Diseminasi Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja pada Workshop Konstruksi di SMK N 1 Sumbar
Get PDFUpaya pelaksanaan Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan hal yang penting pada berbagai lingkungan pekerjaan, karena tidak ada tempat kerja yang bebas dari Risiko kecelakaan kerja. Semua tempat kerja memiliki sumber bahaya yang berpotensi menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja. Pada SMKN 1 SUMBAR Workshop Konstruksi yang dijadikan sebagai tempat kerja bagi siswa dalam melaksanakan pratikum, yang banyak menggunakan mesin, alat, dan bahan yang memiliki potensi serta faktor bahaya yang dapat menimbulkan kecelakaan atau penyakit akibat kerja. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian adalah dengan menggunakan presentasi yang mencakup risiko dan pengetahuan dasar K3 serta pemberian poster K3 dilingkungan Workshop. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan bahwa K3 telah dipahami dan dilaksanakan didalam lingkungan workshop dengan baik. Dengan adanya Diseminasi Keselamatan Dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) Pada Workshop Konstruksi Di SMK N 1 Sumbar diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keselamatan dan meminimalisir dampak risiko kecelakaan kerja.
 
Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Budiman Swalayan Pondok
Get PDFThis study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at Budiman Swalayan Pondok. Performance is the result of work carried out by company employees. Work discipline is the attitude of respect and obedience of every employee to the regulations set by the company. While work stress is a condition where employees feel pressured at work. The object of this research was carried out at Budiman Swalayan Pondok. The population and samples used in this study were 53 people with the sampling technique using the saturated sample technique. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with data processing using the SPSS program. The data analysis technique used in this study is based on multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained based on the partial test show that the variables of work discipline and work stress have no effect on employee performance, and the simultaneous significant test results show that work discipline and work stress together have no effect on employee performance at Budiman Swalayan Pondok. In accordance with the results of an interview with HRD Budiman Swalayan on August 30, 2022, the performance of employees at Budiman Swalayan is considered good. This is because employees carry out company rules well and a good employee recruitment process.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Budiman Swalayan Pondok. Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dilaksanakan oleh karyawan perusahaan. Disiplin kerja adalah sikap hormat dan patuh setiap karyawan terhadap peraturan yang ditetapkan perusahaan. Sedangkan stres kerja adalah suatu kondisi dimana karyawan memiliki perasaan tertekan dalam bekerja. Objek penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Budiman Swalayan Pondok. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya pengaruh disiplin kerja dan stress kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di Budiman Swalayan Padang baik secara parsial maupun simultan. With good records, MSMEs will be able to compile financial reports as a basis for calculating income tax. In order to help MSMEs in Lubuk Minturun in compiling financial reports and calculating taxes, the Unidha Accounting S1 lecturer team carried out PkM activities. The number of participants who took part in this activity were 20 participants who came from various business actors. It is known that 80% of participants have not recorded their business, so they cannot calculate their business tax. One of the obstacles faced by most MSMEs is the low level of education of MSME actors, limited entrepreneurial and management competencies. An Analysis of Code-Mixing in Bunga Citra Lestari’s Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf
Get PDFThis research is aimed at finding out types and forms of code-mixing in the video from Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. The data in this study is a video from the Bunga Citra Lestari’s YouTube channel entitled Love Story #1 – BCL Sebelum & Sesudah Ashraf. In collecting the data, this research used Heed Method. The method is then followed by an independent see-engage-talk technique. Data analysis used in the research is the agih method with an indirect element technique. After conducting the analysis, it was found that there are code-mixing 33 data in the video. There are 24 data for types of code-mixing and 37 data for forms of code-mixing. In the types of code-mixing, there are 15 insertion data, 6 substitution data, and 10 congruent lexicalization data, while for the forms of code-mixing, there are 18 data in the form of word, 3 data in the form phrase, 1 data in hybrid form, and 15 data in the form of clause
Analisis Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Pengembangan Karir Karyawan Pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar
Get PDFThe purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work training and experience in career development in PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatera. Quantitative research method was used in getting primer data resulted from questionnaire given. The population of this research was the employees in PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) counted as 77 respondent in total. The data was analyzed by using multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially (t test), the training variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.526 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05. The work experience variable had a positive and significant effect on career development as indicated by the t test resulted of 2.792 > 1.665 and a significant value of 0.007 <0.05. Simultaneously (F test) training and work experience of employees at PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II West Sumatra with an f test resulted of 32.665 > 4,095 at a significant level, namely a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. While the R test obtained 45.5% level of training and work experience affected employee career development. While the remaining 54.5% was influenced by other variables outside of this study.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pelatihan dan Pengalaman Kerja terhadap pengembangan karir karyawan pada PT. kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Penelitian ini berbentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner. Populasi penelitian adalah meliputi karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar. Data sampel penelitian sebanyak 77 responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial (uji t) Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,526 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,014 < 0,05. Variabel pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karir yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji t sebesar 2,792 > 1,665 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,007 < 0,05. Secara simultan (uji F) pelatihan dan pengalaman kerja karyawan pada PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Divre II Sumbar dengan hasil uji f sebesar 32,665 > 4,095 dan nilai signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. Chatbot ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan akses informasi yang handal, interaktif, dan nyaman bagi para wisatawan mengenai beragam atraksi pariwisata menarik di Tangerang Selatan, dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan secara keseluruhan dan mendukung sektor pariwisata kota tersebut.

