Get PDFPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi ekonomi, lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan manajemen dan pendidikan investasi dan pasar modal terhadap Pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi mahasiswa program studi manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam Universitas Islam Negeri Sunan Ampel Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswa program studi manajemen angkatan 2017. Metode Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel dalam penelitian berjumlah 106 orang. Metode pengumpulan data ialah dengan metode survei dengan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi near berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan bahwa motivasi yang meliputi motivasi ekonomi, lingkungan keluarga, pendidikan manajemen, serta pendidikan investasi dan pasar modal berpengaruh positif terhadap Pengambilan keputusan berinvestasi mahasiswa program studi manajemen

Fuzzy Logic is one method of system control can provide decision that resembles the human decision. In the design process of this plant, used a system of development control of the fuzzy logic system using Arduino. It is intended for a design on the plant control system and monitoring of the pump house flood canal. The use of the Speed Controller PWM on the circuit can work well in regulating the pump speed in the work. Pump 1 and pump 2 has a maximum value of the PWM 144 that can remove water 180 ml that works on low currents and are and sodetan have the value of the PWM to 255 that can get water out of 318 ml of working on a heavy flow

Get PDFKarantina Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) merupakan sebuah bagian yang masih dalam satu lingkup dengan departemen Final Inspection, dimana bagian tersebut bertugas melakukan second inspection terhadap ban yang dikategorikan sebagai ban OE hasil dari pengecekan Dynamic Balance (DB) dan Uniformity (UF). Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh inspektor di area karantina OEM yakni sulitnya melakukan monitoring tyre secara realtime. Kemudian kesulitan yang juga dihadapi oleh admin di departemen Final Inspection yakni sulitnya memproses data hasil check yang akan di proses menjadi report. Maka pada penelitian ini membuat sebuah sistem monitoring tyre berbasis VB.Net 2013 yang memepermudah inspekor dalam melakukan monitoring tyre dan mempermudah admin dalam memproses report hasil check. Untuk melakukan monitoring tyre inspektor dapat login di aplikasi monitoring tyre. Kemudian admin juga dapat memproses report hasil check hanya dengan 5 langkah yang menghabiskan waktu 5 hingga 7 menit saja.

Pada RT 005/008perumahan Villa Permata Tangerang Regensi 2 pendataan yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapatkekurangan diantaranya media informasi yang digunakan untuk penyampaian warga yangterinfeksi virus menggunakan grup satgas covid pada media whatsapp sehingga data-data wargayang terinfeksi virus corona saat ini tertumpuk pada aplikasi whatsapp, ketua RT harusmelaporkan warganya yang terkena virus covid-19 menggunakan microsoft excel setiapbulannya dan data tersebut akan di print dan di berikan kepada ketua RW untuk dijadikan arsip,data sebaran covid dari setiap RT tidak cepat terupdate hal ini dikarenakan data harus di inputsecara manual pada microsoft excel secara satu persatu hal ini yang membuat laporan sebarancovid tidak terupdate secara cepat. The Department of Communication and Informatics of Tangerang City has problems in managing budget realization, namely the processing and monitoring process still uses Microsoft Excel, so it is difficult to control when there is an inspection report on the realization of the activity budget because the documents produced are still in the form of paper which allows damage or loss. The use of BSC (Balanced Scorecard) analysis which can measure the capability of a system, in view of the Business Process, this system can monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of budget realization management. PHP is used as a language and a temporary Mysql database for system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). This system produces a system that can monitor the realization of a web-based budget that can be useful for agencies in the process of processing and monitoring budget realization until the formation of a Budget Realization Report with an easier and faster process

ROA , Leverage diukur menggunakan DER dan pertumbuhan perusahaan diukur
menggunakan sales growth. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi
linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor
pertambangan batu bara dan sub sektor pertambangan minyak mentah dan gas alam
yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015 – 2019 terdiri dari 31 sampel
dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa
profitabilitas, leverage dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada sub sektor pertambangan batu bara.
Sedangkan pada perusahaan sub sektor pertambangan minyak mentah dan gas alam
bahwa profitabilitas, leverage dan pertumbuhan perusahaan secara simultan tidak
berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan
