Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi di PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of partially and simultaneously work discipline, work motivation and work environment on the work productivity of production employees at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo.
Quantitative research, with a sample of employees in the production division at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo, totaling 80 samples. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and questionnaires. Tests in this study using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Equation, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination test. Data processing is carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) version 25 application.
The results showed that partially the work discipline variable had an effect on employee work productivity where the significance value was 0.005 < 0.05 (5%), the work motivation variable had an effect on employee work productivity where the significant value was 0.001 < 0.05 (5%), and the variable the work environment has an effect on employee productivity where the significance value is 0.006 <0.05 (5%). Meanwhile, simultaneously it is known that the variables of work discipline, work motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the work productivity of employees in the production department at PT. Tri Jaya Tangguh Gorontalo where the significant value is 0.000 <0.05. In addition, the calculation results of Adjusted R Square factors of work discipline, work motivation and work environment contribute 49.9% to employee work productivity. While the remaining 50.1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study
Pengaruh E-WOM (Electronic Word of Mouth), Kualitas Pelayanan, dan Kepuasan terhadap Keputusan Wisatawan Berkunjung di Solo Raya (Survei Wisatawan Pracima Tuin dan Keris Cafe & Kitchen)
This study analyzed the influence of electronic word-of-mouth, service quality, and satisfaction on tourists’ decisions to visit Pracima Tuin and Keris Caffe & Kitchen in Solo Raya. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were gathered through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings showed that positive social media reviews influenced tourists’ interest and decisions. Despite service issues such as delays and reservation problems, visitors remained satisfied due to staff hospitality and the venue’s ambiance. Satisfaction contributed to repeat visits and recommendations. The study highlighted the importance of managing online communication, improving service, and delivering memorable experiences to enhance the appeal of cultural culinary destinations in Solo Raya
ANALISIS PERMASALAHAN ULTRASONIC SENSOR PADA FUEL QUANTITY INDICATION SYSTEM B777
The Fuel Quantity Indication System (FQIS) in aviation, particularly in the Boeing 777, relies on ultrasonic sensors for accurate fuel level measurement. However, these sensors exhibit several critical issues, including inaccurate readings, failures due to fuel ingress, and high maintenance costs. This research investigated the root causes of these issues and compared ultrasonic sensor performance with capacitance sensors employed in the Boeing 787. Utilizing a combination of direct observation, engineer interviews, and literature review, the study employed Fishbone and 5W analyses to identify the root causes. Key findings revealed that ultrasonic sensor failures stem primarily from adhesive failure in potting seals, leading to fuel ingress and inaccurate readings. Design, material, and environmental factors also significantly impact sensor reliability. Comparative analysis demonstrated a lower reliability rate for ultrasonic sensors (78.61%) compared to capacitance sensors, which maintained 100% reliability over the same aircraft lifespan
Analisis Manajemen Fasilitas Conveyor Belt untuk Meningkatkan Efisiensi Alur Bagasi di Terminal Kedatangan Juwata Tarakan
This study aims to analyze the facility management of conveyor belts and identify the obstacles affecting baggage flow efficiency at the Arrival Terminal of Juwata Tarakan Airport. A descriptive qualitative method was employed through field observation, interviews with key airport units (TIS, ME, and Ground Handling), and documentation from logbooks and visual records. The findings indicate that issues such as malfunctioning sensors, misaligned conveyor joints, and the absence of protective padding lead to inefficiencies in baggage flow. These problems are closely related to the lack of implementation of key facility management principles, such as preventive maintenance, standard inspections, and inter-unit coordination. This research highlights the importance of managerial improvements, including the development of SOPs, regular evaluations, and adherence to ICAO standards and PM 36 of 2021 regulations. Strategic recommendations are proposed to enhance baggage system performance and service quality
Pengaruh Kompensasi dan Motivasi terhadap Kinerja Pegawai PT. Satu Bintang
