HUKUM PERSAINGAN USAHA DI INDONESIA AGAR MENJAMIN PASAR YANG ADIL DAN EFISIEN
Competition Law in Indonesia, particularly the implementation of Law Number 5 of 1999 concerning the Prohibition of Monopolistic Practices and Unfair Business Competition (Anti-Monopoly Law). Business competition is a key driver of economic efficiency and innovation, but is vulnerable to unfair practices such as collusion and abuse of dominant positions that harm consumers and the public interest. This study analyzes the philosophical foundations, legal basis, and scope of Competition Law in Indonesia, which is based on the principles of economic democracy, balance, fair competition, economic efficiency, and the public interest. This article also discusses the central role of the Business Competition Supervisory Commission (KPPU) as an independent institution responsible for law enforcement through monitoring prohibited agreements, prohibiting prohibited activities (including abuse of dominant positions), merger supervision, and legal action
Analisis Faktor Determinasi Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) Di Provinsi Gorontalo
Abstract
Referring to the data on the realization of foreign investment (FDI) in 2022, it shows that Gorontalo is in position 32, when compared to other provinces on the island of Sulawesi, Gorontalo Province is in 4th place out of a total of 6 provinces. This shows that there are determinant factors that affect foreign investment in Gorontalo Province. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research location is at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office of Gorontalo Province. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation. Data sources consist of primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique consists of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study show: 1) Infrastructure is inadequate. Infrastructure limitations in Gorontalo Province such as roads, ports, transportation, and other inadequate supporting facilities hinder foreign investment. 2) Complicated regulations and policies. The licensing process, especially business licensing, directly affects the desire and decision of prospective entrepreneurs or investors to invest. However, the licensing process is lengthy and complex, which often makes foreign investors hesitant to invest. 3) Human resources; limited skilled and trained human resources (HR) can be an obstacle for foreign companies wishing to operate and is an important challenge for foreign investment in Gorontalo. 4) Competition with other regions; Gorontalo when compared to other regions in Sulawesi is still in the second to last position so other regions that are more advanced or offer more attractive incentives can attract foreign investors.
Abstrak
Merujuk pada data realisasi investasi penanaman modal asing (PMA) tahun 2022 menampilkan yaitu Gorontalo berada di posisi 32, bila dibandingkan dengan Provinsi lain yang ada di pulau Sulawesi, Provinsi Gorontalo berada di urutan 4 dari total 6 Provinsi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa ada faktor-faktor determinasi yang mempengaruhi penanaman modal asing di Provinsi Gorontalo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Provinsi Gorontalo. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sumber data terdiri atas data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data yang dilakukan terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) Infrastruktur belum memadai. Keterbatasan infrastruktur di Provinsi Gorontalo seperti jalan, pelabuhan, transportasi, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya yang belum memadai menghambat investasi asing. 2) Regulasi dan kebijakan yang rumit. Proses perizinan, khususnya perizinan usaha secara langsung berpengaruh terhadap keinginan dan keputusan calon pengusaha atau investor untuk menanamkan modalnya. Namun, proses perizinan memakan waktu yang panjang dan kompleks, sehingga sering kali membuat investor asing ragu untuk berinvestasi. 3) Sumber daya manusia; keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang terampil dan terlatih dapat menjadi kendala bagi perusahaan asing yang ingin beroperasi dan merupakan tantangan penting bagi penanaman modal asing di Gorontalo. 4) Persaingan dengan daerah lain; Gorontalo jika dibandingkan daerah lain di Sulawesi masih berada di posisi kedua dari terakhir menjadi daerah lain yang lebih maju atau menawarkan insentif lebih menarik bisa menarik perhatian investor asing
Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dalam Menentukan Kelayakan Pinjaman Karyawan Menggunakan AHP-TOPSIS pada PT XYZ
A decision support system is a system used by top level managers in making decisions. The decision support system has several methods that can be used, including the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) method is a decision making method that focuses more on calculating criteria weights. Meanwhile, the TOPSIS method (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) is a decision-making method that is suitable for calculating final results and rankings. Determining employee loan eligibility using the AHP and TOPSIS methods produces objective values because the criteria weights and final results are calculated according to the method used.Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan suatu sistem yang digunakan oleh para manajerial tingkat atas dalam melakukan pengambilan keputusan. Sistem pendukung keputusan memiliki beberapa metode yang dapat digunakan diantaranya yaitu metode AHP dan TOPSIS. Metode AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang lebih menitik beratkan dalam perhitungan bobot kriteria. Sedangkat metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) merupakan salah satu metode pengambilan keputusan yang cocok digunakan untuk menghitung hasil akhir dan perangkingan. Penentukan kelayakan pinjaman karyawan menggunakan metode AHP dan TOPSIS menghasilkan nilai yang objektif karena dilakukan perhitungan bobot kriteria dan hasil akhir sesuai dengan metode yang digunakan
