One method that can improve employee performance is to provide allowances to employees. Employee benefits are a form of appreciation or appreciation from the company for employees who are considered worthy by the company. PT Pos Yogyakarta is a company engaged in the logistics delivery service business.
In this study a decision support system was built so that it can be used by companies and institutions/agencies in need. Development of a decision support system The employee benefits are implemented using the simple additive weighting (SAW) method. This method was chosen because it determines the weight for each attribute that will select the best alternative from other alternatives, in this case the alternative in question is an employee who is sure to receive a monthly allowance based on predetermined criteria.
Based on the test results, the system built can simplify and assist the process of employee benefits and assist the manager of the human resources division (HR) in making decisions to determine employees who deserve benefits in the company

Get PDFThe most important aspect of a network security system is to maintain data integrity and ensure the availability of services that are used by users safely. All types of attacks and attempts to abuse network resources by irresponsible parties must be overcome in an effort to protect the network security system. As in the case that occurred at Cafe Ready Stadion, it shows that network security at Café Ready Jombang Stadium is still relatively low. Such as abusing an unhealthy network, causing the entry of viruses into the ISP's Internet Service Provider, resulting in unstable Internet Service Provider (ISP) lines. However, this can be overcome by utilizing the block access method and bandwidth management. With the Management Banwith it can limit any use of internet services and can be configured on the MikroTik router software, where there are 2 different MikroTik namely MikroTik RB951Ui-2HnD and MikroTik RB941-2nD. So that there will be a significant difference between the two Mikrotik routers. Namely in terms of capacity and processor of each router. Thus, the purpose of this research is to show the difference between a combination of dividing internet access by providing bandwidth to each user in the form of a hotspot and closing an internet access permanently, so that only certain users cannot access the internet network.

Because the researcher wants to design a lecture journal in the form of a website so that it can be opened by all elements, both students, lecturers, deans, heads of departments, and admins. This research is motivated because the lecture journals at Darul Ulum University, especially in the Informatics Engineering study program, are still offline, which are still in the form of paper. With the problems that occur, researchers will design a website that can be used for the development of lecture journals. Information technology is currently developing very rapidly. One example and evidence of the development of information technology is school counseling guidance. MAN 4 Jombang is an educational school institution that still applies the manual method for recording student violations, with the manual method the reporting time takes quite a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based Counseling Guidance (BK) information system that includes student data processing, attendance processing, and counseling data processing that will facilitate teacher staff (BK) in recording student violations. The design that will be used in this system uses the Waterfall model, by applying the Waterfall model because the resulting information system will be good, because it is made in stages so that it does not focus on a stage. This counseling guidance information system has five accesses, including admin, homeroom teacher, principal, counselor, and parents. An appropriate plan is needed for the solution to this problem, by building or designing a counseling guidance information system needed by the school.
Abstrak
Pada masa Teknologi informasi yang sangat meningkat saat ini perubahan pada pola pikir manusia yang mengenal teknologi informasi juga menjadi berubah. Contoh salah satu bukti dari kemajuan teknologi informasi tersebut adalah sistem informasi bimbingan konseling sekolah. MAN 4 Jombang merupakan pendidikan lembaga sekolah yang termasuk memiliki jumlah siswa yang cukup banyak dan berbeda-beda masalah yang masih mengaplikasikan cara manual untuk pencatatan pelanggaran siswa, dengan cara manual tersebut waktu pembuatan laporanya memerlukan waktu yang cukup lama. Tujuan dari riset ini dapat merancang sistem informasi Bimbingan Konseling (BK) berbasis web yang mencakup pengolahan data siswa, pengolahan absensi,beserta pengolahan data konseling yang akan memudahkan staf guru (BK) dalam pencatatan pelanggaran siswa. Perancangan yang akan digunakan pada sistem ini dengan memakai model Waterfall, dengan menerapkan model Waterfall karena sistem yang dihasilkan akan baik, Dengan pembuatanya yang secara bertahap dan tidak fokus pada satu tahapan. Sistem informasi bimbingan konseling ini memiliki lima akses diantaranya admin, wali kelas, kepala sekolah, konselor, dan orang tua. Diperlukan rencana yang tepat untuk solusi masalah tersebut, dengan membangun atau merancang sistem informasi bimbingan konseling yang tepat dibutuhkan sekolah.

This requires us to maintain our immune system and always comply with health protocols, one of which is the use of masks. The use of the mask for more than 4-5 hours will cause an unpleasant odor. The outreach activity on the use of essential oils of citronella and cloves as aromatherapy in the application of perfume masks is an alternative that can be used by the public to overcome the negative impacts of using masks that last more than 4-5 hours. With this outreach activity, it is hoped that the community can apply, implement and stay healthy in the midst of the epidemic that hit. The samples of this present study were companies on the IDX using GRI G4 indicators in dis-closuring sustainability reports in 2016-2020 with the number of research samples as many as 104 companies. The study was quantitative sampling method to collect data. The secondary data were taken from annual reports from CSR and company reputations as influencing factor on financial performance by ROA. This study found that (1) CSR disclosure did not have a significant effect on financial performance and company reputation did not have a significant effect on financial performance
Patriarchal Spell In Veronica Roth’s Divergent
Get PDFDivergent is the first series of Divergent trilogy penned by Veronica Roth. As a work that tells a story about a supposedly strong female protagonist, the novel seems to uphold feminist values. However, upon a closer look, the pro-feminist worldview found in the novel operates merely on a cosmetic level. The long-standing patriarchal ideas about women still hold this novel captive, making it incapable of realizing its affirmative feminist aspirations. This study aims at proving that Divergent’s superficial pro-feminist stance is subverted by the underlying support it has for patriarchal ideas. The analysis is conducted by applying Margery Hourihan’s theory regarding three patriarchy’s archetypal conceptions about women—The Mother, Damsel-in-Distress, and The Witch. In gathering the data and conducting the analysis, this study employs qualitative methods. The result of this study shows that, while the novel appears to be a feminist fiction, it is still firmly grounded in patriarchal and misogynistic values that do not coincide with current feminist ideas about gender equality and female identity

Salah satu bisnis yang menggunakan proses pencetakan ialah perusahaan percetakan, usaha percetakan memiliki potensi pasar tinggi di Kota Semarang. Hal ini terlihat pada keuangan salah satu perusahaan percetakan di Semarang yang dinilai baik karena pendapatan tahunannya meningkat dibandingkan lima tahun sebelumnya. Di sisi lain, pendapatan percetakan turun pada tahun 2019 dibandingkan 2018. Penurunan ini terjadi akibat kinerjanya yang buruk, serta tantangan dan keterbatasan dalam operasional bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, perlu mengkaji ulang dengan menganalisis kekurangan pada proses bisnisnya, mengidentifikasi proses seleksinya, dan mengukur kinerja proses dengan menilai seberapa baik kemajuan pekerjaan dalam kaitannya dengan tujuan dan sasaran yang telah ditentukan.
