La actividad interoperable de los juzgados especializados de familia con las comisarias PNP de familia, para lograr una rápida atención y protección de mujeres víctimas de violencia familiar
Get PDFLa investigación tiene como objetivo conocer que estrategias viene realizando el Estado Peruano ante los hechos de violencia contra la mujer, en cumplimiento a los tratados internacionales, a través de sus operadores de justicia que viene haciendo los esfuerzo para la reducción de las cifras que se incrementan sistemáticamente, de tal manera que una de las acciones fue la creación del Sistema Especializado de Justicias integrado por instituciones públicas como el Poder Judicial (en adelante PJ) y Policía Nacional del Perú (en adelante PNP), con el propósito primordial de que a las mujeres víctimas de violencia se les asegure el desarrollo célere y efectivo por medio de una ruta procesal eficaz, desde el instante que estas víctimas concurran a formalizar su denuncia ante las Comisarias de Familia con el propósito de obtener acciones de protección ordenada por el Juez competente, mejorando las instituciones su actividad con los tiempos de atención y respuesta al abordar la tutela para las mujeres afectadas.
En ese sentido la investigación se desarrolla en conocer las estrategias de atención y protección que han diseñado e implementado la institucional policial en coordinación con el Poder Judicial con sus Juzgados Familia, en Lima Metropolitana a partir del año 2021, a favor de la mujer peruana, como compromiso del Estado Peruano en su tarea de combatir este evidente flagelo social.
Finalmente, después de analizarse y describir las acciones de estos dos operadores de justicia, se identificó el uso de la informática como estrategia al haberse implementado la interoperabilidad en la ruta procesal desde la atención, registro y protección de la mujer víctimas a través de la obtención de la resolución de protección, alcanzando la justicia de manera célere y efectiva, me permito establecer la conclusión, aportes y recomendacionesThe objective of the investigation is to know what strategies the Peruvian State has been carrying out in the face of acts of violence against women , in compliance with the numbers that are increasing systematically, in such a way the one of the actions was the creation of the Specialized justice System made up of public institutions such as the Judiciary (hereinafter PJ) and the National Police of Peru (hereinafter PNP),with the primary purpose that the women victims of violence are ensured rapid and effective development through an effective procedural route, from the moment these victims attend to formalize their complaint before the Family Commissioners in order to obtain protection actions ordered by the competent Judge, institutions improving their activity with attention and response times when dealing with guardianship for affected women. In this sense, the research is developed in knowing the care and protection strategies that have been designed and implemented by the police institution in coordination with the Judiciary with its Family Courts, in Metropolitan Lima from the year 2021, in favor of the Peruvian women, as commitment of the Peruvian State in its task of combating this obvious social scourge. Finally, after analyzing and describing the actions of these two justice operators, the use of information technology was identified as a strategy by having implemented interoperability in the procedural route from the care, registration and protection of female victims through obtaining of the protection resolution, reaching justice quickly and effectively, I allow myself to establish the conclusion, contributions and recommendation
Sistema Contable Concar y su influencia en la gestión de información financiera de la Empresa Industria Megal E.I.R.L., San Martin de Porres, 2020
Get PDFEn el estudio titulado: “Sistema contable Concar y su influencia en la gestión de información financiera de la empresa Industria Megal E.I.R.L., San Martin de Porres, 2020”; se formuló como objetivo determinar la influencia entre ambas variables en la nombrada empresa. El estudio fue cuantitativo, explicativo y no experimental. La muestra estuvo constituida por 15 empleados que laboran en el área de contabilidad; los cuales respondieron a los cuestionarios establecidos para cada variable. Entre los principales hallazgos se identificó que el sistema contable Concar ejerció un efecto positivo y significativo sobre la gestión de información financiera (R2= .929); contemplándose que influye en un 92.9%. Del mismo modo, se reconoció la influencia significativa de sus dimensiones: Registro del sistema contable Concar (R2 = .748), los reportes del sistema contable Concar (R2 = .743) y la toma de decisiones a partir del sistema contable Concar (R2= .953). En conclusión, se validan las hipótesis propuestas en la investigación ya que tanto la aplicación del sistema contable Concar como sus dimensiones, repercuten de forma alta, positiva y