10.84389 Pengaruh Financial Ratio dan Profit Growth Dimasa Pandemi Covid-19
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to determine the profit growth of companies in the consumer goods industry sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Judging from the financial ratios, liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, activity ratios and profitability ratios. The population of this study is the consumer goods industry sector which has obtained annual financial reports (annually reports) published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. The data collection technique used in this study was purposive sampling, namely the method of selecting samples on previously known characteristics so that 13 samples were obtained. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis with multiple linear regression analysis method, classic assumption test, independent simple T-Test different test with SPSS 25 program. The results showed that, (1) the current ratio has no significant positive effect on the growth variable profit, (2) debt ratio has a significant positive effect on profit growth variable, (3) total asset turnover has no significant negative effect on variable, (4) net profit margin has significant positive effect on profit growth variable
A SURVEY OF THE ORIGIN AND PRACTICE OF THE ISLAMIC ARBITRATION SYSTEM IN NORTHERN NIGERIA
Get PDFThis paper examines the origin and practice of Islamic arbitration system (Ḥākimiyyah) with particular reference to Northern Nigeria. The work traces the origin of arbitration and its application in all works of life particularly in areas where the Shari’ah system is practice in Northern Nigeria. The paper brings into limelight the history and various practices of Hakimiyyah in Islam. It also analyses Hakimiyyah in Northern Nigeria from the pre-colonial era, the Kanem Bornu empire and Sokoto Caliphate especially the role played by the rulers of the various empires in ensuring the Islamic courts plays it role in the arbitration of dispute and other issues among Muslims and non-Muslims. Secondary data approach was adopted in paper where literary materials relevant to the research were utilise. It was concluded in the paper that the early Islamization of the Hausaland and the manner in which Islam was embraced had led to the quick emergence of strong institutions that made Islam to be the major source of social and cultural identity of the people in the area. Islamic legal system as one of those social institutions, was the bedrock upon which the Hausa Muslim states were established, particularly during the reigns of the defunct Kanem Borno Empire and Sokoto Caliphate. These two Muslim empires had produced the unique legal system the like of which had existed only during the early days of Islam
IMPACT OF QUR’ANIC NARRATIVES IN SURAH AL-KAHF ON THE LIFE OF MUSLIMS IN NORTH-WEST, NIGERIA
Get PDFThis article assesses the significance of the Qur’anic narratives among Muslims in North-West Nigeria and its relevance to religious, cultural and social lives. The Glorious Qur’an, considered as a Divine Book by Muslims holds a central position in the belief system of Muslims the world over, including North-West Nigeria. It serves as a comprehensive guide encompassing morality, personal conduct as well as social justice. The study explores how the Qur’anic narratives shape the religious and moral identity of Muslims in the region. It highlights the role of the Qur’an in influencing belief and practice and how it provides moral and ethical principles, social norms and spiritual guidance. It also emphasizes the impact of the Qur’anic narratives on the social and political landscape of the region. The need to rely on the Qur’an to address contemporary issues and provide guidance, justice and social cohesion was also addressed. Overall, the article underscores the profound influence of the Qur’anic narratives among Muslims in north-West Nigeria. By understanding the relevance of Qur’anic narratives, policymakers, researchers and stakeholders will better be informed of the useful insights into the dynamics of the Muslim population in North-West Nigeria and foster an inclusive and informed approach to engage with this all-important religious text. It is thus in line with this backdrop that this article intends to assess the impact of Qur’anic narratives on the lives of Muslims in north-West Nigeria. In the concept of era 5.0, the industry began to touch the virtual world, in the form of human, machine, and data connectivity. A transformation is a form of the change process that occurs gradually to achieve progress. Meanwhile, Islamic Education is an education system based on the main teachings of Islam and becomes a guide to achieving the expected educational goals. The transformation of Indonesian education in the Society 5.0 era began with the Merdeka Learning Independent Campus policy spearheaded by the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology. One of the priority activities of Merdeka Belajar is school digitization. To welcome the era of society 5.0, there must be a way out so that Islamic religious education can still be accepted during the times. Therefore, there are three steps that can be taken: 1). Disruptive Mindset, Mindset is how humans think which is determined by the settings we make before thinking and acting. 