    RESPON STRUKTUR TERHADAP BEBAN DINAMIK GEMPA PADA RUSUN MAHASISWA INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI PADANG DENGAN SHEARWALL

    Rusun Mahasiswa ITP Padang was originally designed without using a shearwall, but in practice, it was changed to using a shearwall with L-frame type. This study aims to analyze the effect of using shearwall on the columns and beams of Rusun Mahasiswa ITP Padang. The results showed that the use of shearwall with L-frame type on columns caused a 3% decrease in the axial force on the column, up to 90% in cross-sectional force, and up to 84% in moment load reduction. Meanwhile, the beam elements can reduce the shear force by up to 24%, and the moment load can be reduced by up to 35%. The deviation between floors in Rususn Mahasiswa ITP Padang has met the required limit, where the deviation values for the x direction (Δx) and y direction (Δy) are smaller than the permit deviation (Va).Rusun mahasiswa ITP Padang awalnya didesain tanpa menggunakan shearwall, namun pada pelaksanaannya dirubah dengan menggunakan shearwall tipe frame-L. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisa pengaruh penggunaan shearwall pada kolom dan balok rumah susun mahasiswa ITP Padang. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa penggunaan shearwall tipe frame-L pada kolom rusun mahasiswa ITP membuat gaya dalam pada kolom mengalami penurunan gaya aksial sebesar 3%, penurunan gaya lintang hingga 90%, dan penurunan beban momen hingga 84%. Sementara pada elemen balok, dapat menurunkan gaya lintang hingga 24% dan penurunan  beban momen hingga 35%. Simpangan antar lantai pada rusun mahasiswa ITP Padang sudah memenuhi batas yang disyaratkan, dimana nilai simpangan arah x (Δx) dan arah y (Δy) diperoleh lebih kecil dari simpangan izin (Va)

    Simpang Tiga Kampung Kalawi merupakan simpang tak bersinyal yang memiliki tiga kaki simpang yang terletak di jalan Raya Kalawi Kota Padang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui besarnya hambatan samping yang mempengaruhi kemacetan lalu lintas pada Simpang Tiga Kampung Kalawi, mengetahui kinerja jalan pada simpang, mengetahui tingkat kemacetan serta memberikan alternative penanganan solusi kemacetan yang ada di Simpang Tiga Kampung Kalawi. Analisis hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja simpang untuk kondisi simpang tak bersinyal didapat jumlah arus total 2244 smp/jam, kapasitas (C) = 2287 smp/jam, derajat kejenuhan (DS) = 0,981, tundaan simpang = 19,822 detik/smp dan nilai peluang antrian = 76,365% - 38,634%. Untuk alternative penanganan solusi kemacetan pada Simpang Tiga Kampung Kalawi karena derajat kejenuhan sudah melebihi >0,8 dari ketentuan Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia 1997 maka disarankan Simpang Tiga Kampung Kalawi perlu ditingkatkan pengaturannya menjadi simpang bersinyal pada Jalan raya M. Yunus waktu hijau (G) = 13 detik, Jalan raya Ampang waktu hijau (G) = 12 detik, pada Jalan raya Kalawi waktu hijau (G) = 11 detik

    The development of computer networks today is so rapid. Many organizations and schools use computer networks as a means of completing their tasks. The problem faced is the design of a wireless local area network network that can be installed at the Mts Al Barokah school? The research objective of making this research is to design and create a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) network that can connect between computers in building units. This study uses a qualitative approach to determine how to search, collect, process and analyze data from the research. The current system where Mts Al Barokah Poncowano Central Lampung has 20 computers that are connected to each other but do not have internet access, in this case the system is running using a star topology. Devices with one another can communicate with each other smoothly. In implementing a wireless local area network-based computer network at Mts Al Barokah Poncowarno, Central Lampung, using a proxy. The results obtained are that this research is very helpful for Mts Al Barokah Poncowarno, Central Lampung, who previously did not have internet access, now they are connected to the internet and students can take exams at school without having to rent another school's computer, which of course costs money and time