significativa en la gestión de datos financieros de la empresa Industria Megal E.I.R.L., San Martin de Porres, 2020.In the study entitled: "Concar accounting system and its influence on the financial information management of the company Industria Megal E.I.R.L., San Martin de Porres, 2020"; the objective was formulated to determine the influence between both variables in the named company. The study was quantitative, explanatory and non-experimental. The sample consisted of 15 employees who work in the accounting area; who responded to the questionnaires established for each variable. Among the main results, it was identified that the Concar accounting system had a positive and significant effect on the management of financial information (R2= .929); contemplating that it influences 92.9%. In the same way, the significant influence of its dimensions was recognized: Record of the Concar accounting system (R2 = .748), reports of the Concar accounting system (R2 = .743) and decision making from the Concar accounting system (R2 = .953). La prisión preventiva y sobrepoblación carcelaria en el penal de Lurigancho periodo 2021
Get PDFEl presente trabajo de investigación, trata de abordar el estudio de nuestro sistema penitenciario que viene enfrentando una sobrepoblación que en su mayoría se da por la desmedida aplicación de institutos procesales como la prisión preventiva, por lo que nuestro objetivo será determinar la relación que existe entre esta medida coercitiva de carácter personal y el hacinamiento carcelario que se da, específicamente, en el establecimiento penitenciario de San Juan de Lurigancho, entendiendo que la mencionada medida debe ser considerada excepcional, pero en la vida real es excesivamente aplicada, privándose de la libertad de manera temporal a una gran cantidad de procesados, hasta que se desbarate el principio de presunción de inocencia, expidiéndose una sentencia condenatoria firme, ejecutoriada o consentida.
La prisión preventiva viene incidiendo significativamente en el hacinamiento de las cárceles, especialmente en el centro penitenciario de Lurigancho, que viene enfrentando este problema con escasos recursos, donde el procesado como el interno están expuestos a que se les vulnere sus derechos, como también no poder tener acceso a programas con finalidad de resocializarlos, por otro lado, este incrementó pueden originar motines dentro de ellos, por lo que nos olvidamos si nuestro sistema penitenciario cuenta con la capacidad para poder enfrentar este crecimiento de la población carcelaria que se encuentra restringida de su libertad, en este sentido, atreves del estudio se determinara la relación que existe entre ambas variables.The present research work tries to approach the study of our penitentiary system that has been facing an overpopulation that is mostly due to the excessive application of procedural institutes such as preventive detention, for which our objective will be to determine the relationship that exists between this coercive measure of a personal nature and the prison overcrowding that occurs, specifically, in the San Juan de Lurigancho prison, understanding that the aforementioned measure should be considered exceptional, but in real life it is excessively applied, depriving the freedom of temporarily to a large number of defendants, until the principle of presumption of innocence is dismantled, issuing a final conviction, executed or consented.

Capital de trabajo y su influencia en la gestión operativa de las MYPES de Ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020
Get PDFLa presente investigación titulada: “Capital de trabajo y su influencia en la gestión operativa de las mypes de ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020”, tuvo como objetivo general determinar cómo el capital de trabajo influye en la gestión operativa de las mypes de ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020. Se consideró por el capital de trabajo un indicador financiero que se utiliza para determinar los recursos con que dispone una empresa para operar sin sobresaltos y de forma eficiente, la importancia del presente estudio es que la empresa para poder operar requiere de recursos para cubrir necesidades de insumos, materia prima, mano de obra, reposición de activos fijos, etc. Estos recursos deben estar disponibles a corto plazo para cubrir las necesidades de la empresa a tiempo. La metodología empleada fue de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básica, de nivel correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal.
Para obtener los resultados de la investigación se elaboró un cuestionario de 13 ítems en la escala Likert teniendo en cuenta las dimensiones e indicadores del capital de trabajo y su influencia en la gestión operativa de las mypes de ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020.
Él instrumento mencionado se aplicó a 50 gerentes que operan en la gestión operativa de las mypes de ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020.