2). Self-Driving, Organizations that are agile and dynamic in adapting to navigate the ocean of disruption are organizations that have human resources (Human Resources) with good driver mentality (good drivers), not passengers (passengers). 3). Reshape or create, there is a genealogy of thought popular among Muslims which is still firmly held. The genealogy is "maintaining the old that is good and taking the new that is better." There is a process of modifying Islamic religious education in the era of Society 5.0

This article uses descriptive-analytical research with a historical analysis approach to find out the development of tafsir books in Indonesia so that the figure of Betawi scholar Saifudin Amsir was born with his work. This article also uses a qualitative combination approach. This article proves that there is a role of Saifudin Amsir in the development of Qur'anic science in Betawi with his monumental works on the Quran, namely the book of Tafsīr Jawāhir Al-Qur`ān and the book of Al-Qur'ān Ijāzan wa Khawāṣan wa Falsafatan by Saifudin Amsir
HUBUNGAN FAKTOR RISIKO DENGAN INFESTASI Pediculus humanus capitis PADA SISWA SDN BANDAR LOR 1 KOTA KEDIRI
Get PDFPedikulosis kapitis merupakan penyakit kulit kepala yang disebabkan oleh Pediculus humanus capitis. Penyakit ini dapat menular secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Gejala klinis berupa rasa gatal pada kulit kepala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui hubungan faktor risiko yaitu usia, jenis kelamin, bentuk rambut, jenis kulit kepala, dan tingkat pengetahuan dengan infestasi Pediculus humanus capitis pada siswa SDN Bandar Lor 1 Kota Kediri. Desain penelitian Cross Sectional dan menggunakan teknik sampling total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 72 responden dari siswa kelas I, II, dan III. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat 36% responden positif Pediculus humanus capitis dan sisanya tidak teridentifikasi Pediculus humanus capitis. Hasil analisa dengan menggunakan uji Chi Square diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan usia, jenis kelamin, bentuk rambut, jenis kulit kepala, dan tingkat pengetahuan dengan infestasi Pediculus humanus capitis. Terdapat hubungan faktor risiko dengan infestasi Pediculus humanus capitis pada siswa kelas I, II, dan III SDN Bandar Lor 1 Kota Kediri

Untuk membantu para pekerja dalam melakukan packing dibutuhkan alat bantu packing untuk mempercepat proses packing. Penelitan ini bertujuan untuk: 1) membuat alat sesuai kebutuhan dana keinginan pengguna, 2) perancangan alat sesuai anthropometri. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pekerja packing dalam melakukan proses packing. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Quality Function Deployment (QFD). Masyarakat Indonesia masih menjunjung tinggi tata krama dalam pergaulan sebagaimana anak bersikap kepada orang yang lebih tua maupun hubungan antar teman. Namun seiring laju perkembangan zaman dan perubahan cepat dalam teknologi informasi telah merubah sebagian besar masyarakat dunia terutama remaja. Untuk mendapatkan atau mencapai akhlak karimah yang sesuai dengan tuntunan agama, maka semua orang harus melalui sebuah proses yang dinamakan proses pendidikan akhlak. Konsep yang berkaitan dengan pendidikan akhlak dalam Islam terdapat dalam salah satu kitab yang berjudul kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin. Bertitik tolak dari latar belakang di atas, penulis merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: Bagaimana konsep akhlak dalam kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin karya Imam Asy-Sya’roni? dan Bagaimana relevansi kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin dengan pendidikan? Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah library research (penelitian kepustakaan) yakni: Penelitian yang dilakukan mengumpulkan data dan informasi menggunakan kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin karya Imam Asy-Sya’roni, terjemahan kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin, buku akhlak (ciri manusia paripurna), dan juga jurnal serta karya-karya ilmiah dari tokoh lain yang terkait langsung dengan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yaitu penelitian dengan langkah kerja untuk mendeskripsikan suatu objek, fenomena, latar sosial, dan sasaran penelian terjawablah dalam tulisan naratif. Artinya, data maupun fakta yang telah dikumpulkan oleh peneliti kualitatif berbentuk kata atau gambar. Setelah itu untuk mendapatkan kesimpulan penulis menggunakan pola penalaran induktif, yaitu pola pemikiran yang berangkat dari suatu pemikiran khusus kemudian ditarik generalisasi yang bersifat umum. Inti dari Konsep Akhlak Dalam Kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin Karya Imam Asy-Sya’roni dan Relevansinya Dengan Pendidikan. Dalam kitab Tanbihul Mughtarrin mengandung suatu ajakan untuk mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT, mengulas etika-etika mulia para ulama salaf yang sholih, dengan mengutip maqolah-maqolah mereka dan juga mengutip sabda-sabda Nabi-Nabi terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan etika yang luhur. Perbandingan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Di Indonesia (Era Orde Baru, Pasca Orde Baru, Dan Mahkamah Konstitusi Tentang Pemilihan Kepala Daerah)
