Liderazgo directivo y productividad del personal militar del grupo de cohetes antiaéreo Sgto 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N°2 Ilo – Perú, 2021
Get PDFLa investigación planteó como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el liderazgo directivo y la productividad del personal militar del grupo de cohetes antiaéreo SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, 2021. Asimismo, la hipótesis general expresa que existe una relación significativa entre el liderazgo directivo y la productividad del personal militar del grupo de cohetes antiaéreo SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, 2021. La metodología implicada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, nivel correlacional y tipo de investigación básica. Por otro lado, la población y muestra estuvo conformada por 37 efectivos militares de la entidad Jorge Loloy guzmán, N2. La técnica empleada para la recolección de datos fue la encuesta y el instrumento aplicado consistió en un cuestionario estructurado de 38 ítems. Los resultados mostraron que el 83,8 % consideró como alto la presencia del liderazgo directivo y el 73 % consideró como alto la presencia de productividad del personal. La conclusión principal evidenció la existencia de una relación significativa entre el liderazgo directivo y la productividad del personal militar del grupo de cohetes antiaéreo SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, debido a que, por medio de la correlación de Spearman, se obtuvo el valor de r=.801 y la significancia se basa en que p es menor que 0,05.The general objective of the research was to determine the relationship between managerial leadership and the productivity of the military personnel of the anti-aircraft rocket group SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, 2021. Likewise, the general hypothesis expresses that there is a significant relationship between managerial leadership and the productivity of the military personnel of the anti-aircraft rocket group SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, 2021 The methodology involved was of quantitative approach, correlational level and basic research type. On the other hand, the population and sample consisted of 37 military personnel of the Jorge Loloy Guzmán, N2 entity. The technique used for data collection was the survey and the instrument applied consisted of a structured questionnaire of 38 items. The results showed that 83.8% considered as high the presence of managerial leadership and 73% considered as high the presence of personnel productivity. The main conclusion evidenced the existence of a significant relationship between managerial leadership and the productivity of the military personnel of the anti-aircraft rocket group SGTO 1 Jorge Loloy Guzmán N2, due to the fact that by means of Spearman's correlation, the value of r=.801 was obtained and the significance is based on the fact that p is less than 0.05

Get PDFLa presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar como la gestión por competencias incide en el desempeño laboral de la empresa Cable Mundo Perú S. A. C, sede San Juan de Lurigancho, año 2021.
La metodología de investigación de la presente tesis fue de enfoque cuantitativo, con una investigación de tipo básica, de nivel explicativo. La población objetivo estuvo conformado por 25 trabajadores operarios de la sede de san juan de Lurigancho.
Para la recolección de datos se utilizó el instrumento de la encuesta y la herramienta del cuestionario estos fueron elaborados con ítems cerrados, con escala de Likert, los cuales se aplicaron a la población objetivo del estudio. Los dos cuestionarios de cada variable fueron sometidos a la validez de juicio de expertos y los veredictos fueron aprobados; asimismo, se calculó la confiabilidad de los cuestionarios con la técnica Alfa de Cronbach; cuyos coeficientes fueron 0,846 y 0,797 para ambos cuestionarios de las variables Gestión por Competencias y Desempeño laboral del personal respectivamente, lo cual indicó que los instrumentos eran altamente confiables para su aplicación.
Se concluyó que la gestión por competencias influye en el desempeño laboral de la empresa Cable Mundo Perú S.A.C, sede San Juan de Lurigancho, año 2021. Donde se aplicó la prueba de correlación de Pearson y se obtuvo un coeficiente de correlación de 0,863, el cual indica relación muy alta y directa entre ambas variables. El coeficiente de determinación R 2 fue 0,744, el cual indica una incidencia significativa alta de la variable independiente sobre la dependiente.The objective of this research was to determine how competency management influences the job performance of the company Cable Mundo Perú S. For the data collection, the survey instrument was used and the questionnaire tool were developed with closed items, with a Likert scale, which were applied to the target population of the study. The two questionnaires of each variable were submitted to the validity of expert judgment and the verdicts were approved; likewise, the reliability of the questionnaires was calculated with the Cronbach Alpha technique; whose coefficients were 0,846 and 0.797 for both questionnaires of the variables Skills Management and Work Performance of the staff respectively, which indicated that the instruments were highly reliable for their application.

