Pengaruh Pemodelan Soil-Structure Interaction pada Kinerja Struktur: Studi Kasus Tipologi Bangunan Sekolah Indonesia
Get PDF This study evaluates the impact of Soil-Structure Interaction (SSI) on the dynamic response of low-rise school buildings in Indonesia. Three SSI models were developed: spring supports (SSI I), distributed springs on a plate (SSI II), and soil modeled as solid elements (SSI III), compared to a benchmark model. The analysis revealed that SSI III produced the highest displacement, shear force, and overturning moment responses but required significantly longer computation time. In contrast, SSI II demonstrated more efficient results by reducing internal forces and structural displacement. This study provides insights into the implementation and contribution of SSI modeling in structural analysis

Get PDFPenelitian ini mengkaji penerapan teknologi digital, khususnya kecerdasan buatan (AI) & blockchain, dalam meningkatkan independensi auditor serta efektivitas dan efisiensi proses audit. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah maraknya skandal akuntansi dan pelaporan keuangan yang curang, yang menimbulkan kerugian besar bagi perusahaan dan menurunkan kepercayaan investor. Auditor independen diharapkan dapat memberikan tinjauan obyektif atas keakuratan informasi keuangan yang disajikan oleh manajemen perusahaan. Namun, hubungan dekat antara auditor dan klien dalam jangka waktu yang lama dapat melemahkan independensi dan objektivitas hasil audit. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi AI, auditor dapat mengurangi bias manusia dan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mendeteksi anomali serta risiko yang mungkin tidak terlihat pada metode tradisional. AI dapat mengotomatiskan proses analisis data, mengidentifikasi pola kecurangan, dan meningkatkan akurasi serta kecepatan audit. Studi ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan scoping review untuk mengumpulkan data dari berbagai literatur terkait peran AI dalam audit yang diakses melalui platform seperti Google Scholar dan Science Direct. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknologi digital memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kualitas audit dengan meminimalkan kesalahan manusia, meningkatkan transparansi, dan memperkuat kepercayaan investor terhadap laporan keuangan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya adopsi AI & Blockchain oleh perusahaan audit dan manajer dalam meningkatkan kinerja serta mengurangi risiko kegagalan audit. Implikasi praktis dari temuan ini adalah perlunya perencanaan dan pengaturan yang tepat dalam mengadopsi AI untuk memastikan hasil yang memuaskan serta pentingnya pelatihan bagi profesional akuntansi untuk menguasai teknologi ini. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan studi lebih lanjut mengenai dampak digitalisasi terhadap perusahaan audit kecil dan peran AI dalam meningkatkan tata kelola perusahaan

