La evasión tributaria y su incidencia en el IGV en las empresas comerciales en Lima Metropolitana 2021
Get PDFEl presente Trabajo de Investigación titulado “La Evasión Tributaria y su Incidencia en el I.G.V en las Empresas Comerciales en Lima Metropolitana 2021”, tiene como objeto establecer como la evasión tributaria influye sobre las empresas comerciales y como esto repercute en el pago de IGV de las mismas. Actualmente, la evasión tributaria está provocando distintos problemas desde el punto de vista de recaudación que realiza el estado no solo afectando al mismo sino también a todos los ciudadanos.
En ese sentido hay que señalar que la evasión tributaria no es tema que solamente ocurre a nivel nacional, sino es un problema que trasciende a nivel mundial. Por tanto, resulta importante conocer los segmentos y comportamientos tributarios de los contribuyentes que evaden sus responsabilidades y las alternativas que buscan y con lo que afecta la economía del país y así mismo, nos permita saber cuáles son las entidades que fiscalizan a las empresas y forman parte del Estado Peruano y por ende que hacen contra este problema. Ahora bien, al contribuir o dar paso a la evasión tributaria en las empresas comerciales de nuestro entorno a originado que muchas de estas opten por ser informales ya que muchos no tienen el conocimiento necesario para cumplir con sus obligaciones tributarias.
Por otro lado, para evitar la evasión tributaria y más aún cuando se trata del tributo del IGV se tiene que trabajar mucho en concientizar a las personas y establecer nuevas políticas de tributación más flexibles y orientadas hacia el contribuyente para que de esa forma tengan conocimiento que el tributar no como una obligación sino como un deber que nos beneficia a todo el país.The present Research Work entitled "Tax Evasion and its Incidence in the I.G.V in Commercial Companies in Metropolitan Lima 2021", aims to determine how tax evasion influences commercial companies and how this affects the payment of IGV from the same. Currently, tax evasion is causing different problems from the point of view of collection by the state, not only affecting it but also all citizens.
In this sense, it should be noted that the problem of tax evasion is not an issue that only occurs at the national level, but rather it is a problem that transcends worldwide. Therefore, it is important to know the segments and tax behaviors of taxpayers who evade their responsibilities and the alternatives they seek and what affects the country's economy and likewise, allows us to know which the auditing entities that represent the Peruvian State are. and what do they do against this problem. Now, by contributing or giving way to tax evasion in commercial companies in our environment, it has caused many of them to choose to be informal since many do not have the necessary knowledge to comply with their tax obligations.
On the other hand, to avoid tax evasion and even more so when it comes to the IGV tax, a lot of work has to be done to make people aware and establish new, more flexible and taxpayer-oriented tax policies so that they are aware that paying taxes not as an obligation but as a duty that benefits the entire country
El derecho procesal penal y los delitos informáticos contra el patrimonio en la DIVINDAT - PNP, Lima 2021
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la influencia del derecho procesal penal en los delitos informáticos contra el patrimonio en la DIVINDAT - PNP, Lima, 2021. Asimismo, se analiza la legislación que existe en el Perú respecto al presente tema, que pone en peligro a muchos ciudadanos, quienes se encuentran preocupados referente a la poca información con la que se cuenta en el país. Es por ello que, se brinda una perspectiva más amplia de este, a lo largo del desarrollo de la presente investigación se incluyen las definiciones, así como también el propósito de las mismas, que guardan relación directa con ambas variables, por un lado, el derecho procesal penal y por otro los delitos informáticos. Las conclusiones y recomendaciones son realizadas en base a todo lo obtenido para realizar la presente investigación.The main objective of this research work was to determine the influence of criminal procedural law on computer crimes against patrimony in the DIVINDAT - PNP, Lima, 2021. It also analyzes the legislation that exists in Peru regarding this issue, which endangers many citizens, who are concerned about the little information available in the country. For this reason, a broader perspective is provided, throughout the development of this research, definitions are included, as well as the purpose of the same, which are directly related to both variables, on the one hand, criminal procedural law and on the other, computer crimes. Definitivamente estamos en la era de la organización global en donde no existen lugares físicos imposibles, no existen los límites tecnológicos, los eventos son socialmente más responsables, solidarios y ecológicos buscando el equilibrio entre el cumplimiento de los objetivos con la mejor rentabilidad, satisfaciendo así al cliente.

