Get PDFExpediente Civil N° 186-2010. Materia: Divorcio por la causal de separación de hecho, tramitado en proceso de conocimiento. Demandante: Giuliano Augusto Bludau Vargas. Demandada: Ada Luisa Centurión Solorzano.
El 23 de abril de 2010 el recurrente interpone demanda de divorcio por la causal de separación de hecho y exoneración de la pensión alimenticia contra Centurión Solorzano, indicando que ya tenían más de dos años de separados y que el estado de necesidad de la demandada había desaparecido, por lo que su pedido debía declararse fundado.
Luego de todo lo actuado en juicio, la Juez de la primera instancia declaró fundada la demanda de divorcio por la causal de separación de hecho y el cese de la obligación alimenticia a favor de demandada. Al no existir recurso de impugnación por ninguna de las partes procesales, esta sentencia fue elevada a la Sala Superior en grado de consulta, quien decidió desaprobar la sentencia de vista por no haberse cumplido un requisito de procedencia; ante esta decisión, el demandante interpuso recurso de casación y finalmente la Corte Suprema decidió declarar fundado dicho recurso y declarar nula la sentencia de la Sala Superior y finalmente aprueba la sentencia elevada en consulta.Civil File N ° 186-2010. El nuevo dictamen de auditoría y su incidencia en el actual contexto de la economía peruana
Get PDFEl impacto de una auditoria de estados financieros en la sociedad se determina en función a la transparencia de sus actividades y a la calidad del trabajo realizado por el auditor, lo que permitirá que accionistas, directores, gerencia y grupos de interés puedan tomar decisiones adecuada con relación a la opinión del auditor. Esta opinión puede ser: limpia, calificada, con abstención y/o negativo y va a depender de cómo han sido elaborados y contabilizados los estados financieros por parte de la gerencia. El auditor tiene como principal responsabilidad realizar sus auditorías en función a las Normas Internacionales de Información Financiera (NIIF) y las Normas Internacionales de Auditoría (NIA). Para la presente investigación se realizó una encuesta a una muestra de 123 auditores financieros (socios, directores, gerentes, supervisores y seniors). El Alfa de Cronbach, tanto de la variable dependiente como la independiente fue de 0.773, el cual es superior al mínimo requerido 0,70 (70%). Los Coeficientes de Correlación de Spearman fueron determinados como positivos moderados en dos casos y positivo bajo en un caso lo cual nos ha permitido obtener información en cuanto a las percepciones y expectativas del nuevo dictamen de auditoria sobre los estados financieros y que se encuentran directamente ligados con la actual coyuntura de la economía en Perú. La investigación de este proyecto tiene un propósito descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo. La finalidad de este estudio radica en determinar la existencia de una relación entre la variable independiente (nuevo dictamen de auditoría financiera) y la variable dependiente (actual contexto dela economía peruana). Es de interés de esta investigación conocer el efecto de cada una de las variables y sus respectivas dimensiones explicando de manera cuantitativa la relación entre ellas.The impact of an audit of financial statements on the company is determined based on the transparency of its activities and the quality of the work performed by the auditor, which controls that shareholders, directors, management and interest groups can make appropriate decisions regarding in the opinion of the auditor. For the present investigation, a survey was conducted on a sample of 123 financial auditors (partners, directors, managers, supervisors and seniors). Cronbach's Alpha, both the dependent and the independent variable was 0.773, which is higher than the required minimum 0.70 (70%). Spearman's Correlation Coefficients were determined as moderate positive in two cases and low positive in one case which has allowed us to obtain information regarding the perceptions and expectations of the new audit opinion on the financial statements and what are directly linked to The current economic situation in Peru. muestra que las generación de los modelos subjetivos en al cual representan todas las
percepciones personales que podemos enfrentar en el día de hoy como comprar, apostar.,

El presente informe de investigación interviene una parte de un pregunta que se establece
que en todas las decisiones de una personas se encuentran basadas en un conocimiento y
esta sustentada en la hipótesis de la presente investigación, para ello los mismos
conocimientos da motivo de integrar conceptos de explicar los términos del mismo sujeto
mediante un modelo evolutivo.
El presente axioma propone diseñar mediante un algoritmo un modelo matemático