No full textThe resolution of minor criminal acts that occur in Indonesian society can usually be achieved through several channels, one of which is through deliberation. The concept of deliberation itself is regulated in Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning the Development of Customary Life and Customs. So that the formulation of the problem in this study is how effective and constraining the resolution of cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness and constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the crime of theft in the family. The method used is empirical juridical with a statutory approach and a case approach.The results of the study found that deliberation in the crime of theft in the family tends to be effective to be carried out because of the issue of morality and values that are still upheld. And the constraints in resolving cases through deliberation in the family are related to personal relationships between the parties who are families who tend to be more sensitive to being accessed by third parties in their resolution, so a persuasive approach is needed
Analisis Keadilan Substantif Dalam Putusan Pengadilan Mengenai Kasus Penipuan Melalui Media Sosial
Get PDFThis article examines the application of substantive justice in court decisions related to social media fraud, focusing on Court Decision Number 63/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Btm. The rapid expansion of digital platforms, such as WhatsApp and Facebook, has led to a substantial rise in technology-based fraud cases, presenting significant new challenges for consumer protection in the digital era. In Indonesia, social media fraud falls under the Consumer Protection Law (UUPK) and the Electronic Information and Transactions Law (UU ITE), which provide general legal grounds but lack specific provisions to address the complexities of fraud on social media platforms. As a result, legal gaps arise, requiring judges to interpret laws in cases where existing regulations are limited or ambiguous. Using a normative juridical approach and case study analysis, this research highlights that applying substantive justice necessitates judicial consideration of both legal aspects and the social and emotional harm experienced by victims. The court ruling analyzed emphasizes the need for sentences that serve not only a punitive purpose but also educational and preventive functions, reinforcing public trust in digital transactions and deterring similar crimes in the future. This study underscores the importance of judicial discretion in interpreting laws to adapt to the unique challenges of social media fraud cases, including the wide-reaching impacts on victims’ lives and society. The findings point to an urgent need for updated regulatory frameworks, stronger enforcement mechanisms, and greater public awareness to protect consumers more effectively within the digital landscape, ensuring that legal protections evolve alongside rapidly advancing technology in society
Uji Kekerasan Vickers Pada Silinder Liner di Kapal MT. Succes Pegasus
Get PDFSilinder liner merupakan komponen vital pada mesin kapal yang berfungsi sebagai tempat berlangsungnya proses pembakaran dan rentan terhadap keausan serta keretakan akibat beban mekanis dan fluktuasi suhu tinggi. Kerusakan pada silinder liner dapat mengakibatkan penurunan efisiensi mesin bahkan kegagalan operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kekerasan material silinder liner kapal MT. Succes Pegasus melalui uji kekerasan Vickers guna mengidentifikasi ketahanan material terhadap deformasi plastik dan degradasi akibat operasional kapal. Uji dilakukan dengan menggunakan beban standar pada enam titik pengujian, menghasilkan variasi kekerasan antara 226.5 hingga 490.9 HVS. Hasil uji menunjukkan bahwa nilai kekerasan yang lebih tinggi berkorelasi dengan ketahanan aus yang lebih baik, namun kekerasan yang terlalu tinggi dapat menyebabkan kerapuhan. Variasi kekerasan yang signifikan dapat menunjukkan ketidaksesuaian kualitas material atau perawatan yang tidak merata. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dalam pengembangan strategi pemeliharaan preventif dan pemilihan material silinder liner yang lebih tahan terhadap keausan dan keretakan untuk meningkatkan keandalan operasional kapal
Literatur Review: Studi Kasus Pencemaran Industri Kelapa Sawit di Indonesia
Get PDFAbstrak Industri kelapa sawit merupakan sektor strategis yang memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian Indonesia melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat. Namun, ekspansi besar-besaran perkebunan kelapa sawit untuk memenuhi permintaan global telah menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan lingkungan yang serius. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis pencemaran yang dihasilkan oleh industri kelapa sawit, teknik pengelolaan limbah yang diterapkan, serta efektivitas kebijakan lingkungan dalam mendukung pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan 25 studi kasus yang berkaitan dengan Industri kelapa sawit di Indonesia. Penelusuran ini menunjukkan adanya pencemaran air, tanah, dan udara akibat limbah cair seperti Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME), limbah padat, dan emisi gas hasil pembakaran. Kajian ini membahas berbagai aspek pencemaran yang dihasilkan oleh limbah kelapa sawit, serta solusi berkelanjutan yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengurangi dampak tersebut.Kata kunci— Industri kelapa sawit; pencemaran lingkungan.Abstract The palm oil industry is a strategic sector that contributes significantly to the Indonesian economy through job creation and increasing people's income. However, the massive expansion of palm oil plantations to meet global demand has caused various serious environmental problems. This study aims to analyze the types of pollution produced by the palm oil industry, the waste management techniques applied, and the effectiveness of environmental policies in supporting sustainable development. The method used is a qualitative analysis with an approach of 25 case studies related to the palm oil industry in Indonesia. This investigation shows the existence of water, soil, and air pollution due to liquid waste such as Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME), solid waste, and gas emissions from combustion. This study discusses various aspects of pollution produced by palm oil waste, as well as sustainable solutions that can be applied to reduce these impacts.Keywords— Palm oil industry; environmental pollution
Prediksi Kualitas Penyolderan pada Mesin Solder Wave Menggunakan Metode FIS dan ANFIS Model Sugeno
Get PDFThis study aims to predict the quality of the soldering process using a wave soldering machine by utilizing the Sugeno model Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) and Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) methods. Soldering is a critical stage in PCB (Printed Circuit Board) production, where its quality is influenced by parameters such as solder temperature, conveyor speed, and flux volume. Traditional approaches such as visual inspection are considered less effective because they are prone to human error. Therefore, this study proposes the use of Sugeno FIS and ANFIS to model the non-linear relationship between process parameters and soldering quality, which is measured through Defect Per Opportunity (DPO). Data were obtained from the actual production process and processed using MATLAB. Sugeno FIS was applied with fuzzification, rule making, and defuzzification, while ANFIS combines neural networks with fuzzy logic for data-driven optimization. The results showed that both models were able to predict DPO with high accuracy, indicated by very small Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) values (0.00179 for FIS Sugeno and 1.31597 × 10⁻⁶ for ANFIS). ANFIS excels in capturing non-linear complexity, especially in conveyor speed variations. Simulations using SIMULINK prove the effectiveness of this model in real-time prediction. These findings provide an innovative solution for the electronics industry to improve soldering quality automatically. Keywords - Wave soldering, FIS Sugeno, ANFIS, quality prediction, DPO

No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung dan menganalisis valuasi saham perusahaan LQ45 selama lima tahun yaitu periode 2020 sampai dengan 2024. Terdapat 25 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel penelitian setelah dilakukan seleksi menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder, berupa data-data yang terdapat dalam laporan keuangan yang terdiri dari laba bersih, ekuitas, dividen. Data lainnya yang dibutuhkan adalah data harga saham dan jumlah lembar saham yang beredar selama periode pengamatan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan perusahaan mana saja yang memiliki nilai undervalued dan overvalued. Hasil analisis merekomendasikan beberapa perusahaan yang dapat dijadikan pilihan bagi calon investor untuk melakukan investasi di periode mendatang

Get PDFPengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat Desa Pulau Balai, Kecamatan Pulau Banyak, Kabupaten Aceh Singkil dalam memanfaatkan potensi ikan kembung yang melimpah. Melalui metode Participatory Action and Learning System (PALS), kegiatan ini fokus pada pelatihan pembuatan nugget ikan kembung dan teknik pengemasannya. Hasil pengabdiannya menunjukkan peningkatan wawasan dan keterampilan masyarakat, khususnya ibu-ibu PKK, dalam mengolah ikan kembung menjadi produk bernilai jual tinggi. Inovasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan nilai ekonomi hasil tangkapan nelayan, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada perbaikan gizi keluarga. Kendala yang dihadapi meliputi keterbatasan dalam pemasaran digital karena kurangnya sumber daya dan infrastruktur. The change in values and norms in Bale Gampong society cannot be denied, this is caused by several factors such as a lack of understanding of religious values, social control of society, and the rapid development of technological advances. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Determining informants is a form of determining informants using purposive sampling. The theory used is the symbolic interactionalism theory of Herbert Mead. The research results show that every change greatly influences people's social interactions. Many interactions are affected and have an impact on the relationships that exist between individuals and individuals, individuals and groups, and groups and groups. Changes in values, norms, and culture in the Gampong Bale community include a culture of cooperation, sources of income that can no longer be used in the livelihood process, and several other changes that are occurring now are a form of change in community interaction which ultimately reduces community solidarity
