    Rapid advancements in technology compel individuals and organizations to adapt to the ongoing shifts. One significant example of technological advancement is the increasing adoption of computerized work systems across various companies. PT Aliansi Global Manufaktur, a local shoe manufacturing company, is currently navigating this technological shift. The study originates from the company’s reliance on a manual payroll data management system. Such a manual approach presents several challenges, including susceptibility to errors, time and energy inefficiencies in data processing, and extensive storage space requirements. This study utilizes the PIECES analysis framework, which evaluates aspects such as Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. For the design phase, it employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) alongside PHP programming with the Codeigniter framework for system development and a database for data storage. A proposed solution to address these challenges is the development of a web-based payroll system, aimed at reducing errors in salary calculations and simplifying the payroll process

    The purpose of this study is to design and create a decision support system for SMA Negeri 1 Cilegon, also known as SMANCIL. The use of the Simple Additive Weighting method to achieve the objectives of the study. So far, certain methods have not been used to select the best students, so that the decisions made are considered non-objective and not on target. Therefore, a decision support system is expected to help in making decisions about the best students. This study will investigate the case of finding the best alternative based on predetermined criteria. To calculate the weighted sum of the performance ratings for each alternative in all attributes, the SAW method is needed. By using the SAW method, several criteria are calculated to provide recommendations for the desired students. The ranking results show V6 = 0.97 and V28 = 1.00. Based on these results, it can be concluded that of all the specified criteria, V28 is the best student choice. This study is expected to produce a design for selecting the best students that will help teachers choose the best students according to their wishes

    Rancang Bangun Aplikasi Display Multimedia Dengan Fitur Kreasi Konten Interaktif Berbasis Augmented Reality

    Bandung Techno Park (BTP) is one of Telkom University's innovation showcases frequently visited by students from both Indonesia and other countries such as Malaysia and Korea. However, BTP faces challenges in providing multimedia displays that effectively attract attention and offer interactive experiences for visitors. To address this issue, this study develops ARMazing, an Augmented Reality (AR)-based multimedia application designed to display various 3D animals in both realistic and cartoon forms. The research methodology includes literature review, system design based on the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) model, and user testing and evaluation through a survey of 43 BTP visitors. The application features a creation mode, allowing users to select virtual animals, take photos, and record videos with them. Survey results indicate a positive response, with 83.2% of respondents appreciating the visual design, 81.4% valuing the educational content on animal species, and 90.7% enjoying the content creation feature. Based on the findings, ARMazing has proven to be an effective multimedia display medium that enhances attraction and interactivity at Bandung Techno Park while providing visitors with a more engaging educational experience

    Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Tangerang memiliki peran krusial dalam memberikan pelayanan terkait informasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil kepada masyarakat. Penggunaan media desain grafis seperti gambar, ilustrasi dan infografis telah terbukti lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman Masyarakat dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan. Namun, terdapat beberapa tantangan yang dihadapi Dukcapil Kota Tangerang, antara lain kurangnya kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sistem yang belum mendukung secara optimal dan keterbatasan dalam keterbukaan informasi. Hal ini mengakibatkan pelayanan publik di beberapa daerah belum optimal. Oleh karena itu, perancangan media desain grafis yang baik, berguna meningkatkan penyampaian informasi yang jelas dan mudah dipahami kepada masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan dilakukan dalam beberapa tahap yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dari jurnal terkait dan penelitian sebelumnya, serta konsep desain meliputi layout kasar, komprehensif dan final artwork yang dirancang dengan Canva untuk media sosial Instagram. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu desain untuk merayakan hari-hari besar Nasional, kegiatan pelayanan, pelayanan keliling terpadu, serta desain indeks kepuasan masyarakat di Dukcapil Kota Tangerang bertujuan untuk memudahkan masyarakat mendapatkan informasi

    Peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi pelaporan menjadi tantangan utama bagi Dinas Ketahanan Pangan Kota Tangerang. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, sistem E-Reporting berbasis web diimplementasikan sebagai solusi yang memungkinkan optimalisasi pelaporan. Penelitian ini menganalisis sistem E-Reporting tersebut dari berbagai sudut pandang untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kelemahan serta mengevaluasi efektivitasnya dalam konteks lingkungan operasional Dinas Ketahanan Pangan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan pengguna langsung sistem, observasi terhadap proses pelaporan yang ada, dan analisis dokumentasi terkait. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem E-Reporting telah meningkatkan efisiensi pelaporan dan akurasi data, mengurangi keterlambatan dalam proses, dan memfasilitasi akses informasi yang lebih cepat. Namun, beberapa tantangan terkait penggunaan teknologi oleh pengguna awam dan ketersediaan infrastruktur menjadi hambatan dalam implementasi yang optimal. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk memperkuat pelatihan pengguna, meningkatkan dukungan teknis, dan memperluas infrastruktur teknologi informasi guna memaksimalkan manfaat sistem E-Reporting berbasis web ini .Kata Kunci:Sistem Informasi, Sistem Pelaporan Onlin

