Analisis Keterbukaan Ekonomi Dan Ekspor Di Indonesia: Studi Empiris Pada Dampak Covid-19 Dan Peperangan Rusia-Ukraina
Full text linkGlobal economic uncertainty due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine war has had an impact on the supply chain of goods and services. In the midst of global economic turmoil, Indonesia's trade performance has had a positive average trade balance in the last 5 years. This study examines the impact of economic conditions on trade openness and exports in Indonesia, and assesses the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the Russia-Ukraine War. The research method used is ARDL to to examine the short-run and long-run effects of variables using monthly data from 2017 to 2022. The findings show that the Inflation variable has a positive impact on trade openness and exports in Indonesia, this contradiction with Romer's hypothesis and implies that the possibility of Indonesia's international trade is in line with the approach of the Ricardian model. The addition of Covid-19 cases has a negative impact on trade openness, while the pandemic period has a positive impact on exports. The variables of the Russia-Ukraine war have a negative but not significant impact. Policy recommendations are to maintain domestic productivity in order to maintain the needs of goods and services, as well as domestic and foreign supply chain

Full text linkLow mathematics learning outcomes, low student learning activity in learning mathematics and low teacher skills in teaching because the teacher only uses the lecture learning model. This type of research is classroom action research. This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of mathematics in fraction material in class III students of Lerep 04 Public Elementary School in the 2022/2023 academic year through the application of an ethnomathematics-laden contextual model. The subjects of this study were 21 students of class III SDN Lerep 04, consisting of 8 boys and 13 girls. This research was conducted on 23 February - 4 March 2023 at SDN Lerep 04. The research instruments were (1) tests to measure class III student learning outcomes, (2) non-tests in the form of observation sheets to observe teacher teaching skills and student learning activities in learning. Data analysis techniques using quantitative and qualitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the ethnomathematics-loaded contextual loaded model can improve student learning outcomes. This is evidenced by the acquisition in the first cycle of learning outcomes of 53% (11 students) completing KKM, teaching teacher skills 2.32 (good enough), and student learning activities 57% (12 students). Cycle II learning outcomes by 67% (14 students) complete KKM, teacher skills 2.72 (Good), and student learning activities by 71% (15 students). Cycle III learning outcomes were 86% (18 students) complete KKM, teacher teaching skills were 3.36 in the Very Good category, as well as student learning activities 85% (18 students) in the Good category

HAM adalah hak dasar yang dimiliki manusia sejak manusia itu dilahirkan. HAM dapat dirumuskan sebagai hak yang melekat pada kodrat hidup sebagai manusia. Hak ini dimiliki oleh manusia semata-mata ia manusia, bukan karena pemberian masyarakat atau pemberian negara. Maka HAM itu tidak tergantung dari pengakuan manusia lain, masyarakat lain, atau negara lain. Masalah HAM adalah sesuatu hal yang sering kali dibicarakan dan lebih diperhatikan dalam era reformasi ini. Perlu diingat bahwa dalam hal pemenuhan hak, kita hidup tidak sendiri dan kita hidup bersosialisasi dengan orang lain. Jangan sampai kita melakukan pelanggaran HAM terhadap orang lain dalam usaha memperoleh atau pemenuhan HAM pada kita sendiri. Kata Kunci : Perlindungan, Penegakan, Hak Asasi Manusi
Pengaruh Intensitas Belajar di Rumah terhadap Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas V SDN Gedanganak 03 Ungaran
No full textThis research was motivated by the lack of maximum learning outcomes in Mathematics and the low intensity of learning at home by fifth grade students at SDN Gedanganak 03 Ungaran. The purpose of this study was to determine whether or not the intensity of studying at home had an effect on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Gedanganak 03 Ungaran. The type of research used is ex post facto quantitative research. The population in this study amounted to 35 students of class V. The sampling technique used saturated sampling because all the populations in this study were used as samples. The variables studied included: the intensity of studying at home and learning outcomes of Mathematics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Then the results of the data obtained were analyzed using a simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the research and after the data was analyzed, there was an effect of the intensity of studying at home on learning outcomes in Mathematics. This is shown by the results of simple linear regression, namely the value of Sign. smaller than 0.05 (0.00 ttable (5.279 > 2.035). Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. This means that there is a significant influence between the intensity of studying at home on the mathematics learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SDN Gedanganak 03 Ungaran.Keywords: learning intensity, home, learning outcomes, mathematic
Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Mata Pelajaran Matematika Materi Pembagian menggunakan Papan Pembagian Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri Sumowono
No full textThis study was motivated by the low value of mathematics subjects in division material in class IV at SD Negeri Sumowono. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to improve student learning achievement in learning math division material in Class IV SD Negeri Sumowono using a division board. The purpose of this study was to improve learning achievement in mathematics subject of division using division board.The research subjects were all fourth grade students of SD Negeri Sumowono which amounted to 26 students. This research was conducted in March of the 2022/2023 academic year. In this study, 2 data collection techniques were used, namely: (1) Tests to determine the value of student learning outcomes; (2) Observations made during the learning process to determine teacher skills and student activities.The results of the research were an increase in learning achievement as indicated by the results of the evaluation test in cycle I, which was completed by 11 students (42.30%), in cycle II it increased to 22 students (84.61%). For teacher skills, he received a score of 77.5 (Good) in cycle I and increased to 90 (very good) in cycle II. Student activity increased in the very good category from no students getting a very good score (0%) to 4 students getting a very good score (15.39%). Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in achievement in mathematics in division material using division boards in class IV students at Sumowono State Elementary School.Keywords: Mathematics, Division Material using the Division Board

