Giarda lamblia, Enteromona hominis, Blastocystis hominis, Entamoeba colil

International Workshop on Big Data and Data Mining Challenges on IoT and Pervasive Systems (BigD2M 2015)
We explain the notion of security architecture for Internet of Things (IoT) based on software-defined networking (SDN). In this
context, the SDN-based architecture works with or without infrastructure, that we call SDN-Domain. This work describes the
operation of the proposed architecture and summarizes the opportunity to achieve network security in a more efficient and flexible
with SDN. An overview of existing SDN security applications were discussed and tackles its issues, presenting a new IoT system’s architecture. In this paper we considered the network access control and global traffic monitoring for ad-hoc networks. Finally, we point out architectural design choices for SDN using OpenFlow and discuss their performance implications. We explain the notion of security architecture for Internet of Things (IoT) based on software-defined networking (SDN).
Vibrio damsela, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Serratia manensces, Eschertchia coli,
Yersinia enterolitica, Proteus sp, Staphyloccocus aunus y Shigella sp.) y cinco no
Consideradas como patogenas (Raotella omithynolytica, Microccocus sp-, Leminonlla
sp., Bacillus subtilis y Pseudomona sp. )
Urban infrastructures are vital for the development of a growing economy, and public services in a country. They allow the vital systems of a nation to respond to the needs of its inhabitants. In recent years, Panama has been a growing problem in the infrastructure needed for the strategic running of the country. When any infrastructure is vulnerable to natural events or human being, they become critical infrastructures. When these critical structuresinteractthey might affect the normal functioning of a country. Critical infrastructures are systems and/or physical or virtual assets: the production of goods, roads, telecommunications, etc., where its inability or destruction affects various public and private services.Critical infrastructures are those essential to the functioning of social and economic systems, both in government and business. These structures are essential and necessary forthe normal functioning of basic public services and production systems. Thus, anyinterruptionwill haveserious consequences on the logistics of vital supplies or operation of essential services, causing serious disturbances in the economic and social systems of any country. These units generate affectations that affect the productive and social processes, especially the logistics processes of the country. This paper proposes a dynamic and comprehensive analysis of the different elements that are influenced by critical infrastructure using social network analysis and system dynamics.
The province of Chiriqui was founded in 1849, so it is just 166 years old. According to figures presented by the National Institute of Statistics and Census (INEC) for the year 2013, the population of this province rose to 445.098 inhabitants; considered the second in importance after the province of Panama that concentrates the largest population, which is 1,990,042 inhabitants. This allows us to have a broader perspective on the model of sustainable economic development that requires our province. It also encourages organized groups of civil society, business groups and the Panamanian Association of Business Executives (APEDE), the Chamber of Commerce and Industries of Chiriqui (CAMCHI), advisory groups such as INTRACORP, international organizations like the World Bank (WB), the Development Bank of Latin America (CAF), conform teamworks to formulate the new Strategic Plan 2025. This plan will first need a methodology to follow up on the plan, which is specified with the creation of the Competitiveness Center of Chiriquiand the Western Region (CECOMCHI). This center was inaugurated on October 29, 2015, with the mission to promote the competitive position of the Western region of the country.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), is a haploinsufficient and multisystemic disease, caused by inherited or sporadic mutations in the NF1 gene. Its incidence is one in 2,500 to 3,000 individuals, it has an autosomal dominant pattern of inheritance, high clinical variability, complete penetrance and age-dependent complications. Neurofibromin is the product of the NF1 gene and is believed
to act as a tumor suppressor since the loss of its function has been associated with benign and malignant tumors in neural crest-derived tissues. Only two correlations between clinical phenotype and mutant alleles in the NF1 gene have
been observed. The established criteria for disease diagnosis are very efficient in adults and children older than 3 years of age, but not for children under this age. Mutational analysis is therefore recommended to confirm the disease in young children with a negative family history. A pathogenic mutation in the NF1 should be added to the list of diagnostic criteria. Mutational analysis is also recommended for differential diagnosis and for prenatal or pre-implantation genetic diagnosis, taking into consideration the family history and the type of method to be applied. Molecular studies of this disease using different complimentary molecular techniques and bioinformatics tools have characterized NF1 gene mutations at both the DNA and mRNA levels, increasing the mutational spectrum. Consequently, about 1,289 defects have been reported to date, mainly nonsense/missense mutations, deletions and splice site defects.Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), is a haploinsufficient and multisystemic disease, caused by inherited or sporadic mutations in the NF1 gene. Evaluating the probability of avoiding disease-related extinctions of Panamanian amphibians through captive breeding programs
Amphibians around the world are declining from threats that cannot currently be mitigated, making it impossible to safeguard some species in their natural habitats.
Amphibians in the mountainous neotropics are one example where severe diseaserelated declines prompted calls for the establishment of captive assurance colonies to avoid extinctions. We surveyed experts in Panamanian amphibians to determine
the probability of avoiding chytridiomycosis-related extinctions using captive breeding programs. We ranked Panamanian amphibian species by perceived susceptibility to chytridiomycosis, then calculated the likelihood of avoiding extinction as the
product of three probabilities, which include (1) finding sufficient founder animals,
(2) successfully breeding these species in captivity and (3) becoming extinct in the wild. The likelihood of finding enough animals to create a captive founding population was low for many rare species, especially for salamanders and caecilians. It
was also low for frogs which were once regularly encountered, but have already disappeared including Atelopus chiriquiensis, Craugastor emcelae, C. obesus, C. punctariolus, C. rhyacobatrachus, Ecnomiohyla rabborum, Isthmohyla calypsa and Oophaga speciosa. Our results indicate that captive breeding could improve the odds of avoiding extinction for species that have severely declined or are likely to decline due to chytridiomycosis including Atelopus certus, A. glyphus, A. limosus, A. varius, A. zeteki, Anotheca spinosa, Gastrotheca cornuta, Agalychnis lemur and Hemiphractus fasciatus. Priority species that experts predicted were highly susceptible to chytridiomycosis that might also benefit from ex situ management include Craugastor tabasarae, C. azueroensis, C. evanesco, Strabomantis bufoniformis and Colostethus panamansis. In spite of high levels of uncertainty, this
expert assessment approach allowed us to refine our priorities for captive amphibian programs in Panama and identify priority conservation actions with a clearer understanding of the probability of success.Amphibians around the world are declining from threats that cannot currently be mitigated, making it impossible to safeguard some species in their natural habitats.
