Efektivitas Amandemen Organik dan Trikoderma dalam Meningkatkan Kualitasi Pembibitan Kopi Arabika pada Tanah Andisol Kecamatan Namanteran Kabupaten Karo
This research aims to evaluate how effective the use of organic amendments and Trichoderma mushrooms is in increasing the quality of Arabica coffee seeds planted on Andisol type land in the Namanteran District, Karo Regency. The method used is a random igroup design (RAK) with a single treatment design (non-factorial), which consists of eight different treatments and each of them is repeated four times. The treatments include: A0 (no treatment/control), A1 (compost 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A2 (biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A3 (manure 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A4 (manure 20 g + biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A5 (compost 20 g + biochar 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), A6 (compost 20 g + 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant), and A7 (biochar 20 g + manure 20 g + Trichoderma 10 g per plant). The parameters observed in this research include plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf surface area, and root system length. This treatment showed a real influence on all plant growth parameters, including height, stem diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, and root length at ages 2 and 3 BST.Keywords: Coffee, Seedling Cultivation, Organic Amendment, Trichoderm
Pengaruh Penambahan Abu Sekam Padi Terhadap Kuat Tekan Beton
Agricultural waste is waste derived from agricultural production, such ash, produced from combustion, has high pozzolanic properties due to its silica content and can be founf in areas with extensive rice fields village, kairatu district, wets seram regency, maluku. the method used is an experimental method in the laboratory using a partial cement substutute in the form of rice husk ash with varying dosages of 0%, 5%, 10% and 15% of the amount of cement tested at the ages of 7 and 28 days. the results of the study found that there was a decrease in pressure strength. the more percentage of rice husk ash used, the more the compressive strength of concrete decreases compared to normal concrete 0% (19.1 mpa), concrete with asp 5% (15.3 mpa) decreases by 19.9%, concrete with asp 10% (13.0 mpa) decreases by 31.9%, and the decrease for concrete with asp 15% (12.1 mpa) is 36.6% of normal concrete and rice husk ash to the slump, which is an increase in slump value. the slump value on normal concrete is 7.5 cm, concrete with an asp of 5% (9.5 cm) experiences a percentage increase in slump value of 26.7%, concrete with an asp of 10% (10cm) of 33.3% and concrete with an asp of 15% (11 cm) experiences a percentage increase of 46.7% from normal concrete
STRATEGI PENINGKATAN FASILITAS DI PELABUHAN PERIKANAN LAMBADA LHOK, ACEH BESAR
The Lambada Lhok Fish Landing Base (PPI Lambada Lhok), strategically located in Aceh Besar District, serves as an important fisheries port. However, its current infrastructure remains insufficient to support optimal fishing activities. This study aimed to develop strategic recommendations for improving the facilities and operational performance of PPI Lambada Lhok. Primary data were collected through direct observation, questionnaires, and semi-structured interviews with purposively selected stakeholders. Secondary data, encompassing fishing gear inventories, landing volumes, fleet composition, and existing infrastructure, were obtained from the port management authority. Data were analysed using SWOT analysis, followed by prioritization of strategic alternatives through the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM). The QSPM results identified three priority strategies: (1) dredging the port basin to maintain adequate navigational depth and ensure smooth vessel operations (TAS = 5.969); (2) increasing the number of fishing vessels above 5 gross tonnes (GT) to enhance fleet capacity (TAS = 5.598); and (3) upgrading port facilities to support increased production of key fishery commodities, leveraging the resource potential of Fisheries Management Areas (WPP-NRI) 571 and 572 (TAS = 5.562). Implementation of these prioritized strategies is strongly recommended to port authorities and relevant stakeholders to accelerate the development and operational efficiency of PPI Lambada Lho
THE INFLUENCE OF LENGTH OF SOAMING POWDER FISHING TOOLS ON FRESHWATER LOBSTER CATCH RESULTS(Cherax quadricarinatus) IN TELAGO VILLAGE KERINCI LAKE
Kerinci Lake is a type of tectonic lake located in the Kerinci Regency, Jambi Province. The fishing gear such as tangkul/ pesap, nets (trawls), and traps (lukah) are commonly used in Telago Village. This research aims to investigate the effect of soaking duration of trap fishing gear on the catch of freshwater lobster. This research was conducted from February 27 to March 18, 2024. An experimental fishing method was employed, comparing soaking durations of 24 hours and 12 hours. Quantitative data were analyzed using frequency of occurrence, followed by T-test analysis. The results showed that a 24-hour soaking period yielded 237 lobsters with an average weight of 34.75 grams, with the highest frequency of occurrence at 44% and the lowest at 24%, averaging 33.20%. In contrast, a 12-hour soaking period resulted in 119 lobsters with an average weight of 33.88 grams, with the highest frequency of occurrence at 32% and the lowest at 8%, averaging 17.60%. T-test analysis indicated no significant effect of soaking duration on the number of lobsters caught, average weight, or depth-related environmental parameters. However, significant effects were observed for environmental parameters such as temperature and pH. In conclusion, while soaking duration does not significantly affect the catch of freshwater lobster (Cherax quadricarinatus), the 24-hour soaking period resulted in a higher yield
Apakah CG Disclosure dan ROE Mempengaruhi Financial Distress?
