Implementación Del Sistema De Control Interno Y Su Incidencia En La Gestión De Las Cuentas Por Cobrar De La Clínica Visual Center S.A.C. San Miguel 2018
Get PDFLa presente investigación ha sido elaborada con la finalidad de tener la implementación de un sistema de control interno de las cuentas por cobrar con el objetivo de minimizar los riesgo del área de cobranza para una buena gestión que propondrá implementar un Sistema Integrado de Gestión de Cobranzas del cual servirá para mejorar el incremento de la liquidez y gestión financiara de la empresa.
Los hallazgos mostraron una serie de problemas en la empresa por falta de gestión en el control de las cobranzas, para conseguir la información de las variables, se aplicó varias técnicas de instrumentos de las cuales fueron: encuestas al personal de la empresa, entrevistas y observaciones documentales. Entre los primeros resultados que pudimos observar fue el imperfecto sistema de control interno que tiene, la separación de funciones, siendo este el motivo por el cual no se toman decisiones adecuadas y a lo normado en la política interna de la organización, lo que ha permitido que no se esté realizando correctamente el buen uso y funcionamiento, al diseñarse o implementarse el sistema de control interno de las cuentas por cobrar ayudara a obtener metas propuestas para la empresa.
Este trabajo es útil , el cual beneficiara a Visual Center S.A.C , al momento de utilizar el sistema bien estructurado y con una gestión de calidad de salud para que pueda ser utilizado por el personal de la empresa de manera responsable y correcta , del cual permitirá tener un entorno laboral seguro al momento de realizar las operaciones , en la búsqueda de la liquidez y solvencia que pueda reflejar la calidad de sus servicios , con una supervisión eficiente al momento de lograr nuestras metas propuestas , el cual apoye aumentar a la rentabilidad de la empresa.The present investigation has been elaborated with the purpose of having the implementation of an internal control system of the accounts receivable with the objective of minimizing the risk of the collection area for a good management that will propose to implement an integrated collection management system of the which will serve to improve the increase of liquidity and financial management of the company.
The findings showed a series of problems in the company due to lack of management in the control of the collection , to get the information of the variables , applied several techniques of instruments of which were: surveys of company personnel , interviews and observations documentaries among the first results we could observe was the imperfect internal control system that it has , the separation of functions , this being the reason why adequate decisions are not made and what is regulated in the internal politics of the organization , which has allowed the correct use and operation is not being correctly carried out , when designing or implementing the internal control system of accounts receivable will help to obtain proposed goals for the company.
This work is useful , which will benefit Visual Center S.A.C , when using the well-structured systems and with a quality health management so that it can be used by the company´s personnel in a responsible and correct way , which will allow to have a safe work environment at the time of performing operations , in the search for liquidity and solvency that may reflect the quality of its services , with efficient supervision at the time of achieving our proposed goals , which supports increasing the profitability of the company.Trabajo de investigació

Para el desarrollo de este trabajo se elaboraron dos cuestionarios enfocados en las dos
variables: Community Manager y Posicionamiento de la Marca, cuyos resultados aparecen en
tablas y gráficos.
El tipo de investigación que se ha realizado es descriptivo; y, además, básico porque aporta al
conocimiento científico, y correlacional porque se mide el grado de relación entre las
variables.
El enfoque que se siguió es de tipo cuantitativo porque los datos se expresan numéricamente

Sin excepciones, esta se viene presentado o manifestando dentro de las familias sin exceptuar condiciones sociales; bajo sus diferentes modalidades la que sobresale es la modalidad del “Maltrato Psicológico” en la cual tiene como principal víctima o victimas a los más vulnerables dentro del vínculo familiar, mujeres y niños, y en los últimos tiempo hasta incluso personas dentro del núcleo familiar en condiciones de adulto mayor o los llamados personas de la tercera edad. Se trata de argumentar que, el ambiente del Victimario, son las causa por las cuales los llevaría a cometer dicho acto, pero se debería tener en cuenta los antecedentes familiares y educativos del agente agresor y desarrollar políticas de prevención con el apoyo adecuado del Estado.The word and / or expression "Family Violence", today has become the most used by the population. Ingenieria (2do piso) lima - lima - San Martin de Porres, mensualmente los socios se reúnen a revisar sus ventas al término de cada periodo y así poder realizar comparaciones de un mes a otro.
El presente trabajo de investigación lleva como título, El presupuesto financiero como herramienta para la toma de decisiones, y tiene como objetivo general Determinar en que medida el presupuesto financiero influye en la toma de decisiones en la empresa Agro PBS en el año 2019.
Para la realización del trabajo se hizo un análisis de la información contable que sirvió como datos históricos, asi mismo se consideró la embargadura de la empresa, los aspectos sociales, económicos, financieros, sociales, entre otros, demostrando así la importancia de tomar decisiones eficientes.

