To overcome the problems above, we need a computerized system so that it can solve the problem and speed up the process. Therefore, this study proposes the design of teacher and staff performance appraisal systems automatically based on data collection methods, pieces analysis to evaluate system performance, and design methods using uml (unifield modeling language) which includes usecase, activity, squence and class diagrams as a tool to provide an overview of the design that is running or will be created. Then for the database processing using mysql, which will ultimately produce a well-integrated system, so that the model created is expected to be able to calculate the performance of teachers and education personnel quickly, accurately, objectively and transparently. This can be done because the calculation process is computerized, and the assessment categories include very good, good, sufficient and less. In addition the existence of a dashboard in the form of recapitulation can be used as a basis for decision making

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membantu mahasiswa/i peserta sidang TA/Skripsi untuk mengetahui persiapan apa saja yang harus dilakukan sebelum menuju sidang TA/Skripsi. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi yaitu peserta sidang TA/Skripsi, belum mengetahui apa saja yang harus di persiapkan saat sidang TA/Skripsi, kurangnya informasi dan masih banyak peserta sidang yang lupa, kurang memperhatikan, membawa materi sidang dengan baik dan sesuai ketentuan sidang TA/Skripsi. Untuk itu diperlukan media informasi yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam mempersiapkan sidang TA/Skripsi. Metode penelitiannya yaitu analisa permasalahan, pengumpulan data, analisa perancangan media dan konsep produksi media. Hasil penelitian ini berupa perancangan video informasi pembekalan sidang TA/Skripsi berbasis audio visual. Video ini dibuat dengan software Adobe Premiere CC 2017 dan Adobe After Effects CC 2017. Melalui video informasi ini, diharapkan seluruh peserta sidang TA/Skripsi dapat memahami informasi yang disampaikan dan mengikuti ketentuan yang ada, sehingga peserta sidang dapat mempersiapkan dirinya dengan baik dan mengikuti sidang TA/Skripsi dengan lancar