Implementación de plataforma de automatización de procesos usando “Selenium Web Driver” para optimizar las pruebas de regresión en San Isidro, 2021
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de tesis nació debido a los incidentes que se presentaban en el Ambiente de Producción de la entidad bancaria, los cuales afectaban la operatividad del sistema informático en uso, por lo que se detectó optimizar el proceso de pruebas de regresión que, al ser manuales, limitaban el tiempo de asignación de estas actividades. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, cuyo diseño fue el pre-experimental. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se usó “Selenium Web Driver”, bajo el marco de la metodología ágil Scrum, en la que por cada sprint se generó valor, recibiendo feedback en cada revisión para su posterior mejora. Luego de la implementación se procedió a recolectar los datos necesarios para la evaluación de resultados, a partir de 8 colaboradores; para la mencionada recolección se recurrió a la técnica de la encuesta, aplicando un cuestionario para la evaluación de la plataforma de automatización y un cuestionario de evaluación de las pruebas de regresión.
Luego de la evaluación de los resultados obtenidos, se descubrieron mejoras significativas sustentadas en errores estadísticos menores al 5%, así como una media de postest superior a la del pretest. En base a lo mencionado, se concluyó que la plataforma de automatización logró optimizar significativamente las pruebas de regresión, así como también logró reducir tiempos, minimizar errores y disminuir costos.This thesis work was born due to the incidents that occurred in the Production Environment of the banking entity, which affected the operability of the computer system in use, for which it was detected to optimize the regression testing process that, being manuals, limited the time assignment of these activities. The research was developed under a quantitative approach, whose design was pre-experimental. For the development of the project, "Selenium Web Driver" was used, under the framework of the agile Scrum methodology, in which value was generated for each sprint, receiving feedback in each revision for its subsequent improvement. After the implementation, the necessary data was collected for the evaluation of results, from 8 collaborators; For the aforementioned collection, the survey technique was used, applying a questionnaire for the evaluation of the automation platform and a questionnaire for the evaluation of the regression tests.
After evaluating the results obtained, significant improvements were found based on statistical errors of less than 5%, as well as a post-test mean higher than that of the pre-test. Based on the above, it was concluded that the automation platform was able to significantly optimize regression tests, as well as reduce time, minimize errors, and reduce costs

Se planteó como objetivo principal del presente trabajo de investigación, titulado: “Implementación de un sistema web para la gestión de telemedicina”, poder implementar un sistema para mejorar los procesos internos de la gestión de telemedicina que posee la dirección de redes integradas de salud lima norte, el sistema a implementar será desarrollado en una plataforma web responsive, con frameworks como Vue JS, Net Core 3 y bajo el enfoque de la metodología SCRUM, debido a las grandes ventajas que posee. El trabajo de investigación es de tipo investigación descriptiva – experimental, sujeto a técnicas e instrumentos de recolección de información como las entrevistas, reuniones, análisis de documentos. Con la implementación del sistema podremos visualizar las mejoras internas como información segura y centralizada, mejoras en tiempos de productividad para los profesionales de la salud, asimismo una mejor atención para los pacientes que reciben dichos servicios.The North Lima Integrated Health Network Directorate is an institution in charge of guaranteeing the adequate provision of health services to the general public, among its activities is the development of actions in the field of public health, due to the global coronavirus pandemic (SARS-COV 2) or also called COVID-19.
The main objective of this research work, entitled: "Implementation Proposal of a web system for telemedicine management", was proposed to be able to implement a system to improve the internal processes of telemedicine management that the management of integrated networks of north lima health, the system to be implemented will be developed on a responsive web platform, with frameworks such as Vue JS, Net Core 3 and under the SCRUM methodology approach, due to the great advantages it has.
The research work is descriptive-experimental research type, subject to information collection techniques and instruments such as interviews, meetings, document analysis.

