THE EFFECT OF DIGITALIZATION ON LANGUAGE AND CULTURE IN MANAGEMENT PRACTICE MODERN EDUCATION
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the important role of digitalization in language and culture in modern management practices. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of digitalization on language and culture in modern educational management practices. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model which consists of data reduction, data presentation or data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this research explain that 1) Digitalization is the process of changing various information or news from analog format to digital format so that it is easier to produce, manage, store or distribute to the general public, 2) Language is not only a communication tool, but also a cultural expression that reflects worldview, values, and identity of a group or society, 3) Modern educational management practices take steps to integrate technology, personalization, collaboration, and skill development in learning and 4) The influence of digitalization on language and culture in educational management practices modern is combining the use of technology with efforts to preserve and respect local language and culture, as well as the development of holistic communication skills in an increasingly connected era
DYNAMIC ASSESSMENT OF EFL LEARNERS' ACADEMIC WRITING SKILLS AND WRITING ABILITY
Get PDFThis research was carried out to investigate factors related to writing skills and writing ability and how they influence writing skills and writing ability. Participants were 100 undergraduate students aged 18 to 21 at Indonesian Islamic University, consisting of 85 females and 15 males. Two different data analysis were performed: the Hierarchical Factorial Test to identify factors that can share meaningful correlation and a multiple regression test to examine the effect of an independent variable on the dependent variable. The findings showed that all variables of this research including content, organization, vocabulary, language, mechanics, thesis statement, blueprint, main idea, supporting, link, linker, fluency, logical order, rewordings, and clincher are contributing factors to the dependent variables. Sig value was lesser than 0.05, implying that the seven main factors had simultaneous and significant effects on the logical order variable

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the urgency of collaboration between school personnel in implementing guidance and counseling services at schools. The successful implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools cannot be separated from the cooperation of all school personnel. The success of counseling can support the achievement of educational goals for students at school. This research method is a literature study. Data collection is carried out through a number of library data, recording and managing research materials. Based on the results of the research conducted, it shows that the collaboration carried out by the school principal, homeroom teacher and class teacher in implementing guidance and counseling services at school has not been optimal. One of them can be seen from the cooperation of school personnel in providing or receiving input and suggestions, openly exchanging ideas or discussing with each other
Penerapan Teknik Token Ekonomi Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Agresif Siswa di SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar
Get PDFThe purpose of this study was to find out 1) a description of the aggressi behavior of students at SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar 2) an overview of the implementation of token economy counseling to reduce student aggression behavior at SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar 3) The token economy technique reduces the aggressive behavior of students at SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar. This study used quantitative research with a single subject experimental research type. The subjects of this study were 2 students, who were determined by the target behavior which was measured continuously. Data analysis in this study used descriptive analysis and visual analysis. The results of this study indicate that the level of aggressive behavior of BL and S students before being given treatment is in the high category and after being given treatment is in the low category. 2) The application of economic token strategies for students encompasses a total of seven phases. 3) Implementing the token economy method has the potential to decrease the hostile conduct exhibited by students enrolled at SMA Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar.