El instrumento para recolectar datos, se procesó estadísticamente la información haciendo uso del paquete estadístico SPSS 26.0, para el análisis e interpretación de datos se tiene en cuenta tablas y figuras estadísticas. Por otro lado, la gestión operativa es la actividad que realiza el directivo público hacia el interior de su organización para aumentar su capacidad de conseguir los propósitos de sus políticas. y por último se considera dimensiones e indicadores que abarcan las 2 variables.The present investigation entitled: "Working capital and its influence on the operational management of the mypes of ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020", had as a general objective to determine how working capital influences the operational management of the mypes of ate-Vitarte -Lima 2020. Working capital is exceptionally a financial indicator that is used to determine the resources available to a company to operate smoothly and efficiently. The importance of this study is that the company requires resources in order to operate. to cover needs for inputs, raw materials, labor, replacement of fixed assets, etc. These resources must be available in the short term to cover the needs of the company on time. The methodology used was a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level and non-experimental cross-sectional design.
To obtain the results of the research, a management questionnaire of 13 items on the Likert scale was developed, taking into account the dimensions and indicators of working capital and its influence on the operations of the mypes of ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020.
The aforementioned instrument was applied to 50 managers who operate in the operational management of the mypes of ate-Vitarte-Lima 2020.

La aplicabilidad de la privación de libertad para los autores de delito de agresiones contra mujeres, Lima Este, 2020 - 2022
Get PDFLa presente Tesis de Investigación titulada: “La Aplicación Efectiva de la Privación de Libertad para los Agresores contra mujeres, en el Distrito Judicial de Lima Este, entre los años 2020 - 2022”; el objetivo principal en cuanto a explicar acerca las principales implicancias negativas que se generan de la falta de una interpretación y aplicación adecuada de la tipificación punitiva del delito de Agresiones contra mujeres, en la jurisdicción referida; habiéndose desarrollado en base al tipo metodológico aplicado con nivel tanto explicativo como descriptivo, con diseño Descriptivo y Correlacional, con método de análisis mixto tanto cualitativo como cuantitativo, habiéndose efectuado el estudio de campo en base al análisis documental sobre dos jurisprudencias penales, acerca de casos relacionados de agresiones que sufren las mujeres como víctimas de violencia familiar; teniéndose que en base a la contrastación efectuada entre los resultados cuantitativos de las encuestas aplicadas a la muestra de 75 operadores jurídicos - penales de Lima Este, y de la data resultante del análisis jurisprudencial efectuado, finalmente se pudo obtener un coeficiente rho Spearman de 0.746, y en función con lo aportado con el análisis documental / jurisprudencial efectuado; llegándose a concluir que existen recurrentes problemas en la ley penal correspondiente por parte de Jueces Penales, que aplican criterios benignos y excesivamente garantistas que determinan en la gran mayoría de sentencias, la absolución de los agresores, y en ciertos casos entre los que reciben penas condenatorias mínimas a 1 año de cárcel y en algunos que han sido condicionados a pagar irrisorias reparaciones económicas para no ir a prisión, por lo que en sí no se han estado aplicando penas efectivas de prisión contra la alta incidencia de agresores de mujeres.This Research Thesis entitled: "The Effective Application of the Deprivation of Liberty for Aggressors against women, in the Judicial District of Lima Este, between the years 2020 - 2022"; the objective is to explain about the main negative implications that are generated from the lack of an adequate interpretation and application of the punitive classification of the crime of Assaults against women, in the aforementioned jurisdiction; having been developed based on the methodological type applied with both an explanatory and descriptive level, with a Descriptive and Correlational design, with a mixed qualitative and quantitative analysis method, having carried out the field study based on the documentary analysis of two criminal jurisprudence, about cases related to aggressions suffered by women as victims of family violence; Bearing in mind that based on the comparison made between the quantitative results of the surveys applied to the sample of 75 legal-criminal operators in East Lima, and the data resulting from the jurisprudential analysis carried out, it was finally possible to obtain a Spearman rho coefficient of 0.746, and based on what was provided with the documentary / jurisprudential analysis carried out; reaching the conclusion that there are recurrent problems in the interpretation of the corresponding criminal law by the Criminal Judges, who apply benign and excessively guaranteeing criteria that determine in the vast majority of sentences, the acquittal of the aggressors, and in certain cases between the who receive minimum sentences of 1 year in prison and in some who have been conditioned to pay ridiculous economic reparations so as not to go to prison, for which reason effective prison sentences have not been applied against the high incidence of aggressors of women

Relación entre la autoestima y la depresión en adultos mayores de Casablanca Residencia Gerontológica S.A.C, San Borja - 2021.
