Get PDFUndang-Undang Perkawinan menganut prinsip asas mempersulit perceraian. Disisi lain, Mahkamah Agung mengeluarkan SEMA sebagai pedoman dalam menangani perceraian. Dengan adanya SEMA, akan memberikan dampak berupa kemudahan dalam menyelesaikan perkara perceraian. Penelitian ini menitikberatkan permalasahan pada implementasi SEMA Nomor 3 Tahun 2023 tentang Hukum Kamar Agama Bagian Perkawinan terhadap kasus perceraian di Mahkamah Syar’iyah Sinabang dan apa saja kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dan menjelaskan implementasi SEMA Nomor 3 Tahun 2023 tentang Hukum Kamar Agama Bagian Perkawinan terhadap kasus perceraian di Mahkamah Syar’iyah Sinabang dan apa saja kendala yang dihadapi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah yuridis empiris. Dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder melalui obsevasi dan wawancara serta studi kepustakaan. Data yang diproleh kemudian dianalisis secara preskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SEMA tentang kasus perceraian belum berjalan optimal, hal ini dikarenakan gagalnya upaya pengadilan untuk meyakinkan kembali untuk tidak melanjutkan perkara perceraian

Get PDFThis paper details the report of the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training on Inventory, Planning, and Monitoring of Peat Ecosystems in the districts of West Aceh and Nagan Raya held in October 2023. The activities involved lecturers from Universitas Malikussaleh, AKN Aceh Barat, UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, and the Sustainable Ecosystem Foundation (YEL), with the aim of formulating the Plan for the Protection and Management of Peat Ecosystems (RPPEG). Through the FGD, a deep understanding of the complexity of peat ecosystem management was achieved, with the identification of challenges such as land use change. The technical training included GIS mapping and peat depth measurements, enhancing the skills of the RPPEG drafting team. With a strong legal foundation and involving multiple stakeholders, this report becomes a strategic basis for the RPPEG in West Aceh and Nagan Raya. These steps encompass the protection of local communities, creating an inspirational model for other regions in managing peat ecosystems in accordance with sustainability principles and environmental regulations

Get PDFAs the heirs of civilization, Generation Z exhibits interest in visiting historical tourist destinations, demonstrating that they still harbor a sense of nationalism that never forgets the history of heroes. As Bung Karno once said, "A great nation is a nation that can appreciate the services of its heroes." The interest of generation Z in visiting the historical tourism site of Teuku Umar's mausoleum in the West Aceh area is measured using the theory of planned behavior (TPB). In this study, which employs a quantitative methodology, a sample of 96 respondents provided the primary data. The findings of this study show that generation Z's attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control have direct positive effect on generation Z's behaviour intention to visit Teuku Umar’s grave in the West Aceh district
Deteksi Tingkat Kematangan Benih Cabai (Capsicum sp.) Berdasarkan Parameter Fisiologis dan Biokimiawi
Get PDFPenggunaan benih berkualitas tinggi merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan budidaya tanaman. Oleh karenanya, penentuan waktu panen yang tepat ketika benih berada pada fase masak fisiologis merupakan faktor krusial yang menentukan daya simpan dan daya berkecambah benih. Percobaan ditujukan untuk mengamati korelasi parameter-parameter fisiologis (kadar air, indeks vigor, dan daya berkecambah) terhadap parameter-parameter biokimiawi (total karotena dan kandungan klorofil benih) untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan benih cabai (Capsicum sp.). Percobaan yang menggunakan 3 taraf kemasakan benih berdasar warna kulit buah cabai ini memperlihatkan kemungkinan deteksi kemasakan benih secara fisiologi maupun biokimiawi. Masak fisiologi benih cabai yang diuji tercapai pada saat kulit buah berwarna oranye, ketika parameter-parameter pengamatan fisiologi (IV dan DB) serta biokimiawi (karoten dan klorofil) mencapai titik tertinggi.

Get PDFOne of the most abundant fish resources in Indonesian waters. Almost all small pelagic fish caught landed in Indonesia are consumed locally because the price is relatively cheap and tastes good, so it is thought that their contribution to meeting the community's need for protein from fish is very real (Fauziah 2010). In Indonesia, there are various methods of processing fish, one of which is making fish balls. The aim of this research was to determine the level of preference for fish meatball products for small pelagic fish meat types. The method used was experimental research with treatment of 3 types of small pelagic fish meat, namely flying fish, mackerel and trevally. The parameters observed are the level of preference based on organoleptic characteristics which include appearance, aroma, texture and taste. The analysis used is Friedman analysis followed by a multiple comparison test if there are differences between treatments. The best decision making is done using the Bayes method. From the research results, it can be concluded that the fish meatballs with the three treatments were not significantly different
‘Men More Polite Than Women?': Gender Differences Study of Bimanese Interaction in Requesting
Get PDFThis study examines gender differences in request speech and politeness, focusing on how men and women use different linguistic strategies to convey requests politely. This study aims to analyze the alerter and supporting speech elements in request speech in the Bima language as spoken by male and female students. It also compares the request speech elements used by men and women. Using a qualitative approach, the data analyzed consists of request utterances in the Bima language. Data were collected through recording techniques and discourse completion tests. The data analysis involved categorizing the speech elements as units of analysis, focusing on alerter and supporting elements, and classifying them based on Blum-Kulka’s framework. The analysis revealed that male speech tended to demonstrate familiarity with the interlocutor through the varied use of alerter greetings, while female speech showed politeness by employing supporting speech. This difference indicates that men are more inclined to use positive politeness strategies, whereas women tend to use negative politeness strategies

