    Kajian Legal Drafting Urgensi Perubahan Peraturan Presiden Tentang Jaminan Kesehatan

    Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System (UU SJSN) and Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS (UU BPJS) order further regulation of the technical aspects of administering the national health insurance program in a Presidential Regulation.In 2018 it was deemed necessary to refine the Presidential Regulation regarding Health Insurance and finally it was replaced by Presidential Regulation concerning Health Insurance Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance.In addition to the problems above, based on the legal drafting study, it was found that several contents of Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 were disharmony with the Social Security Law and the BPJS Law, there were inconsistent formulation of norms in arrangements between articles, there were repeated arrangements(redundant) so that it is less useful, as well as the existence of ambiguous or multiple interpretations of editorial norms.The problems above are common reasons for the need to make changes to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance. Specifically, the changes are intended to continue to encourage sustainability and improve the quality of the JKN program.For changes related to the standard inpatient class (KRIS), for example, the review was carried out as mandated by RI Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Social Security.DJSN together with related stakeholders has carried out a series of processes for reviewing and preparing policies including learning from various countries, defining standard inpatient class criteria, identifying the impact of financing and so on.Meanwhile, in order to make KRIS a success, health stakeholders continue to improve cross-sector outreach and coordination.As stated in the mandate of RI Presidential Regulation Number 64 of 2020 concerning the Second Amendment to Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018 concerning Health Insurance, the implementation of KRIS is one of the policies in the design of JKN program benefits based on Basic Health Needs (KDK).Undang-Undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2004 Tentang Sistem Jaminan Sosial Nasional  (UU SJSN) dan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 Tentang BPJS (UU BPJS) memerintahkan pengaturan lebih lanjut aspek teknis penyelenggaraan program jaminan kesehatan nasional dalam Peraturan Presiden. Pada tahun 2018 Peraturan Presiden tentang Jaminan Kesehatan dipandang perlu disempurnakan lagi dan akhirnya digantikan dengan Peraturan Presiden tentang Jaminan Kesehatan Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan. Selain permasalahan di atas, berdasarkan kajian legal drafting dijumpai beberapa materi muatan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 disharmoni dengan UU SJSN dan UU BPJS, adanya perumusan norma yang inkonsisten dalam pengaturan antar pasal, adanya pengaturan yang berulang (redundant) sehingga kurang bermanfaat, serta adanya redaksi norma yang ambigu atau multi tafsir. Permasalahan-permasalahan di atas menjadi alasan umum perlunya dilakukan ini  perubahan terhadap Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan. Secara khusus perubahan dimaksudkan untuk terus mendorong keberlanjutan dan peningkatan kualitas program JKN. Untuk perubahan terkait kelas rawat inap standar (KRIS) misalnya, peninjauannya dilakukan sebagai  amanat Peraturan Presiden RI Nomor 64 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Sosial. DJSN bersama pemangku kepentingan terkait telah melakukan serangkaian proses peninjauan dan penyiapan kebijakan termasuk pembelajaran dari berbagai negara, pendefinisian kriteria kelas rawat inap standar, identifikasi dampak pembiayaan dan sebagainya. Sementara itu, dalam rangka menyukseskan KRIS ini stakeholder kesehatan terus meningkatkan sosialisasi dan koordinasi lintas sektor. Sebagaimana dinyatakan dalam amanat Peraturan Presiden RI Nomor 64 Tahun 2020 tentang Perubahan Kedua Atas Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 Tahun 2018 tentang Jaminan Kesehatan,  penerapan KRIS ini merupakan salah satu kebijakan dalam rancangan manfaat program JKN berbasis Kebutuhan Dasar Kesehatan (KDK).&nbsp

    IMPLEMENTING THE CONSTRUCTIVIST APPROACH OF THE FACE TO FACE TUTORIAL PROGRAM IN THE ACADEMIC WRITING COURSE

    This study aims to elaborate on using a prospective approach to improve the effectiveness of students learning achievement in the Academic Writing tutorial : program. Thirty participants were involved in a series of face-to-face tutorial programs. The objective of this program –Academic Writing - is to help teachers who enroll in a distance learning program to be able to write adequate academic papers. Since the writing process is considered a mental constructive activity, the tutors must design and implement the constructivist learning perspectives in this course. To attain the course objective, the participants had to involve in several learning assignments that employed constructivist learning design. Six elements of the constructivist learning design - Situation, Groupings, Bridge, Questions, Exhibit, and Reflections - were applied in this research. The pre-test and post-test research designs were implemented in this study. Besides, the portfolio assessment was also used to assess the participants’ learning outcomes in completing their assignments - writing their academic papers. The study results show that implementing the constructivist approach significantly increases the motivation and the ability of the students to write academic papers in the Academic Writing course of the Teacher Education Program of Universitas Terbuk