    Thesis guidance is a crucial stage in higher education, as the thesis is one of the primary requirements for earning a bachelor's degree. One of the main challenges in thesis guidance is managing consultation data between students and their supervisors. The application of technology and machine learning approaches offers significant potential in addressing this issue. Machine learning algorithms such as Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, and Naïve Bayes can be utilized to automatically analyze thesis guidance data, thereby assisting supervisors in efficiently monitoring student progress. This research aims not only to provide a solution for supervisors in monitoring the progress of their students but also to offer a valuable tool for university management to evaluate the performance of supervisors in providing guidance. Based on the results and comparisons conducted, it can be concluded that the Gradient Boosting method achieves the highest accuracy, reaching 100%, compared to Random Forest with an accuracy of 98.8% and Naïve Bayes with an accuracy of 97.4%. From the testing data results using the Naïve Bayes, Gradient Boosting, and Random Forest algorithms, different accuracy levels were observed. However, the prediction outcomes were consistent: out of 235 testing data, 25 data points were classified as "Not Eligible," and 210 data points were classified as "Eligible" based on the established criteria

    Analisa Perbaikan Jatuh Tegangan Dan Rugi Daya Penyulang Distribusi Menggunakan ETAP

    Susut energi adalah energi hilang dalam proses distribusi aliran listrik. Susut energi di PLN UID Jakarta Raya meningkat 4.7% atau 106.11 GWh dari tahun 2021 ke 2022, yang merupakan kenaikan terbesar kedua unit Jawa Bali di PT. PLN (Persero) setelah UID Jawa Timur dengan susut 140.54 GWh, UID Jawa Tengah dan DIY sebesar 65.19 GWh, UID Banten sebesar 64.53 GWh dan UID Jawa Barat sebesar 33.89 GWh. Faktor utama susut energi adalah rugi daya, yang membutuhkan analisis parameter beban dan tegangan. Penelitian ini menganalisa kondisi penyulang distribusi dengan beban besar dan panjang, yaitu penyulang Sigap, dengan menggunakan Load Flow Analysis pada aplikasi ETAP. Tujuannya untuk menampilkan rugi daya dan tegangan jatuh pada kondisi eksisting penyulang, maupun setelah rekonfigurasi sebagai solusi perbaikan. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan kondisi eksisting tegangan ujung penyulang turun sebanyak 5,7% dari tegangan pelayanan dengan rugi daya 337.886 kW. SPLN No.72 Tahun 1987 memperbolehkan turun tegangan maksimal sebesar 5 %. Simulasi rencana rekonfigurasi menunjukkan bahwa rencana 1 berhasil memperbaiki tegangan ujung dari 18,87 kV menjadi 19,258 kV dan mengurangi rugi daya sebesar 84.9628 kW. Sedangkan rencana 2 berhasil memperbaiki tegangan ujung menjadi 19.82 kV dan rugi daya berkurang 195.6461 kW yang menjadikannya solusi perbaikan yang paling efektif untuk memperbaiki tegangan dan rugi daya

    Implementasi ANFIS Untuk Forecasting Penjualan Sembako Pada CV XYZ

    This study compares the performance of three fuzzy membership functions—Gaussmf, Gbellmf, and Trimf—in forecasting basic goods sales. The evaluation was conducted by measuring the Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) on both training and testing data across various window sizes. The evaluation results indicate that the Trimf membership function achieved the best performance. For a window size of 4, Trimf yielded a testing RMSE of 1.77 and a testing MAPE of 8.23%, outperforming Gaussmf (RMSE 2.82, MAPE 12.57%) and Gbellmf (RMSE 4.64, MAPE 17.54%). Meanwhile, Gaussmf and Gbellmf exhibited weaker performance on testing data, particularly at larger window sizes. These findings suggest that the appropriate selection of fuzzy membership functions can significantly enhance prediction accuracy. Future research could explore combinations of membership functions or other parameters that may further improve forecasting performance

    This research develops a mobile application based on podcasts to enhance language skills, particularly in listening. Listening is considered a priority because vocabulary comprehension is necessary before mastering speaking, reading, and writing. Podcasts are chosen as the learning medium due to their ability to present audio on specific topics, aiding users in more effectively understanding the language. The application is also equipped with a recommendation system that utilizes the Hybrid Recommender System method, tailoring content based on user behavior and content similarity. The research results show that this application can optimize language learning, with a particular focus on language learning through podcasts, and helps users improve their language skills with a precision value of 85,6%, recall 85,9%, F1-Measure 88% and 80,2 for SUS testing

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh work stress dan work life balance, terhadap affective commitment dengan reward sebagai variabel mediasi di gerai Mixue di daerah Cikarang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk menguji korelasi antar variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan kepada 51 rosponden yang merupakan karyawan dari enam cabang gerai Mixue yang berada di daerah Cikarang. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan pernyataan kuesioner dengan skala 1 sampai 5 dan disebarkan secara langsung. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa work stress tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap affective commitment, work stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap reward, work life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap affective commitment, work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap reward, reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap affective commitment. Serta work stress dan work life balance berpengaruh positif terhadap affective commitment bila di mediasi dengan reward di gerai Mixu
