Human Personality in the Era of Globalization from Da'wah Perspective
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to discover how the concept of human personality is based on age generations in the era of globalization and the challenges faced by each of these personalities in dealing with this era as well as the concept of the da'wah approach for each personality. This research is included in the type of library research (Library research) because the data sources come from written sources, both directly related to the material being studied and indirectly. Then in terms of presentation this material is descriptive analysis in nature, because this research seeks to describe the Concept of Human Personality based on the age generation in the Globalization Era and the challenges faced by each of these personalities in facing that Era as well as the Concept of Da'wah Approach for each personality. Based on the results of the analysis it can be concluded that Human Personality is different from one another based on their age or generation, so that the challenges faced by each personality generation are different in dealing with all phenomena that exist in the Globalization Era, and the Da'wah Approach must also adapt to their personality in responding to things that exist in the Era of Globalization
Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tinjauan Hukum Pidana Dan Dalam Perspektif Pidana Islam)
Get PDFIndonesia is the fifth most corrupted country in Southeast Asia, this can be seen in the International Transparency (IT) record, which shows its GPA number at 38 in 2021, up one number from 37 previously. Although it is still below Vietnam, but the status as the fifth most corrupted country, quite painful. The punishment applied to perpetrators of Corruption Crimes is still imprisonment and a fine, not the capital punishment. Law No. 20 of 2001, Amendments to Law no. 31 of 1999, concerning the Eradication of Corruption Crimes, in Article 2 Paragraph (2), indeed limits the imposition of the death penalty only on Corruption Crimes in certain circumstances, for example Corruption Crimes during and/or during National Natural Disasters. Imprisonment and fines that have been carried out against perpetrators of Corruption Crimes, do not deter perpetrators and do not make the public afraid of committing Corruption Crimes, Again, Arrest hand operation (OTT) by the Corruption Eradication Commission, or the Attorney General's Office, we often see and hear of perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption, then should the death penalty be applied to perpetrators of criminal acts of corruption, and what is the Islamic perspective on corruption. In the view of Islamic criminals, corruption crimes include Jarimah Khirobah which in Surah Al-Maidah verse 33, the punishment is death or crucifixion.Indonesia merupakan negara terkorup kelima di Asia Tenggara, hal ini terlihat dari catatan International Transparency (IT) yang menunjukkan angka IPK 38 pada tahun 2021, naik satu angka dari sebelumnya 37. Meski masih di bawah Vietnam, namun status sebagai negara terkorup kelima, cukup menyakitkan. Pidana yang diterapkan kepada pelaku Tindak Pidana Korupsi tetap berupa pidana penjara dan denda, bukan pidana mati. UU No. 20 Tahun 2001, Perubahan atas UU No. 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam Pasal 2 Ayat (2) memang membatasi penjatuhan pidana mati hanya terhadap Tindak Pidana Korupsi dalam keadaan tertentu, misalnya Tindak Pidana Korupsi pada saat dan/atau pada saat terjadi Bencana Alam Nasional. Penjara dan denda yang telah dilakukan terhadap pelaku Tindak Pidana Korupsi, tidak membuat jera pelaku dan tidak membuat masyarakat takut untuk melakukan Tindak Pidana Korupsi, Lagi-lagi Penangkapan operasi tangan (OTT) oleh Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi, atau Kejaksaan Agung, Kita sering melihat dan mendengar pelaku tindak pidana korupsi, lalu apakah hukuman mati harus diterapkan pada pelaku tindak pidana korupsi, dan bagaimana pandangan Islam tentang korupsi. DESAIN PROJECT BASED LEARNING TERINTEGRASI STEMM UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN BERWIRAUSAHA SISWA
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the potential and conditions, characteristics, applicability, attractiveness, student activities, and the effectiveness of using the STEMM Integrated Project Based Learning Design in the Ruminant Agribusiness Skills Competency of Ruminant Animals to improve the entrepreneurship skills of students at the Integrated Excellent State Vocational School for the 2021/2022 academic year. Data collection techniques with questionnaires and observation. The product results are in the form of STEMM Integrated Project Based Learning design development complemented by Syntax, Syllabus, RPP and LKPD. Material expert validation results for the feasibility of STEMM integrated project based learning design obtained 96% results (appropriate to use), media/design expert validation results obtained an average result of 93.5% (feasible to use), linguist validation test results obtained average results -average 92.5% (fit for use). Product testing on design implementation is 92% (can be used) and students' responses to design attractiveness are 100% (interesting). EFEKTIVITAS INTERVENSI STRES AKADEMIK SECARA DARING PADA SISWA KELAS 2 SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS
