FAKTOR-FAKTOR KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN
This study aims to determine the effect of Dividend Policy, Sales and Liquidity Policy on Firm Value. The sample used in this study are industrial sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and issue financial reports and regularly distribute dividends in 2016-2020, so 35 samples were obtained using the purposive sampling method. By using panel data regression analysis method, the results of this study indicate that dividend and liquidity policies have a significant positive effect on firm value when the DPR and CR values increase, it will affect the increase in firm value, while the sales policy variable as measured by net profit margin shows no significant effect. the value of the company, meaning that when the variable fluctuates, it will not affect the increase or decrease in the value of the company. The stock position of the sample company is in an overvalued position where the recommended investment decision is to sell shares
HUBUNGAN BEBAN KERJA DENGAN TINGKAT STRES KERJA PADA CAREGIVER DI PANTI SOSIAL TRESNAWERDHA BUDI MULIA 03 CIRACAS JAKARTA TIMUR
Pendahuluan sebagai seorang caregiver, yang memberikan perawatan terutama untuk orang tua, menuntut pengorbanan yang besar, baik secara fisik dan emosional. Beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menimbulkan stress kerja. Stres negatif dapat berdampak pada kesehatan fisik caregiver atau menyebabkan caregiver secara fisik atau verbal agresif terhadap klien atau lansia, salah satu alasan untuk penelantaran dan kekerasan pada lansia adalah stress pada caregiver. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja dan tingkat stress kerja pada pekerja sosial sebagai caregiver di Panti Sosial Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 03 Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Metode Penelitian deskriptif korelasi. Jumlah populasi adalah sebanyak 80 caregiver. Sampel diambil dengan teknik total sampling. Hasil penletian analisis yang digunakan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan chi – square dengan = 5%. Pada nilai Chi – Square statistik yang digunakan Continuity Correction dengan nilai = 0,003 ini lebih kecil dari = 5% atau 0,05 maka hipotesis ditolak. Simpulan terdapat hubungan beban kerja dengan tingkat stres kerja pada caregiver di Panti Werdha Tresna Werdha Budi Mulia 03 Ciracas Jakarta Timur. Saran maka Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi untuk memberikan masukan dalam penentuan kebijakan pembagian tugas pada caregiver disetiap hari
DESIGNING LMS AND CMS FOR CRITICAL LITERACY COURSE
This second-year study which took place in 2022 aims to investigate, determine and design a learning management system (LMS) design through Moodle and Content Management System (CMS) through Google Sites for Critical Literacy course in Prodi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris UNJ. Critical Literacy course aims to prepare the students to have the ability to interpret text critically and communicate actively in the multimodal context in a hybrid learning process. The study was conducted with the qualitative approach with The Successive Approximation Model (SAM) iterative phase research design. Throughout the Savvy Start and Iterative Design Phase, the phase rotated through design, prototype, and review to make sure students and lecturers can contribute and support the design direction. Forty-four students and one lecturer generates as participants in this study. Two kinds of modules were developed during the study, namely: (1) LMS on www.onlinelearning.unj.ac.id and (2) CMS on Google Sites. LMS and CMS modules for the Critical Literacy course were: (1) Defining Critical Literacy, (2) Literacy, Critical Literacy, Multi-literacy, Multimodal, (3) Data Literacy, Fact, and Hoax (4) Analyzing Multimodal Text (5) Reflective Notes (6) Mid-term Test (7) Analyzing Various Texts (8) Wrap Up (9) Final Semester Individual Project. These nine headings were categorized into four topics namely: Theories, Tests, Reflection, and Projects. The theories can be used to deliver learning materials and examples in the form of text, video, slides, QR codes, and websites. Meanwhile, the test could be used to provide assignments, exercises, and learning evaluations. Reflection was used to provide the students with opportunities to do both self- and peer-reflection on the learning processes. Finally, the projects were used to involve the students with problem-solving skills and self-regulated learning. The study’s findings showed that LMS and CMS could handle the complexity of teaching Critical Literacy in the digital environment. The Critical Literacy course should have attracted interest or participation from the students to familiarize, encourage, fulfill, assess, and comprehend the various texts. This LMS and CMS also provided students with class discussion, credible references, project-based activities, and criticism on literacy topics. 