    Geographically, Indonesia is a country located in the equator which has a tropical climate with sun exposure throughout the season. In addition, many of the livelihoods of the Indonesian people are workers who do a lot of outdoor activities so that they get direct sun exposure and if they receive sun exposure with excessive intensity, this is very vulnerable to eye health. The purpose of this study was to determine how the intensity of UV light exposure on the quality of visual acuity is described. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, which aims to see how the intensity of UV light exposure on the quality of visual acuity of online motorcycle taxi drivers in Ciputat Timur uses a Cross Sectional approach where the research subjects are only examined once at a time. From the results of the quality inspection of visual acuity, the majority of online motorcycle taxi drivers have good vision, namely 20/20 for the right eye as many as 22 people or 55% of the total number of respondents and the left eye as many as 28 people or 70% of the total number of respondents

    In general, some students also use a method called Tikrar, where the student repeats the verse. However, sometimes they're forgetting how many times it has been repeated.  With Al-Quran Tikrar, there is a framework for memorizing Quran that can be found around the pages of the Quran. This helps to mark how many times the verse has been repeated using a ballpoint, pencil and such.  But over time, the Quran would devreased its quality and condition, which causes the pages of the Quran seems dirty and damaged. The system works by making the memorizer or reciter be able to mark the number of times the verse has been repeated along with the level of fluency from "not yet memorized" to "mutqin" status, and the system can also store data on the quality of memorizing the Quran from day to day based on the number of verses memorized so that the supervisor or ustadz in the tahfidz Quran class can monitor the quality of the memorizer through the ustadz's dashboard. With Al-Quran Tikrar Android App, can memorize easily and integrated into Firebase so the repeated part can be recorded and not corrupted due to certain conditions.Pada umumnya beberapa penghafal Al-Quran juga menggunakan metode bernama Tikrar yaitu dimana penghafal tersebut mengulang berulang kali ayat tersebut terkadang lupa sudah berapa kali mengulang. Dengan adanya Al-Quran Tikrar terdapat framework hafalan Al-Quran yang terdapat di sekitar halaman Al-Quran untuk menandai ayat tersebut sudah berapa kali terulang menggunakan bolpoin atau semacamnya. Namun seiring berjalannya waktu, Al-Quran sebagai benda padat akan mengalami penyusutan kualitas dan keadaan Al-Quran tersebut yang menyebabkan halaman Al-Quran itu terkesan kotor dan rusak. Sistem berjalan dengan cara membuat penghafal dapat menandai sudah berapa kali ayat terulang disertai dengan tingkat kelancarannya dari belum hafal sampai mutqin, dan sistem juga bisa menyimpan data kualitas penghafal Al-Quran dari hari ke-hari berdasarkan jumlah ayat yang dihafal supaya pembimbing atau ustadz pada kelas tahfidz Quran tersebut dapat memantau kualitas penghafal tersebut melalui dashboard ustadz.     Implementasi Fuzzy Tsukamoto Dan Algoritma Genetika Pada Pemilihan Skincare

