Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs are drugs with analgesic, antipyretic, and anti-inflammatory effects. This study uses in vitro methods to investigate the potential and unknown genotoxic effects of dexketoprofen trometamol, an active substance in painkillers, on healthy human lymphocytes. In this study, a cytokinesis-block micronucleus cytome assay is used to investigate potential clastogenic, aneugenic activity and to identify chromosome breakages caused by the active drug substance dexketoprofen trometamol; a comet assay is performed to identify the genotoxic damage resulting from DNA single-strand breaks; a real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction panel system is used to evaluate the potential negative effects on the expression of the genes responsible for DNA damage assessment. Dexketoprofen trometamol induces toxic effects in healthy human lymphocytes at concentrations of 750–1000 µg/mL and above, and shows clastogenic, aneugenic activity by inducing micronucleus formations at exposures of 750–500 µg/mL. At concentration intervals of 1000, 500, 250, 100 µg/mL, dexketoprofen trometamol also resulted in DNA damage in the form of strand breaks, as demonstrated by highly significant increases in DNA tail length and density comet parameters when compared to spontaneous values. Human lymphocytes exposed to 750–100 µg/mL dexketoprofen trometamol were found to have significantly increased levels of expression of the XPC, XRCC6, PNKP genes in the DNA damage signaling pathway. It can be concluded that dexketoprofen trometamol may have cytotoxic, cytostatic, genotoxic effects on healthy human lymphocytes in vitro, depending on the concentration and duration of exposure. It is anticipated that this outcome will be supported by advanced studies

The method or procedure used in each field differs from the others in accordance with its internal structure. If I am not mistaken, the basic method of social sciences and humanities consists of thinking on and generating concepts. In order not to make mistakes by generalizing, I will try to approach the subject from the perspective of my field called "kalam" among the experts and known as belief and faith colloquially. In our field, the principles to be used in accessing knowledge are called method. In general, it is possible to talk about three methods in the field of thought or faith. Two of these methods have been used since ancient times. The third has been used from time to time or there have been few communities that use it. The first of these is the dogmatic or transfer method, which is as old as human history. According to this method, God or special persons authorized by God know everything best. These things are beyond others' intellect. Since they are not special enough to communicate with God, they must be subject to special ones. Besides, this is God's command. Disobedience means rebelling against God. As is well known, those who oppose God are punished by special persons chosen by God with the punishment they -Shahrastani, ts. 2/48)

Introduction: Transferring knowledge to the next generation is a very important process for longevity and sustainability with challenging during the family firms' succession. Researches on knowledge transfer in literature considering that family firms tend to maintain knowledge within the family to continue their operations by limiting transfer between the members. Although it cannot be said that this transfer was successfully carried out by all family firms with this tendency. Accordingly, the motivation for this study is to explore how knowledge is transferred between generations in the family firms. Aim: Based on the motivation of the study, the aim of this paper to investigate intergenerational knowledge transfer on Turkish delight and confectionery manufacturers in Afyonkarahisar province that were known as a more traditional family firm structure. Method: A semi-structured interview method was used in the study. The firms determined from the profession list of the Afyonkarahisar Chamber of Commerce and Industry were reached and a meeting was requested. Interviews were made with 12 managers who were family members from different generations who agreed to participate in the study. Findings: It has been observed that the family firms in the research have a well-established structure. In these firms, there is no systematic knowledge transfer process between generations as stated in the literature. Their knowledge and competencies are shaped based on the founder and transferred to other generations through informal channels determined by the founder

Aim: Child sexual abuse is the forced or persuaded involvement of the child in sexual actions which the child cannot make sense considering the level of physical, mental and emotional development of child without his/her consent. Exposure to sexual abuse in childhood is one of the global public health problems that significantly affect all areas of development of the child in the long and short term. The aim of this study is to evaluate the studies on sexual abuse seen in childhood in a systematic way. Method: In the evaluation, the studies conducted using the word group “child sexual abuse” belong to PubMed database published in English between 01.01.2019 - 05.05.2020. With this keyword, a total of 3201 studies were displayed and 2649 studies were reached as full text limited to this. The criteria such as content of subject, age range (0-18), title and keyword suitability, being research articles are evaluated but inappropriate studies, review articles and meta-analysis studies are not included in this study. Total of 12 articles were examined when studies that didn’t obviate the evaluation criteria were removed. Results: When the studies were examined, there were found that the majority of the study group consisted of teenagers, most of children have a history of sexual abuse are close to abusers, abuse has a direct relationship with harmful substance use, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder and they have suicidal thoughts. Conclusion: Child sexual abuse engrave in child’s life and causes problems that continue effectively till adulthood. Research to examine the relationship between the risk factors and consequences of sexual abuse is higher than research for early intervention and prevention programs. In order to decrease the prevalence of child sexual abuse, there are needs for evaluations to be made by people who know the development, family and school-based programs, and researching the effectiveness of these evaluations and programs

The Iconoclasm Period, which emerged in two different ways between the years (726-843), is the period of turmoil in which the Byzantine and Byzantine emperors also had problems arising from the social, political, economic and external powers that they experienced in the context of the "administration and church" relationship. With the separation of Byzantine and Western churches, icon art and culture started to be important in the Orthodox world. As a result, the Iconoclasm Period was a turning point for Byzantine churches.Hagia Sophia, which is one of the most important monuments of the history of world architecture that has survived tothe present day; In terms of its architecture, magnificence, size and functionality, it constitutes an important place for the art world and adds value to the city where it is religious and symbolic. The building, which was built as a church, then converted into a mosque and later organized as a museum; it continues to maintain its symbolic importance today. After the removal of all the icons and sculptures from Hagia Sophia in 726, all the mosaics containing the depictions of the human image that can survive are from the post-Iconoclasm Period. However, it is understood that some of the mosaics that do not contain a human image are the first mosaics made in the 6th century. In this period, it was aimed to investigate the change of some mosaics and architectural structures made in the cultural memory by changing some of the mosaics and the iconoclasm process in the example of Hagia Sophia