PENGARUH PENGGUNAAN MEDIA ANDROID TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN FOKUS ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS
Children with special needs often struggle to maintain their focus. This study aims to evaluate the influence of using Android media on the focus ability of children with special needs. The research was conducted with 10 special needs children at a Cerebral Palsy Care Foundation. The research method employed was quasi-experimental with a single-group pre-test post-test control design. The results of the study indicate that the use of Android media significantly improves the focus ability of children with special needs. The pre-test data showed an average score of 2.9, while the post-test data showed an average score of 10. The Sign Test was used to calculate the results, and the ZH value (5.06) was found to be greater than the 5% Z-table value (1.64) / ZH (5.06) > Z table (1.64). Therefore, it is recommended to consider using Android media as an alternative to enhance the focus ability of children with special needs.Anak berkebutuhan khusus seringkali mengalami kesulitan dalam mempertahankan fokus mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh penggunaan media Android terhadap kemampuan fokus anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian dilakukan pada 10 anak berkebutuhan khusus di sebuah Yayasan Peduli Cerebral Palsy. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode quasi-eksperimental dengan menggunakan desain pre-test post-test kontrol kelompok tunggal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Android secara signifikan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan fokus anak berkebutuhan khusus dibuktikan dengan data pre-test dengan rata-rata nilai 2,9 dan post-test dengan rata-rata nilai 10 yang kemudian dihitung menggunakan Uji Tanda (Sign Test) Nilai ZH (5,06) lebih besar dari pada nilai Z tabel 5% (1,64) / ZH (5,06) > Z tabel (1,64). Oleh karena itu, disarankan agar penggunaan media Android menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan fokus anak berkebutuhan khusus
THE EFFECT OF TAHFIDZ QUR’AN PROGRAM ON STUNDENTS ABILITY TO MEMORIZE THE AL-QUR’AN
This research is motivated by the small number of memorizers of the Qur’an.there are so many people in Indonesia, but the number of memorizers is still very far away. As Muslims we should know how noble it is when we memorize the Qur’an because the Qur’an is a book that is a guide for human life. Memorizing the Qur’an is a necessity, you can imagine when no one memorizes the Qur’an, maybe there will not be the enormity of the beauty of the Qur’an in this world. In fact, everyone’s ability to memorize in different and with the Tahfidz Qur’an program,this will be the best bridge or solution. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The research object is the Thafidz Qur’an program at SMAIT Buahati Islamic School Jakarta. the research sample consisted of 76 students, which is the entire population in class XI. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, questionnaires, and documentation. While the data analysis technique uses analysis with the Wilcoxon test. Based on the result of the Wilcoxon test analysis in this study, asignificance level of 0,000 was obtained (P Value < 0,05), then H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted,therefore it can be concluded that the Tahfidz Qur’an program has an effect on the ability to memorize the Qur’an class XI students at SMAIT Buahati Islamic School Jakarta
PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM
Lingkungan belajar merupakan wilayah dengan segenap isinya yang saling berhubungan dengan kegiatan belajar. Hasil belajar merupakan perubahan tingkah laku siswa secara nyata setelah di lakukan proses belajar mengajar yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pra survey menyebutkan bahwa pihak sekolah telah memberikan pelayanan yang baik akan tetapi hasil belajar beberapa siswa masih rendah . Hal ini dapat di lihat dari kurang aktif nya siswa ketika mengikuti proses pembelajaran .Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP Assyairiyah Attahiriyah Kec.Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur dan seberapa besar pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa di Smp Assyairiyah Attahiriyah Kec.Cakung Kota Jakarta Timur.Bentuk penelitian ini kuantitatif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 110 siswa. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 33 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket dan instrumen tes dan teknik analisis data menggunakan jenis korelasional. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa ada pengaruh lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam . Hal ini dilihat dari pengujian koefisien determinasi nilai korelasi/ hubungan (R) yaitu sebesar 0,520, dari output tersebut diperoleh koefisien determinasi ( R Square) sebesar 0,271, yang mengandung pengertian bahwa pengaruh variabel bebas (lingkungan belajar) terhadap variabel terikat (hasil belajar) adalah sebesar 27,1%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa lingkungan belajar memberikan pengaruh yang cukup signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa
PERANCANGAN KONSEP DESIGN ANIMASI 2D DENGAN TEKNIK MOTION GRAPHIC POP UP SEBAGAI PENINGKATAN DAYA TARIK MEDIA ADVERTENSI VISUAL
Penulis menjelaskan mengimplementasikan media promosi Program Studi Teknik Informatika Universitas Islam As-Syafi'iyah berupa buku animasi pop-up yang dianimasikan, hal ini akan meningkatkan popularitasnya di wilayah Jakarta Timur dan Bekasi. Pemilihan media tersebut dilakukan karena animasi grafis lebih menarik dibandingkan dengan iklan statis. Ada beberapa tahapan dalam proses desain motion graphic, diantaranya tahap pra produksi, tahap produksi, dan tahap pasca produksi. Desain grafisnya informatif, khususnya program studi Teknik Informatika di UIA. Grafik gerak ini menggunakan animasi gaya buku pop-up untuk mengilustrasikan promosi produk sebagai bentuk penyampaian Desain Datar yang berbeda. Tahap evaluasi akan dilakukan secara online melalui Google Forms, dengan publikasi berdasarkan hasil insight Instagram dan Youtube penulis. Aspek evaluasi terdiri dari 2 aspek yaitu aspek metode dan aspek animasi itu sendiri yang terbagi menjadi aspek tampilan dan aspek isi informasi. mampu menentukan pilihan profesional masyarakat umum dan memperoleh skor sebesar 87,5% untuk hasil. Skor 94% untuk tampilan dan 93% untuk konten informasi
