Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Klien Digital Agency PT. XYZ berbasis Website
Get PDFPT XYZ operates in the service sector and is a creative agency that produces product videos for its clients. During this time PT. XYZ has not implemented a management information system to manage the resources they have and maintain relationships with clients. Ease of access via various platforms is the reason why applications are built based on websites. The stages used in the research correspond to the stages in the software development life cycle (SDLC) in the planning, analysis and design phases. Interviews and literature studies are used to explore the business processes that occur. It was found that there were three types of users, namely super admin, admin, and client. The processes handled by the system include employee registers, client registers, recording incoming orders, project monitoring, and checking employee availability. The diagrams used to explain the system plan that will be created are use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and entity relationship diagrams. Lo-fi designs are also created using the Figma application. Further research can continue to the implementation, support and security stages

The impact of information technology on the business environment has resulted in significant changes in the management of human resources in organizations. In the HRD system in a bread flour company, the management of each HRD business process is still done manually using paper as a document and for data storage using Ms. Excel, where HRD still has difficulty in managing employee data. With the method using BPMN, the HRD system business process can be analyzed, and the ASAP method for HRD system optimization using Odoo, the purpose of the study using odoo every business process starting from recruitment, absence, leave, orientation and training, and payroll will facilitate the HRD system in the company because each module is integrated, and data storage already uses a database. Then the results of this study after going through the User Acceptance Testing process using the Black Box Testing technique, the researcher can conclude that the use of Odoo to optimize the HRD system used passes functionally with several notes regarding user access rights that must be adjusted to the jobdesk of each employee

No full textIn 2024, to be precise, Wednesday, February 14 2024, was designated as the day for simultaneous voting and ELECTION based on the decision of the General Election Commission of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2022 (KPU RI). THE 2024 ELECTION is a national momentum and a form of democratic practice for the country. Monday, 16 October 2023, the Constitutional Court (MK) again attracted public attention by enacting MK decision Number 90/PUU-XXl/2023, which was the result of a petition submitted by Almas Tsaqibbirru Re A, who gave his power of attorney to H. Arif Sahudi, S.H., M.H., Utomo Kurniawa, S.H., Georgius Limart Siahaan, S.H., Dwi Nurdiansyah Santoso, S.H., and Ilyas Satria Agung, S.H., advocates and legal consultants who are members of the Justice Care Legal Aid Association. The decision concerns article 169 letter q of Law no. 17 of 2017, especially regarding the age requirements to become a presidential candidate and vice presidential candidate. The Constitutional Court is the highest institution of judicial power, the nature of its decisions is final. On 16 October 2023 the Constitutional Court issued a Constitutional Court Decision Number 90/PUU-XXI/2023 which adjudicated constitutional cases at the first and final level, handing down a decision in the case of Review of Law Number 7 of 2017 concerning General Elections against the State Constitution Republic of Indonesia in 1945. Which then raises the pros and cons of this decision.
Pada tahun 2024, tepatnya pada hari Rabu, 14 Februari 2024 ditetapkan sebagai hari pemungutan suara dan PEMILU serentak berdasarkan keputusan Komisi Pemilihan Umum Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2022 (KPU RI). PEMILU 2024 menjadi momentum nasional dan sebagai bentuk praktik berdemokrasi negara. Senin, 16 Oktober 2023, Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) kembali menarik perhatian publik dengan ditetapkan putusan MK Nomor 90/PUU-XXl/2023, yang merupakan hasil dari permohonan yang diajukan oleh Almas Tsaqibbirru Re A, yang memberikan kuasanya kepada H. Arif Sahudi, S.H., M.H., Utomo Kurniawa, S.H., Georgius Limart Siahaan, S.H., Dwi Nurdiansyah Santoso, S.H., dan Ilyas Satria Agung, S.H., para Advokat dan konsultan hukum yang tergabung pada Perkumpulan Bantuan Hukum Peduli Keadilan. Putusan tersebut mengenai pasal 169 huruf q UU No. 17 tahun 2017, khususnya terkait syarat usia menjadi calon presiden dan calon wakil presiden. Mahkamah Konstitusi sebagai lembaga kekuasaan kehakiman tertinggi, yang mana sifat dari putusannya yaitu final. Pada 16 Oktober 2023 Mahkamah Konstitusi mengeluarkan suatu Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Nomor 90/PUU-XXI/2023 Yang mengadili perkara konstitusi pada tingkat pertama dan terakhir, menjatuhkan putusan dalam perkara Pengujian Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum terhadap Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Yang kemudian menimbulkan pro dan kontra terhadap Putusan tersebut.