The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of compensation and motivation on employee performance. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The respondents for this research were 55 employees at PT Satu Bintang. The sampling process uses a non-probability sampling technique using an associative quantitative approach using primary data. The data analysis technique used is SPSS version 20. These results show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value greater than the t table. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance where the calculated t value is greater than the t table
The Influence of Flight Attendant Workload on Performance at Citilink Airlines in 2021
Services in the aviation world consist of three services: pre-flight, in-flight and post-flight services. In-flight services are carried out directly by the cabin crew, in this case the flight attendants, who are the parties tasked with providing direct services during the flight. In the world of flight attendants, there is a seniority system in carrying out tasks. The workload that must be done by junior flight attendants is greater than that of senior flight attendants. As a result, most junior flight attendants feel uncomfortable with the work environment caused by the lack of harmony between senior flight attendants and junior flight attendants. This study aims to determine the effect of flight attendant (FA) workload on their performance at Citilink Airlines in 2021. This study is a quantitative study, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires, observations and documentation to flight attendants at Citilink Airlines. The sample was carried out on 50 respondents using non-probability sampling techniques. Then the data was processed using simple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an influence of flight attendant workload on their performance at Citilink Airlines in 2021. Flight attendant workload affects their performance by 43.2%. While the remaining 56.8% of performance is influenced by other variables that are not studied and outside the concept in the researcher's research. The coefficient of determination ranging from 0.400-0.599 shows that flight attendant workload has a fairly strong influence on their performance at Citilink Airlines
Analisis Rasio Keuangan untuk Menilai Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan PT Angkasa Pura II Ketika Pandemi COVID-19 Periode 2019-2022
This research aims to describe the condition of memories at the PT Angkasa Pura II company based on four ratio analyses in the 2019–2022 period. The objects used in this thesis are financial reports in the form of financial position reports, profit and loss reports, and cash flow reports for PT Angkasa Pura II for the 2019–2022 period. The data analysis method used is ratio analysis, which consists of liquidity analysis, solvency analysis, activity analysis, and profitability analysis, which is then determined by the level of financial performance by referring to the decision of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises of 2002, Number KEP-100/MBU/2002. The results of the research show that the financial condition of PT Angkasa Pura II from 2019 to 2022 is experiencing an unfavorable condition in terms of the four ratios. By obtaining the BBB category with the unhealthy predicate in 2019 and the B category with the unhealthy predicate from 2020 to 2022
RANCANG BANGUN ALAT TERAPI REMATIK BERBASIS ARDUINO UNO DILENGKAPI DENGAN HEATER PAD
Rheumatism, or rheumatoid arthritis, is an autoimmune condition that causes chronic inflammation of the joints, especially in the hands, feet, or other frequently used parts. This inflammation usually causes pain, swelling, and limited movement, which reduces the quality of life of sufferers. One of the therapy methods that is widely used to reduce the symptoms of rheumatism is heat therapy, because heat can improve blood flow, relax muscles, and reduce joint stiffness. This Rheumatism Therapy Tool has 2 features, namely warming the waist with a DC Heater and providing an electrostimulator to the back with a pulse issued by the L298 N module. The temperature inputted into the Arduino IDE program, namely 50o Celsius, is expected to be able to provide warmth and comfort to Rheumatism therapy patients. The 3 modes that are run, namely LOW Mode, Medium Mode and High Mode, provide different pulse delays issued by the L298N driver so that patients can adjust their comfort level. The results of data analysis from measuring the power supply output are 4.51 V, 9% error percentage. Microcontroller input measurement 4.98V, 0.4% error message. The measurement of the L298N driver output is 23.9V, within the specification data range. The measurement of the DC Heater input is 4.98V, the error message is 0.4%. So from the results of the analysis, the tool is suitable for use because it is still within the safe tolerance limit. Based on data collection with an operating time of 15 minutes, the temperature shown on the Tool compared to the thermocouple has a small difference, it can be said that during operation for 15 minutes with a temperature setting of 50 Celsius it operates well and stably.