En la presente investigación se apoyó a la teoría de Colvée (2015) manifestó que el marketing digital consiste en adaptar cada característica del marketing al universo digital, mediante las diferentes herramientas digitales que se encuentran disponibles actualmente en el mundo Web y a la teoría de Ferrel y Heartline (2016) indicaron que consiste en establecer en los clientes imágenes mentales referentes de los productos y sus parámetros, para diferenciarse en la mente de los clientes. Concluyó que es posible establecer estrategias de riesgo crediticio que reduzcan el riesgo de morosidad. Una vez detectadas las deficiencias en cuanto a la evaluación en el otorgamiento de créditos a los socios y en relación al seguimiento de la cartera de crédito, se aplicarán medidas para reducir la tasa de morosidad que actualmente registran las cooperativas de ahorro y crédito en el Perú. Concluyó que la investigación ha permitido conocer que la empresa realiza marketing digital de forma espontánea, además aplicar el plan de marketing digital, para mejorar la interacción en las redes sociales con los clientes, logrando posicionar la marca en el influye del cliente.This research entitled: Digital marketing and its influence on the positioning of social networks in Banco de Crédito, Metropolitan Lima, 2022, whose objective was to determine the influence of digital marketing and its influence on the positioning of social networks in Banco de Crédito, Metropolitan Lima, 2022. La bancarización y su relación con la evasión tributaria en una galería comercial de La Victoria, Lima, 2022
Get PDFLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar la relación entre la bancarización y la evasión tributaria en los comerciantes de una galería de la Victoria, Lima 2022.
Respecto a la metodología del estudio, el enfoque de investigación fue cuantitativo, tipo de investigación fue básica con un diseño no experimental y transversal. El estudio contó con un nivel de investigación de tipo correlacional, se llevó a cabo en una muestra de 30 comerciantes de acuerdo a un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia a quienes se le aplicó dos cuestionarios como instrumento con una escala de Likert de 5 puntos. Para establecer la confiabilidad del instrumento se sometió a la prueba Alfa de Cronbach a cada una de las variables arrojando una fuerte confiabilidad con 0.757 y 0.763 puntos respectivamente. La técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta. En cuanto a los resultados, se aplicó la prueba de normalidad de Shapiro - Wilk y la prueba de hipótesis probabilística r de Pearson siendo el coeficiente de correlación 0,421 indica que existe una relación positiva moderada, con un nivel de significancia bilateral cuyo valor p=0.021 <0.05 es significativo. Por lo tanto, se rechazó la hipótesis nula y se aceptó la propuesta por el investigador, en conclusión, existe una relación significativa entre la bancarización y evasión tributaria en los comerciantes de una galería de La Victoria, 2022.The main objective of this research was to determine the relationship between banking and tax evasion in the merchants of a gallery in La Victoria, Lima 2022.
Regarding the study methodology, the research approach was quantitative, the type of research was basic with a non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The study had a correlational level of research, it was carried out in a sample of 30 merchants according to a non-probabilistic convenience sampling to whom two questionnaires were applied as an instrument with a 5-point Likert scale. To establish the reliability of the instrument, each of the variables was subjected to the Cronbach's Alpha test, showing strong reliability with 0.757 and 0.763 points, respectively. The data collection technique was the survey.