Prediksi Harga Rumah menggunakan Machine Learning Algoritma Regresi Linier
The property sector plays a vital role in the global economy, especially regarding property price prediction, which is a complex challenge influenced by factors such as building size, number of rooms, location, and property condition. This study aims to build a property price prediction model using the Linear Regression algorithm. The data used in this research was obtained from Kaggle, consisting of 1460 data points on house prices in Ames, USA. The preprocessing phase includes handling missing data, outlier management, and feature standardization using StandardScaler to ensure data consistency. The linear regression model was trained and evaluated using R-squared (R²) and Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) metrics. The evaluation results show an R² of 0.81, indicating the model explains 81% of the variation in house prices. Additionally, the RMSE value of 35,830.40 shows the model's relatively low and consistent error when tested with different data. Features such as overall house quality (OverallQual) and living area size (GrLivArea) significantly correlate with house prices. These findings demonstrate that linear regression is an effective tool for predicting property prices.
Sektor properti memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian global, terutama dalam prediksi harga properti yang merupakan tantangan kompleks yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor seperti ukuran bangunan, jumlah kamar, lokasi, dan kondisi properti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun model prediksi harga properti menggunakan algoritma Regresi Linier. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari Kaggle, yang mencakup 1460 data mengenai harga rumah di Ames, Amerika Serikat. Proses pra-pemrosesan mencakup pengelolaan data yang hilang, penanganan outlier, dan standarisasi fitur menggunakan StandardScaler untuk memastikan konsistensi data. Model regresi linier dilatih dan dievaluasi menggunakan metrik R-squared (R²) dan Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan R² sebesar 0.81, yang menunjukkan model dapat menjelaskan 81% variasi harga rumah. Selain itu, nilai RMSE sebesar 35,830.40 menunjukkan bahwa model memiliki kesalahan yang relatif rendah dan konsisten saat diuji dengan data yang berbeda. Fitur-fitur seperti kualitas rumah secara keseluruhan (OverallQual) dan luas ruang hidup (GrLivArea) memiliki korelasi signifikan dengan harga rumah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa regresi linier adalah alat yang efektif untuk memprediksi harga properti.
 
A Novel RGB-Depth Imaging Technique for Food Volume Estimation
Evaluating nutrient intake among patients in a hospital is crucial, as it can accelerate their recovery process. Estimating calorie intake can be achieved by monitoring the quantity of food consumed by patients both before and after their meals. This approach involves various methods, including the use of digital scales, the Comstock level, and digital imaging techniques. Nonetheless, these techniques have their own limitations, particularly the risk of subjective assessments. To reduce errors arising from human factors, an objective evaluation is proposed. This paper introduces a new technique for measuring volume using RGB-Depth images. The method incorporates image segmentation and edge detection in RGB images to correspond with the depth image. Subsequently, the segmented regions and boundaries from the depth images are converted into point clouds. The volume of interest is calculated by fitting the point cloud to an ellipsoid. The lowest Mean Average Percentage Error (MAPE) is 2.73. It indicates that the proposed method is sufficient to measure the food volume
Pemanfaatan Aplikasi Canva sebagai Strategi Penguatan Citra UMKM Rezki Berkah Sehati
This community service activity aims to enhance the graphic design and digital marketing skills of members of UMKM Rezki Berkah Sehati in West Sumatra. Through Canva application training, participants are expected to create more attractive and effective promotional materials and strengthen their products' visual identity. In addition to the training, the Pusat Studi Pengembangan Nagari (PSPN) of Universitas Dharma Andalas also facilitated the UMKM to showcase their products through a booth at a mini UMKM bazaar. The results of this training showed a significant improvement in graphic design understanding, as well as the use of social media for product promotion. Despite some challenges related to the limited time for intensive mentoring, this activity successfully enhanced the competitiveness of UMKM and opened broader market opportunities. Moving forward, the development of training materials and the expansion of collaboration with various stakeholders will further strengthen the entrepreneurial ecosystem in West Sumatra
ANALISIS KONFLIK LALU LINTAS SIMPANG TAK BERSINYAL (STUDI KASUS: SIMPANG 3 PARAK GADANG, KOTA PADANG)
Traffic conflict is a situation where there is potential for accidents or collisions between vehicles, pedestrians, or other road users. An intersection is a location on the road where flows from different directions meet, often leading to traffic conflicts. This research aims to identify conflict points occurring at the Parak Gadang 3-way intersection, analyze the causes of traffic conflicts at that location, and formulate handling strategies to reduce or avoid traffic conflicts at the Parak Gadang 3-way intersection. The study utilizes the Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT) method. The results show there were 239 conflict events, categorized into 3 types: crossing (73.22%), merging (22.17%), and diverging (4.6%). Out of the total 239 conflicts, 17 were classified as serious conflicts, while 222 were non-serious conflicts. Based on time to accident analysis, this intersection is categorized as having non-serious conflicts.