Get PDFEl proyecto consiste en diseñar e implementar un sistema web de información para mejorar la
gestión de servicios de inventario, para el mejor control de los productos en base de los
resultados que serán desarrollados a corto plazo en la empresa POLISHOES S.R.L. Al
conseguir el control exacto de la cantidad de materia prima y productos terminados, le fue
posible a la empresa evitar confusiones e inconformidades, tanto con los proveedores como los
clientes, el control adecuado que minimice los costos totales del inventario y maximice la
rentabilidad para la gestión de inventario en almacén.
El sistema se ha dividido en varios procesos fundamentales: El proceso de control de
inventario, control de entradas y control de salidas. Estos procesos ofrecen una funcionabilidad
distinta, y juntos controlan de forma integral diversos factores sobre la mejora y gestión del
servicio de inventario.
La gestión de inventario es el proceso principal y primer indicador; ya que es
importante realizar por los empleados del área de almacén la consulta de salidas, entradas y
revisión de los estados en que se encuentran los productos, esto es realizado de manera manual
y mecanizada, lo que resulto un poco difícil pasar a un control mediante un sistema web, por la
resistencia al cambio.
La gestión de compras es el segundo indicador de estudio de esta investigación que se
estudió para verificar las solicitudes de compras, recepciones y colocaciones de los productos
en almacén. Esto es permitió saber la forma de cómo trabajan los empleados en el momento
que ingresan nuevos productos, donde los colocan y si estos son registrados para tener un
informe de cuanto es el tiempo que demora saber en poder despachar los productos.
La gestión de ventas es el tercer indicador de estudio de esta investigación que se
estudió para verificar la atención de pedidos y los despachos de los productos. Permitiendo
obtener el promedio de los gastos, las cantidades y que se utilizó de las materias primas para
dicha fabricación en particular, calcular el tiempo que se requiere una información para generar
un pedido ya que generaba malestar al cliente por la demora de atención.
Todos estos procesos mencionados se realizan de manera manual, registrando en hojas
de papel u hojas de cálculo de Excel.
Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación demuestran que el uso de un sistema de
información en la empresa POLISHOES SRL mejora el fácil acceso a la información y de
manera oportuna en los procesos de control de inventario, entradas y salidas, aumentando el
nivel hasta un 81.48% de mejora. En la gestión de los servicios de inventario, de los resultados
obtenidos a través de las encuestas.
Gracias a la identificación de estos procesos principales, se aplicó la solución de un
sistema de información, que permitió controlar la gestión de servicio de inventario del almacén
para la empresa POLISHOES S.R.L.The project consists of designing and implementing an information web system to improve the

of the states in which the products are located, this is done in a manual and mechanized way,
which made it a little difficult to pass to a control through a web system, for the resistance to
change.
Purchasing management is the second study indicator of this research that was studied

and if they are registered to have a report of how much time it takes to know to be able to ship
the products
Sales management is the third study indicator of this research that was studied to
verify the attention of orders and shipments of products. Allowing to obtain the average of the
expenses, the quantities and that was used of the raw materials for said manufacture in particular, to calculate the time that an information is required to generate an order since it
generated discomfort to the client for the delay of attention. All these mentioned processes are
done manually, registering on sheets of paper or Excel spreadsheets
The results obtained in this research show that the use of an information system in the
company POLISHOES SRL improves the easy access to information and in a timely manner
in the processes of inventory control, inputs and outputs, increasing the level up to 81, 48%
improvement in the management of the inventory services, of the results obtained through the
surveys.

Expediente Civil N° 952 – 2001 Desalojo Por Ocupante Precario
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo, realizar un resumen del
Expediente Civil N° 952-2001, que tiene relación con la demanda de desalojo por ocupante precario, interpuesta por A. Arnaldo Guillermo VELA SOLSOL y Nora Isabel MEDINA GARCIA DE VELA, ante el 1° Juzgado Especializado en lo Civil de Maynas, contra Griselda Manuela SALDAÑA CERRON y Elsa GARCIA DE FAILOC, para que le restituya el inmueble de su propiedad, ubicado en la Calle Atlántida Lote 32 Mz. F-PPJJ. Santa Rosa de Lima-Maynas, a fin de verificar si durante el trámite judicial se realizó un debido proceso o si
se incurrió en algunas deficiencias o contradicciones entre las instancias.”
Al respecto, efectuado el análisis del expediente en estudio, se verificó que el trámite
del proceso sumarísimo, se inició el 26 de setiembre del 2001, con la postulación de la
demanda y terminó el 11 de diciembre del 2002, con el fallo de la Sala Civil Transitoria de la
Corte Suprema de Justicia de la República, que declaró fundado el recurso de casación,
proceso que se desarrolló en forma regular, con algunas observaciones, conforme se detalla en
el presente trabajo de investigación.
Finalmente al término del proceso, la demanda incoada por A. Arnaldo Guillermo
VELA SOLSOL y Nora Isabel MEDINA GARCIA DE VELA, fue declarada NULA, la
sentencia la Sala Civil Mixta y considerando que el Ad-quem no se pronunció sobre las
construcciones en el terreno que eran ocupadas por las demandadas Griselda Manuela
SALDAÑA CERRON y Elsa GARCIA DE FAILOC y, que debió ser considerar en la norma
contenida en el Art. 912 el Código Civil respecto a la presunción de propiedad y las cargas de la prueba declararon FUNDADO y MANDARON al Ad-quo, expida nueva resolución conforme a lo dispuesto por dicha resolución.The objective of this research is to summarize the Civil File N ° 952-2001, which is

Get PDFSe detectó que no hubo buenos implementos tecnológicos informáticos contables para una buena gestión contable eficiente y con alta probabilidad en crecimiento económico para la empresa, ya que no se llevaba la contabilidad al día, porque todos los registros de ingresos y gastos se realizan manualmente y también había muchas duplicidades de registros y funciones contables, y esto ocasionaba multas y sanciones por parte de las autoridades correspondientes, por lo tanto se requiere implementar un Software Informático para llevar al día la contabilidad y los registros de libros electrónicos ya que son más fáciles y eficientes de manejar y así poder tomar buenas decisiones por el personal de Gerencia y altos directivos de la empresa para un buen manejo y crecimiento económico.It was detected that there were no good computer accounting technological tools for a good efficient accounting management and with high probability of economic growth for the company, since the accounting was not kept up to date, because all records of income and expenses are made manually and also there were many duplications of records and accounting functions, and this caused fines and sanctions by the corresponding authorities, therefore it is required to implement an IT Software to keep the accounting and electronic book records up to date as they are easier and more efficient to manage and thus be able to make good decisions by the management staff and senior managers of the company for good management and economic growth.Trabajo de investigació
