Pharmacists play an important role in ensuring patients receive optimal pharmaceutical care in a home environment known as Home Care, in accordance with the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi vision and mission of Universitas Dharma Andalas which makes its students Interpreneur.
The purpose of this service is for students to be able to develop interpreneurship talents in themselves, with counseling and education techniques that will later become provisions when graduating into business opportunities and are able to create jobs. This counseling was carried out at SMK Kartika 1-2 and SMK Pratama Padang. It is hoped that through this counseling, students will be wise in managing their own health, especially those related to gastrointestinal disorder

Get PDFThe Faculty of Law at Dharma Andalas University will conduct a community service activity in the form of a legal education campaign focusing on "Stop Bullying" to create a bullying-free school environment. This campaign aims to raise awareness about bullying, which is a repetitive aggressive behavior intended to harm or weaken individuals who are physically or mentally weaker. Bullying can occur physically, verbally, socially, or even online. According to data from the Indonesian Child Protection Commission (KPAI) and the Federation of Indonesian Teachers' Unions (FSGI), bullying cases in schools are on the rise, underscoring the urgency for preventive measures. The campaign will be conducted through lectures using laptops and projectors at several schools in Pesisir Selatan. This program aims to help school communities better understand and take preventive actions against bullying, thereby fostering a safe and conducive learning environment for students

Get PDFTrotoar di Jalan Sisingamangaraja Simpang Haru merupakan salah satu trotoar yang berada di Kota Padang. Pada kawasan tersebut terdapat tata guna lahan berupa pendidikan kawasan pertokoan, dan pemukiman penduduk. Masalah utama dari trotoar tersebut adalah trotoar tersebut tidak dirawat sehingga mengakibatkan rusaknya trotoar seperti paving blok yang lepas, permukaan tidak rata, dan sudah ditumbuhi rumput liar. Pedoman yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SE Menteri PUPR No. 02/SE/M/2018, HCM 2000, dan Harga Satuan Pekerjaan Triwulan 3 Tahun 2023. Sementara itu data yang digunakan adalah data geometri trotoar dan volume pejalan kaki interval 5 menit. Hasil analisis tingkat pelayanan trotoar padan Jalan Sisingamangaraja maksimal adalah A dan minimal B. Perencaan desain lebar trotoar yang direncankan adalah 1.1meter dengan lebar eksisting 2 meter. Rencana anggaran biaya pembangunan fasilitas pejalan kaki diperoleh sebesar Rp. 432.570.000 (Empat Ratus Tiga Puluh Dua Juta Lima Ratus Tujuh Puluh Ribu Rupiah)

The 2021 Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is one of the government's efforts through the National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas) in strengthening national values. The purpose of the Virtual Training on Strengthening National Values (TAPLAI) is to overcome existing differences and problems through comprehensive, integral, and holistic mindsets, attitudes, and actions, in order to maintain the integrity of the Republic of Indonesia. Indonesia, which has an ideology based on the Four Foundations of the Unity of the Republic of Indonesia (the 1945 Constitution, Pancasila, the Republic of Indonesia, and Sesanti Bhinneka Tunggal Ika), has a strong national insight. This study uses a normative legal research method with a legislative approach, namely studying and understanding laws and regulations and understanding the implications of positivizing the general principles of good governance in the administration of government. This research also uses a conceptual approach, namely looking for principles, principles and doctrines related to this research. This scientific activity is not based on a review of one discipline, but the perspective of an educational discipline. However, this research is still a legal research. This refers to the perspective of the legal discipline used in its implementation. Pengaruh Service Quality Terhadap Costumer Loyalty Melalui Trust Pada Perusahaan Tranex Mandiri
Get PDFThis study aims to fill the knowledge gap by examining the effect of service quality on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri company. In this study, sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method which included non-probability sampling in the population of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. The respondents studied were 200 respondents of Tranex Mandiri Padang customers. the results of research conducted SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis with AMOS, it can be concluded that service quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty through trust in the Tranex Mandiri Padang company.
Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengisi kesenjangan pengetahuan dengan menguji pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pada perusahaan Tranex Mandiri. Dalam penelitian ini, pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling yang termasuk non-probability sampling pada populasi pelanggan Tranex Mandiri Padang. Responden yang diteliti sebanyak 200 responden pelanggan Tranex Mandiri Padang. hasil penelitian yang dilakukan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan AMOS, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepercayaan pada perusahaan Tranex Mandiri Padang

Get PDFTourism is a significant source of revenue in many countries, including Indonesia, offering a solution to alleviate poverty. Exploring the potential and challenges of tourism management is crucial to develop a tourism model that benefits local communities. Sustainable tourism concepts are essential for ensuring visitor comfort while preserving natural and cultural heritage. Sustainable tourism also aims to boost local economies by creating job opportunities. This study analyzes the sustainable tourism development pattern at Carocok Beach, South Coastal Regency, focusing on community empowerment to enhance local economic prosperity. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data is gathered from literature, local communities, visitors, and relevant authorities. Findings indicate that local government plays a dominant role in developing attractions, facilities, and access to Carocok Beach. However, community participation in planning, implementation, and monitoring remains low. While the government has made strides in enhancing tourism image and supporting community development, involvement of grassroots organizations like NGOs and local cooperatives is lacking, hindering comprehensive community empowerment and economic growth
Abstrak
Pariwisata merupakan salah satu sumber pendapatan utama di berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia, yang dapat menjadi solusi mengatasi kemiskinan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan eksplorasi potensi dan kendala dalam pengelolaan pariwisata untuk mengembangkan model pengembangan pariwisata yang memberikan kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat sekitar. Implementasi konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan penting untuk menjaga kelestarian alam, budaya, dan lingkungan serta meningkatkan perekonomian lokal dengan menciptakan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan di Pantai Carocok, Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan, dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat guna meningkatkan perekonomian dan pendapatan mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan studi literatur dan informasi dari masyarakat, pengunjung, dan instansi terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam pengembangan atraksi, fasilitas, dan akses wisata di Pantai Carocok. Namun, partisipasi masyarakat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan masih rendah, sementara peran pemerintah dalam melibatkan organisasi masyarakat belum optimal

