TINJAUAN HUKUM IMPLEMENTASI DISKRESI KEPOLISIAN DALAM PENYIDIKAN TINDAK PIDANA NARKOTIKA
Get PDFMeningkatnya penyalahgunaan narkotika sudah sangat meresahkan dan perlu penanganan yang maksimal. Polri dalam melaksanakan tugasnya seringkali melakukan diskresi, praktik penerapan diskresi oleh aparat penegak hukum sangat bergantung pada subyektivitas yang bersangkutan. Bila aparat penegak hukum menghayati nilai-nilai moral dan etika, maka penerapan diskresi akan melahirkan rasa keadilan dan ketenteraman dalam masyarakat. Permasalahan yang diteliti adalah: 1) bagaimana penerapan diskresi kepolisian terhadap tindak pidana narkotika di tingkat penyidikan dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, 2) apa pertimbangan penyidik kepolisian dalam menerapkan diskresi terhadap tindak pidana narkotika, 3) apa akibat hukum dari tindakan diskresi penyidik kepolisan terhadap tindak pidana narkotika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu penelitian hukum normatif yaitu merupakan penelitian hukum yang dilakukan dengan cara meneliti dan menggunakan bahan hukum yaitu bahan hukum primer, bahan hukum sekunder bahan hukum tersier yang didapat dari penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa penerapan diskresi kepolisian terhadap tindak pidana narkotika di tingkat penyidikan di atur dalam Pasal 18 ayat (1) dan Pasal 16 ayat (1) huruf l dan ayat (2) Undang-Undang Kepolisian, Pasal 7 ayat (1) huruf J KUHAP, serta diperjelas dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 30 Tahun 2014 tentang Administrasi Pemerintahan, Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian Nomor 14 Tahun 2012 tentang Manejement Penyidikan Tindak Pidana, Peraturan Badan Reserse Kriminal No. 1, 2, 3, dan 4 tahun 2014 tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur. Peraturan Kepala Kepolisian No. 3 Tahun 2015 Tentang Pemolisian Masyarakat, dan Surat Kapolri Nomor Polisi B/3022/XII/2009/SDEOPS tanggal 4 Desember 2009 tentang Penanganan Kasus Melalui ADR. Dasar pertimbangan penyidik dalam menerapkan diskresi kepolisian terhadap tindak pidana narkotika didasarkan pada beberapa factor yaitu faktor internal dan eksternal, dalam faktor internal terdapat jaminan hukum yang mengatur tentang penggunaaan kewenangan diskresi dalam penyelesaian perkara tindak pidana sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku dan adanya instruksi dari pimpinan untuk mengupayakan diskresi terlebih dahulu sebelum kasus tersebut berlanjut ketahap selanjutnya, untuk factor eksternalnya adanya dukungan dari masyaraka setempat untuk menggunaka upaya diskresi dalam penyelesaian kasus penyalahgunaan narkotika. Akibat hukum dari tindakan diskresi penyidik terhadap tindak pidana narkotika, hukuman pidana setiap anggota polisi yang melakukan perbuatan pidana diselesaikan melalui Peradilan Umum. Hukuman disiplin setiap anggota polisi yang melakukan pelanggaran disiplin disidang melalui siding disiplin, sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 2 Tahun 2003 tentang Peraturan Disiplin Anggota Polri. PRIMARY SCHOOL TEACHER EDUCATION STUDENTS’ ENGLISH COMPETENCE IN WRITING VIEWED FROM ERROR ANALYSIS OF MAKING A COMPOSITION
No full textThis study aims at describing errors on writing of primary school teacher education students (PGSD) Universitas Widya Dharma Klaten to know the students’ English competence. The strategy of the research in this study is descriptive qualitative; and the qualitative data is the students’ writing. The data here are collected from 23 students’ work in making a composition. The erroneous sentences analyzed based on three classifications, namely the surface strategy taxonomy, influencing language switch, and students’ writing skill. The writers analyze the data carefully to find errors. The errors are divided according to its classification. Based on the data findings, the writers found that from 26 students of primary school teacher education (PGSD) Unwidha there are 23 students made some errors, two students made a good composition without any error, and one student didn’t write the composition. The researchers finally list 76 errors of students’ writing. The writers conclude that there are 35 errors (46.052%) based on the surface strategy taxonomy, 9 errors (11.842%) based on influencing language switch, and 32 errors (42.105%) based on students’ writing skill
POLA INTERAKSI GURU DAN MURID DALAM PERSPEKTIF SURAH AL BAQOROH AYAT 30

