The purpose of this research is to determine the application of the law to perpetrators of the crime of narcotics abuse, Category I, based on Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics. and to find out the judge's considerations in deciding the criminal act of Narcotics abuse Class I based on Decision Number: 165/Pid.Sus/2020/PN Lbp. PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF MAKE A MATCH DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATERI HAK DAN KEWAJIBAN
Get PDFBerdasarkan studi awal melalui observasi kelas di kelas tiga SD Negeri Bebedahan, ditemukan bahwa siswa memiliki hasil belajar yang rendah dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn), khususnya dalam materi hak dan kewajiban. Hasil belajar siswa kelas tiga di SDN Bebedahan belum mencapai kriteria untuk memenuhi tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain PTK Kemmis MC Taggart. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas tiga di SDN Bebedahan dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus mencakup tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Perencanaan pembelajaran dengan model Make a Match berada pada kategori sangat baik, dengan pengamatan. Proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model Make a Match menunjukkan peningkatan aktivitas siswa dari 78% pada siklus pertama menjadi 91% pada siklus kedua. 2) Hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan. Pada siklus pertama, persentase siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan adalah 64%, sedangkan pada siklus kedua meningkat menjadi 82,14%. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Make a Match dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas tiga dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) di SDN Bebedahan
THE APPLICATION OF INQUIRY METHOD IN WRITING DESCRIPTIVE TEXT FOR SEVENTH GRADE STUDENTS
Get PDFThe aim of this research is to describe how the method technique is used in producing descriptive writings in class VII Junior High School Medan. This study examines the use of the inquiry method in producing descriptive writings, as well as the impacts of the method's use and the challenges English teachers experience when using it in class VII SMP Medan. This study use descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study is students of class VII of Junior High School Medan. The object of this research is to learn to write description text with inquiry method. The information gathered came from a variety of sources, including events, informants, and records. To clarify the effects of the application of inquiry method and the problems faced by English teachers in applying this method. Data was collected through observations, interviews, and documents from writing learning activities. According to the findings of this study, the following are the result of applying inquiry method in writing descriptive text: (1) make students has learning experience that demands independence, critical, creative, and innovative. And another result about problems that faced by teacher in applying inquiry method in writing descriptive text include: (1) different capability of the students that can be see when the teacher explained the materials, (2) the lack of vocabulary, and (3) students are less prepared to enter English class with not bring dictionary
AN ANALYSIS OF NINE GRADE STUDENTS' ABILITY IN WRITING PROCEDURE TEXT AT JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Get PDFThis study discusses students' skills in writing procedural texts, using topics related to use in everyday life. This study aims to determine the level of students' ability in writing procedural texts according to the layout and linguistic elements of the text. This study used a sample of all students of class IX junior high school. The research was obtained by analyzing the students' written procedure text using an assessment rubric, namely an assessment of the general structure and linguistic characteristics of the text. Based on this research, students' ability in writing procedural texts is at a good level. Even so, there are some parts of the text such as ingredients in generic structure and adverb on linguistic elements that students do not understand how to write and need further understanding. Students are required to be able to write good procedural texts in accordance with the general structural and linguistic elements of the text

Get PDFThis study aims to determine the use of Youtube media on student learning outcomes in PAI learning in class VIII 7 students at SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang Selatan City in 2021. The research objectives in this study are; Describe the process of using Youtube media to improve student learning outcomes in online-based PAI learning for class VIII 7 SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang Selatan; Describes the increase in student learning outcomes for class VIII 7 SMP Negeri 11 Tangerang Selatan after using Youtube media in online-based PAI learning. This research uses classroom action research method, the activities are carried out in two cycles with stages; planning, implementation, results and reflection. The data collection technique used a test assessment rubric. Data analysis in this study is qualitative and quantitative. The increase in student learning outcomes is shown in the comparative average value of student learning outcomes in pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II with a KKM score of 75. In the initial conditions students get an average score of 61.34 with a percentage of 26.66% of participants students who complete, then in the first cycle students get an average score of 72.34 with a percentage of 54% of students who complete and in the second cycle students get an average score of 80.67 with a percentage of 100% of students who complete.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pemanfaatan media Youtube Terhadap Hasil Belajar Peserta Didik Dalam Pembelajaran PAI Pada Peserta Didik Kelas VIII 7 SMP Negeri 11 Kota Tangerang Selatan Tahun 2021. Tujuan penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu; Mendeskripsikan proses pemanfaatan media Youtube untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis daring kelas VIII 7 SMP Negeri 11 Tanggerang Selatan; Mendeskripsikan peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII 7 SMP Negeri 11 Tanggerang Selatan setelah memanfaatkan media Youtube dalam pembelajaran PAI berbasis daring. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan tahapan; perencanaan, pelaksanaan, hasil dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan rubrik penilaian tes. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik ditunjukan pada nilai rata-rata komparasi hasil belajar peserta didik pada prasiklus, siklus I, dan siklus II dengan nilai KKM 75. Pada kondisi awal peserta didik mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 61,34 dengan presentase 26,66% peserta didik yang tuntas, kemudian pada siklus I peserta didik mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 72,34 dengan presentase 54% peserta didik yang tuntas dan pada siklus II peserta didik mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 80,67 dengan presentase 100% peserta didik yang tuntas
ONLINE PERSONA OF VTUBER AYUNDA RISU CH: SOCIOLINGUISTIC STUDY

