahasiswa. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi modul pelatihan, tes pengetahuan (pretest dan posttest) untuk mengukur pemahaman peserta, serta Perceived Stress Scale untuk menilai tingkat stres sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan: a) 90% peserta mengalami stres sedang, 6,7% stres rendah, dan 3,3% stres berat; b) nilai pretest berkisar antara 10 hingga 60, dengan peningkatan signifikan pada nilai posttest (rentang 70-100); c) skor N-Gain rata-rata sebesar 71,71 yang termasuk dalam kategori efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan manajemen stres. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pelatihan yang diberikan efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa mengenali dan mengelola stres, yang penting bagi keseimbangan emosional dan performa akademik mereka.Abstract. Students are often faced with various academic and personal pressures that can trigger stress, so efforts are needed to manage this pressure to maintain mental well-being. This service activity aims to provide stress management knowledge and skills to students so that they can manage stress effectively. The training participants consisted of 30 students. The instruments used include training modules, knowledge tests (pretest and posttest) to measure participants' understanding, and the Perceived Stress Scale to assess stress levels before and after training. The results of data analysis showed: a) 90% of participants experienced moderate stress, 6.7% low stress, and 3.3% severe stress; b) pretest scores ranged from 10 to 60, with a significant increase in posttest scores (range 70-100); c) the average N-Gain score was 71.71 which is included in the effective category in improving stress management knowledge and skills. These findings confirm that the training provided is effective in helping students recognize and manage stress, which is important for their emotional balance and academic performance.
Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Digital: Pelatihan Game Edukasi Wordwall untuk Guru PAUD di Surabaya
Get PDFProgram pengabdian masyarakat ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru PAUD di Surabaya dalam memanfaatkan game edukasi Wordwall sebagai media pembelajaran yang mendukung kurikulum merdeka dan meningkatkan literasi digital pada anak-anak. Tujuan utama program ini adalah untuk memberikan bekal kepada para guru agar mampu menggunakan alat digital ini secara efektif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan intensif selama tiga hari pada bulan Januari 2024, yang menargetkan 20 guru dari sekolah-sekolah penggerak di Surabaya. Sebelum pelatihan dimulai, informasi mengenai program ini disampaikan kepada para guru sekolah penggerak yang menjadi target peserta, sehingga mereka dapat mempersiapkan diri dan memahami pentingnya pelatihan ini. Informasi ini mencakup detail tentang bagaimana tim penulis akan mengadakan pelatihan dan apa saja manfaat yang akan diperoleh dari pemanfaatan game edukasi Wordwall dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk melibatkan peserta secara aktif melalui metode pembelajaran yang berfokus pada pengalaman langsung. Peserta akan diberi kesempatan untuk mempraktikkan langsung cara mengembangkan dan menggunakan game edukasi Wordwall dalam konteks pembelajaran mereka. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelatihan ini sangat beragam dan mencakup beberapa teknik seperti sesi tanya jawab untuk menggali pemahaman dan menjawab pertanyaan peserta, diskusi kelompok untuk berbagi ide dan pengalaman, demonstrasi penggunaan Wordwall oleh instruktur, serta praktik langsung di mana peserta dapat mencoba membuat dan menerapkan game edukasi tersebut. Selama pelatihan, para guru akan belajar bagaimana mengintegrasikan Wordwall ke dalam kurikulum mereka, bagaimana menciptakan konten yang menarik dan edukatif, serta bagaimana memanfaatkan fitur-fitur Wordwall untuk memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran. Melalui pendekatan praktik terbimbing, peserta akan mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam dan keterampilan praktis yang dapat langsung diaplikasikan di kelas mereka. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat menghasilkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kemampuan guru PAUD di Surabaya dalam mengajar dengan bantuan teknologi digital, sejalan dengan semangat kurikulum merdeka dan era digital yang terus berkembang.Abstract. This community service program is designed to enhance the skills of early childhood education (PAUD) teachers in Surabaya in utilizing the educational game Wordwall as a learning medium that supports the independent curriculum and improves digital literacy among children. The main goal of this program is to equip teachers with the ability to effectively use this digital tool in their daily teaching activities. The program is conducted in the form of an intensive three-day training session in January 2024, targeting 20 teachers from leading schools in Surabaya. Before the training begins, information about the program will be provided to the target teachers, allowing them to prepare