In the educational process, the interaction or relationship between teachers and students is a factor that affects the quality of learning. This study aims to explore a verse in the Koran, Surah Al Baqoroh verse 30 which is implemented in education. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a verse interpretation approach which is described in descriptive form, then concluded with the educational values contained in the verse.

Abstrak : Pendidikan adalah proses perubahan yang mengarahkan individu kepada keadaan yang lebih baik. Dalam proses pendidikan, interaksi atau hubungan antara guru dan murid merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupas sebuah ayat dalam al quran, Surah Al Baqoroh ayat 30 yang diimplementasikan ke dalam pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir ayat yang dijabarkan dalam bentuk deskriptif, kemudian disimpulkan dengan nilai-nilai pendidikan yang terkandung di dalam ayat.

PENGARUH METODE PEMBELAJARAN DARING TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MAHASISWA PADA MATA KULIAH AL-QUR’AN TAJWID DI FAKULTAS AGAMA ISLAM UNIVERSITAS ISLAM AS-SYAFI’IYAH
Get PDFAbstract (In Bahasa): Pandemi Covid 19 yang telah melanda hampir seluruh dunia bahkan Indonesia dan memaksa kegiatan disektor Pendidikan harus melaksanakan pembelajaran secara daring tidak terkecuali di tingkat Universitas, mahasiswa dan dosen yang selama ini melaksanakan pembelajaran secara tata muka akhir nya beralih pada pembelajaran secara daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana metode pembelajaran daring dan apakah memiliki pengaruh pada hasil belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam pada mata kuliah Al-Qur’an Tajwid di Universitas Islam As-Syafi’iyah. Adapun pendekatan yang penulis gunakan yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan desain komparatif. Sampel penelitian adalah mahasiswa regular Fakultas Agama Islam angkatan tahun ajaran 2021 meliputi kelas KPI,PAI, dan PBS berjumlah 107 mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji presesntase untuk mengetahui bagimana metode pembelajaran daring dan apakah memiliki pengaruh pada hasil belajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisa data yang diperoleh menghasilkan bahwa pelaksanaan metode pembelajaran daring yang menggunakan berbagai media aplikasi daring dapat memudahkan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran karena medianya beragam sehingga mahasiswa dapat mengakses dan mengulang kembali pembelajarn kapanpun dibutuhkan, sehingga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar dengan perolehan mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai “A” sebanyak 81 dengan presentase 75.7%, nilai “B” 25 mahasiswa dengan presentase 23.3%, dan yang mendapat nilai “C” dan “D” 0 mahasiswa, sedangkan yang mendapat nilai “E” sebanyak 1 orang dengan presentase 0.93%. Hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran daring memiliki pengaruh yang “Tinggi” terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa berdasarkan table hasil presentase
AN ASSESSMENT OF THE ROLE OF ISE IN DA’WAH ACTIVITIES IN EGGONLAND
Get PDFThis paper documents and also assess the different method employed by ISE for its Da’wah Activities in Eggonland. The study highlight the Da’wah approaches and methodology of Islamic Society of Eggonland and its contributions. The study also found that the coming of ISE with modern Da’wah train, a different Da’wah to proselytize Islam and its beauty to people of Eggonland and the wider world through its various humanitarian programmes that are geared towards building the Ummah is yielding result. It is a successful of because in its humanitarian programme people are equally treated irrespective of their religion. The study adopted Survey method using primary sources, where interview and observation were to obtain data on the Da’wah activities of the ISE. This research is expected to become a model for the development of Da’wah in a multi-religious society. The findings are essential for Islamic Da’wah organizations to redesign and formulate various modern Da’wah programmes in order to ensure improved way to engage the people.
 