YouTube streaming platforms becomes a place where people spend most of their time online. The trend called Virtual YouTubers becomes popular during the pandemic. One of the prominent factors of VTuber was their persona. VTubers Ayunda Risu becomes the subject of this research to give insight into how VTuber can manifest their persona to attract or retain their audience. By following the guidance of the qualitative method, this article focused on analyzing the live streams done by Ayunda Risu. Combining the method of qualitative study simultaneously with the author's experience in VTuber entertainment, this article creates a conclusion corresponding to how VTubers manifest their persona to attract and retain their audience. The study concludes that persona manifests as a result of the audiences preference. However, VTubers' inner personality also becomes the essential element to manifest their persona and online build personal branding, which as a result can gain or retain an audience
Quizlet as Learning Media to Enhance Students’ Vocabulary Mastery and Motivation in Learning English
Get PDFEnhancing motivation is essential for students in acquiring English vocabulary. The higher motivation the students gain, the bigger success they achieve in mastering vocabulary. However, the majority of students in senior high schools are less motivated to increase their vocabulary mastery. Therefore, the teachers must find the right media that will increase student motivation. Certain applications for vocabulary study can be accessed via a smartphone. The goal of the research is to investigate into the usefulness of using the Quizlet application as a tool to enhance the motivation of learners to learn vocabulary. This type of research is Quasi-Experimental with quantitative methods. The researcher used multiple choice tests and questionnaire. The participants were 72 students who were divided into the experimental and the control groups. In processing the data, the independent samples t-tests used to collect the data. The findings indicate that using the Quizlet Application to enhance students' motivation in learning vocabulary is helpful. Students were more enthusiastic, did not get bored fast, and as a result showed a high level of interest when learning vocabulary with Quizlet

Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan dalam studi ini adalah penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa penelitian pustaka (library research). Dalam metode ini, data yang dicari dan dikumpulkan berasal dari kajian pustaka, termasuk buku-buku dan sumber kepustakaan lainnya yang relevan dengan topik pembahasan. Upaya untuk mengatasi patologi birokrasi meliputi reformasi administrasi publik, implementasi good governance, penguatan etika dan moralitas, pelatihan dan pengembangan keterampilan, serta partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengawasan birokrasi. Langkah-langkah ini diharapkan dapat menciptakan birokrasi yang lebih transparan, akuntabel, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat. Penerapan prinsip good governance seperti partisipasi publik, peran hukum yang kuat, dan transparansi informasi adalah kunci untuk merubah budaya birokrasi yang rentan terhadap patologi. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan ini, diharapkan birokrasi dapat berfungsi lebih efisien dan melayani masyarakat dengan lebih baik.

No full textThis study reviews court decisions in resolving joint property disputes, focusing on analyzing the decision in case number 0000/Pdt.G/2022/PA.Kds. The division of inherited property is a complicated problem because it often causes conflict among heirs. This research is library reasearch by examining phenomena that occur in society, using secondary data sources in the form of relevant literature studies, followed by qualitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that the decision in the settlement of joint property disputes was based on Article 35 paragraph (1) of Law Number 1 of 1974 and the Compilation of Islamic Law, which emphasized that property obtained during marriage becomes joint property. The plaintiff's claim to several assets as joint property was partially recognized by the defendant after careful examination.

No full textIn the development of industrial relations today, there have been many problems of employment disputes caused by company conditions. Disputes over Termination of Employment are widespread and cause misery for the people to earn a living. This study uses the normative research method. Industrial disputes cause workers to experience anxiety about employment relations, have a negative impact on society because workers do not get legal protection from the government. Government policies that never side with the Indonesian people who experience industrial relations disputes often have an impact on workers. The conclusion in this writing is that the justice aspect for workers is influenced by changes in employment legislation that are more in favor of the interests of the government and companies. The government has a political interest in providing legal protection for workers, so that employment law does not achieve the goal of social justice for the welfare of workers.