In which the author attempts to describe the strength and empowerment of Gampong organizations in advancing the nation and improving the welfare of the people of Gampong Mee Panyang Busu, Mutiara District, Pidie Regency, Aceh Province. The results found the following points: namely by maximizing the duties and functions of Gampong apparatus/equipment by delegating tasks to each position, preparing superior Gampong empowerment programs, and realizing each activity program that has been mutually agreed upon
Analysis of Completeness of Medical Records in Inpatient Patients at Dr. Pirngadi Hospital, Medan City
Get PDFRecording of medical record files must meet the minimum standards of hospital services. The purpose of this study was to analyze the completeness of medical record documents for inpatients at RSUD DR. Pirngadi, Medan City. This study used a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, the data analysis used was a univariate test. Of the 540 medical record files, there were 131 incomplete medical record files which were used as the population and used a sample of 99 medical record files. The research was conducted on January 9-February 17, 2023. The results showed that of the 99 medical record files on the patient's medical resume items, the majority 75 (75.8%) were complete, the minority 24 (24.2%) were incomplete, assessment initial medical majority 88 (88.9%) complete files, minority 11 (11.1%) incomplete, majority nursing assessment complete 99 (100%), cppt majority 83 (83.8%) complete files, minority 16 (16.2%) were incomplete, the majority of hand over forms were 99 (100%) complete, the majority of medical cards were 87 (87.9%) complete, the minority were 12 (12.1%) incomplete and the majority of nutritional care forms are complete 99 (100%). Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the incomplete inpatient medical record files at RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan City were affected by PPA's lack of compliance and discipline in filling out medical record files. It is expected that all PPAs can write down all examination actions in the patient's medical record file completely
Prevalence and Risk Factors of Urinary Tract Infections in Hospitals in Yogyakarta
Get PDFUrinary tract infection is an infectious disease that is common in society and brings many disadvantages, including longer treatment and more expensive treatment costs. This study aimed to analyze the prevalence and risk factors for Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) at Hospital, Yogyakarta. The research design is an analytical observational study using a cross-sectional design. The samples in this study were patients diagnosed with Urinary Tract Infection at the hospital. Sample selection method Sampling was carried out by consecutive sampling. Retrieval of data from patient data stored in medical records. Ethics permit from PKU Muhammadiyah Gamping Hospital with number: 053/KEP-PKU/III/2023. The prevalence of UTI during the 2 years of data collection was 65 people, with details of 16 men and 49 women. There is a relationship between length of stay and the incidence of UTI with p = 0.019 and OR = 2.56, there is a relationship between age and UTI with p = 0.001 and OR = 7.113 and there is a relationship between gender and UTI with p = 0.001 and OR = 4,136. The effect of length of treatment, age, and gender on the incidence of UTI was 31.4%. The incidence of UTI was 65 cases. Factors that influence the incidence of UTI are length of stay, age, and gender with a p-value of 31.4%. The study concluded that length of stay, age, and gender significantly influence the incidence of Urinary Tract Infections at Hospital, Yogyakarta, with these factors accounting for 31.4% of the variance in UTI cases
TINJAUAN YURIDIS PERATURAN GUBERNUR ACEH NOMOR 15 TAHUN 2023 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENGOLAHAN DAN PENGELUARAN GETAH PINUS
Get PDFAceh Governor Regulation Number 15 of 2023 concerning Guidelines for Pine Sap Processing and Expenditure was issued and signed directly by the Acting Governor of Aceh on May 29, 2023. Since the issuance of this Pergub, the sale of raw pine sap outside the Aceh region has stopped, causing farmers or business actors to be unable to continue trade contracts that have been running with business actors outside Aceh. The results showed that the spirit and purpose of the issuance of this Pergub is so that pine sap which is one of Aceh's Natural Resources can be utilized, managed, have added value, and can increase Regional Original Income which in the end can be used for the prosperity of the people. From Article 7 of the Governor's Regulation it can be seen that the Government of Aceh stops the sale of pine sap outside the Aceh region temporarily until the needs of the Pine Sap processing industry in the Aceh region are met first. However, based on data published by DPMPTSP Aceh in 2021, conditions in the field currently Aceh only has 2 (two) pine sap processing plants, namely in Central Aceh and Gayo Lues, causing pine sap stocks in the region to be abundant, and causing pine sap prices in the Aceh region to be low, which ultimately has an impact on price stability and the economy of pine sap farmers themselves. Therefore, the Government of Aceh must pay attention to various aspects both from philosophical, sociological, and juridical aspects in the formation of Governor Regulation No. 15 of 2023 so as not to cause negative impacts on the economy of the community, especially farmers or pine sap business actors. The advice given is that the Government of Aceh needs to review Governor Regulation No. 15 of 2023, especially related to the economic impact caused, and harmony between other laws and regulations while still paying attention to aspects of the specificity of Aceh itself, so that the enactment of the Governor's Regulation does not actually hamper the productivity that has been carried out by farmers and / or pine sap business actors.