IMPLEMENTATION OF DAKWAH IN CAMPUS

The sociological aspect of the da'wah strategy is one of the principles that must be considered in carrying out the da'wah strategy, which addresses issues related to the situation and conditions of the da'wah target. This article uses qualitative methods and makes library research and observation of existing campus da'wah institutions the primary source of research. This article try to find out how to know and implement da'wah on campus. LDK as a means of inter-campus da'wah regeneration ties the brotherhood among fellow Muslims in the campus environment. Seeing the many benefits obtained when the implementation of da'wah is implemented in the campus environment, it would be nice for da'wah activities in the campus environment to be reactivated

This research is intended to find out in depth the factors of investigation conspiracy. In this research is using method of juridical-normative approach, namely analyzing Law Number 11 of 2008, PN Jkt Brt Decision, and literature or books as a type of secondary data related to investigation conspiracy. The results showed that one of the factors that caused the investigation carried out by several problem and obstacle, and causes there’s a 4 case on 1 suspect then involved 1 linguist, for other factors will be explained more broadly in the discussion of this journal.

The object of this development research is students in SMAN 1 Cigemblong to be exact class XI. Quantitative data analysis to test the effectiveness of learning media products using Tests N - Gain Score. Based on learning media development products game education based android that the average value results pre-test and post-test it's 0.73. Based on the reference value if the value of g>0.7 then falls into the "high" category, thus based on these results the use of the product that has been developed affects the effectiveness of learning. Inovasi media pembelajaran yang menarik sangat memiliki dampak terhadap kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Upaya optimalisasi smartphone peserta didik dalam kegiatan pembelajaran yaitu dengan mengintegrasikan multimedia interaktif ke dalam Smartphone berbasis android. Jenis Penelitian penilitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan media yang dikembangkan adalah media pembelajaran berupa aplikasi game edukasi berbasis android. Objek penelitian pengembangan ini yaitu peserta didik di SMAN 1 Cigemblong tepatnya kelas XI. Analisis data kuantitatif untuk menguji efektivitas produk media pembelajaran memakai Uji N-Gain score. Hasil pre-test dan post test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan tingkat persentase sebesar 30%. Kemudian, hasil produk pengembangan media pembelajaran game edukasi berbasis android menurut N-Gain score senilai 0.73 dengan kategori tinggi. Hal ini dapat dikatakan bahwa produk tersebut cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dilihat dari hasil pre-test dan post-test sisw

Get PDFThis study contains an effort to reduce the tendency of students' academic procrastination behavior by applying behavioral counseling with peer modeling techniques. Techniques have great potential to run effectively and get maximum results. Because students in a school environment will tend to be easy to imitate the behavior of their peers. Peer modeling techniques will position students as observers who will observe other students as modeling objects. The aspect observed by the client is how the pattern of life and discipline applied by students is used as an object. The client will observe and then try to apply it in his life. The advantage of this technique is that the client will be more flexible and flexible in observing the object, because the object is his own friend. Observation results will also be more flexible because the object can be varied so that it can be adjusted to the client's self. In handling it, the application of counseling with peer modeling techniques is a potential solution. The role of the environment in this technique makes the client free to explore and observe the modeling object that has been determined. Accurate and maximum results will be obtained if the counselor, client and also the steps taken are appropriate and coherent. The research subjects were students of class IX MTs NU Mranggen for the 2020/2021 school year. The methods used in collecting data were questionnaires, interviews and observations. The result obtained in the first cycle were still medium, is namely 51% of the success indicator, while the second cycle is in the low category with a score 30%, so it can be concluded that peer modeling is effective in reducing academic procrastination