Regarding the results, the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and the Pearson's r probabilistic hypothesis test were applied, with a correlation coefficient of 0.421 indicating that there is a moderate positive relationship, with a level of bilateral significance whose value p=0.021 <0.05 is significant. Therefore, the null hypothesis was rejected and the proposal by the researcher was accepted, in conclusion there is a significant relationship between banking and tax evasion in the merchants of a gallery in La Victoria, 2022
Rol de la Intendencia Nacional de Bomberos y su relación en el cumplimiento de objetivos del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú, 2017-2021
Get PDFEl estudio planteó como objetivo general determinar la relación del rol de la Intendencia Nacional de Bomberos en el cumplimiento de objetivos del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú, 2017-2021. Del mismo modo, la hipótesis formulada expuso que el rol de la Intendencia Nacional de Bomberos no se relaciona positivamente en el cumplimiento de objetivos del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú, 2017-2021. El marco metodológico se caracterizó por ser de enfoque mixto, tipo básica, nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental y se empleó la población de 15000 y muestra de 375 personas del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú y la observación de la ejecución de gasto del Cuerpo General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú durante los años 2017 al 2021. Los resultados evidenciaron que el 81,6 % consideró no aceptable el rol de la Intendencia Nacional de bomberos y un 83,2 %, consideró que el cumplimiento de los objetivos del cuerpo general de bomberos se encuentra en un grado regular. Se concluyó que la ejecución del presupuesto muestra una inestabilidad anual y el rol de la Intendencia Nacional de Bomberos no se relaciona positivamente en el cumplimiento de objetivos de la Compañía General de Bomberos Voluntarios del Perú, 2017-2021, dado a que el valor negativo de r= -,014 representa la verificación de la hipótesis planteada.The main purpose of the research was to determine the relationship between the role of the National Fire Department and the fulfillment of the objectives of the General Volunteer Fire Department of the Peruvian Volunteer Fire Department, 2017-2021. Similarly, the hypothesis formulated stated that the role of the National Fire Department is not positively related to the fulfillment of the objectives of the General Volunteer Fire Department of Peru, 2017-2021. The methodological framework was characterized by being of mixed approach, basic type, correlational level, non-experimental design and the population of 15000 and sample of 375 people of the General Volunteer Fire Department of Peru and the observation of the execution of expenditure of the General Volunteer Fire Department of Peru during the years 2017 to 2021 were used. The results evidenced that 81.6 % considered that the role of the National Fire Department was not acceptable and 83.2 %, considered that the fulfillment of the objectives of the General Fire Department is in a regular degree. It was concluded that the execution of the budget shows annual instability and the role of the National Fire Department is not positively related to the fulfillment of the objectives of the General Company of Volunteer Firefighters of Peru, 2017-2021, given that the negative value of r= -.014 represents the verification of the stated hypothesis
Liderazgo servicial y la pasión por el trabajo en el Consorcio E&F, Soritor 2020
Get PDFLa presente tesis tuvo como finalidad determinar la relación del liderazgo de servicio con la pasión por el trabajo del personal del Consorcio E&F, Soritor 2020. Este consorcio es una compañía peruana, localizada en la ciudad de Soritor, provincia de Moyobamba, departamento de San Martín, posee una dedicación al rubro de la construcción de edificios y elaboración de proyectos en magnitudes variadas.
La investigación estuvo realizada mediante un nivel descriptivo correlacional, que se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo aplicando la técnica de la encuesta a 166 trabajadores del consorcio E&F. Los resultados a base de las estadísticas evidenciaron que un 80,1 % de encuestados estuvieron de acuerdo que la integración del liderazgo servicial es un factor productivo para el crecimiento de la empresa, asimismo un 84,9 % estuvo de acuerdo que la pasión por el trabajo se rige mediante la confianza y seguridad del trabajador. Concluyendo con un resultado científico, que ambas variables poseen una correlación evidente de 0.970, la cual es un resultado validoThe purpose of this thesis was to determine the relation of servant leadership on the passion for work of the personnel of the E&F Consortium, Soritor 2020. The research was conducted through a descriptive correlational level, which was carried out under the quantitative approach by applying the survey technique to 166 workers of the E&F consortium. The results based on statistics showed that 80.1 % of respondents agreed that the integration of servant leadership is a productive factor for the growth of the company, also 84.9 % agreed that the passion for work is governed by the trust and confidence of the worker. La Gestión Comercial y su relación con los fletes marítimos internacionales en la Agencia de Carga Internacional Caral Logistic Cargo SAC - Lima, 2022
Get PDFEl objetivo de este trabajo de investigación, es la de brindar un punto de vista sobre la problemática acontecida como consecuencia del alza de los precios del flete marítimo internacional, sus orígenes y consecuencias; así como demostrar la relación existente entre el alza de precios en del flete marítimo internacional y la gestión comercial en la agencia de carga internacional Caral Logistic Cargo SAC.
Para llevar a cabo esta tesis el investigador, utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, con un tratamiento no experimental, siendo de un nivel descriptivo correlacional; toda vez, que se pretendió realizar una demostración de la relación existente entre ambas variables, como lo mencionáramos líneas arriba.