Keywords: Unsignalized intersection, Traffic conflict, Accident, TCT.Konflik lalu lintas merupakan situasi dimana terdapat potensi terjadinya kecelakaan atau tabrakan atar kendaraan, pejalan kaki, atau pengguna jalan lainnya. Persimpangan adalah tempat di jalan di mana arus dari berbagai arah bertemu, sering kali menyebabkan konflik lalu lintas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan titik-titik konflik yang terjadi pada simpang 3 Parak Gadang dan menganilis penyebab konflik lalu lintas di lokasi tersebut serta merumuskan strategi penanganan yang dapat mengurangi atau menghindari konflik lalu lintas di simpang 3 Parak Gadang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Traffic Conflict Technique (TCT). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ada 239 kejadian konflik,terbagi menjadi 3 jenis konflik : crossing (73,22%), merging (22,17%) dan diverging (4,6%). Dari 239 total konflik terdapat 17 serius konflik dan 222 tidak serius konflik. Bedasarkan analisis time to accident, persimpangan ini dikategorikan sebegai persimpangan dengan konflik tidak serius.

Construction project activities can be defined as an activity that takes place within a limited period of time that has been determined with the allocation of certain resources and is intended to produce products whose quality criteria have been clearly outlined. In completing a construction job, scheduling is one of the things that is very important and needs to be paid attention to. PT. PDK received various projects, one of which was making a 30m^3 reactor tank. This tank work was carried out at the PT workshop. Putra Dharma Kencana. The S curve is a curve that describes the relationship between the accumulated value of development project implementation and project implementation. The weight on the S curve is the percentage of price for each job divided by the total price. If the total weight value is less than 100% then there is an error in the calculation which will affect the S curve. Work on the reactor tank was carried out according to the target, namely for 12 weeks. The disadvantage of the S curve method is the weight calculation. Rancang Bangun E-Library Berbasis SLIM Meningkatkan Literasi Mahasiswa Pada Perpustakaan Stmik Indragiri Pekanbaru
E-library is one proof of the development of technology in the 4.0 era. Although E-library as a new breakthrough in conventional libraries continues to develop, it does not rule out the possibility that these developments are always maximally utilized, as is the case with the library at STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru which still utilizes a conventional library. This is the cause of low literacy at STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru, because it is still considered uninteresting and boring. The methods used in this research are Waterfall and quantitative, which are methods used in developing and describing a software through several sequential processes, flowing from top to bottom by passing through several phases in the use of SliM 9 Bulian services in improving student digital literacy. Strengthening and mentoring are also well implemented to provide understanding for the STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru academic community regarding features, book management, book borrowing, and book returns. The results of this study conclude that by optimizing the STMIK Indragiri Pekanbaru library into an E-Library provides many benefits and various positive impacts for library managers and users
Web-Based Geographic Information System Application For The Location Of The Tire Patching Workshop In South Padang District
This study aims to design and build a GIS-based Tire Repair Workshop Information System Application that can be used for data collection of tire repair workshop locations in Padang Selatan District, a container to make it easier for users to find tire repair workshop locations around Padang Selatan District if a tire leak occurs on a vehicle and can help the economic cycle for tire repair workshop business owners, especially around Padang Selatan District. In making the software in this study, the author uses the PHP programming language and MySQL as a database. The final result of this study is a GIS-based application program that is expected to help users obtain information related to the Tire Repair Workshop in Padang Selatan District