Financial Distress (FD) is a critical stage requiring an accurate early warning system. Previous studies identify profitability (Return on Equity - ROE) and Corporate Governance (CG) as key determinants. However, gaps exist regarding CG's weakening effectiveness under pressure and the challenging interpretation of high profitability in the Indonesian context. This study aims to examine the effect of the Corporate Governance Disclosure Index (CGDI) and ROE on FD probability. The methodology employs Logistic Regression on 256 companies from the Cyclical Industry (2023–2024). Variables and measures utilized include: FD as the binary dependent variable (Springate S-Score), CGDI and ROE as an independent. The model was found to be simultaneously significant in predicting FD, yet the Hosmer and Lemeshow Test indicated the model is not fully fitted. Individually, CGDI has no significant effect on FD. This finding supports the view that formal CG mechanisms lose monitoring effectiveness under financial pressure (distress), often acting as mere formal legitimacy (Legitimacy Theory). Conversely, ROE has a significant and positive effect on FD probability. This counter-intuitive finding is interpreted as illusory profitability or earnings management due to strong managerial incentives (Agency Theory). High ROE becomes a misleading signal, reinforcing that profitability interpretation is a major issue within the Indonesian distress context. Consequently, the findings highlight the imperative for market participants to shift analytical focus toward underlying cash flow and liquidity indicators, while demonstrating the need for internal CG mechanisms beyond mere disclosure to effectively mitigate financial distress risk in the Indonesian market environment
Implementasi Sanksi Adat bagi Calon Mempelai dalam Pemutusan Hubungan Pertunangan (Studi Penelitian di Desa Meurandeh, Kecamatan Lembah Sabil, Kabupaten Aceh Barat Daya)
Engagement as a stage before marriage is expected to proceed as it should. However, along the way, various problems arise that lead to the dissolution of the engagement. If it is broken, sanctions will certainly be imposed. The purpose of this paper is to examine the implementation of customary sanctions for prospective brides and grooms in the termination of engagement in Meurandeh Village, Lembah Sabil District, Southwest Aceh Regency. The research method used is the empirical juridical method. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of sanctions is carried out according to the form of the sign given during the engagement. If the sign given in the engagement is gold, then the gold is returned to the groom (if the guilty party is a woman). However, if the guilty party is the man, then the gold is forfeited (remains the property of the woman), the man no longer has any rights to the gold. If the sign given in the engagement is a sum of money, and the guilty party is a woman, then the money given must be returned to the groom twice as much. However, if the guilty party is the man, then the money that has been given is forfeited and becomes the property of the woman. It is recommended that village customary officials strengthen the delivery of information regarding sanctions during engagements, so that prospective brides and grooms are committed to carrying out the engagement until the marriage contract and marriage.
COMBINATION OF VCO (Virgin Coconut Oil) AND FISH OIL IN COMMERCIAL FEED ON THE GROWTH AND SURVIVAL OF FRESHWATER POMFRET FISH (Colossoma macropomum)
Pomfret (Colossoma macropomum) is a freshwater fish that is one of the leading commodities in Indonesia, and has good prospects for development because it has a delicious and savory taste. The obstacle that is often faced today in pomfret cultivation is the high Feeding Rate value in pomfret fish is not comparable to the growth produced by efforts made to increase growth and survival in pomfret fish, namely by adding VCO and fish oil to commercial feed. The research design used in this study was an experimental method using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 4 treatments and 3 replications where P1: 7% Fish oil / kg feed, P2: 5% Fish oil + 2% VCO / kg feed, P3: 3% Fish Oil + 4% VCO / kg feed, and P4: 7% VCO / kg feed. The results obtained on absolute weight growth showed the best treatment, namely in P3, which was 10.46 g, while the best survival rate was in P1, which was 96.67%. In P1, where fish oil is 7% with a survival value of 96.67%, this is because fish oil contains omega-3 fatty acids such as DHA and EPA which are important for increasing the immunity and physiological function of pomfret fish
SEBARAN BOBOT DAN UKURAN IKAN PARI BINTANG (Neotrygon kuhlii) DAN PARI MACAN (Himantura uarnak) YANG DI DARATKAN DI PT. PERIKANAN INDONESIA KABUPATEN SIMEULUE
Kabupaten Simeulue merupakan daerah kepulauan pesisir yang terletak di bagian barat Provinsi Aceh. Panjang garis pantai Simeulue dengan panjang lebih kurang 502.732.22 km. PT. Perindo Kabupaten Simeulue siap menampung semua ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan lokal Simeulue untuk di produksi menjadi komoditas siap ekspor dengan menerapkan one day fishing yaitu nelayan yang berangkat pagi akan membawa hasil tangkapan ikan pada sore hari sehingga berpengaruh pada kualitas ikan yang baik. Ikan pari adalah salah satu ikan kelas Elasmobranchii. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sebaran ukuran ikan pari bintang dan pari macan yang di daratkan di PT. Perikanan Indonesia Kabupaten Simeulue. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi. Metode observasi merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang akurat melalui sesuatu pengamatan, dengan disertai pencatatan-pencatatan terhadap keadaan atau perilaku suatu objek sasaran. Analisis data yang diperoleh adalah menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rumus distribusi frekuensi (bobot, panjang dan lebar). Hasil penelitian di tampilkan dalam bentuk grafik. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan sebanyak 94 individu pari bintang dan 51 individu pari macan.