Get PDFThis study applies the Normative Doctrinal method, which is under the research's objective of focusing on the application of law (law enforcement) and the role of the Pariaman District Court in examining, hearing, and deciding criminal cases committed by children in the Pariaman District Court's Legal Area. Following the main topic of this article, Normative Jurisdiction is applied, and the technique is a case approach, which involves studying and analyzing the legal reasoning used by the Pariaman District Court. The outcomes of this study identified external cultural factors, technical elements, family factors, and social/group variables as causes affecting the frequent incidence of criminal acts of violence against children in the Pariaman District Court region. The Pariaman District Court is thereafter in charge of law enforcement. In reality, it is required by Law Number 11 of 2012 About the Child Criminal Justice System and Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Child Protection, However, there is room for improvement in various areas, because the law enforcement process includes more than just executing the law; offering education and awareness about the hazards of violence and the consequences it produces are also activities in the law enforcement process.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Doktrinal Normatif, yang mana tujuan penelitian ini adalah memfokuskan pada penerapan hukum (penegakan hukum) dan peranan Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman dalam memeriksa, mengadili, dan memutus perkara pidana yang dilakukan oleh anak di Pengadilan Negeri Pariaman. Law enforcement against the crime of persecution uses articles of the Criminal Code that refer to the characteristics of the crime of persecution. The positive legal rules studied are sourced from the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UU Tahunn1945) No. 39/1999 human rights and criminal law (KUHP). Criminal responsibility is a mechanism to determine whether or not a person can be held accountable for a criminal offense. Acts of violence classified as assault crimes are considered a violation of all human rights and can be classified as civil protection or illegal acts that result in the perpetrators being punished. From the point of view of criminal law, especially criminal law, these activities violate several articles with various cases of human rights violations, both individually and in groups.Persekusi merupakan suatu perlakuan buruk atau suatu tindakan kekerasan yang dilakukan terhadap seseorang atau kelompok yang berbeda suku, agama, jenis kelamin dengan maksud untuk merendakan, menghina, dan memperbudak korban. Get PDFMelalui Balai Penelitian, Kementerian Pertanian memanfaatkan penggunaan website yaitu bsip.pertanian.go.id yang bertujuan untuk keperluan membantu pengguna dengan cara penyebaran informasi. Dalam pengelolaan sistem informasi ini, teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting, di mana keberhasilan pelayanan tergantung sejauh mana manajemen teknologi informasi telah berkembang. Namun, bahaya yang mengancam kelangsungan sistem informasi sering berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan risiko dan saran atau rekomendasi untuk penanganan risiko tersebut yang berdasarkan metode NIST SP 800-30 dalam karakterisasi sistem, identifikasi ancaman, identifikasi kerentanan, analisis kontrol, penentuan kemungkinan, analisis dampak, penentuan risiko, rekomendasi kontrol dengan pedoman pendukung NIST SP 800-53 rev.5 dan hasil dokumentasi. Dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara dan observasi. Menurut penelitian ini, terdapat 18 risiko diantaranya 3 high, 4 medium, 6 low dan 5 very low pada tingkat penialian risiko beserta rekomendasinya pada setiap risiko pada website bsip.pertanian.go.id
