This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, profitability, capital structure and dividend policy on firm value. The statistical method used is multiple regression analysis. The type of data used in this study is secondary data whose data source is obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The population in this study are companies engaged in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 - 2020 as many as 22 companies. The UPT of Binamarga Service and Water Resources of Tangerang Regency still has various problems, the difficulty in reporting road damage is less fast and less accurate the process is still manual. This research uses the SWOT method, system requirements determination and system modeling using UML (Unified Modeling Language) to describe the visualization, and then uses the MySQL-Server database as the database to implement the hypertext preprocessor (PHP) programming language. Application of RUP (Rational Unified Process) Method in Optimizing Payment Systems and Processing Student Savings Data
Humans continue to innovate in the field of technology, from these innovations it is expected to meet the needs of human life. In educational institutions the role of administration is very important to improve the education system for the better. One of them is in the educational institution of SMKN 5 Tangerang Regency, where the student administration payment system is not optimal. Because the system has not been integrated in the institution. Where the operator will enter and store data in different files, according to the student administration payments made, as well as in making reports. Guardians of students find it difficult to monitor and know when payments are due and the results of student administration payments. So that it has not been able to simplify and accelerate student services related to the information needed by guardians, and the performance of operators. The researcher uses the RUP (Rational Unified Process) development method and to analyze the problem the researcher uses PIECES (Performance, Information, Efficiency, Control, Economy, Service). The system is made using HTML, CSS, Java script, PHP and MySQL languages as the database. The system modeling uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The results obtained from the research is a payment system and student savings data processing. So that it can help in student services, make it easier to get information for guardians and also the performance of operators in making payments and processing student savings data, as well as in recapitulation and report generation
Perbandingan Metode Steganografi Berdasarkan Waktu, Kualitas dan Ukuran Gambar
Citra digital adalah citra dalam bentuk format digital atau media digital seperti harddisk. Citra digital terdiri dari bit (0 atau 1) yang disebut piksel dan memiliki kapasitas yang tinggi untukmenyimpan data dan informasi. Teknik steganografi berusaha menyembunyikan keberadaan data yang bersifat rahasia. Teknik Steganografi yang sempurna dapat menyisipkan pesanrahasia dalam gambar sampul dengan keamanan tingkat tinggi. Informasi, data atau pesan rahaisa tersebut akan dimanipulasi sehingga tidak dapat dideteksi oleh mata manusia. LeastSignificant Bit (LSB), Pixel Value Differencing (PVD), dan Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) merupakan metode yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini. Penelitian ini membandingkan metodetersebut dengan 3 parameter yaitu: Peak Signal to Noise Ratio (PSNR) untuk melihat nilai perbandingan gambar stego (gambar yang sudah disisipkan) dan gambar sampul, waktu prosespada setiap metode dan ukuran gambar stego dan gambar asli. Setiap metode akan menggunakan gambar yang sama dengan tiga resolusi berbeda yaitu 640x480, 800x600, 1280x720. Ketiga resolusi tersebut, masing-masing metode akan menggunakan PSNR sebagai keluaran dari penelitian ini. Hasil percobaan menunjukkan bahwa metode LSB memiliki hasilterbaik pada tiga resolusi pertama.

Perancangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Reminder Piutang Pelanggan Berbasis Web Menggunakan Notifikasi E-mail Studi Kasus PT. Bintang Kanguru
PT Bintang Kanguru setiap hari melakukan penjualan bahan kepada pelanggan yang memesankepada perusahaan. Sistem monitoring dan reminder piutang pelanggan yang berjalan saat ini masihdilakukan dengan cara konvensional yaitu sistem pendataan piutang pelanggan diolahmenggunakan microsoft excell, setiap ada transaksi penjualan maka bagian purchasing akanmendata penjualan di microsoft excell kemudian memberikan data piutang pelanggan ke bagianaccounting untuk di data. Sistem reminder piutang pelanggan dilakukan dengan cara bagianaccounting membuatkan kontra bon sebagai bukti tagihan piutang pelanggan. Accountingmenginformasikan kepada kurir untuk mengirimkan kontra bon kepada pelanggan H-3 sebelumtanggal jatuh tempo pembayaran. Sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapat kekurangandiantaranya accounting membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk menginformasikan tagihan piutangkepada pelanggan karena accounting harus menginstruksikan kurir untuk mengantar kontra bonkepada pelanggan sesuai dengan alamat pelanggan, membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk membuatlaporan piutang pelanggan karena accounting harus merekap pembayaran pelanggan secara satupersatu menggunakan microsoft excell, belum memiliki tempat penyimpanan data karena dokumenpiutang pelanggan disimpan dengan cara mengarsipkan dokumen pada lemari arsip. Untukmengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi saat ini peneliti membuat sistem monitoring dan reminderpiutang pelanggan menggunakan notifikasi email. Sistem dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemogramanPHP dan database MySQL. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis PIECES, metodepengembangan menggunakan SDLC, perancangan sistem menggunakan UML (Unified ModellingLanguage) dan pengujian sistem menggunakan blackbox testing. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sistemmonitoring dan reminder piutang pelanggan menggunakan notifikasi email yang dikirimkan kepadapelanggan sebelum H-3 tanggal jatuh tempo pembayaran
PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN DAN GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT. MAJU BERSAMA
Tujuan dalam melakukan penelitian sekarang ini agar bisa mendapatkan informasi yang akurat berkaitan dengan Kepemimpinan, GCG dan kinerja karyawan, apakah satu dengan yang lain berhubungan dan mengandung kepentingan demi bertahan berkembangnya suatu perusahaan dalam situasi saat ini. Dan juga sebagai bahan masukan pada tempat saya meneliti dimana kepemimpinan, GCG dan kinerja karyawan sangat menetukan dalam suatu perusahaan untuk keberhasilan dan menikatkan laba yang maksimal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini di dapat bahwa koenfisien R Square = 0,728 menujukan bahwa variable kepemimpinan sebesar 72,8% memiliki pengaruh pada variable kinerja kariawan, sementara 27,2% terdapat pada variable lain. koenfisien R Square = 0,673 menujukan bahwa variable GCG sebesar 67,3% memiliki pengaruh pada variable kinerja kariawan, sementara 32,7% terdapat pada variable lain. Sedangkan koenfisien R Square = 0,807 menujukan bahwa variable kepemimpinan dan GCG sebesar 807% memiliki pengaruh pada variable kinerja kariawan, sementara 19,3% terdapat pada variable lain

The existing parking system at Scientia Residences Tangerang is still carried out by entering the vehicle number into the computer by the operator, then printing, this means that the parking ticket given to residents and guests of Scientia Residence Tangerang is in the form of parking paper containing the vehicle number and data when the vehicle entered the parking lot. in these residences. Problems occur when parking attendants carry out parking transactions which are prone to data input errors and other errors. Making an automatic parking system is the best choice to provide solutions to existing problems. The final result of this research is the architectural design of an automatic parking system that uses Arduino Uno to be implemented at Scientia Residences Tangerang with the aim of saving time and improving the performance of the parking attendants of the residences