Get PDFLa siguiente investigación buscó determinar la relación entre la autoestima y la depresión en adultos mayores de Casablanca Residencia Gerontológica S.A.C, San Borja – 2021, con un enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño no experimental y correlacional, en una población de 95 adultos mayores y una muestra 50 adultos mayores divididos en dos grupos. Utilizando los instrumentos de autoestima – depresión con una Confiabilidad obtenida en 50 participantes mediante un alfa de Cronbach de 0.846 y 0.889. Encontrando que las variables autoestiman y depresión se relacionan significativamente con un (p-valor < 0,012) significativa al 0.05 en adultos mayores de Casablanca Residencia Gerontológica S.A.C, San Borja - 2021.This investigation sought to determine the relationship between self-esteem and depression in older adults from Casablanca Gerontological Residence S.A.C, San Borja - 2021, with a quantitative approach, basic type, non-experimental and correlational design, in a population of 95 older adults and a sample of 50 older adults divided into two groups. Using the self- esteem - depression instruments with a Reliability obtained in 50 participants through a Cronbach's alpha of 0.846 and 0.889. Implementación de servidores virtuales con hyper-v para optimizar los servicios de tecnología de la información de la empresa Corporación Clave 1 SAC, Lima 2022.
Get PDFLa empresa Corporación Clave 1 SAC., en el 2016, solo tenía 1 servidor, que solo era un equipo compatible, con el S.O. Windows Server 2008R2, con dominio (que casi no se utilizaba), la base de datos en Microsoft SQL Server 2008R2 y también el servicio web en IIS. Ante un problema de disco, el acceso al servidor se perdió, se tuvo que recurrir a diferentes herramientas para la recuperación, en el cual se pudo rescatar después de unos días la información, principalmente la base de datos.
Con la cual se tomó la decisión de mejorar los servicios del área de sistemas, adquiriendo un nuevo servidor compatible, con las características más completas (disco y ram). En ese momento se empezó a implementar la virtualización, con el uso del Hyper-V. Además, se habilito 2 servidores en pausa (falta de repuestos) los cuales apoyaron a mejorar el área de sistemas.
Con el crecimiento de la empresa en ampliar los servicios, se adquirió un 2do. Servidor, que igualmente se implementó con la mayor capacidad en sus recursos en almacenaje y memoria.
En esta época de restricciones, por el COVID-19, la empresa Corporación Clave1, ha superado las incertidumbres del asilamiento, gracias a la diversidad de soluciones que el área de sistemas ha dado, como son: la conexión remota VPN, servidores reportadores de DB y de telefonía, unidades de red remotas, etc.
Actualmente hay más de 60 servidores virtuales, los cuales 19 están activos, en las cuales se encuentran servidores en producción y laboratorios de prueba, los demás (inactivos) son backups, base de servidor, pendientes, etc.
Con estas implementaciones, ha mejorado los servicios que se tienen maximizando el uso de los recursos y minimizando los gastos en adquisición de nuevos equipos.The company Corporación Clave 1 SAC., in 2016, only had 1 server, which was only compatible equipment, with the S.O. In this time of restrictions, due to COVID-19, the company Corporación Clave1 has overcome the uncertainties of isolation, thanks to the diversity of solutions that the systems area has provided, such as: remote VPN connection, DB reporting servers and telephony, remote network units, etc.
Currently there are more than 60 virtual servers, of which 19 are active, in which there are servers in production and test laboratories, the rest (inactive) are backups, server bases, pending, etc.
With these implementations, it has improved the services that are available, maximizing the use of resources and minimizing the cost of acquiring new equipment
La evasión tributaria y su influencia en la recaudación fiscal de los contribuyentes del nuevo RUS del Centro Comercial Casas & Muebles, San Juan de Lurigancho 2021
Get PDFEl objetivo general fue analizar la relación entre la evasión tributaria y la recaudación fiscal de los contribuyentes del nuevo RUS del centro comercial Casas & Muebles en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho 2021.
