Get PDFNgabuburit in Indonesian society is a tradition that has been inherited from past generations. The practice of Ngabuburit however has been hampered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. To prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus, the government issued several regulations. These regulations make it more difficult for the community to practice Ngabuburit. This study was conducted to find out the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on Ngabuburit, the interest of university students in Bandung in practicing Ngabuburit, and to find out the best method to practise Ngabuburit tradition amidst the COVID-19 pandemic according to university students. Methods used in this study are literature study and primary data collection through questionnaires. The research result indicates that COVID-19 pandemic has reduced the intensity of Ngabuburit in Bandung. The obstruction of Ngabuburit practices correlates with the decline in the average level of happiness of students in Bandung. Even though the practice of Ngabuburit tradition is hampered, said tradition still can be carried out through online methods, namely methods that rely on internet technology so that there is no need to meet face to face. Hopefully this research will be useful for those who wish to practise Ngabuburit tradition amidst the COVID-19 pandemic

Get PDFAbstrak/AbstractDalam menghadapi era globalisasi, masyarakat Indonesia harus aktif dalam meningkatkan perekonomian rumah tangga, mengingat persaingan yang sangat ketat yang dihadapi masyarakat, baik dikarenakan sulitnya mencari pekerjaan, lokasi perumahan diubah menjadi kawasan industri. Pesatnya laju pertumbuhan populasi di perkotaan bisa menyebabkan masalah lingkungan, mulai dari konversi lahan hingga degradasi kualitas lingkungan akibat polusi dan sampah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan membangun perilaku masyarakat untuk menciptakan lingkungan bersih, sehat dan indah di Kelurahan Pasirsari, Kabupaten Bekasi melalui Program Urban Farming serta membantu pemerintah Republik Indonesia dalam rangka menjaga lingkungan bersih,sehat dan indah. Metode pengabdian akan menggunakan musyawarah, penyuluhan, dan praktek menanam sayuran. Sampah sebagai stimulus (S) bisa menyebabkan respon/ perilaku (R). Hubungan langsung antara S dan R, bisa digunakan untuk menjelaskan terbentuknya kebiasaan perilaku sehari-hari. Dari hasil pengabdian masyarakat melalui penyuluhan program penghijauan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi rumah tangga melalui urban farming ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat di Pasirsari sangat tertarik dengan konsep urban farming.

Application of Certainty Factor Method in Diagnosing Nutrient Deficiency in Coffee and Coconut Plants
Get PDFPlantation Coffee and coconut are superior export commodities that have a high investment value in maintaining the economy and balancing the balance of plantation commodities in Indonesia. One of the obstacles that is often experienced by managers of coffee and coconut cultivation is a lack of understanding in the diagnosis of plants that are deficient in macro and micro nutrients, as the main needs for quality of the results. On the other hand, the number of plantation crop experts is relatively small. Seeing these conditions, this study has built an expert system that is able to diagnose the symptoms of nutrient deficiency in coffee and coconut plants. The expert system is built by applying the certainty factor method, so that it can overcome the problem of uncertainty in diagnosing. The percentage level of certainty is obtained from the MB and MD assessment of an expert. This expert system was built using the Expert System Development Life Cycle method. The results of this study are a web-based expert system that is suitable for use by managers of coffee and coconut cultivation in diagnosing nutrient deficiencies, so that it can be known in detail independently and can reduce production costs
Decision Support System Design Structural Promotion Civil Apparatus Using AHP and TOPSIS Methods
Get PDFThe quality of the performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) is a very important resource to be able to determine the capacity of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD). One of the efforts to improve the quality of OPD performance is the promotion of positions. Promotion of an award given for work performance and dedication of a civil servant, as well as being excited to improve work performance and loyalty. Therefore, it is necessary to determine a promotion. The weighting method in this study uses the Analytical Hirarchy Process. This study also compares this method with the Technique for Ordering Preference based on Similarities with Ideal Solutions. The resulting criteria are formal and informal. Consists of formal sub-criteria consisting of formal education, position experience, class rank, technical competence, managerial competence and socio-cultural competence. Then for the informal sub-criteria consisting of discipline, innovation, creativity, ideas for institutional functions, the ability to collaborate and work in teams, loyalty, responsibility, leadership, ability to communicate well and recommendations at the provincial and / or ministerial level. Furthermore, calculations are carried out using the AHP and TOPSIS methods for data for 2018 which means 1 position, in 2019 means 2 positions, and in 2020 means 4 positions. In one position consists of 3 ASN alternatives. After comparing the accuracy level of the AHP and TOPSIS methods with experts, the results of the AHP method are better in making recommendations for structural promotion of echelon IV ASN by producing a perfect score of 100% and a TOPSIS value of 71.4%

Sistem penjualan dansimpan pinjam pada koperasi pegawai yang berjalan saat inimasih terbilang semi komputerisasi,karena saat melakukan penjualan masih menggunakan pencatatan pada buku besar, lalu nantinyadipindahkan kembali satu-persatu oleh pengurus yang berwenang kedalam Ms.Excel untukpenghitungan dan juga ketika ingin melakukan peminjaman,anggota tersebut harus mendatangibendahara koperasi secara langsung untuk bertransaksi. Cara ini terbilang kurang efektif karenadirasa merepotkan anggota maupun pengurus koperasi juga rentan terjadinya kesalahan akibathuman error. Perancangan sistem penjualan dan simpan pinjam padakoperasi pegawai berbasiswebsite ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah anggota maupun pengurus koperasi dalampengelolaan data dan kegiatan operasional koperasi pegawai nantinya, serta dapat menghasilkanlaporan koperasi pegawai yang lebih akurat untuk semua anggota maupun pengurus koperasiyang bersangkutan.

