Satellite Internet Technology: Connect the Unconnected
Satellite Internet is the internet provided through a network of communication satellite constellations in space. This type of internet can cover an area of a wider range than the commonly used cable internet. The development of small-sized satellite technology in the commercial space sector has entered a vigorous phase of development. However, approximately four billion individuals worldwide lack internet access. Most of these citizens live in developing countries. It is in this context that the industry of satellite internet is expanding its social and economic development through connectivity. The implementation of the idea requires examining the advantages provided by satellite internet, in order to precisely find effective solutions to serious problems in our world. As a result, this study aims to discover basic advantages and solutions provided by satellite internet, that could greatly impact society and by eliminating major problems in our world, especially in isolated areas. Part of this research includes identifying the level of awareness of individuals living in Jeddah city, by collecting qualitative and quantitative data from certain focus groups, to precisely select an effective way of raising awareness in the region. Bibliometric data analysis is a commonly used research method for detecting the state of the art of a particular field. As a result, bibliometric data used in this study provided a valid explanation for the results obtained through the experiment
Division of Utility in Jordanian Legislation: The Possibility of Combining Temporal and Spatial Division
This study examines the Jordanian legal perspective on the combination of temporal and spatial division of utility in utilizing common properties to assess the efficiency of the Jordanian legal system in this context. The Expected Impact of the Transition in Fair Value Accounting from International Accounting Standard No. (39) to Financial Reporting Standard No. (9) on the Level of Financial Statements and Reports: A Theoretical Analytical Study
This study aimed to determine the expected impact of the change in fair value accounting from IAS 39 to IFRS 9 at the level of financial statements and reports. It sought to identify the most significant deficiencies in fair value measurements in accordance with IAS 39, as well as the key parameters of the measurement and disclosure methods under IFRS 9 at the level of financial reports. Additionally, the study aimed to clarify the alternative measurement and hedging methods provided by IFRS 9 in comparison to IAS 39. The study employed an analytical and deductive approach based on documentary studies. Several conclusions were reached, including the objective of issuing IFRS 9, which is to provide users of financial statements with useful, comprehensive, and relevant information regarding the size and timing of cash flows, in addition to assessing uncertainty related to cash flows from financial instruments. The transition to the fair value standard under IFRS 9 is expected to improve the quality of financial reporting and enhance the value of accounting information by reducing earnings management practices. Furthermore, the application of IFRS 9 is anticipated to simplify accounting procedures for financial instruments compared to IAS 39, thereby improving the ability of users to understand the preparation of financial reports related to financial instruments. The study recommends that regulatory authorities, primarily the Central Bank, closely monitor the initial application of the financial reporting standard by companies. The issuance and application of IFRS 9 are expected to provide users with relevant, useful, and comprehensive information regarding the size and timing of cash flows. Corporate management must fully comply with the provisions of IFRS 9 to eliminate fluctuations in profit or loss resulting from changes in credit risk related to liabilities measured at fair value

The Effect of Blended Learning Technique on Fourth Grade Students’ Achievement and their Ability to Solve Algebraic Problems in Mathematics
This study aimed to investigate the effect of blended learning on fourth-grade students’ achievement and their ability to solve algebraic problems in mathematics at the Southern Badia Directorate of Education. The sample consisted of 60 male and female fourth-grade students from Grain Basic School, who were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The study sought to determine whether there are statistically significant differences in the students’ achievement and their ability to solve algebraic problems in mathematics. To answer the research questions, the researcher developed an achievement test and a test assessing the ability to solve algebraic problems. Additional procedures were implemented to ensure the validity and reliability of the two tests. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences at (α = 0.05) in the students’ achievement and their ability to solve algebraic problems in mathematics, attributed to the blended learning technique, as evidenced by the post-test scores
