Perancangan Sistem Cloud Storage Data Siswa Pada Smp Islam Al Hikma Berbasis Website
Get PDFSistem penyimpanan data yang aman untuk menyimpan, mengakses, dan mencadangkan data sekarang semakin dibutuhkan pada sekolah. SMP Islam Al Hikma adalah sekolah yang masih menyimpan data siswa dengan menulis data siswa pada buku siswa, menyimpan file pada laptop, menyimpan berkas atau dokumen kertas siswa pada lemari, menyebabkan cukup sering terjadi kehilangan dan kerusakan pada data siswa tersebut. Penelitian ini membuat sistem cloud storage berbasis website, yang nantinya media penyimpanan file siswa yang digunakan sebagai cloud storage adalah google drive, dan penyimpanan data siswa yang di input tersimpan pada database MySQL. Dengan penyimpanan tersebut akan mengurangi limbah pemakaian kertas, tidak menghabiskan penyimpanan perangkat keras pada laptop sekolah karena cloud storage hanya mengandalkan koneksi internet untuk mengaksesnya, dan memperkecil resiko kehilangan atau kerusakan pada data. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem waterfall. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pengujian Black Box Testing dengan menggunakan bantuan Automation Testing Tools TestComplete dan Selenium IDE, pada website cloud storage. Hasil pengujian adalah berhasil, dengan menggunakan TestComplete menghasilkan keterangan centang warna hijau, dan menggunakan Selenium IDE menghasilkan keterangan tulisan hijau ‘completed successfully’, dapat diartikan seluruh pengujian berjalan dengan baik dan website cloud storage layak untuk digunakan.Sistem penyimpanan data yang aman untuk menyimpan, mengakses, dan mencadangkan data sekarang semakin dibutuhkan pada sekolah. Get PDFSistem infromasi mengenai kehadiran seseorang dibutuhkan sebuah proses pengambilan data baik secara manual ataupun menggunakan media elektronik, CV Fahren jaya mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak pada bidang konstruksi, proses pengambilan data absensi para karyawan saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan kartu absensi yang harus di tanda-tangani oleh Head Office sehingga seringkali terjadi kecurangan absensi oleh para karyawan. Pemanfaatan teknologi smartphone android bisa menjadi pengganti sistem absensi manual yang saat ini masih di lakukan di CV Fahren Jaya Mandiri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat Aplikasi absensi berbasis android yang dirancang bangun dengan menggunakan sistem Qrcode dan Geolocation agar dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengawasi dan mengontrol absensi karyawan dengan lebih efektif, effisein dan akurat. Dengan adanya sistem geolocation, akan mengurangi tindak kecurangan absensi dari para karyawan. Penelitian ini dikembangkan dengan metode Test driven development (TDD) karena metode ini memiliki tujuan untuk menghasilkan unit pemrograman yang dapat ditest secara independen dan memastikan bahwa semua unit tersebut berfungsi dengan benar sehingga hasil aplikasi yang dibuat dapat berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya eror atau bug. Peer-Assessment's Effect on Improving EFL Students' Speaking Performance
Get PDFSpeaking is the most difficult ability to learn in English due to surroundings such as English classrooms as well as other contexts prevent students from speaking in the language. The current research should establish how much peer assessment improves EFL students' abilities to speak. Therefore, with the aim to determine whether or not EFL students' speaking skills were improving, the researchers conducted an experimental study using a peer assessment approach. This study included twenty-five first-graders of MTS Daarul Ulum Panyaungan in Lebak-Banten. Data from the evaluation of the study, interviews, observations, and field notes were analyzed. The mean pupil score before applying peer review was 60; nevertheless, after implementing peer evaluation, the mean student score improved to 75. The post-test demonstrated an enhancement in speaking abilities after using peer assessment. Peer evaluation can assist EFL students improve their speaking skills. The study found that adopting peer assessment helps EFL students accomplish better during speaking. Since this research suggests that peer assessment enhances speaking skills significantly, additional research is definitely needed, especially for EFL students. The researcher suggests more studies to develop new peer evaluation methods and to apply peer evaluation in EFL students in a variety of ways
HUBUNGAN KEPUASAN KERJA DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA DENGAN MOTIVASI KERJA PEGAWAI PPNPN DI LINGKUNGAN TERMINAL TIPE A PAKUPA SERANG BANTEN
Get PDFPublic transportation business is currently growing rapidly combined with the development of toll road infrastructure that is increasingly developing, the Government and Society currently demand an increase in services in the field of public transportation, so the performance of terminal management services needs to be combined with improving effective and efficient services, so that the terminal can provide quality and professional services. The quality of Human Resources needs to be improved, especially the discipline and work motivation of employees of the Pakupatan Serang Banten Type A Terminal Service Unit. The improvement of the quality and performance of government officials is expected to be seen in the form of service, role models and protection to the community in a good way, the method used in this study is a quantitative survey method with a correlational model. Based on the results of the calculation of the job satisfaction variable, a regression coefficient of 0.629 was obtained. The significance test of the regression coefficient with the t test obtained t count = 7.710 with a significance of 0.000, this means that the job satisfaction variable (X1) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y). The form of this influence is if job satisfaction increases by 1 (one) point while the work environment is considered constant, it will cause an increase in work motivation of 0.629 points. Then the results of the calculation of the work environment variable obtained a regression coefficient of 0.142. The significance test of the regression coefficient with the t-test obtained t count = 2.017 with a significance of 0.046, this means that the work environment variable (X2) has a significant effect on work motivation (Y). The form of this influence is if the work environment increases by 1 (one) point while job satisfaction is considered constant, it will cause an increase in work motivation of 0.142 points. Furthermore, there is a simultaneous influence of the variables of job satisfaction and work environment of: 0.590 or 59.0% on the work motivation of PPNPN employees in the Type A Terminal Environment Pakupatan Serang Banten. While the remaining 41.0% is influenced by other factors that were not studied, such as supervision, work culture, and others, meaning that there is a positive and significant partial influence of the variables of job satisfaction and work environment of PPNPN employees in the Type A Terminal Environment Pakupatan Serang Banten, at t count: 7.710 at Significance (Sig.): 0.000. On the other hand, there is a positive and significant partial influence of the work environment variable on the work motivation of PPNPN employees in the Pakupatan Serang Banten Type A Terminal Environment, at t count: 2.017 at Significance (Sig.): 0.46.

Metode perancangan design thinking digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi, memahami, dan merancang solusi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan stakeholder. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua stakeholder yang terlibat dalam proses bisnis PT Warna Agung Palembang, sedangkan sampelnya adalah tim pengembang aplikasi dan beberapa perwakilan dari berbagai departemen perusahaan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumentasi terkait proses bisnis yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menerapkan pendekatan design thinking, aplikasi website e-commerce yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi dalam proses order, konfirmasi, pengiriman, dan pelayanan pelanggan secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan pengalaman pengguna pada PT Warna Agung Palembang

No full textAn advocate has the right to immunity in carrying out his profession by the professional code of ethics. However, there are problems regarding how lawyers are held accountable for mistakes when providing legal services such as making legal opinions that contain legal errors. Research was conducted to answer the legal problems that arise. This research utilizes normative legal research from statutory regulations, journals, and relevant news in the mass media. The research results show that giving a misleading legal opinion violates the ethics of honesty held by advocates, and the party harmed by a legal opinion can seek accountability through a lawsuit or complaint. Thus, even though advocates have immunity, they can still be held responsible for mistakes in making legal opinions they make.

No full textThe Gig Economy is currently one of the many options for generation Z to work, the problem that is currently occurring is still the lack of Government attention in providing adequate guarantees of protection for Gig Economy workers so that research needs to be conducted with the aim of How the Law Plays in Regulation and Job Protection for Gig Economy Workers in Indonesia. The methodology in this research is a type of literature review research by analyzing qualitative data from various scientific articles. The results of the research show that there is still minimal attention and role of the Indonesian government for Gig Economy players. This research has a positive impact on the development of science and shows that Gig Economy workers have the right to receive regulation and protection from the government in Indonesia.

STRATEGI MARKETING PUBLIC RELATIONS DALAM UPAYA MENINGKATKAN JAMAAH HAJI KHUSUS DAN UMROH
Get PDFThis research analyzes the Marketing Public Relations (MPR) strategy by PT Fazary Wisata, a special Hajj and Umrah travel agency in Indonesia, in influencing prospective pilgrims to use their services. Indonesia, the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, has a high demand for Hajj and Umrah services, but the phenomenon of travel agency violations and fraud still occurs frequently. This research methodology uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study to gain in-depth understanding. The research results show that PT Fazary Wisata has successfully implemented the three main MPR strategies, namely Pull, Push, and Pass. The Pull strategy is carried out by building relationships through informative and interactive content on social media and their website. The Push strategy focuses on active promotion through advertising and exhibition activities to increase brand awareness and attract attention. Meanwhile, the Pass strategy uses the power of recommendations from satisfied congregants to build trust and loyalty. In conclusion, the combination of these three strategies has been effective in increasing the number of registrations of Hajj and Umrah pilgrims at PT. Fazary Wisata. Despite facing challenges in maintaining service quality and adapting to market changes, PT Fazary Wisata has great potential to continue to develop and strengthen its position in this competitive market.

Get PDFThe state protects married couples in case of statutory marital disputes, but not for serial marriages, they have no legal force. All their children do not receive protection from the state and their children have many problems in their lives because they do not have Population Administration Documents. The purpose of this study is first to find out and analyze the reasons or motives for serial marriage carried out in Indonesia, second to know and analyze the Legal Protection and rights of children from Siri marriage in obtaining Population Administration Documents based on laws and regulations, third to find out and analyze obstacles in making Population Administration Documents for Siri Married Children and how to overcome them. The research method used in writing is a normative legal research method with a statutory approach, a case approach, a conceptual approach, an analytical approach. The data used are primary data and secondary data are analyzed qualitatively in order to obtain a conclusion that can be scientifically accounted for. The results of the first study a. the reasons for serial marriage are improving the family economy, polygamous roads, and avoiding adultery. b. problems Family conflicts, economic problems, legal problems, social and psychological problems, and religious problems. Second, legal protection and the rights of Siri's married children in obtaining Population Administration Documents based on laws and regulations, namely Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Law Number 39 of 1999 concerning Human Rights, third, Obstacles and ways to overcome obstacles in making Population Administration Documents for Siri's married children are birth certificates, Family Card.

The Relationship Between Compensation And Employee Performance Environmental Services
Get PDFRealizing how important valuable human resources are, companies need to pay attention to compensation as appropriate reward for the awards that employees have worked for. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between compensation and the performance of Environmental Service employees. The research method used in this research is quantitative correlation research. Using a sample of 121 employees from a population of 172 employees. The research indicators for compensation are salary, allowances and facilities, for employee performance the indicators are quantity of work, quality of work, service orientation, integrity, commitment, discipline, cooperation. The data collection technique used in this research is by using a questionnaire. The conclusion is that there is a positive and significant relationship between compensation and employee performance.