and understand the importance of this training. This information includes details on how the authors' team will conduct the training and the benefits that will be gained from utilizing the Wordwall educational game in teaching. The training is designed to actively involve participants through a hands-on learning method. Participants will have the opportunity to directly practice how to develop and use the Wordwall educational game in their teaching contexts. The methods used in this training are diverse and include several techniques such as QA sessions to explore understanding and answer participants' questions, group discussions to share ideas and experiences, demonstrations of Wordwall usage by instructors, and direct practice where participants can try creating and implementing these educational games. During the training, teachers will learn how to integrate Wordwall into their curriculum, create engaging and educational content, and leverage Wordwall's features to maximize the learning process. Through a guided practice approach, participants will gain deep understanding and practical skills that can be immediately applied in their classrooms. Therefore, this training is expected to result in a significant improvement in the ability of PAUD teachers in Surabaya to teach with the aid of digital technology, in line with the spirit of the independent curriculum and the ever-evolving digital era

Jus Wortel Dapat Menurunkan Hipertensi Pada Ibu Hamil : Literatur Review
Get PDFHypertension in pregnancy is is hypertension that occurs during pregnancy and usually in the last month of pregnancy or more after 20 weeks of gestation in women who were previously normotensive, blood pressure values 120/80 mmHg, or an increase in systolic pressure of 30 mmHg and diastolic pressure of 15 mmHg above the normal value. This literature study aims to identify the influence of carrot juice that decrease hypertension. The method used Literature study that was conducted by searching articles which is published on Google Scholar, IOS, and Garuda Portal. In keywords: carrot juice can reduce hypertension in pregnant women. Searching the literature was published in the last 10 years from 2009 to 2019 with full text in Indonesian language relevant to the topic of research. The results based in a review on 5 articles, it was found that carrot juice had an influence on maternal blood pressure where there are differences in pressure values before and after being given carrot juice itself. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that carrot juice is an alternative non-pharmacological treatment for hypertension
Upah Tenaga Kerja pada Usahatani Padi Perspektif Islam di Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah (Labor Wages in Rice Farming from an Islamic Perspective in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency)
Get PDFPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis upah tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi perspektif ekonomi Islam di Kecamatan Pujut Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Kajian penelitian berpokus pada implementasi kesepakatan kerja, besaran upah dan pemberian upah terhadap tenaga kerja (buruh tani) pada usahatani padi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data penelitian melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam (indepth interview). Informan ditentukan dengan teknik snowball sampling serta analisis data secara deskriptif. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa pengupahan tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi di kecamatan pujut kabupaten lombok tengah telah diimplementasikan sesuai syariat Islam, yaitu terdapatnya akad (kesepakatan) kerja tidak tetulis, pelaksanaan kerja sesuai akad, upah dibayar tepat waktu sesuai akad, serta adanya sikap ikhlas dan saling ridho (kerelaan) antara tenaga kerja dengan pemilik usahatani. Direkomendasi tenaga kerja pada usahatani padi dan petani pemilik usahatani untuk tetap amanah dan jujur dalam mengimplementasikan upah kerja sesuai syariat Islam.Abstract: This study aims to analyze labor wages in rice farming from an Islamic economic perspective in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency. The research focuses on the implementation of work agreements, the amount of wages, and the payment of wages to laborers (farm workers) in rice farming. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. Data collection was conducted through observation and in-depth interviews. Informants were selected using snowball sampling, and data analysis was performed descriptively. The study concludes that labor wages in rice farming in Pujut District, Central Lombok Regency, have been implemented in accordance with Islamic law, as evidenced by the existence of an informal work agreement, the execution of work according to the agreement, timely wage payments as per the agreement, and a spirit of sincerity and mutual consent (willingness) between the laborers and the farm owners. It is recommended that laborers in rice farming and farm owners maintain trustworthiness and honesty in implementing wages according to Islamic law