El planteamiento del problema, lleva a cabo determinar la realidad actual de la actividad de transporte de carga, por ello nos induce a explicar completamente los aspectos más relevantes que se refiere a la organización, servicios y la implementación de la contabilidad de costos, mediante la dirección de un contador de costos para identificar y clasificar de manera correcta y con facilidad los costos fijos que incurre la empresa durante un periodo, halla o no prestación de los servicios por las depreciaciones a considerar cuando las unidades no estén en circulación, donde descubrimos el verdadero problema de la investigación.
La repercusión de la elaboración de una hoja de costos de servicios permitirá al transportista fijar sus tarifas mínimas de operación de manera técnica confiable; utilizando las tablas de referencias, normas, principios y premisas como minimización de costos y optimización de beneficios con un mejor control, alcanzándoles información que les permita tomar decisiones y por tanto mejorar la rentabilidad reduciendo los costos de servicio de la empresa.
La proyección metodológica fue de enfoque cuantitativo, investigación básica de nivel explicativo, el diseño no experimental transversal, las dimensiones del control de costos de servicios fueron: costos variables, costos fijos y costos indirectos; igual manera de los fletes : el tipo de mercancía, capacidad de gestión y gastos de operación, los jueces expertos realizaron la validación del instrumento y la confiabilidad se efectuó por el coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach, se trabajó con una población de 24 personas considerándose la muestra censal, para la recolección de datos, aplicando la técnica de encuesta que fue validado por 3 expertos.In the present investigation, it was considered as an objective, to determine how the cost control of cargo transport services affects the freight of the company Transcargy S.A.C. in Ate, 2022. Es por ello que se trata de buscar la total información sobre estas acciones y derechos que respalden al ciudadano que se está viendo afectado por el despojo de la herencia que le pertenece, así no exista un documento formal tipificado por el titular, mediante la ley los familiares de primera instancia del difunto deben recibir parte de la herencia. Observándose problemas dentro del proceso de desarrollo de los casos y ante una supuesta suplantación, despojo de vienes por parte de familiares que excluyeron en la repartición de los bienes a un integrante familiar, siendo esto un acto de engaño para quedarse con la totalidad o gran parte de los bienes. Asimismo, en el desarrollo del estudio se utilizó Leyes, articulo científicos e indexados, las cuales permiten ampliar y dar a conocer mayor información con exactitud sobre el tema de acción petitoria de herencia, asimismo se empleó antecedentes los cuales sirvieron para identificar casos anteriores que sucedieron y como se llevó a resolver. Asimismo, se empleó encuestas concordantes a los instrumentos fue el cuestionario, se utilizó la estadística para organizar y tabular datos, estadística descriptiva, análisis inferencia, nivel de interpretación. En conclusión, Se determinó que, la conciliación extrajudicial influye en los procesos de divorcio Lima 2022. Como resultado, se ha obtenido evidencia del incremento de los DICP durante el discurrir de dicha enfermedad contagiosa en el 2020, en Lima Metropolitana. Se recomienda la enseñanza teórica y práctica del ilícito penal materia de análisis en todos los niveles de educación, enfatizando en las medidas de ciberseguridad para el uso de las tecnologías de la información, así como la difusión de campañas educativas en temas de Ciberseguridad y modalidades de Ciberdelitos.It seeks to determine the influence of the COVID 19 virus pandemic on Computer Crimes Against Property (DICP). For this purpose, a correlational study with a qualitative approach was carried out. The theory and doctrine, and the relevant national and supranational regulations are reviewed. La aplicación de amnistías tributarias y su incidencia en la generación de la Conciencia Tributaria de los Contribuyentes de la Municipalidad de Lima en el 2021
Get PDFEl presente trabajo adopta una problemática que es analizar el impacto que tiene la amnistía tributaria. La Municipalidad de Lima, al igual que otras municipalidades, tuvo que buscar alternativas para obtener mayores recursos e incrementar la recaudación, es por esa razón que la actual administración brinda a los contribuyentes beneficios para el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones tributarias conocida como “amnistía tributaria”, que es el perdón de multas e intereses moratorios por tributos municipales que no fueron pagadas en su debido momento. La aplicación de este beneficio tiene como resultado un incremento temporal de sus ingresos, sin embargo, se observa que al otorgar dicha amnistía, se está favoreciendo a los morosos, cometiendo la injusticia y violando el principio de equidad frente a quienes pagaron puntualmente. Esta solución podría convertirse en un problema a mediano y largo plazo, ya que al que no paga oportunamente se le premia inclusive con rebajas en los periodos no pagados. Es por ello que la gran mayoría de los ciudadanos esperan este beneficio para luego pagar sus tributos.
En efecto, el propósito de la presente investigación es determinar la incidencia en la generación de la conciencia tributaria del contribuyente.The present work adopts a problem that is to analyze the impact of the tax amnesty. The Municipality of Lima, like other municipalities, had to look for alternatives to obtain more resources and increase profits, it is for this reason that the current administration offered taxpayers benefits for the fulfillment of their tax obligations known as "tax amnesty" , which is the forgiveness of fines and default interest for municipal taxes that were not paid in due time. The application of this benefit results in a temporary increase in their income, however, it is observed that by granting said amnesty, the defaulters are being favored, committing injustice and violating the principle of equity against those who pay on time. This solution could become a problem in the medium and long term, since those who do not pay on time are even rewarded with discounts in unpaid periods. That is why the vast majority of citizens wait for this benefit to then pay their taxes.

El estudio de la investigación es de tipo básico, el diseño es no experimental transversal, nivel de investigación correlacional y el enfoque es cuantitativo que se realizará mediante estadística. La población total estuvo conformada por 16 trabajadores de la área, para esta encuesta se tomó una muestra piloto de 10 trabajadores; la encuesta se envió por correo mediante Formulario Google y su estructura estará conformada por preguntas de método escala likert por respuestas cerradas.