PENGARUH KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL, KEPEMILIKAN MANAJERIAL DAN CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN
This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership and corporate social responsibility on financial performance. The technique used to collect data is documentation technique. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the company's annual financial statements taken from www.idx.co.id, then the data is selected using purposive sampling method. The population in this study are transportation sub-sector companies for the 2016-2021 period, and the sample used is 10 companies with a total of 60 sample data on the annual financial statements of transportation sub-sector companies. The results of the research conducted using multiple linear regression analysis method, using SPSS 26 software, show that institutional ownership has no significant positive effect on financial performance as measured by returns of no assets. managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on financial performance as measured by return on assets. Corporate social responsibility has a significant positive effect on financial performance as measured by return on assets
Pemanfaatan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Aplikasi Plotagon dalam Pembelajaran Keterampilan Berbicara Bahasa Arab
This research aims to make a major contribution to achieving the ability to speak Arabic by utilizing interactive learning media through Plotagon application for UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang students. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research. In this study, the population used was 49 students from the faculty of medicine and health sciences, first semester of class D in the pharmacy study program, and the sample taken was 30% of the total population, namely 15 students. The data collection techniques in this research are through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Then analyze the data using the Miles and Huberman model by carrying out data reduction, data presentation and data verification or drawing conclusions. The accuracy of the researcher's data uses triangulation techniques of source, time, researcher, theory and data collection methods. The results of this research are that digital-based learning media through animated videos created with the Plotagon application as a medium for learning Arabic speaking skills has a positive and significant impact where learning in class becomes communicative and students are more active in practicing speaking with their fellow students. Plotagon application-based learning media in learning Arabic speaking skills with positive and effective achievements. So that this media can support the achievement of maharah al-kalam learning objectives as evidenced by their ability to communicate, express simple sentences and create active and creative learning and the learning objectives can be achieved optimally.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap tercapainya kemampuan berbicara bahasa arab dengan memanfaatkan media pembelajaran interaktif melalui aplikasi plotagon pada mahasiswa UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini populasi yang digunakan sebanyak 49 mahasiswa fakultas kedokteran dan ilmu kesehatan program studi farmasi semester satu kelas D, dan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 30 % dari jumlah populasi yaitu 15 mahasiswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini melalui observasi, wawancara secara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data serta verifikasi data atau penarikan kesimpulan. Keakuratan data peneliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber, waktu, peneliti, teori dan metode pengambilan data. Hasil penelitian ini, bahwa media pembelajaran berbasis digital melalui video animasi yang dibuat dengan aplikasi plotagon sebagai media pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab memberikan dampak yang positif dan signifikan dimana pembelajaran di kelas menjadi komunikatif dan mahasiswa lebih aktif untuk berlatih berbicara dengan sesama temannya. Media pembelajaran berbasis apliasi plotagon dalam pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara bahasa Arab dengan pencapaian positif dan efektif. Sehingga media ini dapat menunjang tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran maharah al-kalam yang dibuktikan dengan kemampuan mereka dalam berkomunikasi mengungkapkan kalimat-kalimat sederhana dan terciptanya pembelajaran yang aktif dan kreatif serta tujuan dari pembelajaran dapat tercapai secara maksimal
Hubungan Kesabaran dengan Tingkat Efikasi Diri pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Tahap Sarjana Universitas Malahayati
Self-efficacy according to Bandura is an individual's belief in the ability of an individual to organize and take the necessary actions to achieve certain results. Mukti and Tentama suggest that there are two factors that influence self-efficacy, namely internal factors and external factors. One component of the internal factor is patience. To determine the relationship between patience and the level of self-efficacy in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University. This type of research is an observational quantitative analytic study with a cross-sectional research design, the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire on the patience scale and self-efficacy level scale and uses a stratified random sampling technique. Spearman test statistical data using the SPSS program. Based on the research results, there were 228 students with the highest level of patience in the high category, totaling 129 students (56.6%), then for the highest level of self-efficacy in the high category, amounting to 140 students (61.4%). Statistical analysis using the Spearman test showed a p = value of 0.000 with a correlation test of 0.357. There is a significant relationship between patience and the level of self-efficacy in undergraduate students of the Faculty of Medicine, Malahayati University. Patience affects the level of self-efficacy by 15.4%