Se utilizó la siguiente metodología: El tipo de investigación según su función es básico, desde un alcance correlacional, y un diseño no experimental – transversal. La técnica que se utiliza es las encuestas para ambas variables y el instrumento es el cuestionario para ambas variables. La población se constituye por 35 microempresas y la muestra se constituye por la población censal, es decir, 25 personas naturales acogidas al nuevo RUS (comerciantes), vendedores, clientes.
Los resultados indican una relación entre la evasión tributaria y la recaudación fiscal (P = 0.669; r =0.000); la relación entre informalidad y la recaudación fiscal (P = 0.619; r = 0.000); la relación entre el sistema tributario y la recaudación fiscal (P = 0.628; r = 0.000); y la relación entre las infracciones tributarias y la recaudación fiscal (P = 0.605; r = 0.000) al 95% de confianza.
Se Concluye que hay una influencia significativamente entre la evasión tributaria y la recaudación fiscal, y que, con un mayor control por parte de la administración tributaria, la cual debe ejecutar medidas para combatir dichas prácticas ilícitas y así permitir el incremento de la recaudación fiscal.The general objective was to analyze the relationship between tax evasion and tax collection of taxpayers of the new RUS of the houses & furniture shopping center in the district of San Juan de Lurigancho 2021.
The following methodology was used: The type of research according to its function is basic, from a correlational scope, and a non-experimental - cross-sectional design. The technique used is the surveys for both variables and the instrument is the questionnaire for both variables. The population is made up of 35 micro-enterprises and the sample is made up of the census population, that is, 25 natural persons covered by the new RUS (merchants), vendors, customers.
The results indicate a relationship between tax evasion and tax collection (P = 0.669; r =0.000); the relationship between informality and tax collection (P = 0.619; r = 0.000); the relationship between the tax system and tax collection (P = 0.628; r = 0.000); and the relationship between tax violations and tax collection (P = 0.605; r = 0.000) at 95% confidence.
It is concluded that there is a significant influence between tax evasion and tax collection, and that, with greater control by the tax administration, which must implement measures to combat such illicit practices and thus allow an increase in tax collection
El proceso de fiscalización y la evasión tributaria en la Empresa Alsemoz Franos del Perú S.A.C, Lima 2021

Tuvo como propósito conocer la relación entre el proceso de fiscalización y la evasión tributaria en la empresa Alsemoz Granos del Perú S.A.C - Lima 2021.
El enfoque del estudio fue cuantitativo, en cuanto al tipo, este fue básico, el diseño ejecutado se enmarca en no experimental así mismo de transversal, así mismo de acuerdo al alcance fue correlacional, debido a que se emplearon cuestionarios fundamentados en el análisis de la información recolectada de los instrumentos empleados, la validación de estos se efectuó por medio del criterio de expertos, con una población de 20 personas, a las que se les ejecutó 2 cuestionarios con una razón nominal tipo Likert que resultó de la tecnología de la encuesta, y con un tamaño de población. Se efectuó la prueba de confiabilidad estadística conocida como alfa de Cronbach para determinar el nivel de fiabilidad del mismo.
Finalmente se concluyó según los resultados comprueban que tras la ejecución de la prueba de Pearson donde se indica que el coeficiente de relación es de -0,173 el cual detalla que no manifiesta asociación entre las variables, así mismo el grado correspondiente de correlación es baja, por otra parte, el grado de significancia bilateral (grado de significancia) p=0.465>0.05, por lo cual se rechaza la hipótesis alterna y se acepta la hipótesis nula.The present investigation entitled the control process and tax evasión in Alsemoz Granos del Perú S.A.C Lima, 2021.

Quantitative methods were used; a non-experimental cross-sectional research design was used; the research was conducted at a correlational level; for this study, questionnaires were used; the validity of these instruments was evaluated by experts; and the population for this study was selected based on the analysis of report collection. Cronbach's alpha, a statistical reliability test, was run on the two variables and their corresponding dimensions to see whether the tool could be trusted. To see whether the tool can be depended upon, this was carried out.
It was finally concluded that after applying Pearson's test and verifying that the relationship coefficient was -0.173, indicating a lack of relationship between the variables, the level of correlation is also low, but on one hand, bilateral significance (degree of statistical significance) p=0.465>0.05, which rejects the alternative hypothesis, they came to this conclusion. It is plausible to infer, based on this evidence, that both the null and alternative hypotheses are false