The obstacle most often experienced by the company is the uncertainty of the availability of raw materials, which can hinder the completion of products on time and slow down order fulfillmentThis study aims to determine how the relationship between the three main flows with order fulfillment. This research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis approach with primary and secondary data collected through observation and interviews. The company has implemented the three main flows of supply chain management, namely product, financial and information flows. The implementation of supply chain management by the company has a significant relationship and impact on order fulfillment. End consumers obtain the company's products through a pre-order system. The company applies the concept of just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing in order fulfillment. Product purchases can be made both offline and online.

Rantai pasok telah menjadi pondasi penting dalam operasional perusahaan pada era globalisasi, mendukung seluruh proses bisnis dari pengadaan bahan baku hingga pengiriman produk kepada konsumen. PT Sentosa Tata Multi Sarana merupakan perusahaan manufaktur kardus yang terletak di Kabupaten Bogor. Kendala yang paling sering dialami perusahaan yaitu ketidakpastian ketersediaan bahan baku, yang dapat menghambat penyelesaian produk tepat waktu dan memperlambat pemenuhan pesananPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara ketiga aliran utama dengan pemenuhan pesanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan data primer dan sekunder yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Perusahaan telah menerapkan ketiga aliran utama manajemen rantai pasok yaitu aliran produk, keuangan dan informasi. Penerapan manajemen rantai pasok oleh perusahaan memiliki hubungan dan dampak signifikan terhadap pemenuhan pesanan. Konsumen akhir memperoleh produk perusahaan melalui sistem pre-order. In 2016, West Sumatra was designated as a Global Halal Tourism Destination in Abu Dhabi, which is expected to provide an impetus for West Sumatra's government to introduce Sharia tourism in their area. The concept of Sharia tourism is to apply Islamic values to all aspects of tourism activities. This is very suitable to be implemented in West Sumatra Province where the majority of the population is Muslim. This research aims to identify the appropriate development strategies that can be applied by adopting the concept of Shariah tourism and using digital marketing for several tourist attractions in West Sumatra. By using a SWOT analysis, the opportunities and challenges faced by the Sharia tourism sector can be identified. As a result, a strategy can be practically applied by the Sharia tourism business in facing the digital era. This research is expected to raise awareness about the importance of digitalization skills in product marketing. The research method is descriptive qualitative. Through the SWOT analysis, it is possible to identify the various SWOTs and to formulate the digital marketing based strategy for the development of Islamic tourism in West Sumatra

Sektor pariwisata merupakan salah satu sektor andalan bagi pemerintah untuk menambah pendapatan. Ditetapkannya Sumatera Barat sebagai daerah tujuan pariwisata halal dunia dalamWorld Halal Tourism di Abu Dhabi tahun 2016, selayaknya dijadikan momentum oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat untuk menerapkan pariwisata berbasis syariah di wilayahnya. Konsep wisata syariah adalah menerapkan nilai-nilai ke Islaman ke dalam seluruh aspek kegiatan wisata. Hal ini sangat sesuai untuk diterapkan di Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang penduduknya mayoritas beragama Islam. Penelitian in bertujuan untuk melihat strategi pengembangan apa yang cocok diterapkan yang mengusung konsep wisata syariah dengan memanfaatkan Digital Marketing pada beberapa objek wisata yang ada di Sumatera Barat. Melalui SWOT dapat diketahui peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi oleh dunia wisata syariah sehingga diperoleh suatu strategi yang bisa diterapkan oleh bisnis wisata syariah. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kemampuan digitalisasi dalam pemasaran produk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Plastic factory is a factory that processes plastic ore raw materials into various plastic products. The problem is, the arrangements for procuring raw materials and recording stock of goods are still not computerized. As a result, the availability of raw goods is often not on time and lacks quality. Raw material stock management has not been integrated into the system, so production process delays or raw material waste often occur due to inaccurate calculations, resulting in large losses. Reporting is also hampered because manual data reconciliation takes longer and involves a lot of human error. This research aims to develop a desktop-based inventory application using the Waterfall method which consists of five phases, namely Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction and Deployment. The result of this research is a web-based inventory application that can carry out integrated data recording, and faster reporting processes. Thus, the design of this inventory application can help all parties in managing stock and inventory data in warehouse.Saat ini semua sektor bisnis baik usaha kecil, menengah maupun besar sudah memanfaatkan penggunaan teknologi. Pabrik Plastik merupakan pabrik yang mengolah bahan baku bijih plastik menjadi berbagai produk plastik. Permasalahannya, selama ini pengaturan pengadaan bahan baku dan pencatatan stok barang masih belum terkomputerisasi. Akibatnya ketersediaan bahan baku sering tidak tepat waktu dan kurang berkualitas. Pengelolaan stok bahan baku belum terintegrasi sistem sehingga sering terjadi penundaan proses produksi atau pemborosan bahan baku karena perhitungan tidak tepat dan mengakibatkan kerugian besar. Pelaporan juga terkendala karena rekonsiliasi data membutuhkan waktu lebih lama dan banyak kesalahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi inventori berbasis web dengan metode Waterfall, terdiri dari lima fase yaitu Communication, Planning, Modeling, Construction, dan Deployment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah aplikasi inventori berbasis desktop yang dapat melakukan pencatatan data terintegrasi dan proses pelaporan lebih cepat, Dengan demikian, perancangan aplikasi inventori ini dapat membantu semua pihak dalam mengelola data-data stok dan persediaan barang di gudang