Get PDFThe election of regional head in Indonesia which known as Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (PILKADA) is a manifestation of the realization of democracy at the local level and the mandate of the third paragraph of the constitution preamble, Article 1 paragraph (2), and Article 18 paragraph (4) of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. In its implementation, PILKADA regulated by several provisions of laws and regulations concerning Regional Government and several decisions of the Constitutional Court/ Supreme Court. This research aims to determine the comparison of regional head elections in Indonesia with several research problem formulations. The first is about how regional heads are elected in Indonesia based on the Law on Regional Government and the Decision of the Constitutional Court. The second is related to whether the election has already reached a democratic level at the local region in Indonesia. So this research results in the conclusion that regional head elections using a system like Law Number 5 of 1974 distance democracy at the local level, because the governors, regents and mayors who are appointed do not represent the local people's aspirations. Direct regional head elections and the new paradigm in the form of individual nominations and single candidates have had a positive impact on democratization at the local level, and regional election regulations have increasingly encouraged efforts to develop democratic values. However, there are still many negative impacts which, if not immediately corrected, threaten to thwart democratization efforts at the local level.Pilkada merupakan wujud dari perwujudan demokrasi di tingkat lokal dan amanah konstitusi aliena ketiga pembukaan, Pasal 1 ayat (2), dan Pasal 18 ayat (4) UUD 1945. Dalam pelaksanaannya diatur oleh beberapa ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan beberapa putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan pemilihan kepala daerah di Indonesia dengan beberapa rumusan masalah penelitian. Pertama tentang bagaimana pemilihan kepala daerah di Indonesia berdasarkan Undang-Undang tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dan Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi. Kedua terkait apakah pemilihan tersebut sudah mencapai taraf demokratis di tingkat lokal. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa Pemilihan kepala daerah dengan sistem seperti pada Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 1974 menjauhkan demokrasi di tingkat lokal, karena gubernur, bupati, maupun walikota yang diangkat bukanlah representasi dan aspirasi rakyat. Pemilihan kepala daerah secara langsung dan paradigma baru berupa pencalonan perorangan dan calon tunggal memberikan dampak positif pada demokratisasi di tingkat lokal, dan peraturan Pilkada semakin mendorong upaya pengembangan nilai-nilai demokrasi. Namun, tetap masih banyak dampak buruk yang apabila tidak segera diperbaiki terancam akan menggagalkan upaya demokratisasi di tingkat lokal
STUDENTS’ EXPERIENCES OF USING WHATSAPP VOICE NOTE IN ENGLISH SPEAKING LEARNING
Get PDFThe government has implemented hybrid or blended learning, which combines face-to-face and online learning. IAIN Langsa has adopted this hybrid learning approach by utilizing various media tools in the learning process. One widely used media tool in hybrid learning is the WhatsApp Voice Note application. In this perspective, online learning media becomes an important aspect to be evaluated, with WhatsApp Voice Note as the focal media for online learning. This study aims to explore students' experiences in using WhatsApp Voice Note for learning speaking. The subjects of this study consisted of 12 English education students. A qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach is employed to achieve the research objectives. Three data collection instruments are utilized: questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. The questionnaire employs an 8-item Likert scale, while the semi-structured interviews comprise 14 questions. Based on the data analysis, it can be concluded that almost all eighth-semester English education students at IAIN Langsa have provided positive feedback regarding WhatsApp Voice Note as an online learning medium that helps improve their English speaking skills and supports their learning process both on and off-campus
