Integration of Multi-Gender Roles in Women Farming Groups: Public Administration Policy Analysis in Bener Meriah Regency
This study aims to examine the dynamics of multi-gender roles within the Karya Maju Women Farmers Group (KWT) in Bener Meriah Regency, particularly with the management of Gayo coffee cultivation. Despite KWT being administratively overseen by women, this research identified that men's contributions remain substantial in facilitating physical labor, including land cultivation and the transportation of agricultural goods. This study employs a qualitative methodology utilizing in-depth interviews and participant observation to analyze patterns of gender involvement in KWT. The research findings indicate that while men's participation is not formally organized within the KWT framework, their presence illustrates the interdependence between women's managerial positions and men's physical labor. The incorporation of gender roles in KWT could enhance the efficiency and sustainability of agricultural enterprises, although it has not been adequately addressed in current regulations. This research concludes that KWT Karya Maju serves as a forum for women's empowerment and a platform for collaboration between women and men to enhance the welfare of agricultural families. This research advocates for the implementation of more inclusive and adaptable policies to address gender roles in the agricultural sector, hence enhancing organizational effectiveness and the sustainability of coffee production
Respon Adaptif Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Beberapa Varietas Padi Merah Lokal terhadap Cekaman Salinitas
Brown rice is recognized as a food commodity with high nutritional value and considerable health benefits for humans. However, its cultivation remains relatively limited in popularity and is often associated with low productivity, particularly when grown on marginal lands such as coastal areas affected by high salinity. This study aimed to evaluate the adaptive responses in growth and yield performance of several local brown rice genotypes under salinity stress conditions in the coastal region of Pantai Cermin, Serdang Bedagai Regency, North Sumatra. The research was conducted using a non-factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) involving eight local brown rice genotypes: Beras Merah, Sidrap Merah, Kelik-3, Mesuji, Sijior, Sipenget, Meulaboh, and Si Tappe. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, number of tillers, number of productive tillers, root fresh weight, root length, grain weight, and panicle length. The results indicated that varietal treatments had a statistically significant effect on all observed parameters, except for the number of leaves. The Sijior genotype exhibited the greatest plant height (58.22 cm), while the Meulaboh genotype recorded the highest values for the number of tillers (29.3), number of productive tillers (28.0), and root length (20.7 cm). The Kelik-3 genotype demonstrated the highest root fresh weight (173.3 g), whereas the Si Tappe genotype showed superior performance in grain weight (62.0 g) and panicle length (31.7 cm).Overall, comprehensive analysis of the data suggests that the Si Tappe, Beras Merah, Kelik-3, and Meulaboh genotypes exhibited the most favorable adaptive responses and demonstrated a high degree of tolerance to salinity stress. The robust root development observed in the Meulaboh and Kelik-3 genotypes supports their adaptability to saline environments, while the extended panicle length in Si Tappe positively contributed to enhanced grain weight
Analisis Manajemen Persediaan Bahan Baku Pada Agroindustri Tahu “Lutfi” Di Kecamatan Siak Hulu Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Soybeans as a raw material for making tofu are generally supplied from foreign countries or imported. The reason is that the number of soybeans in the country is limited and the quality is not as good as soybeans from abroad. Raw materials need to be calculated so that the quantity is effective, if there is a shortage of raw materials it will result in reduced production quantities. On the other hand, if there is too much raw material inventory it will result in high costs. This research aims to analyze the optimal amount of raw material inventory, the total cost of raw material inventory, the amount of safety stock and reorder points in the Lutfi tofu agroindustry. This research method was carried out using a survey method for the case of the Tahu Lutfi agro-industry business. The research respondents were the Tahu Lutfi business owner as the main informant and 3 workers as respondents for additional information. Respondents were taken using census techniques. The analytical tools are EOQ (Economic Order Quantity), Total Inventory Cost, Safety Stock and Reorder Point Analysis. The results of the analysis for each objective are EOQ of 1,333.73 kg, total inventory costs per month of Rp 450.37. Safety stock results are 162 kg and Reorder Point is 408.66 kg
Analysis of Tuberculosis Control Program (Case Detection): Literature Review
To date, tuberculosis remains an infectious disease that can cause health problems in the community. In addition to increasing health risks, TB disease has an impact on the economy of a country and its sufferers. This is certainly hard for a developing country like Indonesia, which is still struggling in many ways besides TB disease. TB disease is an infectious disease caused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. TB case finding has the meaning of obtaining an overview through various activities including screening for suspected TB, physical and laboratory monitoring, diagnosing and categorizing the type of patient, so that treatment can be carried out as early as possible so that the patient can recover immediately and not spread to others. There are many factors that can affect the success of the tuberculosis program itself, one of which is the factor in management which includes input, process, output. Objective: This paper examines scientific evidence related to the implementation of the tuberculosis program in case detection. Methods: This article is based on a search of scientific journals conducted through online databases namely Scopus, Semantic, PubMed and Scholar published in 2020-2025. Results: In terms of TB case finding, there are many needs that must be carried out in an effort to get TB cases at health facilities. However, there are obstacles in its implementation, including lack of human resources, ineffective planning, and not