Get PDFLas estadísticas oficiales en el Perú no suelen presentar que un determinado número de personas hayan fallecido por la contaminación del aire, a pesar de que todos conocemos los perniciosos efectos que causa un aire de mala calidad en la salud de la población. Desde una simple picazón y escozor en los ojos hasta crisis asmáticas, que muchas veces causa la muerte, el aire contaminado es un problema muy serio para todas las sociedades. Está demostrado que los grupos sociales más vulnerables, sufren con mayor intensidad los adversos efectos de un aire contaminado siendo alguno de ellos las alteraciones cardiovasculares, el cáncer e infecciones en las vías respiratorias, el asma, la rinitis, diversos tipos de alergias, etc.
De acuerdo a cifras oficiales del Programa de las Naciones Unidas Para el Medio Ambiente, solo en América Latina existen más de dos millones de niños afectados por insuficiencias respiratorias y más de cien mil adultos sufren los efectos de la bronquitis, esto sin contar los sesenta y cinco millones de días perdidos por el deterioro de la salud de los trabajadores y un número indeterminado de niños y adolescentes que no asisten al colegio por problemas de salud causado por una deplorable calidad del aire. En nuestro país, sabemos que a diario los autobuses emiten grandes cantidades de gases contaminantes y material particulado que causan graves daños a la salud de la población y las autoridades hacen nada o muy poco para mejorar la calidad del aire. Lima, es conocida como una ciudad con tráfico caótico, donde los vehículos vierten toneladas de gases contaminantes y, lamentablemente, nuestra universidad se encuentra ubicada en una de las zonas de mayor perjuicio ambiental.
La presente investigación intenta reducir las graves consecuencias del aire contaminado en la sede central de la UPA. El trabajo se inicia con una exhaustiva evaluación del aire y, a partir de los resultados se plantean alternativas que tiendan a reducir los efectos contaminantes para beneficio en la salud de la comunidad universitaria.The official statistics in Peru never present that a certain number of people have gotten sick or died due to air pollution, although we all know the serious effects that bad quality air causes in the health of the population. From one simple itch and burning sensation in the eyes up to asthmatic crisis, which often causes death, air pollution is a very serious problem for all societies.
It is demonstrated that the most vulnerable social groups, those that less economic resources arrange, suffer with major intensity the adverse effects of air containing gas pollutants and micro particles. Among these hazardous diseases, we can mention cardiovascular alterations, cancer and infections in the respiratory system, as well as, asthma, rhinitis, allergies, etc.
According to the Program of the United Nations For the Environment, only in Latin America, there are more than two million children affected by respiratory diseases and more than a hundred thousand adults suffer the effects of bronchitis, without counting sixty five million days lost by the deterioration of the health of the workpeople and an indeterminate number of children and adolescents who are not present at the school for problems of health caused by a deplorable air quality.
Nowadays, in our country, the buses pollute the air by emitting big quantities of gases and particulate material; and the authorities do nothing, or very little, to improve air quality. Lima is known as the city with chaotic traffic, where the vehicles pollute the air with tons of gases. Sadly, our university suffers these effects because it is located in one of the zones of major environmental damage.
This investigation has the aim to set measurements to mitigate the serious consequences of bad quality air that is breathed in the University campus. The work begins with an exhaustive evaluation of the air; both in the surrounding avenues and in the university premises, from the results, alternatives will be established in order to improve the health of the whole university community.Trabajo de investigació

Get PDFEl trabajo de investigación que a continuación presentamos es un estudio descriptivo que hace alusión a la identificación de la cultura organizacional y el desempeño del personal, de la compañía Planet Chicken. El problema desarrollado en esta investigación reside en determinar los elementos que integran en nuestras variables de investigación, por lo tanto, nos permite reconocer sus debilidades y fortalezas de esta compañía.
Este trabajo se centró en precisar las cualidades que existen entre la cultura organizacional y el desempeño del personal, en base a rendimiento y productividad. Como parte del estudio, hemos obtenido los testimonios de los anfitriones y de los clientes fidelizados, para determinar los puntos clave del bajo rendimiento por parte del personal, teniendo en cuenta la baja productividad y la pérdida de clientes que inicialmente tuvo esta sede. Con los datos conseguidos de esta investigación, nos proporcionarán información indispensable para realizar el diagnóstico de la situación actual, lo cual plantearemos las mejoras necesarias, que ayudarán al área de producción a obtener mejoras en su desempeño y en su ambiente laboral.
Mediante la realización del análisis, se ha logrado formular las siguientes estrategias, Plan de capacitación, Plan de compensación, Evaluación de conocimientos, Test de clima laboral. Este planteamiento ayudara a mejorar el rendimiento, la productividad y el ambiente laboral del área de producción. El mismo que generar cambios en el servicio y sus productos que ofrece esta empresa.The research work that we present below is a descriptive study that refers to the identification of the organizational culture and the performance of the staff, of the company Planet Chicken. The problem developed in this research lies in determining the elements that integrate into our research variables; therefore, it allows us to recognize its weaknesses and strengths of this company.
This work focused on specifying the qualities that exist between organizational culture and staff performance, based on performance and productivity. As part of the study, we have obtained the testimonies of the hosts and loyal customers, to determine the key points of low performance by the staff, taking into account the low productivity and the loss of customers that this headquarters initially had. With the data obtained from this investigation, they will provide us with indispensable information to make the diagnosis of the current situation, which we will propose the necessary improvements, which will help the production area to obtain improvements in its performance and in its work environment.

Liderazgo y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de producción del Grupo la República Publicaciones S.A., Lima -2019
Get PDFEn este estudio se sugirió como propósito determinar la relación entre el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores del área de producción de la empresa Grupo la República Publicaciones S.A. Se trabajó con toda la población que corresponde a 45 trabajadores que pertenecen al área de producción, la averiguación es de nivel descriptivo relacional, el proyecto es no experimental y transversal, el mismo se desarrolló bajo el enfoque cuantitativo. La herramienta utilizada para la recolección de la información ha sido la encuesta adaptada a la escala Likert, se validó su confiabilidad por medio del Coeficiente de Alpha de Crombach. Finalmente se realizó las pruebas de correlación para las variables y dimensiones usando la herramienta de Rho de Spearman.
Las conclusiones muestran una relación directa en las variables liderazgo con el desempeño laboral en el personal del área de producción de la empresa Grupo la República Publicaciones S.A., Asimismo, se determinó la existencia de relación significativa entre el liderazgo y el desempeño laboral con un P valor = 0,001 con Rho Spearman = 0,492. Concluyéndose que hay nexo relevante del liderazgo y el desempeño laboral en el trabajo por lo que se sugiere mejorar el liderazgo a fin de evaluar la productividad del trabajo.This study suggested the purpose of determining the relationship between leadership and work performance of workers in the production area of the company Grupo la República Publicaciones S.A. We worked with the entire population that corresponds to 45 workers who belong to the production area. The investigation is of a relational descriptive level, the project is not experimental and transversal, it was developed under the quantitative approach. The tool used to collect the information has been the survey adapted to the Likert scale, its reliability was validated through the Crombach Alpha Coefficient. Finally, correlation tests were performed for the variables and dimensions using the Spearman's Rho tool.
The conclusions show a direct relationship in the variables leadership with the work performance in the personnel of the production area of the company Grupo la República Publicaciones SA. Likewise, the existence of a significant relationship between leadership and work performance with a P value was determined. = 0.001 with Rho Spearman = 0.492. Concluding that there is a relevant nexus of leadership and work performance at work, it is suggested to improve leadership in order to assess the productivity of work.Tesi

El tipo de investigación es aplicada, el nivel de investigación fue descriptiva, el método de estudio que se empleó fue el método científico, es decir, el investigador medito de manera razonada, haciendo uso del método deductivo, para responder a los problemas planteados y tiene como principal soporte, la observación, es decir, formula hipótesis de trabajo provisional, para ser aceptada o rechazada en la etapa de la ejecución o desarrollo de la investigación, convirtiéndose en hipótesis científica, al comprobar con la aplicación del instrumento de recolección de datos, encuestándose en una muestra determinada, las técnicas utilizadas en la presente investigación fueron la observación no estructurada, la entrevista, la encuesta estructurada y las fuentes documentales con cada uno de sus instrumentos, para la recolección de la información se construyó un cuestionario, con preguntas para medir las variables de estudio, luego se aplica el instrumento para recolectar datos, se procesa estadísticamente la información haciendo uso del paquete estadístico SPSS25.0, para el análisis e interpretación de datos se tiene en cuenta tablas y figuras estadísticas y finalmente llega a la conclusión general que la minería ilegal se relaciona significativamente con la contaminación del medio ambiente en la comunidad campesina del distrito de Conchuco, Pallasca, Ancash – 2019.This research work entitled: "Illegal mining and pollution of the environment in the rural community of the district of Conchuco, Pallasca, Ancash - 2019". Trabajo De Suficiencia Profesional Exp. Penal N°01475-2011-86-0401-JR-PE-0 Robo Agravado
Get PDFEl presente trabajo está basado en el Expediente judicial signado con el N° 00310 - 2013-
0- 0801-JM - LA- 02, que fue tramitado en el Segundo Juzgado Civil - Sede Central de la
Corte superior de Justicia de Cañete, seguidos por Cesar Antonio Peña Huasasquiche, contra
la Municipalidad Provincial de Cañete, sobre Pago de Beneficios Sociales y/o Indemnización
u otros Beneficios Económicos.
Al respecto, mediante Resolución N° 01. De fecha 03 de diciembre de 2013, se resuelve
admitir a trámite la demanda, y se fija fecha de Audiencia de Conciliación, el día 22 de enero
del año 2013.
Asimismo, se lleva a cabo la Audiencia de conciliación con la asistencia de la parte
demandante, asistido por su abogado, mas no asiste la parte demandada, por tal motivo fue
imposible realizar la audiencia de conciliación, por lo que se da como fracasada y se agota la
etapa conciliatoria, y se declara su rebeldía, fijándose fecha para la Audiencia de
Juzgamiento, para el día 16 de mayo del 2014.
Mediante Resolución 6, que contiene la Sentencia de Primera Instancia, el Juzgado Mixto
Permanente de San Vicente de Cañete, resuelve declarar Fundada en parte la demanda; y
ORDENA a la Municipalidad Provincial de Cañete pague la suma de. S/. 48,101.48 por los
conceptos de asignación familiar, gratificaciones, vacaciones y horas extras, y la suma de S/.
8,677.40, por concepto de compensación por tiempo de servicios.
La parte demandada Municipalidad de Cañete representada por el Procurador Público
CIPRIANO SABIBO LOZANO GUERRA, interpone un recurso de apelación, manifestando
su inconformidad contra la sentencia de Primera Instancia.
Mediante Resolución N° 8, de fecha 18 de junio de 2014, se concede el auto concesorio de
apelación, por lo que mediante Sentencia de Segunda Instancia; la Sala Civil de la Corte
Superior de Justicia de Cañete, mediante Resolución N° 4, de fecha 10 de setiembre de 2014.
resuelve REVOCAR la sentencia de Primera Instancia, y REFORMANDO la citada sentencia
declaro INFUNDADA la demanda.

La parte demandante interpone Recurso de Casación, indicando que se ha realizado una
infracción normativa procesal a un debido proceso y la motivación de las resoluciones
judiciales.
La Sala de Derecho Constitucional y social Permanente de la corte Suprema de Justicia de
la Republica considerando el recurso de Casación, de acuerdo a lo previsto en el art. 37 de la
ley N° 29497, resuelve declarar IMPROCEDENTE, el recurso de Casación.This work is based on the judicial file signed with No. 00310 - 2013-
0- 0801-JM - LA- 02, which was processed in the Second Civil Court - Headquarters of the