Kurangnya pemahaman perempuan di kota Padang tentang pentingnya kemampuan berwirausaha maka dari itu Tim PKM UPI “YPTK” mengundang dan membimbing 50 orang perempuan di kota Padang untuk mengikuti edukasi peningkatan ekonomi perempuan melalui berwirausaha. Perancangan Sistem Informasi Tracking dan Monitoring Posisi Barang Menggunakan Metode Waterfall

PT Vale Indonesia, one of Indonesia's largest nickel mining companies, is experiencing problems in the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Department, especially in the Shipping & Traffic Section, in tracking and monitoring the current location/position of goods. The method currently used is considered less efficient. This research aims to design an information system for tracking and monitoring the position of goods at PT Vale Indonesia. The design was carried out using the waterfall method, a system development method carried out sequentially from one phase to the next. The result of this research is the design of an information system for tracking and monitoring the position of goods, which is ready to be implemented. Dampak Aliran Kas, Profitabilitas dan Kesulitan Keuangan Terhadap Keputusan Investasi Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur di BEI
Get PDFThe study aims to assess how cash flow, profitability, and financial distress impact investment decisions in manufacturing firms. It also investigates whether financial distress moderates the relationship between cash flow, profitability, and investment decisions. These findings are anticipated to enhance comprehension of financial distress and investment connections in developing nations like Indonesia. Employing a causal associative approach, the research examines the interrelations between variables and their influences. The population comprises all manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sample selection utilizes purposive sampling, aligning with predefined criteria. Data analysis involves multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Results reveal a significant negative impact of profitability on investment decisions. Financial distress positively influences investment choices, with its moderation effect weakening profitability's impact on decisions, a statistically significant finding. A high z-score suggests potential bankruptcy within two years if not managed effectively.
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh aliran kas, profitabilitas dan kesulitan keuangan terhadap keputusan investasi pada perusahaan manufaktur. Dan menguji apakah kesulitan keuangan memoderasi secara signifikan aliran kas, profitabilitas terhadap keputusan investasi. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih luas tentang hubungan antara kesulitan keuangan dan investasi pada penelitian serupa di negara berkembang dengan karakteristik yang berbeda seperti Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif kausal. Desain kausal berguna untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel riset atau berguna untuk menganalisis bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel yang lain. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu sampel yang dibutukan dan dibatasi pada tipe tertentu atau menyesuaikan kriteria-kriteria yang ditetapkan oleh peneliti. Teknik pengolahan data dengan menggunakan metode Regresi Linier berganda diolah dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan profitabilitas memengaruhi secara signifikan negatif terhadap keputusan investasi. Kesulitan keuangan memengaruhi secara signifikan positif terhadap keputusan investasi, dan kesulitan keuangan (zscore) memoderasi (melemahkan) profitabilitas terhadap keputusan investasi, berpengaruh signifikan diterima. Tingkat z-score yang tinggi menandakan perusahaan dalam 2 tahun bertendensi akan mengalami kebangrutan, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik
Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Pembukuan Keuangan UMKM Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus : UMKM Indah Fashion)
Get PDFIndah Fashion is one of the micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) who engaged in clothing manufacturing services. The financial bookkeeping at Indah Fashion is still done manually by writing financial records in a ledger. This has caused problems such as recording errors in both income and expenses, incorrect transaction dates, miscalculations of raw material costs, and difficulties in creating financial reports. Based on the background of the above problems, it is necessary to create a bookkeeping application to assist MSMEs, especially Indah Fashion, in facilitating the creation of financial reports. The system development method used in this research is the waterfall method, which consists of the planning stage, problem analysis stage, system design stage including navigation structure design, system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), application development stage, and system testing stage using blackbox testing method. Based on the results of the testing conducted on this system, it can be concluded that the website-based financial bookkeeping application for MSMEs has been successfully implemented according to the design and is free from syntax errors.

Pembukuan keuangan pada Indah Fashion masih bersifat manual dengan cara menulis catatan keuangan dalam buku besar. Hal tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan diantaranya : kekeliruan pencatatan baik pemasukan maupun pengeluaran, kesalahan penulisan tanggal transaksi, kesalahan perhitungan biaya bahan baku, dan kesulitan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Berdasarkan latar belakang permasalahan diatas, maka perlu dibuat suatu aplikasi pembukuan untuk membantu para pelaku usaha UMKM khususnya pada UMKM Indah Fashion guna memudahkan dalam pembuatan laporan keuangan. Metode pengembangan sistem pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari : tahap perencanaan, tahap analisis masalah, tahap perancangan sistem meliputi perancangan struktur navigasi, perancangan sistem dengan UML (Unified Modeling Language), tahap pembuatan aplikasi, dan tahap uji coba sistem dengan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba yang telah dilakukan pada sistem ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa website aplikasi pembukuan keuangan pada UMKM berbasis website dinyatakan berhasil sesuai rancangan yang telah dibuat dan bebas dari kesalahan sintaks.