KEKUATAN SUDU TURBIN ANGIN SAVONIUS DENGAN ANALISA ELEMEN HINGGA
Get PDFKebutuhan energi dari tahun ke tahun terus meningkat. Hal ini mendorong berbagai pihak untuk meneliti energi alternatif. Salah satu energi alternatif yang tengah diteliti dan dikembangkan saat ini yaitu energi angina. Turbin angin pertama kali digunakan untuk membangkitkan listrik dibangun oleh P. La Cour dari Denmark diakhir abad ke-19. Turbin angin memiliki berbagai macam tipe sudu (baling-baling) dan jenis material yang berbeda-beda. Salah satu material yang digunakan untuk sudu turbin angin adalah Baja Lapis Seng Galvalume G550. Hingga saat ini belum pernah dilakukan pengujian terhadap bahan material Baja Lapis Seng tersebut Galvalume G550. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai ketahanan stress pada sudu turbin angin dan mendapatkan data nilai beban maksimum yang mampu ditahan oleh blade turbin angin. Pengujian akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Finite Elemen Analysis dengan simulasi solidworks. Hasil dari penelitian didapatkan nilai ketahanan stress pada sudu turbin angin tekanan maksimum dan minimum dari analisis aliran eksternal adalah 101.380 dan 101.297Pa pada masing-masing sudu, dengan data perhitungan pada ketinggan 2 meter. Nilai beban maksimum yang mampu ditahan oleh blade turbin angin berdasarkan Finite Element Analisis, tegangan maksimum adalah 35,79 Mpa. Hasilnya memuaskan mengingat fakta bahwa tegangan maksimal dari bahan yang digunakan adalah 550 Mpa, jauh lebih rendah daripada kekuatan hasil material yang diterapkan untuk bilah sudu

Get PDFDalam proses Manajemen pendidikan tidaklah selalu berjalan dengan baik, akan terdapat berbagai masalah, kendala dan berbagai hambatan di dalamnya, salah satunya adalah kesulitan belajar yang di alami oleh siswa underachiever yaitu siswa yang memiliki potensi untuk dapat mencapai prestasi dan hasil belajar yang baik namun karena pengaruh dari berbagai faktor sehingga masalah tersebut mempengaruhi prestasi dan hasil belajar yang seharusnya dapat di capai oleh siswa, hal ini sering terjadi karena motivasi belajar yang dimiliki siswa sangat rendah, anak yang mengalami underachiever sering kali menunjukan perilaku menghindar dan menanggap bahwa belajar bukanlah suatu hal yang menyenangkan, merupakan suatu permasalahan yang kemungkinan besar belum teratasi dengan maksimal oleh guru, maka guru terkhusus manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam yang selalu berhubungan dengan berbagai aspek bidang keilmuwan memiliki peranan yang begitu penting berkaitan dengan hal ini.
Dalam penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Gambaran siswa yang mengalami underachiever, (2) Upaya guru PAI dalam penanganan siswa underachiever, (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PAI dalam penanganan siswa underachiever dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 30 Kota Bekasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Kualitatif deskriptif yang bentuknya adalah kata-kata tertulis yang mana data-data yang di peroleh berdasarkan dari hasil obervasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.
Setelah melakukan penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu kesimpulan sebagai berikut : (1) Gambaran siswa yang mengalami underachiever dalam proses pembelajaran di SMP Negeri 30 Kota Bekasi memiliki ciri gambaran yaitu : Pertama, Siswa yang mengalami underachiever di SMP Negeri 30 Kota Bekasi cenderung terlihat kurang memiliki motivasi pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Kedua, Siswa yang mengalami underachiever menunukan perilaku menghindar seperti lebih suka menyendiri dan menjauhi lingkungan teman-temannya di kelas. (2) Upaya Guru Manajemen Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penanganan siswa underachiever yaitu mengupayakan faktor yang berasal dari individu, keluarga, sekolah dan teman sebaya. (3) Faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam penanganan siswa underachiever yaitu : Faktor pendukung, guru, wali kelas, dan sarana dan prasarana. No full textProses belajar mengajar dapat ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan standar pendidikan. Dalam pendidikan, interaksi atau hubungan antara guru dan siswa merupakan hal mendasar dalam pengajaran. Akibatnya, guru perlu memiliki kesabaran, keuletan, dan sikap terbuka di samping mampu mengajar dan belajar dalam suasana yang lebih aktif.Guru dan calon guru harus memiliki keterampilan profesional, kemampuan pedagogik, keterampilan sosial, dan kepribadian. Akibatnya, kemampuan seorang guru atau calon guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan akademik siswa. Model pembelajaran pada dasarnya merupakan bentuk pembelajaran yang disajikan secara khas oleh guru. Dengan kata lain, model pembelajaran merupakan bungkus atau bingkai dari penerapan suatu pendekatan, model, dan teknik pembelajaran. Salah satu model yang diterapkan yaitu pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran Index Card Match (ICM) atau mencari pasangan kartu. Model Index Card Match adalah mencari jodoh kartu tanya jawab yang dilakukan secara berpasangan. Model pembelajaran Index card match merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menuntut siswa untuk bekerja sama dan dapat meningkatkan rasa tanggung jawab siswa atas apa yang dipelajari dengan cara yang menyenangkan.Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan model eksperimen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model index card match terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII di SMP islam Al azhar 09 kemang pratama pada mata pelajaran asmaul husna. Untuk hasil belajar siswa pada kelompok eksperimen diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,05%, dan pada kelompok kontrol diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 72,5% dari kedua hasil tersebut terdapat perbedaan sebesar 17,0% dapat dikatakan bahwa penggunaan Model pembelajaran indeks card match dalam proses pembelajaran terdapat pengaruh sebesar 17,0%. artinya dapat dikatakan bahwa adanya pengaruh penggunaan Model pembelajaran indeks card match terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas VII dalam mata pelajaran asmaul husna di SMP islam Al-azhar 09
THE URGENCY OF DA'WAH IN THE DIGITAL ERA IN DEALING WITH ISLAMOPHOBIA

Along with the times and technological advances that are developing more rapidly, islamophobia has grown along with the spread of hoaxes on media. Then nowadays, da’wah activities are required to be able to the balance advances in technological science. The purpose of this paper is to understand the urgency of da'wah in the digital era in dealing with islamophobia. In this case, on this paper only limited to confronting Islamophobia in digital media. The study approach in this study used a qualitative approach. The type of study used descriptive research with the aim of drawing, describing and interpreting da’wah in the digital era in dealing with islamophobia. Da'wah is a business in the form of activities or activities that are inviting, encouraging, calling and conveying to humans both individually and in groups to the right path in the form of invitation to goodness and prevention of evil according to Islamic teachings in order to find happiness both in this world and in the Hereafter. In the digital era, the position and progress of online media is a challenge as well as an opportunity for da'wah activities in the digital era. In activities, da'wah using communication and information technology certainly plays an important role, this is in response to adaptive da'wah activities. From this paper, can be concluded that da’wah in the digital era is very urgently because to facing and minimize Islamophobia in society, we can use da’wah and community digital literacy skills. ORGANIZING INCLUSIVE EDUCATION IN HIGHER EDUCATION AS AN EFFORT TO PREVENT DISCRIMINATION AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES
Get PDFDisability is a term that refers to individuals who have physical or non-physical abnormalities. The 1945 Constitution explicitly guaranteed persons with disabilities. At least Article 28H paragraph (2) states that everyone is entitled to facilities and special treatment to obtain equal opportunities and benefits to achieve equality and justice. Law No. 19 of 2001 also regulates the rights of persons with disabilities. Starting from the right to be free from torture, cruel inhuman, and degrading treatment, to the right to be free from exploitation, violence, and arbitrary treatment. To realize this, the government has made regulations that allow people with disabilities to obtain the same education as other people, even up to university. Each university must begin to improve itself to become a place where people with disabilities can also carry out the learning process properly or commonly referred to as an inclusive campus. that inclusive education is an open education system for students or students from various backgrounds without distinguishing one from another so that everyone has the right to get the same education in accordance with applicable laws. There are three foundations of education, namely the philosophical foundation, juridical foundation, and pedagogical foundation. This research uses the literature review method by searching the Google Scholar database. The researcher conducted a search by reviewing general terms and specific terms. The search terms used were as follows: inclusive education, higher education, disability, and disabled. There were ten journals that met the criteria for the literature review. ISLAM AND LOCAL WISDOM AND ITS ROLE FOR A NATION
Get PDFThis study aims to find the relationship between Islam and local wisdom in maintaining and developing the life of the nation and state. The problem that prompted the study of this theme was that clashes and misunderstandings often occur in viewing Islam as entering the realm of cultured human life so that it seems out of sync between Islam and human values in a culture. The method used in this study, using qualitative methods with literature study. The data is taken from sources related to the theme, both contained in books and journals. The findings in this study are that Islam plays a very important role in upholding local wisdom in which there are good values for humans. Meanwhile, the role of Islam is in removing something bad from human culture because it is related to something harmful. Islam provides information so that humans live in culture and dignity. The conclusion from the results of this study is that Islam and local wisdom which are built on the basis of common sense actually support each other in realizing human values in the life of the nation