Pengaruh Penambahan Tembaga (Cu) terhadap Kekerasan Aluminium Berbasis Daur Ulang Limbah Otomotif
Perkembangan industri otomotif berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan komponen kendaraan, khususnya alumunium. Alumunium memiliki sifat kemampuan daur ulang yang baik sehingga dapat dilakukan penambahan tembaga (Cu) untuk meningkatkan sifat mekanis. Limbah alumunium diperoleh dari limbah tromol sepeda motor dan kabel yang berisi tembaga sebagai bahan tambah dilebur menggunakan krusibel garfit pada temperatur 680º C - 723º C diaduk selama 15 menit menggunakan sistem stirrer casting. Penambahan tembaga (Cu) sebanyak 10 dan 20% berat total. Hasil uji, menunjukan penambahan tembaga (Cu) pada aluminium daur ulang berpengaruh terhadap kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik paduan Al-Cu. Kekerasan mikro Vickers meningkat dengan penambahan Cu hingga 10%, mencapai nilai tertinggi rata-rata 132Hv, namun menurun pada penambahan 20% Cu menjadi 130Hv. Kekuatan tarik juga mengalami peningkatan hingga penambahan 10% Cu (6.1 kg/mm2), diikuti penurunan pada penambahan 20% Cu (4.6 kg/mm2). Struktur mikro menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kandungan Cu meningkatkan jumlah fasa θ (CuAl2) yang dapat berpengaruh sifat mekanik Al-Cu. Penelitian ini dapat berkontribusi penting dalam pengolahan limbah aluminium otomotif dengan menunjukkan potensi penambahan tembaga untuk meningkatkan kekerasan dan kekuatan tarik paduan Al-Cu hasil daur ulang, meskipun perlu diperhatikan penambahan Cu yang optimal agar tidak menurunkan sifat mekanik
Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dalam peningkatan kinerja tenaga sanitarian (Survey pada RSUD dan Puskesmas Di Kabupaten Garut
Performance is a work result that can be achieved by a person or group of people in a company in accordance with their respective authorities and responsibilities in an effort to achieve organizational goals illegally, does not violate the law and does not conflict with morals and ethics. The level of performance of sanitarian workers is also determined by and the work environment. This study aims to examine the influence of work environment on the performance of sanitarian staff at RSUD and Puskesmas in Garut Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative with descriptive and verification approach methods. Data analysis used ANOVA test with F-count, and partial test (T test). The study population was 33 sanitarian workers, namely 3 sanitarian workers in dr. Slamet and 28 sanitarian workers at the Puskesmas. All of them are taken as samples so that they become saturated samples. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, questionnaires and interviews. The results of research at the RSUD and Puskesmas in Garut Regency show that the work environment of sanitarian workers is in the high category and the work environment is in the conducive category. Furthermore, the performance of sanitarian workers is included in the high category, meaning that it is in line with expectations. The results of the quantitative test analysis showed that the work environment partially affected the performance of sanitarian workers, with a higher level of influence on the work environment of Garut District Hospital and Puskesmas. Furthermore, the ANOVA test results with F-count show that work environment simultaneously affect the performance of sanitarian workers in the Garut District Hospital and Public Health Center.Kinerja merupakan hasil kerja yang dapat dicapai oleh seseorang atau sekelompok orang dalam suatu perusahaan sesuai dengan wewenang dan tanggung jawab masing-masing dalam upaya mencapai tujuan organisasi secara tidak sah, tidak melanggar hukum dan tidak bertentangan dengan moral serta etika. Tinggi rendahnya kinerja tenaga sanitarian juga ditentukan oleh dan lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian di RSUD dan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Garut. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Analisis data menggunakan uji ANOVA dengan F-hitung, dan uji parsial (uji T). Populasi penelitian adalah 33 orang tenaga sanitarian, yaitu 3 orang tenaga sanitarian di RSUD dr. Slamet dan 28 orang tenaga sanitarian di Puskesmas. Seluruhnya diambil sebagai sampel sehingga menjadi sampel jenuh.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian di RSUD dan Puskesmas di Kabupaten Garut menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja petugas sanitarian berada pada kategori tinggi dan lingkungan kerja berada pada kategori kondusif. Selanjutnya, kinerja petugas sanitarian termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, artinya sudah sesuai dengan harapan. Hasil analisis uji kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian, dengan tingkat pengaruh yang lebih tinggi pada lingkungan kerja RSUD dan Puskesmas Garut. Selanjutnya, hasil uji ANOVA dengan F-hitung menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja petugas sanitarian di RSUD dan Puskesmas Garut