optimal recording and reporting systems. Conclusion: efforts in TB case finding are highly dependent on the suitability and integration of available inputs, quality in the implementation process, and clear measurement of outputs. Therefore, efforts to improve program effectiveness require improvements in the management of inputs (such as resources and policies), optimization of processes (including more efficient detection and treatment), and continuous evaluation of outputs in TB case finding. Tariff determination can assist companies in generating profits, thus requiring appropriate policies to attract many consumers. This study aims to determine the ideal freight rate based on the calculation of vehicle operating costs and to determine when the Break-Even Point occurs based on the ideal rate. PT Madang Trans Logistik is a transportation service company that handles freight delivery. The delivery of construction materials on the Cileungsi-Jambi route is the route with the highest volume of transportation. The research results obtained vehicle operating costs for credit vehicle purchases of Rp 598,735,217/Year. The ideal freight rate based on vehicle operating costs at a margin of 18% is Rp 15,889,512/Truck-Trip and at a margin of 23% is Rp 16,465,218/Truck-Trip. And it reaches the break-even point (BEP) on the 42nd trip at an 18% margin and on the 39th trip at a 23% margin
Desain Alat Ukur Regangan Menggunakan Strain Gauge Berbasis Arduino Uno
Industrial applications, machinery and engineering construction, strain is the most important value for determining the selection of suitable and appropriate materials for designing machine elements, with advances in strain measurement analysis technology on Arduino microcontroller-based structures it is very possible to use it. Several studies have succeeded in measuring strain using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge. Based on the above, it is possible to design a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge to support students' practicum process, so in this research a design of a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno-based strain gauge was carried out. The research results have completed the design of a strain measuring tool using an Arduino Uno based strain gauge and can be used on a student practicum scale. The results of tests carried out on Nako iron rods show that there is an appropriate relationship between the load applied, the strain measured and the stress produced. The results of the tests carried out measured the amount of strain produced at various loads such as at a load of 1,000 grams the strain was measured at 0.5345 and a stress of 106.9 MPa. Meanwhile, at a load of 2,000 grams, the strain reached 0.573 and the stress was 114.6 Mpa

Shredder machines are classified as cutting machines that use two types of rolls, namely feed rolls and shredder rolls. First the sheet will be inserted, then the feed roll will wrap around the rubber sheet which is pulled into the machine at the same time as the feed roll which wraps around the rubber sheet. Then the thread on the main roll plays the role of pulling the rubber sheet and also the solid corner of the main roll thread also acts as a knife which will press the rubber sheet together with the Death Knife which will clamp the rubber sheet until the rubber sheet is broken or cut. The events that occur in the process of cutting rubber sheets on the shredder machine are the occurrence of cutting forces between the interaction of angles on the main roll thread and also the death knife. This research uses observation and interview methods to collect this data. From the research results, it was concluded that the amount of cutting force required by the cutting knife to cut rubber into small pieces was 247,242 N. Meanwhile, the amount of power used to produce the cutting force to cut rubber sheets was 2,651 HP

The results showed that consumptive zakat in the fakir uzur program carried out by Baitulmal Aceh. uzur program carried out by Baitulmal Aceh based on 4 indicators, namely target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives have been effective. effective, so that mustahik in the fakir uzur program become independent because they are able to meet their daily needs so that they are independent in the future. fulfill their daily needs to be independent in old age without relying on the help of others. on the help of others. PENGARUH CITRA MEREK, KUALITAS PRODUK DAN PERSEPSI HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI RESTAURANT JEPANG SUSHI HIRO MALL TAMAN ANGGREK JAKARTA
ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception on Purchasing Decisions at Sushi Hiro Mall Taman Anggrek, West Jakarta. The data used are primary data, obtained through collecting questionnaires from respondents. The data processing process is carried out using the SPSS version 25 application. The study population includes all consumers who visit Sushi Hiro Mall Taman Anggrek, West Jakarta. The sample taken was 130 respondents, using the Accidental Sampling technique. In this study, the analysis used is multiple linear regression. Several tests were also carried out, including the Classical Assumption Test, F Test, and t Test to test the hypothesis. The results of the study indicate that partially, the Brand Image variable does not have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the Product Quality and Price Perception variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Price Perception affect purchasing decisions
Characterization of Protein Hydrolysate from Dog Conch (Strombus sp) Using Bromelain Enzyme
This study was conducted to determine the chemical characteristics of the dog conch protein hydrolyzate (Strombus sp). The research method consists of 2 stages, namely 1) preparation of dog conch flour and chemical composition analysis and 2) making dog conch protein hydrolyzate using 2% bromelain enzyme and chemical composition analysis. The flour parameters observed were water content, ash, protein, fat, and yield. Meanwhile, the protein hydrolyzate composition parameters observed were the degree of hydrolysis, dissolved protein, and amino acids. The research results show that the chemical composition of dog conch flour is water content 9.30% (ww), ash content 7.09% (dw), protein content 73.42% (dw), fat content 7.54% (dw), and the yield of dog conch flour is 87.5%. Meanwhile, the chemical composition of the dog conch protein hydrolyzate is 78.5% degree of hydrolysis, 69% soluble protein, and 27.998% total amino acids