The development of information technology as part of IS and science has influenced many fields, one of which is the sectors of education, namely schools. Christian schools are educational organizations whose learning processes teach based on the Bible. Christian schools have used several IT developments in their business processes. However, the use of this technology is not optimal. This research will carry out the strategic design of information systems using the Ward and Peppard framework with supporting analysis such as value chain, SWOT, CSF, and McFarlan’s Strategic Grid. This framework can help organizations analyze business and technology from the internal and external sides of the organization. This research was conducted to align business processes by making maximum use of IS/IT. The final result of the research is a proposed application that is tailored to the business processes and business needs of Christian schools which is expected to be able to align their business processes and achieve business goals.Penerapan teknologi informasi serta sistem informasi saat ini menjadi faktor yang sangat diperlukan dalam organisasi, Perkembangan teknologi informasi sebagai bagian dari SI dan ilmu pengetahuan sudah mempengaruhi banyak bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang pendidikan yaitu sekolah. Sekolah Kristen adalah organisasi pendidikan yang proses belajar mengajarkan berdasarkan alkitabiah. Sekolah kristen telah menggunakan beberapa perkembangan TI pada proses bisnisnya. Analisis Fitur Kebutuhan Konsumen Dengan Metode Kano Untuk Perancangan Web Application D’Cetak
Get PDFThis study discusses the prioritization of D'Cetak Web Application attributes using the Kano method. The Kano model is used to categorize service feature attributes based on customer satisfaction. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Kano method data analysis technique. The Kano method is a method used to categorize service attributes based on customer satisfaction. The steps in using the Kano method include identifying need attributes, developing Kano questionnaires, distributing questionnaires, and interpreting results. The subjects of this study are Telkom University students who meet the criteria specified by the researcher. Data collection techniques include the use of questionnaires and literature studies. The data validity technique used in this study is the adequacy of references. The results of the study show that there are 10 attributes that fall into the attractive category and 8 attributes that fall into the one dimensional or performance category.Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penentuan prioritas pada atribut Web Application D’Cetak dengan menggunakan metode kano. Model kano digunakan untuk mengkategorikan atribut fitur layanan berdasarkan kepuasan pelanggan. penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik analisis data metode kano. Metode kano merupakan suatu metode yang digunakan untuk mengkategorikan atribut layanan berdasarkan kepuasan pelanggan. Adapun tahapan dalam menggunakan metode kano meliputi identifikasi atribut kebutuhan, pengembangan kuesioner kano, penyebaran kuesioner, dan interpretasi hasil. Adapun subjek dari penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Telkom University yang memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan oleh peneliti. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi penggunaan kuesioner dan studi literatur. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa kecukupan referensi. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 10 atribut yang masuk kedalam kategori attractive dan 8 atribut termasuk dalam kategori one dimensional atau performance.