    IMPLEMENTASI PENGGUNAAN BIG DATA DALAM MENGANALISIS FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI KINERJA SISWA DALAM HASIL UJIAN

    Perkembangan teknologi dalam dunia pendidikan semakin meningkat. Salah satu teknologi yang sering dipakai dalam dunia pendidikan adalah big data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa dalam nilai ujian. Big Data merupakan kumpulan data yang sangat besar dan kompleks yang dapat dianalisis untuk mengungkap pola-pola yang bermanfaat. Dalam penelitian ini, metode analisis kualitatif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber, termasuk jurnal nasional maupun internasional, publikasi akademik, laporan, dan buku. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan Kaggle Dataset dengan sampel data 1000 siswa yang telah mengikuti berbagai ujian. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan Big Data dalam memprediksi kinerja siswa berdasarkan latar belakang pendidikan orang tua, kursus persiapan ujian, dan porsi makan siang siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja siswa terhadap hasil ujian adalah porsi makan siang siswa. Jumlah nilai siswa perempuan dengan porsi makan yang sesuai pada ujian Matematika, Membaca, dan Menulis mencapai 22.413, 24.875, 24.890. Jumlah nilai siswa laki-laki dengan porsi makan siang yang sesuai pada ujian Matematika, Membaca, dan Menulis mencapai 22.759, 21.342, dan 20.701. Oleh karena itu, kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa porsi makan siang yang tepat berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja siswa dalam hasil ujianThe development of technology in education is increasing. One technology that is often used in education is big data. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence student performance in test scores. Big Data is a collection of very large and complex data that can be analyzed to reveal useful patterns. In this research, qualitative analysis methods are used to collect and analyze data from various sources, including national and international journals, academic publications, reports, and books. Data processing was conducted using the Kaggle Dataset with a data sample of 1000 students who have taken various exams. This research utilizes Big Data in predicting student performance based on parents' educational background, exam preparation courses, and students' lunch portion. The results show that the factor that affects student performance in exam scores is the student's lunch portion. The number of scores of female students with the appropriate meal portion on the Math, Reading, and Writing exams reached 22.413, 24.875, 24.890. The scores of male students with appropriate lunch portions on the Math, Reading, and Writing exams were 22.759, 21.342, and 20.701. Therefore, the conclusion of this research is that appropriate lunch portions play a crucial role in enhancing students' performance in exam results

    Purpose to find out the deaf disability assessment model. Method: the design of this study is qualitative research, namely library research (library research). The information gathered and analyzed comes entirely from literature and documentation, such as publications in books, research journals, and other related media. The data collection technique is a literature study, namely by searching for data related to the discussion in this study. Relevant data is collected through literature study, literature study, and internet search. The data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. Results: Assessment technic in disability education (formal and informal) are distinguished from diagnostic, test, and evaluation terms in general education. The aim is to see the condition of students their abilities, difficulties, and learning needs individually. Conclusion: the assessment model in deaf disability education is as follows. (1) Diagnosing barriers in students (physical: hard of hearing/deaf, intellectual, social, emotional, and/or sensory-neurological); (2) Classification, placement, and discovery of deaf disability education programs; (3) Determine the learning path for kids with hearing problems; (4) Determine the technique of implementing the assessment to be used (tests, interviews, observations, analysis of student work); (5) Developing grids and questions along with scoring guidelines; (6) analysis of instruments and results. Implementation: by using the appropriate assessment model, the teacher can easily trace the barriers to deaf students' difficulties individually and accurately

    Upaya Mengatasi Problematika Mental pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Melalui Bimbingan dan Konseling

    The purpose of this research is to find out what mental problems are often experienced by children with special needs at school, how to overcome them and what achievements are expected to appear in children after being given these efforts. Because if it is not immediately addressed, mental problems in children with special needs will further hinder their development. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is the method used, by collecting references from various journals. Data analysis uses a qualitative approach that seeks to identify and evaluate the overall results of the research according to the research questions or research topics. The research results obtained, namely the mental problems of children with special needs that are often encountered are learning difficulties and lack of confidence. Efforts that can be made are to carry out guidance and counseling as well as giving appreciation to children. As for what further researchers can do with regard to this phenomenon is to examine more methods of other approaches in an effort to overcome the mental problems of children with special needs at school

    Profil Prokrastinasi Akademik Siswa SMK Negeri di Kota Serang

    This study aims to find out the general description of academic procrastination in State Vocational School students in Serang City. The type of research used was a descriptive study with a sampling technique using proportional random sampling with a total sample of 336 students in Serang City, divided into 8 schools. The measurement tool used is the academic procrastination scale which consists of aspects, namely delays in starting or completing the tasks at hand, delays in doing assignments, time gaps between plans and actual performance and carrying out other activities that are more enjoyable, which as a whole consists of 37 statement items . The data analysis technique uses a quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study showed that the level of academic procrastination in students in the high category was 3.1%, medium was 89%, and low was 7.1%. Therefore, the academic procrastination of State Vocational High School students in Serang City is in the moderate category. After analyzing the results of the research and obtaining categorization, the guidance and counseling program design was made based on the needs of the student

    Saat siswa memasuki bangku SMP, banyak siswa mengalami kesulitan beradaptasi dengan kehidupan SMP, baik dari segi akademik, sosial, maupun kemandirian. Diperlukan regulasi diri yang tinggi bagi siswa agar siswa bisa beradaptasi dengan baik di SMP. Terlebih lagi jika siswa memiliki kebutuhan khusus seperti Borderline Intellectual Functioning, dibutuhkan metode untuk membantu siswa borderline dalam meningkatkan regulasi dirinya. Metode journaling dipilih sebagai salah satu alat bantu untuk meningkatkan regulasi diri siswa dengan IQ borderline. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai penggunaan metode journaling untuk membantu meningkatkan regulasi diri siswa dengan IQ borderline dan memperoleh gambaran mengenai efektivitas penggunaan metode journaling untuk membantu meningkatkan regulasi diri siswa dengan IQ borderline. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen subjek tunggal. Pada penelitian ini ditetapkan satu subjek yaitu AF. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Madania yang merupakan sekolah inklusi.     This study aims to examine the effect of the variables Managerial Ownership, Profitability, and Company Size on Capital Structure in Food and Beverage Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. In this study, capital structure is measured using the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Samples were taken by purposive sampling method with certain criteria, during the study period. Based on the predetermined sample criteria, the number of observational data that can be processed is 60 data. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the independent variable Managerial Ownership has a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure. Profitability independent variable has a negative and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure. While the independent variable Firm Size has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable Capital Structure

    Analisis Market Value, Underwriter’s Reputation, Shareholding dan Underpricing

    This study aims to determine the effect of Market Value, Underwriter's Reputation, and Public Share Ownership on Underpricing. The sample used in this study is the Manufacturing Sector Companies Conducting IPOs on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2021 period with 29 sample companies using the purposive sampling method. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using IBM SPSS version 26. The dependent variable of this study is underpricing which is measured using. The independent variables of this study are Market Value is measured by using total net income with shares outstanding, Underwriter's reputation is measured by ranking using an ordinal scale, and Public Share Ownership is measured by using the number of shares offered to the public divided by the number of shares outstanding multiplied by 100%. The results showed that partially market value and underwriter reputation had a significant positive effect on underpricing, while public share ownership had no significant effect on underpricing

Filantropi islam bertujuan untuk membangun pertumbuhan ekonomi umat di berbagai bidang seperti pendidikan, kesehatan, keuangan dan dakwah islamiyah melalui ziswaf. penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Tujuan artikel ini adalah untuk menjelaskan kontribusi zakat islam yang terdiri dari zakat, infaq, sedekah dan wakaf (ziswaf) dalam upaya pertumbuhan ekonomi umat islam. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa ziswaf mampu mengatasi resesi ekonomi umat. badan amil zakat nasional (baznas) berhasil mengumpulkan ziswaf sebesar rp. 21,3 triliun pada tahun 2022, atau meningkat 52,14% dibandingkan tahun 2021 yang mencapai rp. 14 triliun, kelembagaan (baznas) sebagai motor penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi
