Serie Dragón Ball Z influye en la conducta social de los jóvenes y adultos de 20 a 40 años,
en el Distrito de Lince, año 2021? Tiene por objetivo general determinar el
comportamiento que general la serie “Dragon Ball Z” en jóvenes adultos en su vida
cotidiana y frente a la sociedad. La gran acogida masiva que llego a tener esta animación,
y la gran controversia que generó por el contenido de ellos (violencia descontrolada,
ambigüedad de género, etc.) lo cual ha llevado a un estudio extenso, que particularmente
es el foco de atención en las consecuencias que estos animes causan en los
telespectadores, sobre todo en los menores de edad. Sin embargo, este campo de estudio se
encuentra en un estado de apogeo de desarrollo, ya sea en nuestro país como en el resto
del mundo. En este proceso, existen mediaciones latentes en la sociedad, las cuales ejerce
cierta influencia entre la serie y la conducta social de los jóvenes y adultos. Según
Vygotsky desde un enfoque psicológico y educativo para enriquecer perspectivas sobre
relaciones entre jóvenes y adultos que conlleva a un contexto social la conducta de otro ser
humano. Con esta investigación se propone realizar un estudio que permita señalar la
influencia que establece la serie japonesa Dragón Ball Z en los jóvenes y adultos,
específicamente es su conducta social o comportamiento en la sociedad.The present investigation is THE JAPONESE SERIE “DRAGON BALL Z” AND ITS
INFLUENCE IN THE SOCIAL CONDUCT OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ADULTS 20
TO 40 YEARS OLD IN THE DISTRICT OF LINCE: 2021. You have the following
problem: In what way does the Dragon Ball Z Series influence the social behavior of
young people and adults between 20 and 40 years old, in the Lince District, year 2021? Its
general objective is: To determine the general behavior of the series "Dragon Ball Z" in
young adults in their daily life and in front of society. The great massive reception that this
animation obtained, and the great controversy that it generated due to their content
(uncontrolled violence, gender ambiguity, etc.), which has led to an extensive study,
which is particularly the focus of attention in the consequences that these animes cause on
viewers, especially minors. However, this field of study is in a peak state of development,
both in our country and in the rest of the world. In this process, there are latent mediations
in society, which exert a certain influence between the series and the social behavior of

Obligaciones tributarias y su incidencia en la liquidez de la empresa constructora e inmobiliaria Optimus SAC Magdalena del Mar 2019
Get PDFLa presente tesis tiene como objetivo determinar de qué manera la obligación tributaria
incide en la liquidez en la empresa constructora e inmobiliaria Optimus SAC en Magdalena del
Mar 2019.
Nuestra investigación fue de tipo explicativo de diseño no experimental transversal, nivel
básico teórico documental y de enfoque cuantitativo, la técnica de recolección de datos que se
utilizó fue del cuestionario, el cual está conformado por 15 preguntas que fueron encuestados a
30 colaboradores de la empresa; el procesamiento de los resultados fue a través del programa
SPSS versión 25 y estadística descriptiva con frecuencias y porcentajes; por ende, las hipótesis
formuladas fueron demostradas después obtuvimos los resultados y nos muestran que las
obligaciones tributarias inciden significativamente con la liquidez de las empresas constructoras
de lima. Se evidencio un coeficiente r= 0.000, calificando a las variables con una correlación
positiva alta, en la medida que aumenta una variable también aumente la otra. Por último, se
concluye que si existe una relación directa entre las obligaciones tributarias y la liquidez de la
Empresa Constructora e Inmobiliaria Optimus SAC 2019.The objective of this thesis is to determine how the tax obligation affects liquidity in the
construction and real estate company Optimus SAC in Magdalena del Mar 2019.
Our research was of a descriptive-correlational type of cross-sectional non-experimental
design of causal explanatory level, and of a quantitative approach, the data collection technique
used was the questionnaire, which is made up of 15 questions that were delivered to 30
collaborators from the company; the processing of the results was through the SPSS version 25
program and descriptive statistics with frequencies and percentages; Therefore, the hypotheses
formulated were demonstrated after we obtained the results and they show us that the tax
obligations significantly affect the liquidity of the construction companies in Lima. A coefficient
r = 0.000 was evidenced, qualifying the variables with a high positive correlation, as one variable
increases, the other also increases. Finally, it is concluded that there is a direct relationship
between the tax obligations and the liquidity of the Optimus SAC Construction and Real Estate

Los precedentes vinculantes y sus efectos en la seguridad jurídica en Perú, 2020
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo Determinar la influencia del
precedente vinculante sobre la seguridad jurídica en Perú, Lima 2020.
La metodología aplicada fue de paradigma interpretativo, enfoque cualitativo, propósito
básico, método a aplicar inductivo, diseño sociológico-jurídica. La población la conformo las
sentencias interlocutorias emitidas por el Tribunal Constitucional en el 2019 en materia de
agravio constitucional, publicadas en el sitio web del Tribunal y la muestra 33 de estas
sentencias escogidas al azar. La recolección de datos se realizó a través de la técnica del análisis
documental y la observación, almacenando y sistematizando los datos obtenidos para su
respectivo análisis, a través de una categorización, la cual facilita la triangulación de la
información y el desglosamiento de los resultados.
Los resultados arrojaron que una vez analizadas las resoluciones judiciales queconforman
la muestra se evidencia que los precedentes vinculantes (en este caso el precedente vinculante
Vázquez Romero) ciertamente impactan sobre la seguridad jurídica en Perú, puesto que de las
33 sentencias 31 fueron declaradas improcedentes fundadas en el precedente vinculante sin
realizar revisión del fondo de la causa, lo que trae como consecuencia el causar por parte del
TC perjuicios al no garantizar la objetiva aplicación de la ley, dejando en estado de indefensión
a los recurrentes. Se concluyó que efectivamente una variable impacta sobre la otra.The objective of this research work was to determine the influence of binding precedent on
legal security in Peru, Lima 2020.
The methodology applied was of interpretative paradigm, qualitative approach, basic
purpose, inductive method to be applied, sociological-legal design. The population was formed
by the interlocutory sentences issued by the Constitutional Court in 2019 on constitutionaltort,
published on the Court's website and the sample was 33 of these sentences chosen at random.
Data collection was carried out through the technique of documentary analysis and observation,
storing and systematizing the data obtained for their respective analysis, through a
categorization, which facilitates the triangulation of information and the breakdown of the
results.
The results showed that once the judicial resolutions that make up the sample were
analyzed, it is evident that binding precedents (in this case the binding precedent Vázquez
Romero) certainly have an impact on legal security in Peru, since of the 33 sentences, 31 were
declared inadmissible based on the binding precedent without reviewing the merits of the case,
which results in the TC causing damages by not guaranteeing the objective application of the

presento los principales problemas y objetivos de la empresa estudiada además de brindar
soluciones y recomendación para la continuidad y mejora de las empresas relacionadas
con el rubro.
Además, se presentan tesis y libros relacionados con las dos variables estudiadas
para hacer una comparación con el trabajo de investigación, y tomar mejores decisiones
para que se implemente la auditoría interna.
Al final se llegó a la conclusión que si aplicamos la auditoría interna evitamos el
lavado de activos, riesgos y pérdidas, para tener eficacia y eficiencia en los procesos y
actividades de la compañía.This research work entitled: “The internal audit and its incidence in the prevention

rentabilidad de la Empresa Anglo American Trading Co S.A., tiene como objetivo; verificar si
existe relación entre el control interno y la rentabilidad de la empresa Anglo American Trading
CO S.A. Lima 2019.
Para ello se realizó un enfoque cualitativo, diseño no experimental, trasversal y de tipo descriptivo.
La población del estudio está conformada por el área administrativa, contable, ventas, cobranzas,
gerentes que laboran en la entidad Anglo American Trading CO S.A., siendo entrevistados 50
colaboradores.
Concluyéndose que existe una relación significativa entre el control interno y la rentabilidad. El 76.00%
de las personas encuestadas a la entidad considera que la planeación del control interno tiene
relación con la rentabilidad de la empresa.This research work is entitled, Relationship between internal control and profitability of the
Anglo American Trading Co S.A. Company, its objective is; verify if there is a relationship
between internal control and the profitability of the company Anglo American Trading CO S.A.

Calidad de vida y satisfacción del adulto mayor en una casa de reposo Cabecitas de Guadalupe de Lima Metropolitana
Get PDFObjetivo: Determinar la relación entre la calidad de vida y la satisfacción del adulto mayor de
la casa de reposo Cabecitas de Guadalupe de Lima Metropolitana. Método: El estudio tiene un
diseño no experimental, transversal. Se realizó un muestreo no probabilístico, participando 30
colaboradores que laboran en la casa de reposo Cabecitas de Guadalupe de Lima Metropolitana.
El instrumento que se aplicó fue el cuestionario que consta de 32 ítems agrupados en 5
dimensiones: cuidados de enfermería, proceso de atención de enfermería, rendimiento
percibido, expectativas y el nivel de satisfacción. Resultados: En total participaron 30
colaboradores. Se concluye que existe relación significativa entre la calidad de vida y la
satisfacción del adulto mayor de la casa de reposo Cabecitas de Guadalupe de Lima
Metropolitana. Asimismo, se logró un estadístico de correlación de Pearson de 0.467,
determinando una correlación significativa y media de las variables propuestas. Se sugiere a los
directivos de la Casa de Reposo de Lima establecer estrategias y mejoras para la calidad de vida
y la satisfacción del adulto mayor proporcionando una evaluación más comprensiva, integral y
válida del estado de salud.Objective: To determine the relationship between the quality of life and the satisfaction of the
elderly at the Cabecitas de Guadalupe nursing home in Metropolitan Lima. Method: The study
has a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. A non-probabilistic sampling was carried out,
involving 30 collaborators who work in the Cabecitas de Guadalupe nursing home in
Metropolitan Lima. The instrument applied was the questionnaire consisting of 32 items
grouped into 5 dimensions: nursing care, nursing care process, perceived performance,
expectations, and level of satisfaction. Results: A total of 30 collaborators participated. It is
concluded that there is a significant relationship between the quality of life and the satisfaction
of the elderly at the Cabecitas de Guadalupe nursing home in Metropolitan Lima. Likewise, a

exclusivamente a este tipo de albergues, sino a todos los centros sociales que son los
principales interesados en poder identificar cuáles son las estrategias gerenciales de
administración que deben seguir para poder realizar eficientemente su labor social.
El objetivo de la siguiente tesis es una investigación sobre la situación actual de los
albergues pequeños que tienen una problemática en la deficiente administración de los
centros sociales.
Asimismo, es necesario explicar a la población que no conocen la situación actual
de los albergues, que los casos más frecuentes de anormal funcionamiento que llevan a la
mala administración son, entre otras: la lentitud, retraso en la tramitación de donaciones y
el incumplimiento de términos, esto a su vez se debe a: la escasez de medios materiales,
de personal y hasta a la corrupción.The thesis entitled: "Management strategies aimed at the Administration of the Gina

El control de identidad de la Policía Nacional del Perú y su presunta vulneración en los derechos de los manifestantes de protestas en el Perú, 2020
Get PDFLa presente investigación tiene por finalidad establecer que el control de identidad digital
de la Policía Nacional del Perú (PNP), no vulnera los derechos de ninguna persona que participe
en alguna marcha, mítines, protestas, bloqueos, entre otros; debido a que el control de identidad
de la PNP es una atribución que se le ha concedido, como parte del marco de sus facultades, con
el fin de preservar el orden interno y así mismo, prevenir el delito, según está estipulado en
Constitución Política del Perú.
Cabe resaltar, que estas acciones llamadas manifestaciones son parte del derecho a la libre
expresión del ciudadano. Existen algunos casos en los que estas se convierten en hechos
alarmantes con consecuencias de víctimas que perdieron la vida en el acto, producto de la
histeria, el agobio y la furia con la que se comportan muchos de ellos, y a esto se suma la actitud
de sujetos o individuos de mal vivir, que también participan de estos hechos, solo con el
propósito de azuzar a los manifestantes, provocando caos y desorden, por lo cual esta facultad
delegada a la PNP sobre el control de identidad, tiene como misión asegurar y restablecer el
orden interno en situaciones de este calibre, de esta manera se asegura el cumplimiento de las
leyes y la seguridad del patrimonio público y del privado, de según señala el artículo 166° de la
Constitución Política del Perú.
El Ministerio de Justicia y Derechos Humanos, define esta diligencia de control de
identidad policial como la necesidad de identificación personal realizado por efectivos policiales
en la vía pública o en cualquier ubicación aleatoria donde se realice la solicitud, cuando se crea
pertinente obtener información útil para la averiguación de un hecho punible o prevenir algúnhecho delictivo. Para tal efecto, el agente del orden tiene permitido proceder con las
comprobaciones necesarias.
De acuerdo, a lo manifestado por la Oficina de la Alta Comisionada de las Naciones
Unidas para los Derechos Humanos, los derechos humanos son universales e intrínsecos de todo
ser humano, como garantías jurídicas que lo protegen y velan por sus derechos y dignidad
humana, sin que estos sean violentados por algún agente del Estado, sin justificación alguna. De
la misma manera en la Declaración de Viena de 1993 se menciona, “los derechos humanos y las
libertades fundamentales son patrimonio innato de todos los seres humanos; su promoción y
protección es responsabilidad primordial de los gobiernos.”
Para la realización de la presente investigación se han utilizado diferentes trabajos de
investigación ya sean nacionales o internacionales, además de diversos artículos de periódicos y
revistas indexadas, con el fin de brindar un soporte académico.
La presente investigación aplicada tiene un diseño no experimental, que se realizó bajo el
enfoque cuantitativo aplicando la técnica de la encuesta de opinión a 30 comisarios, de las
principales comisarías de Lima Metropolitana, entre las que figuran Ate- Vitarte, Barranco,
Breña, Cercado de Lima, Chorrillos, Comas, El Agustino, Independencia, Jesús María, La
Molina, La Victoria, Lince, Los Olivos, Lurín, Magdalena, Miraflores, Pachacámac, Pueblo
Libre, Puente Piedra, Rímac, Salamanca, San Borja, San Isidro, San Juan de Lurigancho, San
Juan de Miraflores, San Luis, San Martín de Porres, Santa Anita, Villa El Salvador y Villa María
del Triunfo.The purpose of this investigation is to establish that the digital identity control of the
National Police of Peru (PNP), does not violate the rights of any person participating in any
march, rally, protest, blockade, among others; because the identity control of the PNP is an
attribution that has been granted, as part of the framework of its powers, in order to preserve
internal order and likewise, prevent crime, as stipulated in the Political Constitution of Peru.
It should be noted that these actions called demonstrations are part of the citizen's right to
free expression. There are some cases in which these become alarming events with consequences
of victims who lost their lives in the act, as a result of hysteria, the burden and fury with which
many of them behave, and to this is added the attitude of subjects or individuals of bad living,
who also participate in these events, only for the purpose of whipping up the demonstrators,
Therefore, this power delegated to the PNP on identity control, has the mission to ensure and
restore internal order in situations of this caliber, thus ensuring compliance with the laws and the
security of public and private property, as stated in Article 166 of the Political Constitution of
Peru.

El presente trabajo de investigación trata sobre: La formalización tributaria y el crecimiento económico de los comerciantes del mercado del mercado “Lucio Hinostroza” del distrito de Chosica de la provincia Lurigancho 2019. Tiene como finalidad establecer que, la formalización tributaria se enlaza con el crecimiento económico del mercado “Lucio Hinostroza” del distrito de Chosica de la provincia Lurigancho 2019. El presente estudio será descriptivo, diseño no experimental y de enfoque cuantitativo. Se está tomando una población de 45 negociantes. Se está usando el método de la encuesta y el cuestionario como herramienta de investigación. Determinación de propuestas de mejora del control de identidad policial para la reducción de delitos, en tiempo de COVID19 (Callao, 2020)
Get PDFLa presente investigación tiene por finalidad plantear propuestas de mejora al artículo 205 del Código Procesal Penal PP, con la finalidad de prevenir y reducir los delitos el Callao, teniendo en consideración que la norma citada señala el plazo máximo de retención de las personas que no exhiban su documento de identidad u otro idóneo es de 4 horas como máximo, para efectos de realizar la identificación plena de las personas intervenidas, sin embargo, en nuestra realidad la comprobación e identificación de una persona extranjera requiere más tiempo, toda vez que se debe realizar coordinaciones con embajadas, consulados u otras entidades a fin de determinar si estas están buscados por la justicia por algún delito; asimismo existen casos especiales de connacionales que no se pueden identificar en el plazo que establece la ley, debido a situaciones particulares como son los aquellos que suplantan identidad para cometer ilícitos penales. Así también, la norma precisa que la comprobación de la identidad se realiza a través de un documento nacional de identidad u otro documento idóneo otorgado por funcionario público, sin embargo, no contempla el uso de control biométricos para la identificación plena sin presentación de documento de identidad, significando que la incorporación o modificación de la norma conllevaría a la celeridad del procedimiento.
Por otro lado la ciudadanía percibe que la labor de identificación que realiza la policía en prevención de delitos casi siempre es vista como una agresión a la libertad personal, por ello, hemos considerado promover campañas de sensibilización en la población, a fin de comprender que la función encomendada por el Estado, es de prevenir la comisión de delitos capturar a las personas en flagrancia, y requisitorias por la autoridad judicial labora que implica la reducción de delitos y generaría confianza en la población.The purpose of this research is to propose improvement proposals to article 205 of the PP