Sebagian besar orang telah bergantung padamobile device untuk memperoleh informasi, diantaranya informasi tentang lokasi perumahan.Karena dengan ini aplikasi pencarian lokasi menggunakan metode LBS berbasis web inidiharapkan mampu memberikan informasi yang jelas tentang titik-titik lokasi padaperumahaan lingkungan RT/RW 005/008 Perumahan Villa Permata Blok DA Regensi 2Tangerang. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan masihbanyaknya kurir pengantar barang, ojek online dan tamu kesulitan untuk mencari lokasi rumahyang dituju walaupun sudah menanyakan lokasi rumah kepada satpam terlebih dahulu. Danterkadang ada orang tak dikenal masuk kekomplek perumahan tersebut dengan tujuan untukmencuri/merampok rumah yang kosong. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dibutuhkansistem pencarian lokasi berbasis android yang dapat memudahkan kurir, tamu dan warga untukmencari lokasi di perumahan permata tangerang. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan Bahasapemrograman android dan database Mysql, metode analisis menggunakan PIECES, metodeperancangan menggunakan Unified Modelling Language (UML). Hasil dari penelitianmenunjukan bahwa aplikasi berbasis Android dapat memudahkan memudahkan kurir, tamudan warga untuk mencari lokasi di Perumahan Permata Tangerang

In Indonesia alone, cases of the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) were first confirmed in March 2020. The World Health Organization has determined that the COVID-19 virus (coronavirus diseases-19) is a pandemic on March 9, 2020. This has caused many people who are worried if they want to do activities outside the home. So a system is needed regarding the development of Covid-19, especially in Indonesia, to provide information and knowledge to the public so that it is hoped that it can prevent the transmission of the COVID-19 virus. Based on this background, the author will build an information dashboard that can be accessed by the public anywhere and anytime to see the development of Covid-19. By using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, it is hoped that later the system can be quickly built and used. In coding the program the author uses PHP as server-side with API integration from kawalcorona and HTML, CSS, Javascript as client-side. It is hoped that the system created will be used by the public as a reliable and accurate covid-19 information

Get PDFDi masa pandemic covid-19 ini yang terjadi di Indonesia bahkan seluruh dunia membuat aktivitas yang biasa dilakukan menjadi terbatas dan memaksa kita untuk diam dirumah saja. Media informasi mengenai protocol kesehatan dibutuhkan dimana-mana untuk mengingatkan masyarakat betapa pentingnya protocol kesehatan guna pencegahan penyebaran virus ini. Kecamatan Jayanti dalam menyampaikan informasi masih kurang efisien dan belum tersampaikan secara merata dan meluas, informasi yang disampaikan belum sesuai dengan informasi yang berkembang saat ini seperti informasi tentang protocol kesehatan untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid-19, serta bertepatan juga dengan acara HUT Republik Indonesia yang ke-75. Agar dapat menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dibutuhkan media infografis yang baik dan akurat maka dibuatlah media cetak seperti: spanduk wajib memakai masker saat keluar rumah, spanduk pencegahan Covid-19, baliho HUT RI, serta baliho Bantuan Sosial Tunai (BST). Metode penelitiannya yaitu: mengumpulkan data, observasi dan menganalisa perancangan media menggunakan software CorellDraw X5. Dengan adanya media infografis berupa media cetak diharapkan dapat membantu instansi dalam memberikan informasi kepada masyarakat sesuai informasi yang berkembang saat ini

Dengan perubahan yang kerap terjadi, informasi tentang tata letak di area Universitas Raharja menjadi terhambat. Permasalahan mengenai Sign system pada area Universitas Raharja kurang lengkap, dimana tidak adanya petunjuk arah yang menunjukan tata letak ruangan pada area ini, tujuan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan sign system yang meningkatkan daya tarik audiens untuk melihat dan memenuhi kebutuhan informasi untuk Universitas Raharja, dengan dibuatnya desain sign system yang menarik, informatif, dan komunikatif yang didukung dengan pemilihan placement yang tepat diharapkan dapat membantu civitas Universitas Raharja dalam menunjukan arah maupun lokasi yang ingin dituju. Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari beberapa metode seperti observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta penelitian ini dianalisis dengan SWOT dan Perancangan Media. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan sign system di beberapa titik Universitas Raharja, seperti pada koridor Gedung Modern, koridor Gedung Lake View, Kantin, Masjid, Basement, serta Tempat Parkir. Sehingga memiliki kesimpulan yaitu untuk penyampaian informasi yang informatif dan komunikatif pada Universitas Raharja diperlukan media sign system dengan bahasa indonesia dan arah panah yang mudah dimengerti dan dipahami oleh civitas Universitas Raharja