Get PDFAcademic stress is one of the biggest stressors for adolescents. Facing academic stress, coping strategies being used is so important for deciding the impact of academic stress itself. This study aims to test the effectiveness of online intervention for enhancing coping stress strategies for lowering academic stress in students. Participants in this study were 2nd grade high school students (n=6) aged 15-17 years old experiencing medium to high academic stress, and used medium to high maladaptive coping strategies based on screening. Instruments used were Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents (ESSA) and Brief-COPE. The results of quantitative analysis using ANOVA showed that there was a decrease on the average academic stress score (F (2, 10) =1.04; p < ,05), a decrease on the average maladaptive coping score (F (1.34, 6.67) = 1.87; p < ,05). Meanwhile, there was no significant decrease in the average adaptive coping score (F (1.4, 7.03) =1.04; p < ,05). Qualitatively, students can understand more about academic stressors, stress reactions they experienced, and coping strategies suitable for each of them. In conclusion, this online intervention can help 2nd grade high school students lower academic stress, and decrease maladaptive coping strategies, although this does not help students to enhance adaptive coping strategies significantly.Stres akademik merupakan salah satu stres terbesar yang dialami oleh remaja. Menghadapi stres akademik, strategi koping yang digunakan sangat menentukan keberhasilan seseorang dalam menghadapi stres tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas intervensi daring untuk meningkatkan koping adaptif dalam menurunkan stres akademik pada siswa. Partisipan yaitu siswa kelas 2 SMA (n=6) berusia 15-17 tahun siswa yang mengalami stres akademik tingkat sedang hingga tinggi, dan skor koping maladaptif tingkat sedang hingga tinggi berdasarkan skrining yang dilakukan. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Educational Stress Scale for Adolescents(ESSA) dan Brief-COPE. Analisis kuantitatif menggunakan repeated measures ANOVA menunjukkan adanya penurunan skor stres akademik (F (2, 10) =1.04; p < ,05) dan penurunan skor koping maladaptif (F (1.34, 6.67) = 1.87; p < ,05). Namun, tidak ditemukan adanya kenaikan skor yang signifikan pada koping adaptif siswa (F (1.4, 7.03) =1.04; p < ,05). Secara kualitatif, siswa merasa dapat memahami sumber stres akademik, reaksi stres pada diri, dan strategi koping adaptif yang sesuai bagi diri. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa program intervensi daring untuk menurunkan stres akademik pada siswa kelas 2 SMA cukup efektif

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of bullying at SMP Negeri 2 Selomerto. This research method uses a qualitative research design with a case study type of research. The research subjects in this study were 5 (five) students who were victims of bullying. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique by combining data collection using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study refers to the Miles & Huberman concept with the steps of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusion
URGENSITAS NILAI-NILAI ISLAM MENUJU KEUNGGULAN
Get PDFDewasa ini terlah terjadi disparitas anatara masyarakat beragama secara umum dan masyarakat Muslim khususunya dengan ajaran agamanya, sehingga seringkali melahirkan sikap dan perbuatan yang tidak terpuji dan menympang dari ajaran agamanya. Tindakan pelecehan seksual yang terjadi dilingkungan pendidikan baik disekolah terbilang cukup tinggi. Menurut laporan Federasi Serikat Guru Indonesia (FSGI) menyebutkan sejak Januari - Pebruari 2023, telah terjadi 86 kasus pelecehan seksual dikalangan institusi pendidikan, baik di sekolah, madrasah, dan bahkan pondok pesantren, dan ironisnya Data FSGI mendapati 50% kasus kekerasan seksual terjadi pada jenjang SD/MI, lalu 10% lainnya di jenjang SMP, dan 40% sisanya di pondok pesantren. Sebenarnya semua nilai (values) pada umumnya sangat relatif, terangkum dalam bingkai segitiga universal values (kebenaran, kebaikan, keindahan) yang berfungsi sebagai pijakan pokok bagi setiap orang dalam membangun keyakinanya agar melacu pada etika yang tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan diskriptf, kritis analisis terhadap berbagai sumber yang terdapat dalam sumber pokok ajaran Islam dan karya-karya para cendikiawan Muslim khusunya karya Hamid Zahron (2005) yang berjudul: (القيم والتنمية البشرية ) yang dierbitkan oleh Majlis A’la Lissaqofah. Lajnah Tarbiyah, Kairo, dan karya Jabir Qomihah (1983) yang berjudul (القيم الإسلامية) terbitan :Darul Kitab Al Misry. Kairo. Studi tentang ini sangat penting karena beberapa argumen berikut: 1. Sebagai sumber utama (main resource ) menuju model kehidupan yang sehat dan kreatif, dimana kedua krakter tersebut adalah esensi hakekat keberadaan manusia. 2.Nilai-nilai Islam mendorong akan kebebasan dalam berfikir, membangun pergaulan baik dengan siapapun, serta membangun sikap dan tindakan menjaga kehormatan manusia. Dalam penelitian itu ditemukan beberapa nilai-nilai ajaran Islam seperti moderat, gradul, dan menjaga kemaslahatan. Dan dapat disimpukan bahwa semua pilar keimanan yang terdiri dari iman pada Allah, rasul, kitab-kitab, para Malaikat, hari kiamat, hisab, surga, neraka, dan lainya, jika diyakini dengan benar dapat melahirkan sikap dan perbutan mulia dan terpuji dan bisa menangkal perbuatan setiap perbuatan keji