The use of the internet has changed consumer behavior from direct purchases in stores to online purchases. Online shopping makes it easy for consumers to shop without spending a lot of time and effort in stores. In addition to the convenience obtained in online shopping, it is important to have a marketing strategy in selling online, namely viral marketing, online consumer reviews, prices, and brand ambassadors. This study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, online consumer reviews, prices, and brand ambassadors on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia. The population of this research is all Tokopedia users in Indonesia. The method used is a quantitative method with data collection using purposive sampling which is distributed through a questionnaire on google form to 220 respondents. The data has been processed using multiple linear regression, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. The results show that: (1) Viral Marketing has a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (2) Online Consumer Reviews have a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (3) Price has a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia (4) Brand Ambassadors have a significant and positive influence on online purchasing decisions at Tokopedia.Keywords: viral marketing, online consumer reviews, price, brand ambassado

Full text linkEpidemi COVID-19 telah menimbulkan ancaman bagi kelangsungan hidup perusahaan dan menarik perhatian para praktisi tata kelola perusahaan. Studi ini berfokus pada bagaimana praktik tata kelola perusahaan dapat membantu bisnis bertahan dari masalah COVID-19. Untuk mencapai hal ini, peneliti menganalisis artikel dari jurnal bisnis terkemuka untuk mempelajari krisis masa lalu dan mengidentifikasi alat tata kelola perusahaan yang mungkin mampu mengatasi masalah COVID-19. Komite manajemen risiko, keberagaman dewan, direktur independen, investor asing, kepemilikan institusional, konsentrasi kepemilikan, fungsi ganda CEO, kepemilikan blok, dan kepemilikan keluarga adalah beberapa alat tata kelola. Peneliti menganalisis literatur tata kelola perusahaan sebelum menyajikan implikasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa komite manajemen risiko independen, kepemilikan institusional, independensi dewan, kepemilikan blok, dan kepemilikan keluarga adalah mekanisme tata kelola yang penting dan sukses dibandingkan yang lainnya
Health Workers' Performance in the Midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic
Full text linkThis study examines the effect of work-life balance, occupational health and safety, and job satisfaction on performance in three public health centers in Semarang Regency. The type used in this research is quantitative research. The method used in this study is the SEM-PLS method and the SmartPLS analytical software which includes a questionnaire with 114 samples. The research instrument is part of the SEM-PLS method and SmartPLS software. The research findings indicate that while the relationship of work-life balance on performance may be mediated by job satisfaction, the relationship of occupational health and safety on performance cannot. As a result, work-life balance and occupational health and safety both have an indirect impact on performance
ANALISA PERBANDINGAN KEKERASAN PAVING DENGAN CAMPURAN ABU BATU DAN PASIR
Full text linkPaving block is an environmentally friendly construction where paving blocks are very good at helping groundwater conservation, implementation is faster, easy to install and maintain, has a variety of forms that add aesthetic value, and the price is easy to reach. Therefore, paving blocks are an important building material in the construction of public facilities, especially for road construction in residential areas. The use of paving blocks in the field is still limited to parking lot pavements, sidewalks, parks and connecting buildings. Even though the application of paving block materials is very wide. However, of course, local experience and the successful use of paving blocks will play more and more influence in terms of the application of these materials. Stone ash in this study was used as a substitute for natural fine aggregate (natural sand) with the proportions of 0%, 15%, 30%, 45%, and 60%. To get the optimal compressive strength value, the researcher has the opinion of a combination of fine aggregate of natural sand and rock ash waste with the appropriate percentage. And tested with mortar age of 14 days and 28 days. In the study, the volume weight test of paving blocks with the addition of stone ash waste obtained the highest compressive strength at a variation of 45% for the test at the age of 14 days and 28 days, with the compression test for 14 days reaching a compressive strength of 100.92 kg/cm2 and for the compressive test 28 day reached a compressive strength of 160.28 kg/cm2
ANALISIS EFISIENSI FAKTOR-FAKTOR PRODUKSI USAHATANI TEMBAKAU RAKYAT KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG
Full text linkDi Kabupaten Temanggung, tanaman tembakau merupakan salah satu ciri khas petani. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh serta tingkat efisiensi dari faktor-faktor produksi usahatani tembakau rakyat, seperti jumlah bibit, jumlah pupuk kandang, jumlah pupuk urea, jumlah pestisida, dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang digunakan dalam produksi usahatani tembakau rakyat di Kabupaten Temanggung. Pengumpulan data primer dan memperoleh jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang petani yang dilakukan dengan Teknik wawancara dan kuisioner. Metode yang digunakan dalam menjelaskan penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi berganda, sedangkan metode yang digunakan untuk menjelaskan efisiensi faktor-faktor produksi usahatani tembakau rakyat menggunakan fungsi produksi frontier stcochastic dengan bentuk fungsi produksinya adalah fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglass. Faktor-faktor produksi usahatani tembakau di Kabupaten Temangung dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel bibit, pupuk kendang, pupuk urea, dan pestisida berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil produksi tembakau rakyat di Kabupaten Temanggung. Variabel tenaga kerja berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap hasil produksi tembakau rakyat. Faktor-faktor produksi usahatani tembakau rakyat di Kabupaten Temanggung belum mencapai tingkat efisiensi baik dalam efisiensi teknis, efisiensi harga, maupun efisiensi ekonomis. Penyuluh pertanian diharapkan intensitas kegiatan penyuluhan pertanian harus ditingkatkan supaya petani semakin terampil dalam melakukan budidaya tembakaunya