    Choosing the right skincare product is an important step in facial skin care, but this process requires the expertise of a specialist, which is relatively slow. The purpose of this research is to optimize the skincare product selection process by creating an expert system using the Matlab application. The method used in making the expert system is the Tsukamoto fuzzy method and genetic algorithms. The Tsukamoto fuzzy inference system helps select skincare by using membership limits according to specialist at clinic. There are four input variables, namely skin moisture, enlarged pores, blackheads, telangiactasis and one output, namely type of skincare package. The Tsukamoto fuzzy membership limit will be optimized with genetic algorithm using different crossover rate (cr) variations. The results showed that Tsukamoto's fuzzy accuracy level was 65.37%. After optimizing the membership limit, the accuracy rate increases by 17.63% to 82,93%. The increase in accuracy shows that the expert system using the two Tsukamoto fuzzy methods and the genetic algorithm is better when compared to using only the Tsukamoto fuzzy method. The optimal parameter in the genetic algorithm is the Crossover rate (cr) 0.4, with a Mutation Rate of 0.01 and the number of generations is 10.Pemilihan produk skincare yang tepat merupakan tahap yang penting bagi perawatan kulit wajah,  namun proses tersebut memerlukan keahlian dokter spesialis yang relatif lambat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengoptimalkan proses pemilihan produk skincare dengan membuat sistem pakar menggunakan aplikasi Matlab. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan sistem pakar adalah metode fuzzy tsukamoto dan algoritma genetika. Sistem inferensi fuzzy tsukamoto membantu pemilihan skincare dengan menggunakan batasan keanggotaan sesuai ketentuan dokter spesialis di klinik Nanisa. Terdapat empat variabel input yaitu tingkat kelembapan kulit wajah, pembesaran pori-pori, komedo, dan telangiactasis serta satu output yaitu jenis paket skincare. Batasan keanggotaan fuzzy tsukamoto akan dioptimalkan dengan algoritma genetika menggunakan variasi Crossover rate (cr) yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat akurasi fuzzy tsukamoto adalah 65,37%. Setelah dilakukan pengoptimalan batasan kenaggotaan menggunakan algoritma genetika maka tingkat akurasi meningkat 17,63% menjadi 82,93%. Peningkatan akurasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem pakar dengan menggunakan dua metode fuzzy tsukamoto dan algoritma genetika lebih baik apabila diandingkan dengan penggunaan metode fuzzy tsukamoto saja. Parameter yang optimal pada algoritma genetika adalah Crossover rate (cr) 0.5, dengan Mutation Rate 0.01 dan jumlah generasi 10

    SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur is a public educational institution located in Banyuasin Regency. The school has been accredited with grade B and implements the 2013 curriculum in teaching and learning activities. However, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur still uses manual methods in evaluating and recording student grades, such as making report cards, grade legers, and recapitulating student grades. This is an obstacle for teachers in measuring the development of students' abilities optimally because the results of the recap of student grades can only be seen at the end of the semester. Therefore, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur needs a website-based report card application with an effective and efficient interface design. The design of the interface aims to provide an overview in the application of the report card application that can improve the efficiency of managing and recording student grades. This interface design is done using the User Centered Design (UCD) method, which allows users to participate in the application design process. This allows users to provide input and suggestions regarding the interface and desired features. After the design was completed, the prototype design of the report card application was evaluated using the Heuristic Evaluation & Webuse (Website Usability Evaluation) questionnaire.SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur adalah sebuah institusi pendidikan negeri yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sekolah ini telah terakreditasi dengan grade B dan menerapkan kurikulum 2013 dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar. Namun, SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur masih menggunakan metode manual dalam melakukan evaluasi dan pencatatan nilai siswa, seperti pembuatan rapor, leger nilai, dan hasil rekapan nilai siswa. Hal ini menjadi kendala bagi guru dalam mengukur perkembangan kemampuan siswa secara optimal karena hasil rekapan nilai siswa hanya dapat dilihat pada akhir semester. Oleh karena itu SD Negeri 11 Rantau Bayur membutuhkan sebuah aplikasi rapor berbasis website dengan perancangan antarmuka yang efektif dan efisien. Perancangan antarmuka tersebut bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran dalam penerapan aplikasi rapor yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan dan pencatatan nilai siswa. Perancangan antarmuka ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode User Centered Design (UCD), yang memungkinkan pengguna untuk berpartisipasi dalam proses desain aplikasi. Hal ini memungkinkan para pengguna untuk memberikan masukan dan saran mengenai tampilan antarmuka dan fitur-fitur yang diinginkan. Cumulative means the average of the average value assignments, daily test, mid semester test and end of semester test. Then in every educational institution there is a KKM value (Minimum Completeness Criteria) which is a reference for completeness from the final result of student score. At this time, almost all educational institutions, both public and private, are careful in processing student score data, because of the importance of the value that will be issued to determine student achivment. The value data processing that occurs at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir is currently still by copying or duplicating student data file, causing a buildup of data which has an impact on the difficulty of getting value data information because they have to open the data files one by one. The purpose of this study is to facilitate teachers in processing student score data at SMP Negeri 6 Pelepat Ilir by using the PHP programming language and using the phpmyadmin database. Thhe result of this study are the axistence of an information system for processing student grades data will provide convenience for teachers in processing student grades