DIMENSION OF SEXUAL COERCION AGAINST GIRL’S CHILD EDUCATION: ITS IMPLICATIONS ON TERTIARY INSTITUTIONS IN NIGERIA
Get PDFThe focus of this paper is the “dimension of sexual coercion against girl’s child education: its implications on tertiary Institutions in Nigeria”. In doing so, the paper employs the qualitative methodology for sourcing materials that are related to the topic were survey method adopted, and data were collected through in-depth interviews and complimented with literary materials. Sexual coercion practice is an illegal behavior that has been bedeviling genders more especially girls and women for long period of time silently in some communities without proper condemnation and publicity. It highlights the concept of sexual coercion, its nature, who is girl child, her education in the society including implications of sexual coercion or harassment in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. Finally, the paper concludes by proffering solutions for curbing the menace of this ugly practice for the realization of effective learning of girls and women in tertiary institutions in Nigeria. The study recommended that there was an urgent need for engagement of various stakeholders in Nigeria and beyond, to checkmate the issue of gender in relation to education of the girl child in the society

Indonesian society still upholds manners in relationships as children behave to their elders and relationships between friends. But along with the pace of development of the times and rapid changes in information technology have changed most of the world's people, especially teenagers. To get or achieve good morals in accordance with religious guidance, everyone must go through a process called the process of moral education. The concept related to moral education in Islam is contained in one of the books entitled Tanbihul Mughtarrin. Starting from the above background, the author formulates the problem as follows: How is the concept of morals in the book of Tanbihul Mughtarrin by Imam Ash-Shafi'roni? and How is the relevance of the book of Tanbihul Mughtarrin to education? The type of research that the author uses is library research, namely: The research collected data and information using the book of Tanbihul Mughtarrin by Imam Ash-Shafi'roni, the translation of Tanbihul Mughtarrin, the book of morals (the characteristics of a perfect human being), as well as journals and scientific works from other figures directly related to the discussion in this study. Data analysis in this research is carried out using descriptive analysis, which is research with work steps to describe an object, phenomenon, social setting, and the target of the research is answered in narrative writing. This means that the data and facts that have been collected by qualitative researchers are in the form of words or pictures. After that, to get a conclusion, the author uses an inductive reasoning pattern, which is a pattern of thought that departs from a specific thought and then draws general generalizations. The essence of the concept of morality in the book of Tanbihul Mughtarrin by Imam Ash-Shafi'roni and its relevance to education. The book of Tanbihul Mughtarrin contains an invitation to get closer to Allah SWT, reviewing the noble ethics of the righteous salaf scholars, by quoting their maqolah-maqolah and also quoting the words of previous Prophets related to noble ethics. And in its relevance to moral education is everything and the position of morals above education, even the Prophet Muhammad was sent to perfect morals

PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of profitability variables (Earning Per Share, Return on Assets, and Price Earning Ratio) on the company's stock price. The samples used in this study were 9 companies in the Primary Goods Retail Trade Sub-Sector that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2016-2021 period. The sample was selected using purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this study are Earning Per Share, Return on Assets, and Price Earning Ratio. The dependent variable in this study is the stock price. Variable data processing analysis in this study is using multiple regression analysis of panel data. The results showed that the selected panel data model was the Random Effect Model. The results show that the Price Earning Ratio has a positive effect on stock prices. While Earning Per Share and Return on Assets have no effect on retail company stock prices. The findings in this study are that the Price Earning Ratio is a profitability ratio as an option in determining the consideration of choosing stocks
