    Pengelolaan eJournal URNITY adalah sebuah aspek krusial dalam menyediakan akses dan distribusi yang efektif terhadap literatur ilmiah. URNITY merupakan jurnal pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang menjadi wadah ilmiah bagi peneliti mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah tentang pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Jurnal multidisiplin ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh lembaga penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (LPPM) Universitas Raharja. Fokus dan Ruang Lingkup Artikel yang dimuat dalam URNITY adalah Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat berbasis penelitian seperti Participatory Action Research, Pengembangan Masyarakat Berbasis Aset, Riset Berbasis Masyarakat, Pembelajaran Layanan, Pengembangan Masyarakat. Melalui pendekatan yang terpadu, pengelolaan eJournal bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi layanan dan kualitas, serta memperluas cakupan aksesibilitas literatur ilmiah. Konsep-konsep yang dibahas termasuk pembaruan proses editorial, integrasi sistem manajemen konten, peningkatan strategi promosi dan pemasaran, serta interaksi yang lebih baik dengan pembaca dan penulis. Selain itu, artikel ini menyoroti pentingnya evaluasi berkala untuk memastikan kualitas dan keberlanjutan operasional eJournal. Diharapkan bahwa langkah-langkah ini akan memperkuat peran eJournal URNITY sebagai platform yang dinamis dan inklusif dalam mendukung penelitian dan perkembangan ilmiah.     Financial Reporting Analysis To Measure The Financial Performance Of The Local Government Of Toba Regency

    The purpose of this study is to examine the financial performance of local governments seen from 8 government financial ratios, the data is analyzed descriptively quantitatively with the subject of research on the financial statements of the Regional Government of Toba Regency for 2020-2022. The data collection technique carried out is a documentation technique. The results showed that the financial performance of the Toba Regency government as follows: (1) The Financial Independence Ratio, Regional Financial Dependence Ratio, and Fiscal Decentralization Degree Ratio showed very low results with average values of 7.80%, 6.62%, and 6.62%. (2) The PAD Effectiveness Ratio and Regional Tax Effectiveness Ratio showed very effective results with average values of 104.33% and 111.68%. (3) The PAD Efficiency Ratio and Regional Tax Efficiency Ratio showed very efficient results with high average values of 98.47% and 1.13%. (4) The ratio of BUMD Contribution Degrees shows quite high results with an average value of 11.10%.     This research aims to determine the influence of Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Earning Per Share on the share prices of telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research was 16 telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques and literature study. The data analysis technique in this research uses the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, t Test and F Test. Data processing in this research uses SPSS software version 29 for Windows. The results of this research prove that partially the variables Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Price to Book Value have no effect on share prices, the Earning Per Share variable has an effect on share prices. Simultaneously, Net Profit Margin, Return On Investment, Price to Book Value, and Earning Per Share have a significant effect on share prices

    Monitoring and Evaluation Electrical Power Control in Solar Power Systems Based on IoT

    This study aims to develop a monitoring and electrical power control system for solar power systems based on IoT. The problem addressed is how to monitor and control the electrical power usage from solar panels in real-time over the internet, as well as how to limit the electrical power used by AC loads for energy efficiency. The system is equipped with sensors to measure current, voltage, and light intensity, controlled by an ESP32 microcontroller. Sensor data is processed and displayed in the form of graphs on a web page in real-time. The system also includes additional controls to connect and disconnect the electric current to AC loads, and limit the electrical power, allowing users to manage electrical energy usage efficiently. The research methodology includes several stages: designing the system block diagram, developing the hardware and software, implementing and integrating sensors with the ESP32 microcontroller, and testing the entire system. The results show that the prototype system can function according to the initial design. The system can record current, voltage, power, and light intensity in real-time and display them as graphs and tables on the website. AC load control and power limiting on AC loads can operate according to user commands. Measurements from a 10 Wp solar panel show maximum intensity around noon under sunny conditions, producing a current of up to 0.45 Ampere. The efficiency of the solar panel in this prototype is 12.16%, indicating a need for improvement for more effective use. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi, semakin pesat juga perkembangan game yang mulai mengurangi jam belajar siswa atau siswi SMP saat ini. Untuk mencegah penurunan nilai dan minat yang lebih jauh, maka dirancang sebuah inovasi game android edukasi untuk masalah pembelajaran matematika dan kimia. Melihat kondisi tersebut, pembuatan game “Mastry World” dirasa tepat untuk dijadikan solusi dalam menambah minata belajar sekaligus bermain di saat yang sama. Pembuatan game tersebut menggunakan Android Studio, Java, Xml sebagai bahasa pemrograman, RPG Maker MV sebagai tempat penyimpanan layout dan sumber informasi dari game. Especially in the general section, archiving and document activity processes are still conventional, so it take a long time to complete. Because data is spread across many places and uses many formats, the process of selecting and reporting data is difficult to process well. This web-based electronic archiving system will be created using the Laravel framework and implementing the MVC(Model-View-Controller) architecture as a powerful and widely used software design pattern that encourages separation of concerns, code reuse, and maintainability enabling the archiving of incoming mail and mail. out serves as a data storage location.     Comparison of the K-Means Method with the K-Medoids Method for Recipient Infant Clustering Measles Immunization

    Measles or meales is a disease that can be transmitted, if someone who is affected by measles is in the same room with other people who have never been exposed to or received the measles vaccine, it is estimated that they will be infected with measles. The measles vaccine is a very effective vaccine for preventing measles. This type of vaccine is included in the routine immunization program recommended by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia. So far, there are two types of measles vaccine, namely the MR vaccine and the MMR vaccine. The MR vaccine is used to prevent measles and rubella, while the MMR vaccine prevents measles, rubella and mumps. The target of vaccine administration can be observed by applying the data mining method, while the data mining method that can be used in this study is by using K-Means and K-Medoids. The purpose of this study was to compare the K-Means and K-Medoids methods in analyzing the achievement of vaccine administration to infants aged 9 months to 18 months. The results of the study obtained optimal k values of 21 provinces with the highest cluster of 3 using the K-Means algorithm, while the optimal K values of 10 provinces with the highest cluster of 3 were obtained using the K-Medoids algorithm

    Conceptual Design of an Integrated Smart Home System with PV Solar Power for Traditional Minahasa Wooden House

    The traditional Minahasa wooden house is an integral part of Indonesia's cultural heritage. However, in this modern era, the challenge of preserving cultural authenticity while introducing it to the technological era is becoming increasingly urgent. This research aims to design a Smart Home System concept integrated with Photovoltaic (PV) Solar Power Plant for traditional Minahasa wooden houses. The objective of this study is to identify the potential for integrating smart home technology and PV Solar Power Plant in Minahasa wooden houses and to develop a concept that combines traditional elements with modern technology. The research methodology will involve a literature review to understand the concepts of smart homes, PV Solar Power Plant, and the characteristics of traditional Minahasa wooden houses. Additionally, descriptive research through interviews will be conducted in collaboration with industry partners to obtain data and examples of traditional Minahasa wooden houses to be used as benchmarks in the concept design. This research can contribute to integrating modern technology into Indonesia's cultural traditions while enhancing the competitiveness of Minahasa wooden house products in the market. The result of this research is a conceptual design for the implementation of a Smart Home System integrated with a PV rooftop solar power plant system in Minahasa wooden houses.
